        Molecular characterization of chemosensory protein genes in Bactrocera minax (Diptera: Tephritidae)

        Chemoreception is of great importance for survival of insects. Chemosensory proteins (CSPs) are believed to be involved in the perireceptor events of chemosensory system in many insect species, but this has not been clarified in the citrus fruit fly, Bactrocera minax, a serious dipteran pest of citrus crops. Previous studies indicated that four CSP genes were identified in many fly speices in Diptera. In the present study, we also identified four CSP genes in B. minax,namely BminCSP1–4, from a transcriptome database. All CSP proteins encoded by these genes bear the typical hallmarks of the CSP family: an N-terminal signal peptide and the four highly conserved cysteine residues. Phylogenetic analysis comparing with other dipteran CSPs indicated that dipteran CSPs may evolved from three ancestral CSP genes, and revealed the sequence diversities of BminCSPs and showed that BminCSP1–4 are clustered in separate groups, indicating the possibility of their contrasting function in B. minax. Furthermore, the tissue distribution of the four CSP genes in adult B. minax was analyzed by real-time quantitiative PCR. The results demonstrated that BminCSP3 are significantly transcriptionally enriched in antennae; BminCSP4 expressed primarily in heads; BminCSP1 and BminCSP2 showed high expressions in different tissues, such as antennae, abdomens and wings. Based on these findings, the different implications for the functions of BminCSPs are discussed. This study will offer a significant indication for further functional studies of the CSPs in B. minax

      • Meta-analysis of the Efficacy of Sorafenib for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

        Purpose: By carrying out a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials that compared sorafenib or combined chemotherapy with placebo or combined chemotherapy, the effectiveness of sorafenib in hepatocellular carcinoma was evaluated in the present study, which also provided clinical practice guidelines of evidence-based-medicine. Methods: We reviewed PubMed citations concerning sorafenib treating hepatocellular carcinoma in randomized controlled trials from Jan 2000 to July 2012. All the literature was extracted by Cochrane systematic reviews and underwent meta-analysis with RewMan 5.0 software. Results: Finally, four papers documenting randomized controlled studies were included. Compared with controls, sorafenib was shown to significantly increase overall survival (OS), time to progression (TTP), and disease control rates (DCR), but not the time to symptom progression (TTSP) in hepatocellular carcinoma patients. The incidence of grade-III/IV adverse reactions, including hand-foot-skin reactions, diarrhea, hypertension and skin rash or desquamation, in sorafenib treatment group was higher than that in controls. However, there was no significant difference in the incidence of hypodynamia between the two groups. Conclusions: Sorafenib exerts significant curative effects in hepatocellular carcinoma.

        Wireless capsule endoscopy Locomotion

        무선 캡슐 내시경 (WCE)은 세기 초에 개발 될 수 있는 가장 영향력 있는 바이오 의료 전자 기술 중 하나였다. 기존의 내시경 진단과 비교하여,이 응용 프로그램은 이에 훨씬 더 사용자 친화적인 방식으로 전체 위장관 (GI) 트랙을 검사하기 위한 새로운 대안을 가진 외과 의사를 제공하는 비 침습 및 저 위험이 특징이다. 그 이외에도 일반 하드웨어 업그레이드에서 WCE 연구의 국경은 기본적으로 캡슐의 소형화 및 활성화 운동에 있다. 운동은 일반적으로 자연적인 연동 운동의 함수이다 현재 상용화 WCE 제품의 본질적인 결점을 극복하기 위해, 활성 운동력 효과적으로 다른 장기에 장치를 탐색 대상으로 인간 내 치료 기능을 수행하기 위해 사용되는 전략의 시리즈로서 제안 조직과 연구의 측면에 대한 몇 가지 새로운 디자인의 리뷰는 이 문서에서 논의 될 것이다. Wireless capsule endoscopy (WCE) was one of the most influential bio-medical electronic technologies to be developed at the beginning of the century. In comparison to traditional endoscopic diagnosis, this application is characterized as non-invasive and low-risk, thereby providing surgeons with a new alternative for inspecting the entire gastrointestinal (GI) track in a much more user friendly way. Apart from regular hardware upgrades, the frontier of WCE research basically lies in the miniaturization of the capsule and in active locomotion. In order to overcome the intrinsic drawback of current commercialized WCE products, which is that locomotion is generally a function of natural peristalsis, active locomotion is proposed as a series of strategies used to effectively navigate the device into different organs and conduct therapeutic functions within targeted human tissues. Reviews of several novel designs with respect to this aspect of research will be discussed in this article.

