太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

太極拳의 動作에 關한 硏究

Through study of movement of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳), we understand Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) & essential movement. Theory about creator of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is indistinct. there are Jangsampung-theory(張三豊設), Wangjongak-theory(王宗岳設), Jinwangjung-theory(陳王廷設), Jinbok-theory(陳卜設). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is military arts developed before Song empire(宋). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) has many branch.(Jin-sik陳式, Yang-sik楊式, Mu-sik武式 O-sik吳式, Son-sik孫式) Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) manual movement use fist(拳), palm(掌), hook shape(鉤), its using form has many type like Bung, Yi, Jae, An, Chae, Yul, Ju, Go. Its gait has many type like Sang-bo(上步), Tae-bo(退步), Jin-bo(進步), Deng-gak(댕脚), Bun-gak(分脚), Bak-gak(拍脚). Essential theory of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is Yi-Sim-Hang-Gi(以心行氣) & Yi-Gi-Un-Sin(以氣運身). It means mind(心) moves and qi(氣) moves body(身).

여대생의 체력, 신체조성, 비만에 대한 사상체질과 좌식시간의 상호작용분석

본 연구는 여대생의 체력, 신체조성, 비만에 대한 사상체질과 좌식시간의 상호작용을 알아봄으로써, 사상체질별 좌식시간에 따른 체력, 신체조성, 비만에 대한 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 총 384명(20.602.01세)으로 사상체질 분석프로그램(QSCCⅡ)을 이용한 결과 소양인 120명, 소음인 120명, 태음인 55명, 태양인 0명으로 분류하였다. 좌식시간 차이에 따라 5시간 미만, 6~9시간, 10시간 이상으로 집단을 구분하였으며, 체력, 비만요인, 신체조성을 측정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 이원변량분석(Two-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 주효과에 대한 집단 간 차이를 알아보기 위한 사후검증은 Scheffe를 이용하였다. 그 결과, 여대생의 체력, 비만, 신체조성에 대한 모든 변인에서 사상체질과 좌식시간의 상호작용 효과는 없었다. 따라서 사상체질별 좌식시간에 대한 차이는 알 수 없었다. 이에 각 독립변인별 차이를 알아본 결과, 사상체질에 따라 체력과 비만, 신체조성에 차이가 나타났으며(근력: 태음>소음, 심폐지구력: 소양>태음; 비만 및 신체조성: 태음>소음, 소양), 좌식시간에서는 체력 부분에서만(근지구력: 5h>6~9h>10h, 심폐지구력: 5h>6~9h, 10h; 근력: 5h>10h) 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 여대생의 체력, 비만, 신체조성은 사상체질과 좌식시간의 상호작용 효과가 아닌 좌식시간, 사상체질 각각의 독립변인별 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 체력, 비만에 있어서 사상체질별로 다른 운동프로그램의 필요성과 접근 방법이 다름을 시사하며, 차후 여대생의 비만과 체력에 관한 다양한 사상체질 연구와 더불어 타당한 좌식시간 측정방법에 관한 연구가 이뤄져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the interaction effect between Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time on physical fitness, obesity, and body composition of female college students. The reason was to figure out whether there was a difference in physical fitness, obesity, and body composition depending on Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time. The study subjects were 384 female college students (20.60 ± 2.01 years old), and they were classified by the Sa-sang constitution analysis program (QSCCⅡ): So-yangin 120, So-eumin 120, Tae-eumin 55, and Tae-yangin 0. Depending on the difference of weekday-daily average sedentary time, subjects were divided into 3 groups, below 5 hours, 6 to 9 hours and more than 10 hours, and physical fitness, obesity factors, and body composition were measured. For data processing, two-way ANOVA was performed using the SPSS 18.0 statistics program. Scheffe`s post-hoc method was utilized for major effect. All the significance levels used in the statistical analyses were less than 5%. The study results revealed that there was no interaction effect between Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time on physical fitness, obesity, body composition. In conclusion, Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time are independently related to physical fitness, obesity and body composition. In Sa-sang constitution (Muscular strength : Tae-eumin>Soeumin; Cardiorespiratory fitness : Soyangin >Tae-eumin; Obesity & Body composition: Tae-eumin >Soeumin, Soyangin). Additionally, physical fitness showed a significant difference depending on sedentary time (Muscular endurance : 5h > 6~9h > 10h; Cardiorespiratory fitness : 5h > 6~9h, 10h; Muscular strength: 5h > 10h). Female college students` physical fitness, obesity and body composition are affected not by the interaction effect between Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time but by each independent variables, Sa-sang constitution and sedentary time. The results of this research suggested that female college students` exercise programs will be developed by Sa-sang constitution and should be used to accurately measure for sedentary time.

