      • 디젤엔진排出物의 變異原性에 미치는 鉛의 效果에 關한 硏究

        Diesel engine exhaust gas contains various chemical compounds, including hydrocarbons nitro-compounds, and lead, which pollute the environment. The mutagenic effect of diesel engine emittants and promoting effect of lead on such mutagenecity were studied. The mutagenicity test was conducted with TA colonies of S. typhimurium and the results are summarized as follows : 1. Positive mutagenicity was demonstrated for diesel fuel emittants in S. typhimurium TA 98 and 100 showing a clear dose-response relationship. 2. For the effect of speed and loading of engine in promoting mutagenicity, highest degree of mutagenicity was found at idling, and comparatively high degree was found at 50% loading. 3. Lead in diesel engine emittants was found to promote mutagenicity in S. typhimurium and this effect was especially sensitive during the pre-culture period.

      • Grooved pegboard 검사의 정상성인의 표준치에 관한 연구

        Dexterity is defined in the present study as interdigital manipulative skill or the fine manipulative movements of objects held between the thumb and fingers. The Grooved pegboard test has been used to evaluate dexterity requring visual-motor coordination. The purpose of this study was to standardize the completion time of the Grooved pegboard test in different age groups and gender. Normative values for the Grooved Pegboard Test was developed on the sample of 282 healthy volunteers (89 men and 183 women). Subjects were stratified according to gender and dominant hand and were subdivided into six groups by blocking. The results of this study were as follows: 1) There was a significant difference in completion time between dominant and nondominant hand in both men and women groups (p<.05). 2) There were significant differences in completion time between men and women group (p<.05) 3) There were significant differences in completion time among age groups (p<.05).

      • 옥상조경에서 물관리 기술에 관한 연구 : 방수, 배수, 관수를 중심으로 focused on waterproofing, drainage and irrigation

        The purpose of this thesis is to establish the design, construction and maintenance criterria for the water related problems in roofscape planning. Typical water related areas are the waterproofing, drainage and irrigation. As far as the waterproofing is concerned the present construction technique guarantees the watertight roofs on any nomal buildings. The problem occurs when the roof garden is installed on the existing waterproofing on the slab. Consequently the old waterproofing should be re-inforced to accommodate the impact of incoming plants and other hard landscape facilities such as pergolas and ponds. The caution should be taken when the soil and trees are installed because during the construction process it is easy to penetrate and ruin the watertightness of the roofing material. Also as the root system of trees grow it tends to poke holes through the waterproofing material, so in this case strong sheet must be installed to prevent the infiltration of the root system. The drainage doesn't pose serious threat as long as the proper construction is done and maintenance is regularly perfomed. If the care is neglected on the roof garden and the drain is clogged by rubbish during the heavy monsoon period as in the case of Korea the water can easily overflow the highest level of waterproofing and inundate the downstairs. This problem can be avoided by cleaning the drain covers and, to begin with, design the waterproofing devices according to the intensity of rainfall of the concerned region. As far as the irrigation is concerned it is reasonable to state that the automatic and manual irrigation should be combined together at the beginning stage. Because depending on the species and the spot where they are planted the demand for water is bound to be different it is not wise to rely soley on the automatic irrigation system. Until the plants establish their root and foliage system birmly on the growing medium it is recommended that the professional landscape personel must water the plants manualy by observing the foliage condition and judging the individual water demand. after this period the automatic system can take over. So far the water management techniques are highly developd in Germeny and Japan. As long as the climatic condition is carefully analyzed the technical application doesn't pose problems to our situation.

      • 압축력을 받는 결함이 있는 구조물의 주파수 해석

        Vibration analysis of through-the-width-split beams for predicting buckling load is investigated based on Euler-Bernoulli beam theory. In split region, each segment is considered as a solid beam. In this region, recurrence equations relating integration constants for adjacent interior regions are established by satisfying continuity conditions at junctions of interior regions. The results of present study are compared with those of experiment and their results give good agreement with each other. From the result, it was shown that local buckling phenomena could appear in fundamental mode, however, there exists load carrying capacity after this phenomena.

      • 생태단지계획기법의 수립에 관한 기초연구

        The purpose of this thesis is the establishment of basic guidelines to create an ecologically sound apartment complex. The case studies of foreign and korean eco-site planning lead to the extraction of basic principles that should be applied in realization of ecologically healthy apartments. The guidelines consist of six categories and these principles are desired to apply to the planning process of future apartment complex. The first is the application of environment friendly housing construction techniques. This includes solarium, indoor garden, balcony garden and greening of apartment outer walls. The second is the recycling of resources. It involves recycling of wastes, compost making, water retention and purification. The third is the creation of biotope. It means the designing of fish pond, stream and paving with permeable material. The insects such as butterflies and dragonflies are encouraged to settle in the biotope. The fourth involves the creation of green network within the complex. It consists of various gardens and eco-corridors which connect the greeneries. The system eventually leads to invitation of not only insects and birds but also small mammals like squirrels. The fifth is the harmonizing of the apartments with the existing topography. It means the preservation of the forst, minimizing the soil removal and positioning of buildings to fit the natural energy. The sixth includes active and passive harnessing of sun, wind and geo-thermal energy extraction. Above techniques are recommended to be utilized actively in the planning process of healthier apartment construction to achieve the goal of UN resolution of Rio de Janeiro in 1992 which states the 'Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development' in order to continue the symbiosis of human race and the nature.

      • 전합형 인버터에 의한 유도전동기의 속응제어

        In this paper, the quick response control of induction motor was researched by presenting indirect vector control algorithm to improve the dynamic performance of induction motor, resulting in quick response characteristics such as DC motor. Speed detecting method was used by M/T method and made the simple speed calculation by the presentation of the a1gorithm using the the HSI.0 pin and HSI TIME of 80196KC. It was used each ,PI controller for current controller and speed controller of-control algorithm, 80196KC to CPU for fast velocity processing computation in designing control system, and the way of PWM for removing the current harmonics of voltage source inverter We would like to confirm through experiment the relatively fast response velocity and the superior quick response control characteristics with variable command-speed, applying proposed system to 1[HP] 3ø induction motor.

        This study consists in clarifying the meaning of various angles and velocity, and two types of the stroke of a pushing shot and hitting shot through the three-dimensional image analyses among the factors of exercise. To attain the purpose of such studies, the result of experiment and analysis for each of three athletes of boys and girls in high school and three persons in general came to the conclusion as follows; 1. The last motion of a group of A having a command of a follow shot showed greatly, compared with two groups of B and C, and this showed that a group of A took a rectilinear motion greatly to gain power and two group of B and C took a rotary motion greatly to gain speed. 2. A group of A having a command of a pushing shot move body weight forward from behind and give the first consideration to a rectilinear motion, and two groups of B and C having a command of the stroke of hitting shot used the turning of the shoulder and the waist and gave much weight to a rotary motion than a rectilinear one. 3. The position of the hitting point of a group of A having a command of a pushing shot turned out to be the waist, and that of the hitting point of two groups of B and C, the chest, and namely this showed that the position of the hitting point was decided according to the form of the stroke and pictures of various kinds. 4. In impacting, the speed decreased, for the power was controled to keep an accurate timing of stroke just before impacting
