        Ultrastructure structure of antennal sensilla of carabid beetle Carabus elysii Thomson, 1856 (Coleoptera: Carabidae)

        The sensilla type, number and distribution in male and female adults of Carabus elysii Thomson, 1856 (Coleoptera: Carabidae) were studied using scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that there are seven categories and 12 types of sensilla in C. elysii adults: three types of S.Ch, three types of S.T, two types of S.B and one each of B.B, S.Co, S.Ca and S.Cam. There is no difference between male and female in the types of sensilla. Apart from the significant difference in the number and distribution of S.B.2, S.Co and S.Ca between male dorsal and ventral surfaces, there are no significant differences between male and female antennae. In general, the number of sensilla in females is larger than that in males. The results provide a basic reference for future ultrastructure, electrophysiological, and comparative behavioral studies of Carabus species.

      • Research on Decoupling and Driving Factors of Industrial Ecosystem in Jiangsu Province

        Industrial sectors have resulted in a large amount of pollution. Environmental degradation problem requires more indepth research on relationships between different sectors’ economic output and pollutant emissions. This paper analyzes the relationship between industrial economy and ecology. On the basis of it, the driving factors of industrial sectors’ pollution emissions are analyzed. Firstly, decoupling elasticity of industrial sectors in Jiangsu province during 2004-2013 is analyzed by Tapio decoupling model. And then, the industrial sectors are classified into three types according to the different decoupling elasticity. Finally, the three types of industrial sectors’ driving factors of industrial solid waste output are decomposed by LMDI method. The results show that: industrial sectors in Jiangsu province are divided into strong decoupling sectors, weak decoupling sectors and expansive negative decoupling sectors; economic development significantly promotes the increase of industrial solid waste output of all sectors; technology improvement and industrial structure largely decrease industrial solid waste output of strong decoupling sectors and weak decoupling sectors; however, technology improvement accelerates industrial solid waste output of expansive negative decoupling sectors; the role of industrial structure factor changes from restraint to promotion of expansive negative decoupling sectors.

        pH-dependent release of platycodin mitigates its gastrointestinal mucosa irritation after oral administration in rats

        The present study aimed to evaluate the gastrointestinalmucosa irritation of three platycodin formulations. Platycodin-loaded core pellets were prepared viaextrusion–spheronization method and coated withEudragit L100-55 (L100) or Eudragit S100 (S100) forpH-dependent release. The release of platycodin D fromcoated pellets exhibited pH dependent release profiles. Thepharmacokinetic study in rats showed that Tmax of thecoated pellets were prolonged as compared to that of uncoatedpellets. The S100-coated pellets possess a lowerCmax and decreased AUC0–24h as compared to the L100-coated and uncoated pellets. Hematoxylin-eosin stainingand nuclear factor Kappa B (NF-jB) measurement werecarried out to observe the gastrointestinal mucosa irritations. The results revealed that the irritations of platycodinon the upper gastrointestinal mucosa are dose-dependent. However, no obvious irritation effect on the gastrointestinaltissues of rats was detected after oral administration ofthe coated pellets. In addition, the amount of NF-jB in thestomach of rats treated with the uncoated pellets was aboutfivefold higher as compared to that of the coated pellets. Insummary, the L100-coated platycodin pellets exhibitedhigher oral bioavailability and less gastrointestinal mucosairritations as compared to the other two formulations.

        Structure and energy storage properties of Re0.02 Sr0.98TiO3 (Re = La, Pr, Sm) ceramics

        The Re0.02Sr0.98TiO3 (ReST, Re = La, Pr, Sm) ceramics with single cubic perovskite structures were prepared by a solid statereaction method. The structure and dielectric properties of the ReST ceramics were investigated for energy storage capacitorapplications. Strongly improved dielectric constant (εr > 2000 @1 kHz) with a good bias electric field stability was achieved forthe ReST ceramics. Together with relatively low dielectric loss (tanδ ≤ 3% @1 kHz) and normally high breakdown strength(Eb > 15 kV/mm), the ReST ceramics should be very promising for energy storage capacitors in pulsed power electronics.

      • Optimization of Cognitive Radio Secondary Information Gathering Station Positioning and Operating Channel Selection for IoT Sensor Networks

        <P>The Internet of Things (IoT) is the interconnection of different objects through the internet using different communication technologies. The objects are equipped with sensors and communications modules. The cognitive radio network is a key technique for the IoT and can effectively address spectrum-related issues for IoT applications. In our paper, a novel method for IoT sensor networks is proposed to obtain the optimal positions of secondary information gathering stations (SIGSs) and to select the optimal operating channel. Our objective is to maximize secondary system capacity while protecting the primary system. In addition, we propose an appearance probability matrix for secondary IoT devices (SIDs) to maximize the supportable number of SIDs that can be installed in a car, in wearable devices, or for other monitoring devices, based on optimal deployment and probability. We derive fitness functions based on the above objectives and also consider signal to interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) and position constraints. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) technique is used to find the best position and operating channel for the SIGSs. In a simulation study, the performance of the proposed method is evaluated and compared with a random resources allocation algorithm (parts of this paper were presented at the ICTC2017 conference (Wen et al., 2017)).</P>

