      • 서울시 근대문화유산의 스토리텔링을 통한 관광활성화 방안

        Ⅰ. Introduction The area inside the original city walls of Seoul contains the history of Seoul`s modern culture and played an important part in establishing Seoul`s unique authenticity and identity. However, the level of awareness and utilization of Seoul`s modern cultural heritage is very low. To resolve this situation, this study 1) accumulated references by making a database of Seoul`s modern cultural heritage, 2) researched literature and case studies on storytelling for tourism revitalization, and 3) concluded as to how storytelling techniques could be used to revitalize awareness and utilization of modern cultural heritage inside Seoul`s original four city walls. The modern cultural heritage studied was defined as that within current Jung-gu and Jongro-gu (the area inside the original city walls). Based on material from the Cultural Heritage Administration of Korea and the city of Seoul, a total of 74 modern cultural heritage (45 in Jongro-gu, 29 in Jung-gu) were found for research. Ⅱ. The Current State of Modern Cultural Heritage inside Seoul`s City Walls Modern cultural heritage includes all aspects of the era between the beginning of Korea`s modernization (roughly 1876) to 50 years before today, including among others the spheres of humanities, society, geography, and environment. Most modern cultural heritage cannot be internally changed and have limited utilization in other ways than originally intended. 63.5% of Seoul`s modern cultural heritage is privately owned, and 41.9% (31 items) are non-public, making it difficult to make them into proper tourist capital. Most tourism resources are distributed following the pattern of capital, being focused in the Bukchon and Insadong area, the Jeong-dong area, and the Bukchang/Namdaemun/Myeongdong area. Tourist attractions inside the original Seoul city walls are rarely utilized, being only partially introduced as part of Seoul`s city tour program. Ⅲ. Storytelling of Tourism Destinations ``Storytelling``is a combination of "story" and "telling." Here, "story" means a plot, and "telling" refers to the method of communication appropriate for a particular medium. Storytelling techniques are used in a variety of fields, and is being recognized not only as a way to maximize consumers` experience but also as an effective method of behavioral change. Storytelling in tourism must be understood as a meaning system created in concert between the story surrounding a particular tourist attraction, and the tourist. It is important to use ``interaction`` between the tourist and a particular attraction to bring to the surface an aspect valued by both sides. This study proposes that tourism storytelling be developed through the next five steps: 1) finding stories about tourist attractions, 2) selecting the main goal of storytelling, 3) developing a main theme, 4) selecting media, and 5) realizing the plan. Ⅳ. Revitalizing Tourism of Seoul`s Modern Cultural Heritage Through Storytelling 1. Step-by-Step Strategy for Storytelling of Seoul`s Modern Cultural Heritage Step 1: Discovery of stories surrounding cultural heritage inside the Seoul city walls: after making a database of the modern cultural heritage inside the Seoul city walls and categorizing them, use the information to find stories and themes that could be used to improve tourism in the area. -Facilities related to modern technology and industry, -Changes in modern architecture -Education facilities and changes in education -Portraits of modern personalities(political, cultural, artistic) -History of the Korean interim government and modern Korean history, -Religious facilities, -Socio-cultural facilities Step 2: selection of a goal for storytelling of modern cultural heritage: studying the goals of modern cultural heritage storytelling from the perspective of maximization of tourists` experience, heritage protection, expansion of advertisement, and safe tourism. Step 3: development of a theme for modern cultural heritage storytelling: division of stories found in step 1 between three districts (Bukchon, Jeong-dong, Namchon). Step 4: Planning the media for delivering stories about modern cultural heritage inside city walls: proposal of possible media outlets for storytelling. 2. Expanding Storytelling about Modern Cultural Heritage Inside Seoul City Walls Changing perceptions about modern cultural heritage: the following was proposed as solutions to bring new meaning to the Bukchon, Jeong-dong, and Namchon areas. Expansion and development of tour routes focusing on the Jeong-dong, Bukchon and Insadong, and Namchon areas. Increased utilization of modern cultural heritage through virtual reality and video: creation of virtual tours and documentaries Building of museums on modern culture and history of modern life Changing perceptions about modern culture and creation of educational materials Reenactment of Wongudan and 3/1 protests Ⅴ. Conclusion and Policy Suggestions In order to change perceptions of modern cultural heritage, it is necessary to give new meaning to the Bukchon, Jeong-dong, and Namchon areas, making them an opportunity to introduce "Seoul culture" through modern cultural heritage. The utilization of these heritage must be increased using stories and storytelling media with the help of specialists. The possibilities of the heritage must be carefully studied to develop diverse tourism routes and to select appropriate storytelling media.

