      • 대두단백질 가수분해물의 특성

        The present study was conducted to elucidate some characteristics of soy protein hydrolysates. The soy protein was obtained from defatted soy power by the treatment of n-hexan. The hydrolysates of soy protein were prepared from hydrolysis by bromelian and pepsin with the two kinds of samples of precooking for 30 min in steam oven and noncooking, and fractionated through Bio-gel P-4 column chromatography. Fractions of hydrolysates separated on the Bio-gel column chromatography were carried out to SDS-PAG electrophoresis, resulting to show some different bends from 66kD to 14.2kD of molecular weight. In addition, the fractions showed different activities of superoxide dismutase. From these results, it was found that the hydrolysates could be available to use in a lot of food industrial fields as new functional food materials because the hydrolysates had different characteristics in electrophoresis and could increase the activity of superoxide dismutase.

        이부성형술에서 강선 고정술과 소강판 고정술간의 안정성에 관한 임상적 연구

        Performing genioplasty for greater stability of the changed chin position, incision, dissection, osteotomy design and fixation are important technical considerations. Basically, wire osteosynthesis method has been used in genioplasty, but plate/screw osteosynthesis has been introduced in rigid fixation. The purpose of this study is that comparison of stability between wire and plate/screw osteosynthesis in genioplasty. In this study, the genioplasty groups were divided into three groups ; advanced genioplasty group, reduction genioplasty group, advanced with reduction genioplasty group. In wire osteosynthesis groups, there were 15patients who had advanced genioplasty, 13patients who had reduction genioplasty, and 12patients who had advanced with reduction genioplasty. In plate/screw osteosynthesis groups, there were 15patients who had advanced genioplasty, 13patients who had reduction genioplasty, and 13patients who had advnaced with reduction genioplasty. Lateral cephalograms ; pre- and postoperatively, postoperatively 1months, and at the latest follow-up(>6months); were analyzed by linear measurement to evaluate changes in position(hard tissue B, Pogonion point) and compare relapse between both groups.

      • 생물학적 영양염류 제거를 위한 돈사폐수의 반응특성

        본 연구는 생물학적 영양염류제거에 있어 돈사폐수의 반응특성을 고찰하기 위하여 수행되었다.반응특성으로는 돈사폐수 욘존 COD의 약 66.1%는 생물학적 분해가 빨리 일어나는 유기물이였으며, 생물학적 분해가 불가능한 용존COD는 약 11~12%였다. 호기성 고정생물막 반응조에서 질소는 탈기 ,질산화, autotrophic,과 heterotrophic미생물의 세포합성으로 제거되었는데, 제거율은 각각 12.1%,68,9%15,0% 그리고 4.0%였다. 돈사폐수 This study was performed to investigate the reaction characteristics of piggery wastewater for biological nutrient removal. The reaction characteristics discussed the fraction of organics the behavior of nitrogen, nitrification, denitrification and the behavior of phosohorus. The fraction of readily soluble COD was 11~12 percent. The ammonia nitrogen was removed via stripping nitrification autotrophic cell synthsis and heterotrophic cell synthesis. The removal percents by each step were 12.1%, 68.9%, 15.0% and 4.0% respectively. Nitrification inhibition of piggery wastewater was found to occur at an in fluent volumetric loading rate over 0.2 NH_(3)-Nkg/㎥/d. Denitrification rates were the highest in the raw wastewater and the lowest in the anaerobic effluent. The denitritation of piggery wastewater came out to be possibe, and the rate of organic carbon consumption deceased about 10 percent The phosphorus removed was released in the form ortho-p in the aerobic fixed biofilm reactor it was caused by autooxidation. The synthesis and release of phosphorus were related to the ORP and the boundary value for the phase change was about 170mV. In the synthesis phase, the phosphorus removal rate per COD removed was 0.023mgP_(ayn)/mgCOD_(rem) The phosphorus contents of the microorganism were 4.3~6.0% on a dry weight basis

        In an IP network, various types of traffics are statistically multiplexed to utilize efficiently the network resources.The DiffServ-MPLS supports a wide variety of communication services with different QoS requirements. The DiffServ-MPLS based on QoS architecture had become one of the most promising ways to guarantee QoS Multi-service IP network. But how to manage IP network with QoS guarantee is still an open issue. In this paper, we propose DiffServ-MPLS buffer management technique using the specified policing, queuing, and scheduling.

