Wireless Sensor Network Achieved by Automatic Positioning System Node

In application of wireless sensor network, the position information of sensor node is crucial within life cycle in the whole network. In order to design algorithm of node positioning with high-efficiency, high-precision and low-consumption, this paper puts forward using the encryption algorithm of space control node originally applied in field of engineering measurement, by using SDI algorithm ( space and distance intersection algorithm) as three-dimensional position algorithm used in system to achieve three-dimensional automatic positioning calculation of distributed nodes. Test proves that this kind of algorithm has better positioning nature and higher precision; it is used as three-dimensional positioning because it has good engineering application value.
The Research on Smart Home’s Wireless Control Mechanism

In order to improve smart home’s wireless control measure and overall level of smart home, the current concerned problem is to design a wireless network protocol that is low-cost, easy to develop and oriented to the field of smart home. The paper puts forward the general framework of smart home’s wireless control on smart home’s wireless control protocol and specific applications, and designs hardware and network structure for this system. By combining with design and algorithm implementation of repeaters, the paper improves WSN routing protocol, which is based on applications of smart home, and geographical routing protocol, which is appropriate for this scene. Meanwhile, the paper applies double bounce greedy algorithm and routing void mark to improve the problem of routing void. In this way, it avoids from the generation of routing void to the greatest extent. Through the simulation experiment, it can draw a conclusion that comparing with GPSR protocol and GEAR protocol, the improved protocol has a great improvement on node energy consumption and effective avoidance of routing void. It makes network performance improve to a greater degree. Before deploying smart home’s network nodes, it should pay more attention to deploy the number of nodes. In appropriate node deployment, better network performance of smart home can be obtained.

With the research in the technology of AADL, we design and realize the parser for AADL and code generation tools which transform AADL model into C source code based on Spoofax/XL. This lays a good foundation for further realizing the AADL unified modeling, verification, implementation and code generation integrated environment.
Research on Radial Force of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Based on Maxwell

In the existing permanent magnet motor drive system, the vibration and noise problems caused by motor and driver are more and more obvious and complex. Among them, the radial electromagnetic force fl uctuation problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) stator is the most important cause of vibration and noise. The radial electromagnetic force fl uctuation of PMSM stator is the main source of vibration and noise. In order to lay a solid foundation for studying the distribution of vibration and noise, the radial electromagnetic force of 12 slot 14 pole PMSM is calculated by combining Maxwell stress method and Lorentz force method. Based on the Maxwell platform, a solution model is established to analyze the radial electromagnetic force of motor in time and space. The time–space analysis diagram of radial electromagnetic force in no-load section and load section is given; it is helpful to avoid resonance point and realize low-noise design of motor.
Photocatalytic oxidation of gas-phase Hg0 by carbon spheres supported visible-light-driven CuO–TiO2

A simplified approach for the fabrication of CuO/TiO2@C is demonstrated. In this study, low cost CuO/TiO2@C photocatalysts (CSs loading 0.25–2 wt.%) were prepared, characterized and evaluated for gasphaseHg0 oxidation. The obtained CuO/TiO2@C photocatalysts were used to remove gaseous elementalmercury under UV light and LED respectively, and the optimum doping of content of CSs was determined. The results showed that the CuO/TiO2@C photocatalysts were highly efficient in oxidizing Hg0, reachingabove 64% when the CSs doping reached 0.5 wt.%. We have proposed that the probable mechanism bywhich CuO/TiO2@C photocatalysts remove gaseous elemental mercury: with CSs doping, CSs can act assensitizer and transfer electrons to the semiconductors, triggering the formation of very reactive radicalsto improve photocatalytic efficiency.
Gene expression and promoter methylation of porcine uncoupling protein 3 gene

Objective: Uncoupling protein 3 gene (UCP3) is a candidate gene associated with the meat quality of pigs. The aim of this study was to explore the regulation mechanism of UCP3 expression and provide a theoretical basis for the research of the function of porcine UCP3 gene in meat quality. Methods: Bisulfite sequencing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and quantitative real-time PCR (Q-PCR) were used to analyze the methylation of UCP3 5′-flanking region and UCP3 mRNA expression in the adipose tissue or skeletal muscle of three pig breeds at different ages (1, 90, 210-day-old Putian Black pig; 90-day-old Duroc; and 90-day-old Dupu). Results: Results showed that two cytosine-guanine dinucleotide (CpG) islands are present in the promoter region of porcine UCP3 gene. The second CpG island located in the core promoter region contained 9 CpG sites. The methylation level of CpG island 2 was lower in the adipose tissue and skeletal muscle of 90-day-old Putian Black pigs compared with 1-day-old and 210-day-old Putian Black pigs, and the difference also existed in the skeletal muscle among the three 90-day-old pig breeds. Furthermore, the obvious changing difference of UCP3 mRNA expression was observed in the skeletal muscle of different groups. However, the difference of methylation status and expression level of UCP3 gene was not significant in the adipose tissue. Conclusion: Our data indicate that UCP3 mRNA expression level was associated with the methylation status of UCP3 promoter in the skeletal muscle of pigs.