      • 보리를 이용한 가공식품 제조와 그 특성

        요약 제주산 보리차 및 보리음료 제조를 위한 원료의 일반성분과 무기물을 분석하였으며, 상품화 가능성을 관능검사를 통하여 평가하였다. 일반성분 및 무기물의 분석결과, 원료의 종류에 따라 다소의 차이는 있었으나 대체적으로 표준분석값과 유사하였다. 보리차의 경우 시판하고 있는 회사제품과의 차별화를 위하여 볶음결명자, 볶음옥수수, 살구씨 등을 혼합한 형태의 보리차 기호성을 검토하였다. 볶음보리만을 이용한 보리차보다는 볶음보리에 볶음결명자, 볶음옥수수, 살구씨를 16 : 1.5 : 2 : 0.5의 비율로 각각 첨가한 보리차를 가장 선호하였다. 그리고 볶음 정도에 따라 추출한 보리차의 색깔이 차이를 나타내었으며, 시판하는 보리차의 흡광도가 420nm에서 0.369인데 비하여 볶음정도가 낮은 시제품의 흡광도는 0.182로서 약간 연한 색깔을 선호하였다. 보리음료의 경우, 미숫가루만을 사용할 때는 볶음보리가루 : 물을 1 : 9로 하고 여기에 첨가하는 설탕농도를 9%로 하는 것에 가장 좋은 선호도를 나타내었다. 그러나 볶음보리가루만을 사용한 경우는 향미가 약하여 기호성가 떨어진 반면 미숫가루 : 볶음찹쌀가루 : 볶음콩가루 : 볶음참깨가루를 9 : 0.5 : 0.3 : 0.2의 비율로 혼합한 혼합가루 10g에 설탕 6g의 비율로 사용하는 경우 기호성이 가장 좋았다. 또한, 대용식인 조식시리얼로 미숫가루를 사용하는 경우 미숫가루 : 물을 10 : 4의 혼합비율로 하며, 미숫가루 : 볶음찹쌀가루 : 볶음콩가루 : 볶음참깨가루를 8 : 0.5 : 1.0 : 0.5의 비율로 혼합한 경우 기호성이 가장 좋았다. 미숫가루의 상품화를 위해서는 기호성의 향상을 위한 음용형태에 따른 배합비율의 최적화, 포장디자인 및 포장방법의 개선, 차별화를 위한 홍보 등이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Summary Chemical analysis of barley and other cereals related to tea and beverage products, and sensory evaluation were investigated. Proximate compositions and inorganic elements contents of raw materials produced in Cheju were similiar to standard values. Blending at the ratio of 16 roasted barley, 1.5 roasted Cassia tora seed, 2 roasted corm, and 0.5 apricot seed was the better, compared to roasted barley only, for barley tea on sensory evaluation. According to the degree of roasting, the color of extracts with boiled water was different. Absorbance at 420nm of commercial barley extracts was 0.369, compared to the value of 0.182 on sample in this experiments. For barley beverage, 10% of roasted barley powder added 9% of sugar was the vest on sensory evaluations However, blending at the ratio of 9 roasted barley powder, 0.5 roasted glutinous rice powder, 0.3 roasted soybean powder, and 0.2 roasted sesame powder, added 6% of sugar, was the best, compared to roasted barley powder only, for barley beverage on sensory evaluations. On 40% of roasted barley powder only, for morning cereals, blending at the ratio of 8 roasted barley powder, 0.5 roasted glutinous rice powder, 1.0 roasted soybean powder, and 0.5 roasted sesame powder was the best on sensory evaluations, compared to roasted barley powder only.

        인공사육장에서 패혈증으로 집단폐사한 북방산개구리의 증례 보고

        Frog culture industry is not yet familiar but has much potential. Generally, in farm, the population density is higher than that of in nature and frog farm is not the exception. But when population density is high, it can easily leads to stressful condition, poor sanitation. When a disease occur, it is a primary factor that makes the population more susceptible and the results more grave. Because of severe Rhabditoidea- helminth infection and subsequent bacterial septicemia, 50¡­70% of the total population had been died in a farm in Jeong-sun in Gangwon-do and Chungju in Chungcheongbuk-do from late June, 2012 to September, 2012. Diseased frogs showed ruptured lung, bloody ascites, liver discoloration, myocardium weakness, congested kidney, microcytic anemia and so on. Enterobacteriacea, Citrobacter.sp, Cupriavidus metallidurans, Acinetobacter.sp were isolated as major bacterium that had caused septicemia in frogs. Among isolated bacterium, Cupriavidus metallidurans, Ewingella americana, Shewanella aquimarina and Pseudoalteromonas sp. have not reported as potential pathogens in frogs before. It is a good example that severe helminth infection in frogs can lead to secondary infection of bacteria.

