Binder 作業으로 인한 穀物 脫粒 損失量 調査

This study was carried out for the purpose of investigating the optimum moisture content harvesting time for binder work. The following are the results. 1. As the moisture content of Milyoung 23 and Milyoung 15 were decreasd, the total yield of both varieties were increased improportionally. The maximum yields were shown at their grain moisture contents of 21.7% and 19.7% respectively. 2. Shattering losses of Both varieties were 1.63% to 3.12% and 0.21% to 0.68% respectively. This means that the total loss of Milyoung 23 is significantly greater than that of Milyoung 15. 3. The optimum harvesting bassed on Maximum field yield was found to be at a grain moisture content of 21.7 persent for Milyoung 23 and 19.7 persent for Milyoung 15, maximum field yield at the time amounted to 780㎏/10a for Milyoung 23 and 620㎏/10a for Milyoung 15.

In other to know the characteristics of the air sea heat flux at on the coastal of Jeju Island. when there was a snowfall in winter. It is used as the basic data are Automatic Synoptic Observation System(ASOS) compiled by Jeju Regional Meteorological Office(JRMO) from 1993 to 2002, and SST data derived from National Oceanographic Research Institute(NORI) and National Fisheries Research & Development Institute(NFRDI) observations. the heat flux of the coastal of Jeju Island shows its maximum in January(latent heat flux : 35Wm^(-2) , sensible heat flux : 85Wm^(-2)), and shows its minimum in July(latent heat flux : -l3Wm^(-2), sensible heat flux : -5Wm^(-2)) the more the temperature gap between the air and SST is large and the stronger a wind is, the more it supplies the heat from the sea to the air. it shows that the north-western areas is about three times higher than other areas in Jeju Island. when fresh snow cover is 0.0∼0.9 ㎝, the mean bowen's ratio(for 1993∼2002) is 0.63∼0.67. when it is 1.0∼4.9 ㎝, the mean bowen's ratio(for 1993∼2002) is over 0.72 or more. When bowen's ratio increased upto 0.63∼0.80. fresh snow cover is increased gradually, therefore, it is researched the there is proportion between the fresh snow cover and the bowen's ratio.

Recently, High accuracy and precision arc required in various industrial field especially, semiconductor manufacturing apparatus, Ulna precision positioning apparatus, Information field and so on. Positioning technology is a very important one among them. As such technology has been rapidly developed, this field needs the positioning accuracy as high as submicron. It is expected that the accuracy of 10nm and 1nm is required in precision work and ultra precision work field, respectively by the beginning of 2000s. High speed and low vibration arc also needed. This work deals with the design method and control system of Ultra precision positioning apparatus. Control perfor-mance and stability analysis were performed in advance by modeling and designing the controller with Simulink.

Meat Tenderness Characteristics of Ten Major Muscles from Hanwoo Steers according to Quality Grades of Carcasses

The objective of this study was to determine the influence of quality grade (QG) on meat tenderness characteristics of ten major muscles from Hanwoo steers. A total of 25 Hanwoo carcasses (5 carcasses × 5 QGs) were selected. Intramuscular fat content, collagen content, sarcomere length, and Warner-Bratzler shear force (WBSF) of Longissimus thoracis (LT), Longissimus lumborum (LL), Psoas major (PM), Semisponals (SS), Triceps brachii (TB), Semimembranosus (SM), Gluteus medius (GM), Rectus Abdominis (RA), Superficialis flexor (SF), and Internal and external intercostal (IC) were determined. IC had the highest fat content, followed by LT, RA, LL, PM, GM, SS, SF, TB, and SM. High-fat muscles such as LT, LL, IC, RA, and PM had significantly (p<0.05) different fat contents among QGs. Collagen contents were significantly (p<0.05) different among QGs. With decreasing QG, increasing collagen content was found in muscles. There were significant (p<0.05) differences in sarcomere length among QGs of several muscles. However, no significant (p>0.05) difference in sarcomere length was found among QGs for LL, PM, or RA muscle. PM had the lowest WBSF, followed by LL, LT, RA, IC, GM, SM, SF, SS, and TB. WBSF of QG 1++ was lower than that of QG 1 for SS, TB, and SM. All muscles of QG 1 showed lower WBSF than QG 3 except TB or IC. Results of this study suggested that differences in WBSF among these 10 muscles by QG were due to differences in collagen content and sarcomere length.

Preparation and Characterization of Monodispersed and Nano-sized Cu Powders

Monodispersed and nano-sized Cu powders were synthesized from copper sulfate pentahydrate inside a nonionic polymer matrix by using wet chemical reduction process. The sucrose was used as a nonionic polymer network source. The influences of a nonionic polymer matrix on the particle size of the prepared Cu powders were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction), scanning electron microscopy), and particle size analysis). The smallen Cu powders with size of approximately 100 nm was obtained with adding of 0.04M sucrose at reaction temperature of . The particle size of the Cu powders prepared by the reduction inside polymer network was strongly dependent of the sucrose content and reaction temperature.

메타버스 환경에서 음성 혐오 발언 탐지를 위한 딥러닝 모델 설계

최근 코로나19로 인해 비대면으로 소통할 수 있는 플랫폼에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 가상 세계의 개념을 도입한 메타버스 플랫폼이 MZ세대의 새로운 SNS로 떠오르고 있다. 아바타를 통해 상호 교류가 가능한 메타버스는 텍스트 기반의 소통뿐만 아니라 음성과 동작 시선 등을 활용하여 변화된 의사소통 방식을 사용한다. 음성을 활용한 소통이 증가함에 따라 다른 이용자에게 불쾌감을 주는 혐오 발언에 대한 신고가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기존 혐오 발언 탐지 시스템은 텍스트를 기반으로 하여 사전에 정의된 혐오 키워드만 특수문자로 대체하는 방식을 사용하기 때문에 음성 혐오 발언에 대해서는 탐지하지 못한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 인공지능을 활용한 음성 혐오 표현 탐지 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 음성 데이터의 파형을 통해 은유적 혐오 표현과 혐오 발언에 대한 감정적 특징을 추출하고 음성 데이터를 텍스트 데이터로 변환하여 혐오 문장을 탐지한 결과와 결합한다. 향후, 제안하는 시스템의 현실적인 검증을 위해 시스템 구축을 통한 성능평가가 필요하다.

An antagonist of folic acid, methotrexate, given in a single dose of 3㎍/50㎕ distilled water to chick embryos on day 4 (stage 24) of incubation, resulted in micromelia as diagnosed by atrophyed apical portion in 60% of embryos at day 6 (stage 28). Histological studies show that the ectoderm basal lamina and the underlying mesoderm at day 6 came into being gap as a result of necrosis of mesenchyme cells. The ectoderm of the apical portion at day 8 (stage 34) shows extensive necrosis at a boundary between fore arm and digital plate, shank and toe plate. At peripheral region of the mesenchyme cells in contact with ectoderm shows pycnosis and vaculated cells by macrophages. These observation suggest that the limb malformation induced by methotrexate is brought about by inhibition of cell division to rapidly growth cell of apical portion in addition to phagocytosis of mesenchyme cells of the apical region by the macrophages.
