        노드 채색문제에 대한 기존 해법의 분석 및 분류

        The node coloring problem is a problem to color the nodes of a graph using the minimum number of colors possible so that any two adjacent nodes are colored differently. This problem, along with the edge coloring problem, has a variety of practical applications particularly in item loading, resource allocation, exam timetabling, and channel assignment. The node coloring problem is an NP-hard problem, and thus many researchers develop a number of heuristic algorithms. In this paper, we survey and classify those heuristics with the emphasis on how an algorithm orders the nodes and colors the nodes using a determined ordering.

      • 한라산 국립공원내 습지의 동물상 조사

        We surveyed fauna of three inland wetlands, which situated in Mt. Halla National Park-Dongsuak, 1100 High Ground, and Baengnokdam. The total species number of birds observed at three areas was 44 species and the individual numbers were 140 of 24 species at Dongsuak, 204 of 29 species at 1100 High Ground, and 205 of 18 species at Baengnokdam. Species diversity and species richness were the highest at 1100 High Ground. The total species number of Amphibia and Reptilia were 5 and 6, respectively, and any reptile was not observed at Baengnokdam. Survey of mammalians was limited to only four species (Carpreolus pygargus tianschanicus, Meles meles melanogenys, Mustela sibirica quelpartis, and Tamias sibiriricus barberi) and appearance of M. sibirica quelpartis and T. sibiriricus barberi was restricted to Baengnokdam and Dongsuak, respectively.

        The effect of solution treatment temperature on the tempered martensite embrittlement in 2.5% Ni-1% Cr-0.4% Mo-0.12% V steel has been investigated. Tempered martensite embrittlement occurs at 350℃ tempering. With increasing solution treatment temperature from 850℃ to 1,150℃, Charpy impact energy shows a maximum at 900℃ and decreases above/below 900℃. This seems to be attributed to the microsegregation of solute atoms below 900℃ and the growth of austenite grains above 900℃. The failure mode is primarily a cleavage fracture at the tempered martensite embrittlement temperature. With increasing solution treatment temperature, the amount of cleavage and the ductile to brittle transition temperature increase.

        Theoretical analysis and experiment for supersonic flow around the wedges have been conducted. Wedges are being used as a means of measuring a flow direction, Mach No., a basic study of inlet or combustion chamber of ramjet and scramjet engine. We use a shock tunnel to get a supersonic flow conditions and schlieren system to visualize supersonic flow field around wedge. Numerical simulation is also conducted by Harten-Yee type 2nd-order Total Variable Diminishing(TVD) scheme and oblique shock theory. Comparison of calculated results with experimental data is in good agreement.

        HRD 부서의 학습유형에 따른 조직성과에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 한국의 HRD 부서 66개에 대한 설문조사를 바탕으로 기업에서 HRD부서의 학습유형을 도출하고, 학습유형에 따른 조직성과의 차이를 분석하였다. 학습성향 변수를 군집분석의 방법을 통해 HRD부서의 학습유형을 도출하였다. 그 결과 한국기업의 HRD 부서의 학습유형을 과정중심 집단학습형, 개선적 개인학습형, 혁신적 집단학습형, 결과중심 집단학습형의 네 가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 이중 과정중심 집단학습형이 우리나라 기업의 가장 대표적인 학습유형인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습유형별 조직성과의 차이를 비교하였는데, 학습조직 이론에서 가치롭게 여기는 성향을 많이 포함하고 있는 과정중심 집단학습형과 혁신적 집단학습형의 HRD부서를 보유하고 있는 기업이 우수한 조직성과를 나타냈다. 이러한 결과로 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 한국 기업의 HRD부서는 지식의 개인적 보유보다는 공유에, 개선보다는 혁신에, 개인역량의 개발보다는 팀역량의 개발에 더욱 주력하는 방향으로 그 학습성향(learning orientation)을 전환할 필요가 있다는 것이다. 본 논문의 제한은 표본의 제한으로 인해 연구결과를 일반적으로 확장하기에 어려움이 따를 수 있다는 점이다. A source of the competency in a firm depends on generating knowledge, sharing information, using knowledge and accumulating knowledge in knowledge-based society. HRD department plays an important role in learning process. A function of HRD department is to facilitate learning process in an organization and support employees in accessing necessary information to generate valuable knowledge. Quite often, learning in an organization occurs process informally. Studies on learning styles in HRD department are insufficient. There seem to be no clear standard that can be used to classify organizational learning styles. Therefore, first, this study classified learning styles in HRD department from results which grouped seven learning orientation variables suggested by Nevis, DiBella, Gould(1995). And the secondly, according to organizational learning styles, organizational performance show significant differences. The results of this research follow. First, this research identifies organizational learning styles of HRD department in firm. Cluster analysis was conducted deriving four learning styles from grouping seven learning orientations in organizational learning process: Process-centered group learning style; adaptive individual learning styles; innovative group learning styles; product-centered group learning styles. Secondly, there were statistically significant differences on performance between organizational learning styles. Process-centered group learning style and innovative group learning styles showed better performance than the other two learning styles did. The results suggest that HRD department in a firm need to change the focus of organization learning; from acquiring knowledge on individual basis to getting knowledge collaboratively in a group, from exchanging knowledge informally and personally to sharing knowledge formally and publicly, from improving an organization adaptively to revolutionizing an organization innovatively, and from encouraging individual competency to valuing group competency.