      • 당뇨병 백서의 간세포에서 Glucokinase 활성도 및 유전자 발현에 대한 인슐린의 영향

        목적 당대사의 조절 상태에 따른 생체 변화를 분자 수준에서 이해하고자 식이 조건을 달리한 정상 백서와 화학적으로 유도된 당뇨병 백서의 간조직에서 혈당수준과 인슐린치료 정도에 따라 나타나는 글루코키나제 활성도 및 유전자 발현을 분석하였다. 방법 스트렙토조토신 정맥투여 후 당뇨병의 유발을 확인하고, 인슐린을 1일 3회 3일간 복강내로 투여하여 상태를 안정시킨 후, 인슐린 투여군은 인슐린 투여 6시간이내에 그리고 인슐린 비투여군은 24시간 후 단두하여 채혈하고 복강을 열어 간조직을 채취하였다. 채취한 간조직에서 글루코키나제 활성도는 인산화된 포도당에서 NADH의 형성을 형광분광계로 측정하였으며, 글루코키나제 유전자 mRNA발현은 Northern 분석법을 이용하였다. 성적 정상 백서에서 공복상태와 식이를 섭취한 경우에 간조직의 글루코키나제 효소의 활성은 차이가 없었으나, 글루코키나제 유전자 mRNA 발현은 증가되었다. 당뇨병이 유발된 백서의 간조직에서 글루코키나제 효소의 활성 및 글루코키나제 유전자의 mRNA 발현은 정상 백서에 비하여 낮았다. 인슐린 투쳐 후 글루코키나제 효소의 활성 및 글루코키나제 유전자의 mRNA 발현이 증가되었고, 특히 혈당이 정상화된 경우에서 글루코키나제 유전자의 mRNA 발현이 증가도었다. 결론 인슐린에 의한 간조직에서 글루코키나제 효소의 활성 및 글루코키나제 유전자의 mRNA을 증가를 볼수 있었다. 당뇨병 백서에서 인슐린 투여 후에 혈당조절이 안된 경우 간조직의 글루코키나제 유전자의 mRNA 발현이 증가가 없는 것으로 보아 글루코키나제 mRNA의 발현에는 인슐린 이외의 다른 요소가 관여할 것으로 생각된다. The liver-specific hexokinase isoenzyme, referred to as glucokinase, is thought to play a key reglulatory role in hepatic glucose metabolism. The glucokinase gene is, therefore, of interest both because of its tissue-specific expression and because of the several regulatory processes that can be analyzed. The level of hepatic glucokinase activity appears to be determined essentially by regulation of the rate of enzyme synthesis, with insulin playing a leading role as an inducer. We investigated the role of insulin for the induction of glucokinase in the liver of diabetic rats. Experimental diabetes was induced by injection of streptozotocin 7 days before the experiment. Regular insulin was given by three days intraperitoneal injection at 8-h interval. The glucokinase mRNA in the liver was estimated by Nothern blot assay, as well as by fluorometric enzyme activity assay. Glucokinase activity was not reduced in the liver of normal fasting rats as compared to normal fed rats. And glucokinase activity was reduced in the liver of diabetic rats as compared to normal rats. In diabetic rats treated with insulin, glucokinase enzyme activity were increased. But glucokinase mRNA expression was only increased in normoglycemic diabetic rat with treated with insulin as compared to hyperglycemic rat. These data indicate that insulin stimulates hepatic glucokinase enzyme activity and mRNA expression. But other hormonal or metabolic factors may be contribute to regulation of glucokinase mRNA expression.

