Fiber metal laminates, as the new generation of aircraft structural materials, are widely concerned by material researcher. This paper presents a study on the life prediction problems of fiber-reinforced Al–Li alloy laminates under spectrum loading by applying the cumulative damage and residual strength models. Firstly, fatigue life performance of the laminate materials is tested under different loading cases. Then, the most advanced damage accumulation and residual strength models are summarized, which is applied to composite laminates. Some models are directly abandoned because the data needed for fitting model cannot be obtained by this experiment or the model formulation is prevented directly to the application for the spectrum blocks with free loading. Meanwhile, a cumulative damage model considering residual strength is modified accordingly based on the characteristics of life prediction under spectrum loading. To study the impacts of these models on the fatigue life prediction for fiber reinforced Al–Li alloy laminate under spectrum loading, the predicted accuracy of these models will be compared by applying them to life prediction problems of 2/1 laminate and 3/2 laminate. Results show that compared with other models, modified model improves the prediction accuracy especially for 3/2 laminate.

유초연결이란 유치원교육과 초등교육 사이의 상호연결을 의미하며, 원활한 유초연결교육이 전개되어 어린이가 초등학교 생활에 더 빨리 적응할 수 있도록 도와준다. 이 연구는 학전 교육기관의 관점에서 문헌분석법을 사용하였다. 한국의《3-5세 누리과정》와 중국의 《3-6세 아동 학습 및 발전 지침》에 대하여 연구 개발배경, 교육목적, 교육실시 원칙, 내용구성의 분야 및 교육경로와 교수방법에서 비교분석 하였다. 이를 기초로 한중 양국의 초등학교전 교육기관의 유치원 및 초등학교 연계 교육을 모색해 볼 수 있을 것이다. 분석결과, 한중 양국은 여러 가지 면에서 매우 유사한 것으로 나타났다. 첫째, 한중 두 나라 모두 유아의 심신이 전면적으로 조화 발전하는 것을 목표로 하며, 유아의 평생 지속가능한 발전을 강조하고 있다. 둘째, 유아교육의 내용을 '건강, 언어, 사회, 과학, 예술'의 5개 분야로 나누고, 이들 교육의 통합을 선도하고 있다. 셋째, 교육과정에서 발달을 촉진하기 위하여 놀이교육, 생활교육, 집단교수활동 등을 중시하고 있다. 한중 양국의 이와 같은 동일한 교육관념과 교육사상은 초등학교전 교육 분야에서의 교류를 촉진시킬 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The Transition to Primary School Education is the mutual connection between kindergarten education and primary school. From the perspective of preschool education institutions,this study compares with <3-5세 누리 과정> (Korean)and < the leaning and development guide for 3-6 years old children >(China) from the research background, education purpose, education implementation principle, system structure, five areas of education, ways of education and teaching methods by using literature analysis. On this basis, to research the similarities and differences of The Transition to Primary School Education in preschool education institutions between Korea and China, the result shows that two countries are very similar in the above aspects except in some divisions of area, the ways of presentation and implement. For instance, to develop the health of children’s physical and mental is the same target for both two countries. In the meantime, emphasizing on children and children’s lifelong sustainable development; The content of early childhood education is divided into five areas: "heath,language,society,science,art", focusing on the area integration, game teaching, life education and group teaching. The same education concept and thought promoted the education consensus between the two countries, and thus effectively promoted the interaction and communication between the two countries in preschool education.

In this research, we designed a teacher professional development (PD) program where a small group of mathematics teachers could share, reflect on, and discuss their pedagogical knowledge and practices of ICT-integrated lessons, using a video annotation tool called DIVER. The main purposes of this paper are both micro and macro: to examine how the teachers were engaged in the meaning-making process in a video-based PD (micro); and to derive implications about how to design effective video-based teacher PD programs toward a teacher community of practices (macro). To examine teachers’ meaning-making in the PD sessions, discourse data from a series of 10 meetings was segmented into idea units and coded to identify discourse patterns, focusing on (a) participation levels, (b) conversation topics, and (c) conversation depth. Regarding the affordance of DIVER, discourse patterns of two meetings, before and after individual annotation with DIVER were compared through qualitative vignette analysis. Overall, we found that the teacher discourse shifted the focus from surface features to deeper pedagogical issues as the PD sessions progressed. In particular, the annotation function in DIVER afforded the teachers to exercise descriptive analyses of video clips in a flexible manner, thereby helping them cognitively prepared to take interpretative and evaluative stances in face-to-face discussions with colleagues. In conclusion, deriving from our research experiences, we discuss the possibilities and challenges of designing video-based teacher PD in a school context.
Study of Base Segmenting Algorithm of Substation Equipment Based on 3D Point Cloud

Segmenting affiliated facilities from the point cloud is the key of 3D identification of the equipment. This paper proposes a method to segment an equipment’s base from the equipment according to the change trend of the horizontally-projected areas of the layers formed by layering the equipment, thereby reducing the workload of manual segmentation of the base and improving the efficiency of intelligent identification of substation equipment. At the same time, the paper improves Iterative Closest Point (ICP) algorithm by using ICP error to jump out early of the iteration process of ICP, to reduce the iteration steps and shorten the matching time. The experimental results show that the identification rate of substation equipment is greatly improved by the base segmenting algorithm. The improved ICP algorithm significantly shortens the identification time, and has little impact on the identification rate.