Evaluation Index System for Disaster Prevention Signs in Urban Shelters in China

Reasonable disaster prevention signs play an important role in guiding evacuation. Through the field investigation on disaster prevention signs in shelters and surrounding areas in Beijing, some problems were found in the using of sign system. Based on the principle of integrated design, evacuation and rescue requirements, it is necesssary to make further study on aspects such as, design of function, systematic consideration, humanization design, as well as the internationalization using. This paper presents an evaluation index system for disaster prevention signs. Such a system is very important for strengthening the independent guiding function of sign systems and improving evacuation efficiency. An effective connection could be realized between the internal environment of buildings, evacuation routes, and emergencey shelters.

Effect of Temperature Associated with Early Growth Stimulus on Shortening of Heading Dates in Rice

The heading date is known to be controlled by two kinds of genetic constituent, photosensitivity and basic vegetable phase. For the latter, the effect of temperature in early growth period is critical to determine the shortness of vegetative growth periods in plant s life. A phytotron experiment on 55 rice cultivars, consisting of two ecotypes of rices, indica and japonica, was conducted at high and low temperature treatments at early growth stage to investigate the possible role of plant growth stimulus by high temperature to associate with shortening of heading date. The high temperature during the early growth stage stimulated the rice growth as measured by plant height with much difference of the growth response between indica and japonica. The conclusive finding that these growth stimulus in early growth stage was highly correlated with the acceleration of heading is, more or less, correlated with the heading of the late growth stage although we could not conclude the genes for early plant growth stimulus by high temperature is the same genes as the genes for accelerating of heading in the late growth stage of plants.

Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) Tae-Geuk(太極) is arranged Yum-Yang-O-Hang(陰陽五行) and created from Mu-geuk(無極) means great chaos. Jin-sik Tae-Geuk-Guan(陳式太極拳) has tenth essential theory. There are Li(理), Qi(氣), Samjul(三節), Sacho(四梢), Ojang(五臟), Samhap(三合), Yukjin(六進) Sinbup(身法) Bobup(甫法), Gangyou(剛柔). Li(理) is Rules of all things. Qi(氣) is body. Body is diveided into Samjul(三節), Sacho(四梢), Ojang(五臟) is inside body and make human'sbody and Qi(氣), Samhap(三合) is union of mind & intention, Qi & power, muscle & bone. Yukjin(六進) is movement of body. Sinbup(身法) has Chong(縱), Hoeng(橫), Ko(高), Jeo(低), Jin(進), Toe(退), Ban(反), Chuk(側). Bobup(步法) has Jin(進), Toe(退), Ban(反), Chuk(側). Yang-sik Tae-Geuk-Guan(揚式太極拳) has tenth essential theory. Genetic Diversity of Korean Rice Breeding Parents as Measured by DNA Fingerprinting with Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) Markers

Molecular markers are useful tools for evaluating genetic diversity and determining cultivar identity. Present study was conducted to evaluate the genetic diversity within a diverse collection of rice accessions used for Korean breeding programs. Two hundred eighty-seven rice cultivars, composed of temperate japonica, tropical japonica, indica, and Tongil-type of Korean crossing parents were evaluated by means of 15 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers. A total of 99 alleles were detected, and the number of alleles per marker ranged from 4 to 11, with an average of 6.6 per locus. Polymorphism information content (PIC) for each of the SSR markers ranged from 0.2924 to 0.8102 with an average of 0.5785. These results, with the result that use of only 15 SSR markers made all rice cultivars examined could be uniquely distinguished, imply the efficiency of SSR markers for analysis of genetic diversity in rice. Cluster analysis was performed on similar coefficient matrics calculated from SSR markers to generate a dendogram in which two major groups corresponding to japonica (Group I) and indica and Tongil type rice (group II) with additional subclasses within both major groups. The narrowness of the Korean breeding germplasm was revealed by the fact that most of the Korean-bred and Japan-bred temperate japonica cultivars were concentrated into only 2 of the sub-group I-1 (143 cultivars) and I-2 (58 cultivars) among six sub-groups in major group of japonica. This is because of the japonica accessions used in this study was a very closely related ones because of frequent sharing of the crossing parents with similar genetic background with synergy effect of the inherited genetic difference between indica and japonica. A rice breeding strategy with the use of molecular markers was discussed for overcoming of genetic vulnerability owing to this genetic narrowness.