        유색 보리 종실의 품종별 색소 특성

        유색보리 4품종과 보통보리 4품종 종실의 종피에 함유되어 있는 색소의 특성을 분석하여 해당작물의 신품종 육성시 우수계통 선발에 유용한 자료를 제공코자 하였다. 유색(검정)쌀보리인 Ab2231을 표준시료로 하여 실험한 결과 에탄올의 농도가 80%일 때 색소추출 효율이 양호하였다. 80% 에탄올에 1.0% 염산을 첨가한 것이 추출효율이 가장 좋았다. 추출시간에 따른 추출효율성을 조사한 결과 1시간 추출이면 충분하였다. 추출된 색소의 안정성을 유지하기 위하여 첨가시키는 산의 적정농도를 알아본 결과 1.0% HCl을 첨가한 농도에서 가장 낮은 색소량 감소율이 나타났다. 각 보리 품종 시료에서 추출한 색소의 흡광스펙트럼을 조사하였던 바, Ab2231의 그것은 535㎚에서 최대흡광파장을 나타내어 안토시아닌계 색소로 판단되었으며, 호계4호의 그것은 안토시아닌계 이외의 색소를 주로 함유하는 것으로 보였다. 한편, 추출된 색소의 특성에 따라 유색보리의 품종은 Ab2231와 모찌무기로 대표되는 쌀보리 그룹과 Lion과 호계4호로 대표되는 겉보리 그룹으로 분류되었다. The characteristics of the pigments extracted from grains of the colored barley varieties Ab2231. Mozzimugi, Lion, and Hogye 4 were studied. Extraction of the pigments from powder (80 mesh) of the barley grains was most efficient in 80% ethanol containing 1.0% HCI for 1 hr at 60℃. The pigments were also stable in 80% ethanol containing 1.0% HCI. Depending on the absorption spectra, maximal peak wavelength, and the ratio of A_(440)/Anu_(max), the varieties were separated into two groups, colored naked barley (Ab2231 and Mozzimugi) and colored covered barley (Lion and Hogye 4).

        타리비드 정(오플록사신 100㎎)에 대한 파비드 정의 생물학적동등성

        The purpose of the present study was designed to evaluate the bioequivalence of two ofloxacin tablets, Tarivid (Jell Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and Favid (ILHWA Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Twenty-four normal male volunteers, 23.67±3.12 year in age and 68.50±7.23 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2x2 cross-over study was employed. After four tablets containing 100 mg of ofloxacin were orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and concentrations of ofloxacin in plasma were deter mined using HPLC. Pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t) and T_(max) were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_(t), and C_(max) and untransformed T_(max). There were no sequence effects between two formulations in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals for the log transformed data were acceptance range of log 0.8 to log 1.25 (e.g., log 0.94-log 1.04 and log 0.90-log 1.07 for AUC_(t) and C_(max) respectively). The major parameters. AUC_(t) and C_(max) met the criteria of KDFA for bioequivalence indicating that Favid tablet is bioequivalent to Tarivid tablet.

