      • 榮山姜水系의 魚類相과 榮山潮內의 魚類相의 變化

        宋泰坤,李完玉 木浦大學校沿岸生物硏究所 1988 沿岸生物硏究 Vol.5 No.1

        1987年 10月과 1988年 4月부터 8月까지 榮山江本流와 支流 그리고 榮山湖內의 49個 調査地点에서 魚類相과 榮山湖의 淡水化에 따른 魚類相의 變化를 調査하였다. 本 調査에서 採集된 魚類는 總 20科 44屬 64種 및 亞種 17,728個體로 그 가운데 Cyprinidae 31종, Gobiidae 7종, Cobitidae 4종, Bagridae 3종 등 이었으며, 본 조사에서 새로이 서식이 확인된 種은 Squalidus chankaensis tsuchigae, Liobagrus obesus, Oncorhynchus masou, Hemiramphus kurumens, Gasteroteus aculeatus, Mugil cephalus, M . haematocheila, Rhinogobius giurinus, Acanthogobius flavimanus, A . hasta, Chaenogobius annularis, Tridentiger obscurus등 12종이었으며, 韓國特産種은 15種이었다. 榮山江本流 및 榮山湖內에서는 총 59種의 魚類가 채집되었고 이들 水系로 流入되는 小河川들에서는 34種의 魚類가 그리고 支流인 黃龍江과 砥石江에서는 各各 43種과 29種의 魚類가 채집되었다. 榮山湖內 水質의 淡水化에 따라 1次淡水魚 뿐만 아니라 汽水性 魚類의 出現種數가 전체적으로 增加하는 傾向을 보였다. The freshwater fish fauna of Yongsan River stream and the change of fish fauna in Yongsan Lake were investigated from October, 1987, to August, 1988. total collected fishes were 20 families, 44 genera, 64 species and subspecies, 17,728 individuals including 31 species of Cyprinidae, 7 species of Gobiidae, 4 species of Cobitidae and 3 species of Bagridae, and among them 15 species were known as Korean endemic species. Squalidus chankaensis tsuchigae, Liobagrus obesus, Oncorhynchus masou, Hemiramphus kurumens, Gasteroteus aculeatus, Mugil cephalus, M. haematocheila, Rhinogobius giurinus, Acanthogobius flavimanus, A. hasta, Chaenogobius annularis, Tridentiger obscurus were observed in the present studied areas for the first time. In Yongsan River system and the total number of species including primary freshwater fishes and peripheral fishes increased as the water quality of Yongsan Lake changed into feshwater.

        Treatments of 2,4,6-trimethylphenol with allyl bromide, 4-bromo-2-methyl-2-butene in K₂CO₃/acetone lead to the corresponding allyl phenyl ether derivatives. Two allylphenyl ethers were compared with their splitting patterns in the HNMR spectrum. Additionally, allyl phenyl ether, 3, can react with Hg(OAc)₂/NaBH₄/NaOH(aq) to give the oxymercuration-demercuration product, 5 in good yield.

      • 全南地方 4個 小河川의 漁類相

        The freshwater fish fauna was investigated from April, 1987 to August, 1988 in Watan chon, Pulgap chon, Ch'ong chon and Ch'onggye chon of Chol-lanamdo. The collected fish were 6 families, 19 genera, 22 species in Watan chon 9 families, 20 genera, 25 species in Pulgap chon, 7 families, 17 genera, 17 species in Ch'ong chon and 7 families, 13 genera, 15 species in Ch'onggye chon. It was remarkable point in the distributional study of freshwater fishes of Korea that two individuals of Cobitis koreensis were collected in Pulgap chon for the first time and the morphology of them was very similar to the Tongjin River population. This indicated that Pulgap chon was found to be the southern limit of distribution of C. koreensis koreensis. Growth rate and age composition were analyzed by total length of 6 species such as Squalidus gracilis majimae, Abbottina springeri, A. rivularis, Moroco oxycephalus, Cobitis lutheri and Zacco temmincki.

      • 耽津江 水系의 漁類相 調査

        The freshwater fish fauna was investigated from May, 1988 to July, 1989 at eleven stations in Tamjingang. The collected fishes were 12 families, 28 genera, 36 species, 5,633 individuals, and among them 9 species were known as Korean endemic species and 29 species were primary freshwater fishes. In these studied area, Zacco platypus, Z. temmincki, Microphysogobio yaluensis, Rhodeus uyekii. Cobitis longicorpus, C. lutheri were collected abundantly but Pseudorasbora parva, Abbottina rivularis, Acheilognathus limbata, A. yamatsutae, Pseudobagrus fulvidraco, Liobagrus mediadiposalis were rare species.