<P>Recently, the strategy of protection-deprotection of functional groups has been widely employed to design fluorescent probes, as the protection-deprotection of functional groups often induces a marked change in electronic properties. Significant advances have been made in the development of analyte-responsive fluorescent probes based on the protection-deprotection strategy. In this tutorial review, we highlight the representative examples of small-molecule based fluorescent probes for bioimaging, which are operated via the protection-deprotection of key functional groups such as aldehyde, hydroxyl, and amino functional groups reported from 2010 to 2014. The discussion includes the general protection-deprotection methods for aldehyde, hydroxyl, or amino groups, as well as the design strategies, sensing mechanisms, and deprotection modes of the representative fluorescent imaging probes applied to bio-imaging.</P>

This work presents a new approach for lead ion detection (Pb2+) using an aluminum gallium nitride/gallium nitride (AlGaN/GaN) high-electron-mobility transistor (HEMT) sensor. The AlGaN/GaN HEMT structure of the sensor was realized by functionalizing the gate area with glutathione (GSH). The crystalline and surface qualities of the AlGaN film were measured through X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy. The response of the sensor was measured in terms of the source–drain current with varying concentrations of Pb2+ ions at a fixed drain-to-source voltage. The sensitivity of the sensor was 29.3 μA/(mg/L), and it exhibited high selectivity toward Pb2+. The results show that using the GSH-functionalized AlGaN/GaN HEMT sensor is a promising strategy for Pb2+ ion detection.

<P>Coumarins are a very large family of compounds containing the unique 2<I>H</I>-chromen-2-one motif, as it is known according to IUPAC nomenclature. Coumarin derivatives are widely found in nature, especially in plants and are constituents of several essential oils. Up to now, thousands of coumarin derivatives have been isolated from nature or produced by chemists. More recently, the coumarin platform has been widely adopted in the design of small-molecule fluorescent chemosensors because of its excellent biocompatibility, strong and stable fluorescence emission, and good structural flexibility. This scaffold has found wide applications in the development of fluorescent chemosensors in the fields of molecular recognition, molecular imaging, bioorganic chemistry, analytical chemistry, materials chemistry, as well as in the biology and medical science communities. This review focuses on the important progress of coumarin-based small-molecule fluorescent chemosensors during the period of 2012-2018. This comprehensive and critical review may facilitate the development of more powerful fluorescent chemosensors for broad and exciting applications in the future.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

In this work, a novel process of repeated upsetting-extrusion (RUE) was used to fabricate the AQ80 magnesium (Mg) alloy. The effects of deformation passes on the microstructure and microhardness of the RUEed AQ80 Mg alloy were studied. The results showed that {10–12} extension twins appeared in the sample after 1 pass of deformation compared to the initial sample, which divided the coarse grains and achieved the preliminary refinement of the grains. The grains were uniformly refined further with increasing RUE deformation passes, and after 3 passes, the average grain size was reduced from 27.4 to 3.0 μm. The grains were refined mainly by continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX), particle-stimulated nucleation (PSN), and discontinuous dynamic recrystallization (DDRX) mechanisms. After RUE deformation, the peak component of the texture was tilted by 0–20° toward the extrusion direction (ED) because of the increased activation of pyramidal < c + a > slip. The microhardness of the 3-pass RUE deformed sample increased by 12.9% compared to the initial sample. This is mainly attributable to fine-grained strengthening and second phase strengthening.

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) play important roles in the initiation and development of different diseases. Here, we detected their role in intervertebral disc (IVD) degeneration. An Arraystar human circular RNA microarray assay was used to detect circRNAs in normal and degenerated human IVD nucleus pulposus (NP) tissues. The role of circ-4099 in IVDD and its mechanism were evaluated by qRT-PCR and gain-of-function/loss-of-function studies. Interaction networks for competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs), miRNAs, and miRNA target gene were detected by bioinformatics analysis, RNA immunoprecipitation and luciferase assay. Expression of seventy-two circRNAs were increased by more than twofold in degenerated NP tissues. qRT-PCR showed that the expression of circ-4099 in NP tissues was consistent with that of the array screening. Over-expression of circ-4099 increased the expression of Collagen II and Aggrecan and decreased the secretion of the pro-inflammatory factors IL-1β, TNF-α, and PGE2. TNF-α treatment increased circ-4099 expression in NP cells. NF-κB/MAPK inhibitors or shRNAs abolished the inductive effects of TNF-α on circ-4099 expression. We further demonstrated that circ-4099 was able to function as a “sponge” by competitively binding miR-616-5p, which reversed the suppression of Sox9 by miR-616-5p. We used DNA pull-down and spectrometry experiments to show that TNF-α can promote circ-4099 transcription through upregulation of GRP78. We provide the first evidence that shows circRNAs are differentially expressed in degenerated and normal NP tissues. Circ-4099 may play a role in a protective mechanism and be part of a compensatory response that maintains the synthesis and secretion of the extracellular matrix in NP cells and might be a protective factor in IVD degeneration as well as restore NP cell function.
