        본 연구는 각종 첨단 기자재를 활용한 강의 현대화 방안을 모색함으로서 공학교육의 효율성을 도모하고 학생들의 학습동기를 유발하여 창조적 능력을 갖츤 전문기술 인력을 양성하는 데 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 현행 공학교육의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 강의 현대화 사례를 조사하여 본 연구의 기초자료로 삼고자 하였으며, 학부·전공별 강의 현대화 추진 실태분석 및 개선방안을 모색한 후 이상의 연구결과를 종합하여 향후의 강의 형대화 추진방향을 걸정하였다. This study aims to help bring up the well-skilled and creative engineers by searching the modernization of education using various high technology facilities. For this, we analyzed the general condition and problems of current engineering education and surveyed the case study of the modernization of education as basic study. After analyzing the existing situation of promotion searching the proper improvement methods of it, we proposed the new direction of the modernization of education from now on.

      • 전해 가열에 관한 방전현상 분석

        In studing the nature of current discharge in an electrolyte, a cathode-ray oscilloscope and Hg-rectifier were used. The spark discharge occurred when the electrolytic current passed its maximum point if, at the moment, the cathode was insulated from the solution with heated hydrogen gas, bubbles and vapor. The insulated state persisted for about 1×10-2-4×10-2 second after a spark discharge. In general, a law current dischage are Occurred at the end of each insulated state. The number of sparks per second increased, as the voltage increased, and so the total duration of the insulated status, and the number of low Carrent are discharges per second were also increased. The current in the discharge region, therefore, was decreased by increasing the voltage. In the arc discharge region, the discharge began at the point of about 20%, and ended at the point of about 40% of the rectfiier voltage. The duration of the discharge was ranged 2×10-2~3×10-2 second. In the case when the insulated state and the discharge alternated, it seemed that this duration was almost directly proportional to amount of currentt.

      • 경피신경 전기자극이 β-Endorphin 및 Catecholamines치에 미치는 영향

        The development of a method for the detection or highly specific opiate receptors in neural memberances and the discovery of such receptors in animal brains opened the current era of explosively rapid progress in understanding the fundamental mechanisms of action of the opiate narcotics. Furthermore a second advance was the discovery of two endogenuous opioid peptides, Met-and Leu-enkephalin which was recognized as a component of a larger peptide malecule, β-lipotropin. Immediately, scientists became interested in the possible physiologic function of these components in animal and humans, so active research in the rea was begun, and is continuing today. And also the relation-ships of endorphin to other neurotransmitter systems. Recently major efforts have been undertaken to develop assays for β-endorphin and catecholamines in plasma to study possible effcts of pain, stress, diurnal variation and acticity. It was a well known fact that βendorphin and catecholamines were secreted concomitantly by the pituitary gland. However, reserachers have noted an increase or decrease of β-endorphin and catecholamines in plasma after TENS, there may or may not be the correlation between acute and chronic pain. This study has undertaken the correlation between β-endorphin and catecholamines level changes by the TENS in the chronic pain and normal healthy volunter subjects with twelve cases each. We measured and observed β-endorphin levels with RIA KIT and catecholamines levels with High Performance Liquied Chomatography with Electrochemical Detection and also observed the changes of the blood pressure and pulsa rate before, after 30 minutes, and after 60 minutes with TENS. The results were as follows: 1. There were no significant differences on age, heigh and weight in compared with groups. (Table 1) 2. The pain intensity was markedly improved in the experimental gorups. (Table 1) 3. The changes of blood pressure were observed with slight decrease (P>0.05) and pulse rate were significantly decreased (P<0.05) in both groups before and after TENS. (Table 2) 4. Some changes with β-endorphin were observed with a slight increase or decrease in both groups before and after TENS< but there was no statistically significant changes in both gourps. (P>0.05) (Table 3) 5. Some changes in the catecholamines level were observed with a slight increase or decrease in both goups before and after TENS< but there was no constant tendency. (p>0.05) (Table 4). These results show that the relief of pain intensith with TENS were not correlated with β-endorphin and catecholamines level which has no constant tendency.

