Mass migrations of Slovaks from the north of Hungary to the south (to the Lowland) in the 18th and 19th centuries are part of the migration of serfs as part of the systematic colonization of Empress Maria Theresa after the expulsion of the Turks from this territory. Coexistence with other nations or old settlers, as well as state politics, naturally influenced further development and determined the life of immigrants in national, cultural, economic, social, as well as linguistic terms. The aim of this paper is to present the linguistic situation of the Slovaks in the settlement of Kysáč in today's Serbia based on church documents from their immigration to the end of the First World War. We examined the chronicle of the Kysáč priest František Jesenský from 1773, registers from the years 1787 – 1918, the minutes of the canonical visitation of the Kysáč church choir from 1835, the minutes of the school board of the Kysáč school from the years 1895 – 1915, the minutes of the presbytery conventions 1912 – 1916 and other documents of the church archive of the Slovak Evangelical Church a. c. in Kysáč.
The application of modal filters for damage detection
Mendrok, Krzysztof,Uhl, Tadeusz Techno-Press 2010 Smart Structures and Systems, An International Jou Vol.6 No.2
A modal filter is a tool used to extract the modal coordinates of each individual mode from a system's output. This is achieved by mapping the response vector from the physical space to the modal space. It decomposes the system's responses into modal coordinates, and thus, on the output of the filter, the frequency response with only one peak corresponding to the natural frequency to which the filter was tuned can be obtained. As was shown in the paper (Deraemecker and Preumont 2006), structural modification (e.g. a drop in stiffness or mass due to damage) causes the appearance of spurious peaks on the output of the modal filter. A modal filter is, therefore, a great indicator of damage detection, with such advantages as low computational effort due to data reduction, ease of automation and lack of sensitivity to environmental changes. This paper presents the application of modal filters for the detection of stiffness changes. Two experiments were conducted: the first one using the simulation data obtained from the numerical 7DOF model, and the second one on the experimental data from a laboratory stand in 4 states of damage.

An application of operational deflection shapes and spatial filtration for damage detection
Krzysztof Mendrok,Jeremi Wójcicki,Tadeusz Uhl 국제구조공학회 2015 Smart Structures and Systems, An International Jou Vol.16 No.6
In the paper, the authors propose the application of operational deflection shapes (ODS) for the detection of structural changes in technical objects. The ODS matrix is used to formulate the spatial filter that is further used for damage detection as a classical modal filter (Meirovitch and Baruh 1982, Zhang et al. 1990). The advantage of the approach lies in the fact that no modal analysis is required, even on the reference spatial filter formulation and other components apart from structural ones can be filtered (e.g. harmonics of rotational velocity). The proposed methodology was tested experimentally on a laboratory stand, a frame-like structure, excited from two sources: an impact hammer, which provided a wide-band excitation of all modes, and an electro-dynamic shaker, which simulated a harmonic component in the output spectra. The damage detection capabilities of the proposed method were tested by changing the structural properties of the model and comparing the results with the original ones. The quantitative assessment of damage was performed by employing a damage index (DI) calculation. Comparison of the output of the ODS filter and the classical modal filter is also presented and analyzed in the paper. The closing section of the paper describes the verification of the method on a real structure – a road viaduct.
Model Calculation of the Np-237 Fission Cross-Sections for En=0 to 20 MeV
박혜일,B. 스트로마이어,M. 울,Bak, H.I.,Strohmaier, B.,Uhl, M. Korean Nuclear Society 1981 Nuclear Engineering and Technology Vol.13 No.4
The Np-237 fission cross-sections up to 20 MeV incident neutron energy are calculated by means of the computer code STAPRE- a statistical model code with consideration of preequilibrium decay. The higher chance fissions up to third compound nucleus are taken into account, and the main input parameters in the treatment of fission under consideration of a double-humped fission barrier are carefully adjusted, so that the current trend of experimental data can be fitted within an apparent deviation of about 10% throughout the entire energy range. Results are presented in the form of point-wise cross-section values, and also in the form of graph to demonstrate the shape agreement.
Critical Phenomena at the Antiferromagnetic Phase Transition of Azurite
P. T. Cong,B. Wolf,R. S. Manna,A. Br¨uhl,S. K¨ohler,M. Lang 한국물리학회 2013 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.62 No.12
We report on high-resolution acoustic, specific heat and thermal expansion measurements inthe vicinity of the antiferromagnetic phase transition at TN = 1.88 K on a high-quality singlecrystal of the natural mineral azurite. A detailed investigation of the critical contribution to thevarious quantities at TN is presented. The set of critical exponents and amplitude ratios of thesingular contributions above and below the transition indicate that the system can be reasonablywell described by a three-dimensional Heisenberg antiferromagnet.