        In this paper, current audible tone, dial tone, busy tone, ringing tone have been studied on fitness of CCITT Recommendation Q35 and in sense of hearing. And under the consideration of automatic tone detection, digital tone generation in PCM exchange, CCITT Recommendation Q35, restriction of other equipments and confusion of current subscribers, new unified audible tone firequency and cadence were proposed as fallows. Dial tone is 400Hz and continuous, busy tone 421.05 Hz 0.5s ON-0.5s OFF and ringing tone 444.44 Hz 1s ON-4s OFF.

        The drag reduction by polymer additive is a well-known phenomenon and has been widely studied due to its high usefulness. In this study. in order to obtain the fundamental data on the drag reduction by polymer additive. we measured the friction factors in the polymer added turbulent flow through a circular pipe for Reynolds number ranging 10000∼50000. As Polymer additive, PEO (polyethylene oxide : molecular weight 4×10의 6제곱)was used. We also performed the experiments varying the concentration of PEO from 3 to 24 wppm to investigate the effect of the PEO concentration on the drag reduction. We observed more than 25% drag reduction under the above experimental conditions and the most effective drag reduction was found at 6 wppm (31% drag reduction).

      • 콩 종간교잡에서 주요형질의 유전분석

        재배종과 야생종의 인공교잡 분리세대에서 주요형질들의 변이와 유전력을 조사하여 야생종을 이용한 콩 품종육성의 기초자료를 얻고자 수행한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 두 인공교배의 F_2 집단에서 100립중을 제외한 나머지 조사 형질들은 초원분리를 보였다. F_1과 F_2의 평균 개화일수는 양친의 중간정도로 정규 분포를 보였다. 백립중의 F_1 평균은 은하콩, 소백나물콩 두 조합 각각6.5, 5.7g으로 소립종 쪽으로 치우친 정규분포를 보였다. F_2의 평균수량은 양친의 중간정도이었다. F_1의 덩굴성은 두 조합 각각 6.4, 6.6이었으며 F_2 평균은 은하콩 조합이 6.0으로 덩굴성 쪽으로 치우쳐 덩굴성이 부분적인 우성으로 보였으나, 소백나물콩 조합에서는 4.6으로 은하콩과는 다른 결과를 보였다. 경장, 개회일수, 개체당 협수, 수량, 도복, 덩굴성 등은 높은 광의의 유전력을 보였으며 100립중은 협의의 유전력이 은하콩 조합에서 52.3%, 소백나물콩 조합에서 65.6%로 평가되어 초기세대에서의 선발이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to obtain the information of varietal development using wild soybean through investigation of variation and heredity of major agronomic characters in F_2 generation of interspecific cross between Glycine max and G. soja. In segregating populations of two crosses, all characters observed except 100-seed weight showed transgressive segregation. Days to flowering showed normal distribution; mean days to flowering in F_1 and F_2 was approximately mean of parent. Mean of F_1 for 100-seed weight was 6.2g and 5.7g for Eunhakong/KLG10084 and Sobaegnamulkong/KLG10084, respectively, which were somewhat skewed distribution to small seeded parent. Mean of F_2 was about mean of two parents. Degree of vine was 6.4 and 5.7 in F_1 for two crosses but it was 6.0 in F_2 for Eunhakong/KLG10084, which revealed the degree of vine as partial dominance while 4.6 for Sobasgnamulkong/KLG10084, somewhat different results from the previous cross. Broad-sense heritability(h^2B) for plant height, days to flowering, pods per plant, seed yield, and degree of vine was comparatively high and narrow-sense heritability(h^2N) for 100-seed weight which is the most important character in the development of small seed-size sprout soybean was 52.3% and 65.6% for Eunhakong/KLG10084 and Sobaegnamulkong/KLG10084, respectively, which indicated that selection for the character in early generation was possible.