      • 시멘트 킬른 더스트를 사용한 콘크리트의 역학적 특성에 관한 연구

        This paper is intended to investigate the properties of fresh and hardened concrete, in which cement and fine aggregate are replaced with cement kiln dust(CKD), for effective using method of CKD, a by-product produced in the process of making cement. According to the results, as the replacing ratio of CKD increases, slump and air content of concrete decreases remarkably due to an increase of viscosity and filling of the pores respectively. As the properties of setting, setting time are shortened with an increase of the replacing ratio of CKD. Compressive strength increases due to the filling effect of the pores in comparison with plain concrete, and compressive strength ratio is high at early age.

        The study is tried to look for the quantitative approach to Budgeting-Making the public sector and to be classified roughly Budgeting-Making into three fields private, city-government and federal government. The generalization of the approach is to be construed with traits and common features of each fields that are to be traced on three fields. The budget would be the combination between scarce resources and limitless desires and so the budged is the product of Politics. The study is to adjust the focus of the possibility which in forming the produce would be available to make it scientific to pool all social powers and represent social equality and values. The quantification sometimes loses sight of the nature of the subjects and will become to be a parochial, but the substance of the quantification would be criteria which leads to explain in more detail lots of phenomena and to guide the settlement and then it would not be far from a science. The quantitative approaches are consisted of two demensions-one is micro and other macro. Two demensions are reciprocal in nature and according to objects they will be applied to each other. Incrementalism is based on the approach and in fact it would be criticized as actualistic, negative or satisfied, but only the contents and the effects of the budget could be so. The nature of the budget is concentrated on its effectiveness and results than actualistic or negative. The quantitification of the budget therefore could accelerate that the budget is to be a science and could bring it to be scrutinized. The quantification could not mean the sole-equation but could come multi-demensionals and a complex of all elements to be simple and warm.

      • 物質構造에 對한 史的 考察

        Here I arranged historically the process of material structure based on the feat of the great scientists to understand correctly the status of material structure for studing the mistery of material structure nowadays. The summary was as follows. The atomic conception based on particle was figured out through the philosophic thought about 2000 yeas before. Then, the research carried into the scientifically as the quantitic experiment had realized its fundamental work on the eve of 19th century. The equality equation of material and energy was Proved on account of the fission of Uranium after the introduction of quantum theory in 1900B. C. Thereafter atomic model was originally designed in 1913 B.C. After that, the exsistance of mat erial wave was proved by asserting the nature of wave in material corpuscle and by proving the wave in electron beam through the experiment by interference apparatus. The corpuscle and wave theory was confronted with each other on account of making many of discoveries by scientists between 1925 and 1926. But, by synthesizing the two theory at last, modern double nature of material structure was established. The structural element of material belongs to the incapable part for observing whether wave or particle. Therefore new material Conception has established by analyzing the conception philosophically based on material experiment through observation and on mathmatical theory.

      • 정상 성인에서 수면박탈이 수면구조와 피로감에 미치는 영향

        To identify the effects of sleep deprivation on sleep structure polysomnography was performed for 10healthy young adults. Visual analogue scale was also used to identify the effects of sleep deprivation on fatigue, mood, and sleepiness. The subjects were young adults, ranging in age from 21 to 26 years, without past or present histories of significant medical, neurological, or psychiatric illness as well as no current major sleep disturbances or parasomnias. After one adaptation night, each subject was recorded polysomnography in the sleep laboratory. Sleep records were analyzed according to the criteria of Rechtschaffen and Kales every 20 seconds, and tried paired-t-test and correlation. The results were summarized as follows. 1. After one night of total sleep deprivation, compared with the baseline, TST, stage 3, stage 4, and SWS were significanlty increased, and sleep latency was significantly shortened, and return to normal level after 3 nights of recovery. 2. The relative value(%) of stage 3, stage 4, and SWS were positive correlation between the baseline and the first recovery night. 3. Compared with the baseline, reaction time was significantly delayed in the first recovery night, and returned to normal level after 3 days of recovery. 4. The feeling of fatigue, mood, and sleepiness were significantly worsened in the first day after TSD, and returned to normal level after 3 days of recovery.