Modernism And A Farewell to Arms song Tae-jong The individual in the chaotic society of a 20th century situation was the real custodian of human values. In this sense, modernist writers showed strongly a self-conscious element and a highly individualistic sense in the modernist's literary production. The movement towards sophistication and mannerism, towards introversion, technical display, internal self-scepticism, has often been taken as a common base for a definition of modernism. The main characteristics of modernism are acute cognition of many problems in arts and ceaseless self-consciousness not to be frustrated under any challengers. Especially, Hemingway constantly asserts that writing is a form of truth telling, but in this regard he has rarely been credited with the sophisticated self-awareness of literary modernism. This is a recognizable version of the morality of art, a fundamental element of the modernist aesthetic. At the same time, Hemingway's insistence on the importance of what is known-on what, in the deepest sense, is true-establishes a connection between his modernism and something earlier, something more specifically American. He acquired his modernism in Paris from writers who were either expatriates or Europeans, as well as through Ezra Pound and Sherwood Anderson. These literary modernist development in Hemingway's writing was proved excellently in the Sun Also Rises and A Farewell to Arms. He also was sustaining such a literary mode in For whom The Bell Tolls and The Old Man and the Sea. In A Farewell to Arms, Hemingway suggests the following : Henry's realization of society and the hypocrisy of the Italian Army in the war and Henry's powerful antagonistic consciousness against the absurd war : Henry's escape and search for separate peace from this disillusive situations and human double masquerade. Heminggway idealizes the romantic and tragic Catherine, emphasizes her self-sacrifice, her physical attributes, explains her impulsive involvement with Henry. And Catherine has a series of uncontrollable hemorrhages that lead to her death. She dies after Henry escapes from the war. Though she separates Henry, the punitive death of Catherine and her son suggests Hemingway's rejection of them. Henry's friendship with other Characters fuse into individualistic and transcendental ethic rather than assuming a conciliatory attitude of universal and immoral ethic of society. They present to us the "Hemingway Code" of man's life which is formed on the basis of the characters sense of existential ethics. In this perspective, this novel seems to be the great literary achivement in the moderhist period.

탈북을 주제로 한 문화콘텐츠 연구 -영화 <크로싱>과 소설 『바리데기』를 중심으로

Culture and arts can be produced by grappling with problems of the time. The theme of North Korean defections is very important in Korea, but the majority of Korean artists ignored it. It resulted in the lack of the arts on the theme. Even though cultural contents concerning the defection are so few, there are two major artistic works which result in bigger repercussions: Crossing, a movie of KIM Tae-Gyun and Baridegi, a novel of HWANG Seok Young. Crossing is a movie which tried to get Koreans interested, purely on humanitarian grounds, in the defection. Baridegi seems to be the most excellent work from the point of view of artistry and theme. This novel, as a modern version of a traditional myth, links a Korean cultural tradition and the reality of the Korean Peninsula. Plus, it confirms the linking between Korean actuality and global issue. In conclusion, we emphasized, as a suggestion for the cultural contents concerning the defection, the necessity of more attention and a broad vision.

수정 Cam-clay 이론을 이용한 점토의 비배수 강도 예측에 관한 연구

국내 지역에서 대부분의 자연 연약점토는 약간 또는 매우 과압밀된 상태를 갖고 있다. 이러한 연약한 지반에 제방을 건설하기 위해서는 지반의 지지력이 결정되어야 하며, 응력이력에 따른 비배수 전단강도는 단계하중재하시 재방의 단계성토고와 안정성을 분석함에 매우 중요하게 하다. 이러한 점에서 한계상태이론의 Cam-clay 이론은 정규압밀과 과압밀된 점토지반의 비배 수 전단강도를 예측함에 있어 합리적인 결과를 주며, 비등방조건에서 비배수 전단강도의 예측 은 실내삼축시험과 잘일치하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 MCCM 이론의 적용성을 국내 저소성 실트질 점토를 블록 샘플링하여 실내 등방 및 비등방 시험을 실시하여 검증하였으며, 과거 여러 지역에서 연구된 결과들과 비교하여 재분석하였다.