        Dynamic Behavior Analysis of Tiny Robot

        무선 캡슐 내시경은 소장 질환을 진단하는 등의 어려움을 해결하는 진화 의료 기기로서 중요한 역할을 했다. 그것은 제한된 크기와 기능 때문에 몇 가지 단점이 있다. 가장 큰 장애물은 자기 운동 장애에서 속도 문제를 제공할 수 없다는 점이다. 따라서, 인간의 소화 시스템의 특성을 간단히 내시경 역학의 정보를 얻기 위해, 특히 소장을 소개한다. 조건 추출을 확인하기 위해서 LuGre 모델이라는 새로운 동적 마찰 모델을 도입하고 명확하게 특성 및 모델의 사용을 얻기 위하여 분석한다. 캡슐 내시경의 실제 상황과 관련된 매개 변수의 고려하여 매트랩 시뮬링크는 모델을 작성하는 데 적용하고 기능을 발견 할 수있는 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였다. The wireless capsule endoscopy played an important role as the evolutionary medical device to solving the difficulties such as diagnosing the intestine diseases. Due to the limited size and functions, it has some drawbacks. The most obstacle thing is the disability of self-motion, it means that it cannot provide the speed problem. Hence, the characteristics of human digestion system is briefly introduced, especially the intestine, to get the information of endoscopy dynamics. Next, in order to make an abstraction of the condition, a new dynamic friction model called LuGre model is introduced and clearly analysed to get the characteristics and the usage of the model. By the consideration of parameters that are tightly related with the real situation of the capsule endoscopy. The Matlab Simulink was applied to build the model and verified by the simulation to discover the features.

        发展中国家债务困境与一带一路债务争端解决制度构建

        Developing countries’ debt dilemma related to the COVID-19 pandemic has triggered heated discussion of global debt governance reform in China. Under the context, China and the West coordinated and launched the Debt Service Suspension Initiative (DSSI) on the G20 platform. The DSSI, which was regarded as a structural breakthrough between the traditional and emerging sovereign creditors, however, has been repeatedly blocked during its implementation. There are two main explanations for it, ‘private creditors dilemma’ and ‘debt transparency obstacle’ respectively. The former argues that the dilemma of global debt governance in the post-epidemic era is rooted in the mismatch between the existing governance framework and the actual structure of the global North-South debt relationship, and it is especially difficult to solve the problem related to private creditors holding sovereign bonds of developing countries. The latter argues China’s booming overseas lending lack transparence, which blocks private creditors from participating in international coordination of debt relief. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes solutions from the macro, meso, and micro levels on how to resolve the global debt governance dilemma and build the Belt and Road debt dispute resolution mechanism in the post-epidemic era.

        The Influence of Dispersion State of Graphene Sheets on the Microstructure and Thermal Conductivity of Free-Standing Reduced Graphene Oxide Films

        Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) aqueous dispersions were synthesized from GO suspensions with hydrazine as reducing agent via a microwave-hydrothermal process in ammonia solution. The rGO films were fabricated by vacuum filtration of above dispersions. When the weight ratio of hydrazine to GO (R N2H4/GO) increases from 0.125 to 9, the dispersion stability of rGO nanosheets in hydrazine/ammonia solution degrades gradually, the surfaces of resultant films become rough from smooth and large interspaces turn up in the transverse section. With the increasing of R N2H4/GO, the C/O atomic ratio and orientation degree of (002) plane of rGO films increase, and the in-plane thermal conductivity also increases, achieving a maximum value of 1056 W/m K when R N2H4/GO is 3.375, then decreases because large interspaces in the rGO film with higher reduction degree greatly limit the thermal transport due to the severe phonon scatterings at the sheets boundaries.