      • T-SPOT.TB for Detection of Tuberculosis Infection among Hematological Malignancy Patients and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant Recipients

        The diagnosis of latent Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection (LTBI) is recommended in hematological malignancy patients and before hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Guidelines for the prevention and management of infectious complications of solid organ transplantation, 2004). Compared to traditional methods such as tuberculin skin test (TST), T-SPOT.TB has been shown to be more specific. In the present study we enrolled 536 patients for whom T-SPOT.TB was performed, among which 295 patients also received the TST test. The agreement (79%) between T-SPOT.TB and TST was poor (x=0.274, P<0.001). The patients with positive T-SPOT.TB results numbered 62 (11.6%), in which only 20 (48.8%) of the 41 receiving the TST test had positive results. A majority of the patients with T-SPOT.TB positive results had some other evidence ofTB, such as TB history, clinical symptoms and an abnormal chest CT scan. Active TB was found in 9 patients, in which 2 had negative TST results. We followed up the patients and no one developed active TB. Our study suggested that the T-SPOT.TB may be more useful for screening LTBI and active TB in hematological malignancy patients and hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients than the TST test.

        Fault Detection for Two-dimensional Multi State Delay Roesser Systems with Finite Frequency Specifications

        This article investigates the problem of fault detection filtering for two dimensional (2-D) continuousdiscrete systems with multi state delay in finite frequency domain. Firstly, by the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) method, a finite frequency bounded real lemma (BRL) is presented. Secondly, based on the obtained finite frequency BRL, an observer-based finite frequency fault detection filter is provided as a residual generator, which is used to simultaneously minimize the disturbance effect and maximize the fault effect in finite frequency ranges. Finally, simulations confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.

        헌법의 권위가 생성되는 경로에 관한 연구 - 라즈가 제기한 '권위 명제'에서 착안하여

        일찍이 고대 그리스 시기에 서방사회에서는 이미 헌법의 권위에 대한 토론이 있었다. 반대로 청나라 조정은 청조말기의 변법개혁시기에 이르러서야 처음으로 헌법적인 법률문건을 제정하였다. 따라서 중국의 전통문화에는 헌법 권위를 수호할 전승요소가 없다. 특히 중국 역사상 '외유내법(外儒內法)'의 치국 사상과 신중국 건국 이래의 역사와 현실은 헌법 권위를 크게 좌우했다. 라즈(Raz)가 제시한 ‘권위 명제’에 따르면 ‘의존 명제’, ‘통상적 정당화 명제’, ‘선취적 근거 명제’는 각각 ‘추론’, ‘강제력’, ‘신앙’이라는 헌법 시행의 세 측면에 대응하는 를 포함한다. 헌법 권위를 수립하는 경로에 대한 토론도 역시 이 세 가지 방면으로부터 전개되었다. As early as the ancient Greek period, the western society has appeared on the constitutional authority of the discussion. In contrast, it was not until the reform period of the late Qing Dynasty that the Qing government formulated the first constitutional legal document. Therefore, in Chinese traditional culture, there is no inheritance factor to safeguard constitutional authority. In particular, the governing thought of "Confucianism outside and law inside" in Chinese history, as well as the history and reality since the founding of the People's Republic of China have greatly influenced the constitutional authority. According to the "authority proposition" proposed by Raz includes "dependence proposition", "normal justification proposition" and "preemptive reason proposition", which correspond to the "reasoning", "coercive force" and "belief" of the implementation of the constitution respectively. The discussion on the path of establishing constitutional authority is also carried out from these three aspects.

        Molecular functions and therapeutic applications of exosomal noncoding RNAs in cancer

        Cancer is one of the most difficult diseases in human society. Therefore, it is urgent for us to understand its pathogenesis and improve the cure rate. Exosomes are nanoscale membrane vesicles formed by a variety of cells through endocytosis. As a new means of intercellular information exchange, exosomes have attracted much attention. Noncoding RNAs exist in various cell compartments and participate in a variety of cellular reactions; in particular, they can be detected in exosomes bound to lipoproteins and free circulating molecules. Increasing evidence has suggested the potential roles of exosomal noncoding RNAs in the progression of tumors. Herein, we present a comprehensive update on the biological functions of exosomal noncoding RNAs in the development of cancer. Specifically, we mainly focus on the effects of exosomal noncoding RNAs, including microRNAs, circular RNAs, long noncoding RNAs, small nuclear RNAs, and small nucleolar RNAs, on tumor growth, metastasis, angiogenesis, and chemoresistance. Moreover, we outline the current clinical implications concerning exosomal noncoding RNAs in cancer treatment.