      • 월악산 지역의 리기다소나무 조림지에서 간벌후의 갱신 특성

        The objective of this study was to examine the growth and regeneration patterns of hardwood saplings after thinning of Pinus rigida planted at Mt Worak After thinning of P. rigida, r-selection species such as Rubus crataegifolius B, Lespedeza maximowiczii C, Aralia elata var canescen N., Rubus oldham M and Quercus spp were mainly appeared Regarding to numbers of young trees appearance, Q. mongolica F, Q acutissima C, Q. serrata T and Q variabilis B1 were appeared respectively At the study area after thinning, Q. mongolica F was regenerated by sprouts on the other hands, Q. acutissima C, Q serrata T and Q. variabilis B1 were regenerated by seedlings. The results of this study indicated that Q mongolica F tended to dominate as a natural regenerated species after thinning of the P. rigida. At the humid area, Q serrala T tended to dominate. While, at the dry area, Q. mongolica F. tended to dominate. In the case of Q. variabilis B1, no significant influence was found due to small number of population.

      • 仁川海域 開發에 따른 潮汐變化 및 汚染物質 運送 豫測

        Horizontal 2-D models which includes the wetting-drying treatment technique in the intertidal zone are established for the predietion of tidal changes and contaminant transport due to the development of Incheon coastal zone. Flow model is verified by the measurement data at Jeong-Do, and then the computed value is closely matched to the observed water elevation and velocity of main-flow direction. In the spring tide condition, pollutants transport pattern is simulated for the arbitrary pollutants loads. By the analysis of this numerical simulation results, pollutants are mainly transported by the advection along the narrow deep troughes. Thus, these models can be used as the compatible prediction model for the tidal change and pollutant transport due to the development plan of Incheon coastal zone.

      • 방사선 치료를 받는 암 환자들의 사회적 지지와 삶의 질과의 관계

        Objective : This study was performed to investigate the relationship between social support and quality of life among cancer patients receiving radiation therapy. Matehals and Methods : The data were collected from 98 patients, who were receiving radiation therapy at two university hospitals located in GwangUJu, used by structured questionnaire. For statistical analyses of the association between quality of life and various characteristics, data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: 1. There were 56(57.1%) males and 42(42.9%) females. Age ranged from 21 to 82 years. The primary sites of cancer were gastrointestinal tract (24.5%), lung (23.5%), breast (21.4%), and head and neck (11.2%) in order. 2. The mean scores of social, family, and medical support were 4.30 0.58, 4.49 0.78, 4.11 0.65, respectively. The score of quality of life was 5.83 1.63 (range: 1.95 ~ 9.05). 3. An analysis of the association between several factors of patients and quality of life showed that the statistically significant factors were age, the presence of distant metastasis, family support, medical support and social support. 4. As a result of the multiple regression analysis, only social support was significant (β=0.932, P=0.02) with quality of life, but age and presence of distant metastasis were not significant. Conclusion : This suggests that quality of life in cancer patients could be improved by strengthening the social support which consists of family and medical support. Further study would be necessary to evaluate separately several aspects of quality of life among cancer patients.

      • CNC 공작기계에서의 공구측정 시스템개발 및 평가에 관한 연구

        머시닝센터를 이용하여 금형을 제작할 때 장시간 가공으로 발생하는 공구마모는 제품정밀도와 표면거칠기에 심각한 영향을 미친다. 이러한 이유로 측정정밀도를 향상시키기위한 고정밀, 고속 공구 마모 감시시스템이 필요하다. 일반적으로 툴프로파일을 측정하기 위한 기상측정시스템으로는 터치프로브와 터치센서가 널리 쓰이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공구마모로 인해 발생하는 공구직경오차를 보정하기위해 새롭게 개발된 전기 접촉식 측정시스템을 이용한 자동공구 보정시스템이 개발하여 이 시스템을 구동하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다. The tool wear that is developed by long-term machining in mold manufacturing with machining center makes a severe influence to the accuracy and the surface roughness. In this reason, tool-wear supervising system which has guaranteed high accuracy and high speed is needed to improve the measurement quality. Touching probe and touch sensor are widely used to measure the tool profile at on-machine measurement. In this paper, using the newly developed electric touch point measuring system, the Automatic Tool Compensation System is developed to correct the error of tool diameter resulted from the wear, and the operating method of this system is also provided.

      • 주파수 해석기와 M-mode 영상을 갖는 펄스 도플러 정치의 개발에 관한 연구

        We have developed a Ultra Sound Pulsed Doppler System with two-dimensional M-mode image and Spectrum analyzer. The image of the M-mode is composed of time depth axes. The Spectrum analyzer shows the spectrum of Doppler signal which represents the velocity component of time dependent blood-flow behavior. The spectrogram using Spectrum analyzer is composed of frequency and amplitude axes. The outputs of the system are audio signals, velocity curves, velocity profiles, M-mode images and spectrogram.