        Flyash를 이용한 블록의 흡음특성에 관한 연구

        The blocks using flyash were prepared in this study. The characteristic of sound absorption of flyash block was investigated. It was revealed that the chemical additives and flyash played an important role to determine the characteristic of sound absorption. Chemical additive affects the capability of sound absorption while flyash affects the characteristic of sound absorption, i.e. high value of the sound absorption coefficient at the specific frequencies(1㎑ and 2 ㎑). The flyash block showed higher sound absorption coefficient than that of the commercial concrete block having carpet on the surface. It was also shown that the sound absorption coefficient increases with increase of the content of flyash in the block. However, it was found that the 70wt% of flyash in the flyash block was the optimum content to obtain the highest sound absorption coefficient.

        농업인 평생학습체계 구축을 위한 농업인교육 발전방안 연구

        이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 농업인의 평생학습체계 구축을 위한 농촌진흥기관의 역할을 정립하고, 한국농업대학의 농업인대학 운영 본부화 방안을 수립하는데 있다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌고찰, 농업인 및 농촌진흥기관의 농업인 교육 담당자들의 인식 및 요구분석, 전문가 자문 및 협의회 등의 방법을 활용하였으며, 이를 토대로 도출된 연구의 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농촌진흥기관의 농업인교육관련 연계를 위해서는 한국농업대학이 농업인평생교육기관으로 평가인정을 받고, 전국의 농업인대학을 총체적으로 지원하는 역할을 수행하는 것이 바람직하다. 이때 지역의 농업기술센터는 한국농업대학과 협력적 관계를 구축하여 학점은행제 운영에 소요되는 교육 및 이력관리를 지원하는 역할을 수행하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 한국농업대학의 농업인대학 운영본부화를 위하여 평생학습원의 조직이 추가되는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 따라 평생학습원의 비전, 미션 및 전략이 제시되었으며, 조직의 기능 및 세부과제가 제시되었다. 셋째, 농업인교육의 학점은행제를 도입을 위한 체계를 설정한 후, 농업관련 기존 표준교육과정 분석, 농업인 요구분석, 전국 농업인대학 교육과정 분석, 기존 농업관련 전공 교육과정 분석, 전문가 검토 등의 과정을 거쳐서 '영농 전문학사'와 '농업 경영 학사'의 표준교육과정을 개발하였다. 넷째, 고졸미만 농업인을 위한 사전학습제도화를 위하여 농업인교육의 평가인정을 통한 방안과 One-Stop 평생학습모델을 통한 방안을 제시하였다. The purposes of this research were to assign the role of rural development organizations, and to establish the strategy for the making headquarter of farmer's university. The study was performed as follows: (1) analyzing the related literatures, documents, records review, (2) need analysis of farmers and members ig rural development organizations in terms of farmer's lifelong learning, (3) consulting experts. The following four findings are the results of this study: (1) Korean national agricultural college should be headquarter of farmer's universities and be approve for lifelong learning credit. Also, agricultural technology & extension centers should run educational program for the lifelong learning credit. (2) For the doing role of headquarter of farmer's university, division of lifelong learning should be add to department of technology training in Korea agricultural college. In relation with this, vision, mission and strategy of division of lifelong learning were suggested. (3) Steps for introduction of credit bank system of farmer education were suggested. Also standard curriculums of 'farming associate degree' and 'agricultural management bachelor's degree' were developed through analyzing existing standard curriculum related with agriculture, analyzing need of farmer, analyzing curriculum of farmer's university, analyzing curriculum of agriculture major. (4) For farmer who do not have high school graduate, two solutions were suggested which are approving farmer's education and one-stop lifelong learning model.

      • 저장전 Ca 처리가 온주밀감의 저장성에 미치는 영향

        ABSTRACT The storage effects of satsuma mandarin( Citrus unshiu. Marc. cv. Miyagawa Wase) by immersion in 4% CaCl2 and 1,300 folds diluted solution of Indasen(fungicide) were investigated. The pretreated citrus fruits at 35℃ for 24 hrs were stored at 3℃. 85% relative humidity, and at room temperature without humidity control. Soluble solids, acid content, firmness and vitamin C content of fruits were 11.41oBrix, 1.28%, 945.0 g-force and 45.61mg/100g, respectively. The pretreated fruits with CaCl2 did not affect weight loss, but was effective on reduction of decay ratio and retention of firmness in some degree. Ca treatment did not affect the change of soluble solids, acid content and vitamin C, compared to non-treatment. Coloration of stored fruits was improved with Ca treatment in a degree, furthermore coloration was progressed continuously on room temperature.