      • 전남 무안군의 4개 소하천의 저서무척추동물 및 담수어류상

        1996년과 1997년 10월에 무안군 청계면의 4개 소하천의 14개 조사지점에서 저서무척추동물과 담수어류에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 4개의 소하천에서 채집된 담수어류는 총 9과 18속 20종 1,992개체로 그 중 잉어과 어류가10종이었고 한국특산종은 2종이었다. 채집된 어류의 종수는 청천천에서 8종, 태봉천에서 14종, 용계천에서 12종 그리고 청계천에서 8종이었으며 다량 채집된 어류는 Pseudorasbora parva(채집개체수의 26.81%), Oryzias latipes latipes(18.3), Zacco platypus(15.51%), Hemicultur eigenmanni(14.1%), Zacco temmincki(9.3%)이었다. 4개의 소하천에서 채집된 저서무척추동물의 분류군은 총 4문 7강 13목 27과 34속 42종으로 그 중 수서곤충이 20종, 연체동물류가 16종으로 중요 분류군이었다. 개체수는 연체동물이 60.7%로 가장 많았고, 환형동물이 13.0%, 파리류가 11.0%이었다. 우점종은 Radix aurucularia coreana, Semisulcospira tegulata, Gyraulus convexiusculus, Hirudo nipponica, Tipula KUa이었다. 하천별 채집된 저서무척추동물의 종수는 청천천에서 14종, 태봉천에서 10종, 용계천에서 27종, 청계천에서 23종이었다. The benthic invertebrates and freshwater fish fauna was investigated at 14 station of four streams in Muan-gun, Chonnam. Total fishes collected from them were 9 families, 18 genera, 20 species, 1,992 individuals. Among them, 20 species were Cyprinidae, and 2 species were known as Korean endemic species. In this investigation, the abundant species were Pseudorasbora parva, Oryzias latipes, Zacco platypus, Hemicultur eigenmanni, and Zacco temmincki. The taxa of benthic invertebrates was composed of 42 species, 34 genera, 27 families,13 orders, 7 classes in 4 phyla. Among them, aquatic insects containing 20 species were the major group. On comparing individual numbers in this survey, Mollusca were the highest(60.7%), and Annelida and Diptera were 13.0% and 11.0%, respectively. Dominant species were Radix auricularia coreana, Semisulcospira tegulata, Gyraulus convexiusculus belonging to Mollusca, Hirudo nipponica belonging to Annelida, Tipula KUa belonging to Diptera. The comparison of species at each site revealed the largest number of 20 species at st.12 and the smallest was 5 species at st.3.

      • 영산강본류 중류 수계의 어류상에 대하여

        The freshwater fish fauna was investigated from June 27, 1992 to November 23, 1995 at 53 stations in the middle streams of Yongsan River system. Total fishes collected from them were 12 families, 33 genera, 42 species and subspecies, 14, 699 individuals including 27 species belonging to Cyprinidae, and among them, 9 species were known as Korean endemic species. In this river, the abundant species were Pseudorasbora parva, Rhodeus uyekii, Microphysogobio yaluensis, and Zacco platypus, and the rare species were Abbottina springeri, Pseudobagrus fulvidraco, Macropodus chinenesis, Monopterus albus, and Cobitis longicorpus.

      • 한국산 족부 백선균의 항진균제 감수성에 관한 연구

        Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of griseofulvin, imidazole derivatives such as ketoconazole, econazole, miconazole and itraconazole on 52 strains of Trichophyton ruhrum, 22 strains of T. mentagraphytes, 10 strains of Microsporum spp. and 1 strain of Epidermophyton floccosum were determined after one week of incubation at 25C on Sabouraud dextrose broth. The results were summarized as followes : 1. The MICs of griseofulvin against 4 different tinea pedis fungi were ranged from 10-100mcg/ml. This values indicated that effectiveness of antifungal activity were relatively lower than those of three other imidazole derivatives such as ketoconazole, econazole, miconazole and one itraconazole. 2. Out of three imidazole derivatives, econazole had relatively higher inhibitory concentrations with 0.1-10mcg/ml against all tinea pedis isolated. 3. Out of 5 antifungal agents, itraconazole which is trizole derivatives showed the highest inhibitory activity with 0.1-10mcg/ml against all tinea pedis tested. 4. These results indicated that inhibitory activity of griseofulvin against tinea pedis were lower than those of four other antifungal agents tested. But these four antifungal agents such as ketoconazole, econazole, miconazole and. itraconazole were effective against tinea pedis tested.

      • Guinea pig 단일 심실근 세포의 칼슘전류에 대한 아드레날린성 약물의 효과

        In order to investigate the effects of sympathomimetic drugs on the calcium currents, whole cell patch clamp technique was used in ventricular cells of the guinea-pig. Single ventricular cells were isolated by Langedorff perfusion method with collagenase. T-type and L-type Ca-currents were recorded in different holding potentials. T-type Ca-current was activated from more negative membrane potentials(around -50 mV) and was inactivated very rapidly, whereas L-type Ca-current was activated from -30 mV and inactivated with two time constants(fast and slow components). Replacement of calcium with barium increased the activation magnitude of L-type Ca-current and delayed inactivation time course, but did not affect T-type Ca-current significantly. Nifedipine blocked and Bay K 8644 increased L-type Ca-current with voltage-dependent manner. T-type Ca-current, however, was relatively insentive to dihydropyridine compuonds. Isoproterenol which is known to have mainly beta-agonist increased L-and T-type Ca-currents and propranolol reversed the effect of isoproterenol. Phenylephrine(alpha-agonist) and phentolamine(alpha-blocker) have no significant effects on the Ca-currents. From the above results it is suggested that L-type and T-type Ca-currents are present in guineapig ventricular myocytes and very sensitive to beta-agonist or-antagonist, but relatively insensitive to drugs acting on alpha-receptors.

      • 特定産業 支援政策이 生産要素 投入과 生産性에 미치는 영향에 관한 硏究 : 한국의 중화학공업 육성정책을 중심으로

        The industrial policy can be divided into two categories ; the general policy and the industry specific policy. The former deals with the traditional macroeconomic policies such as the fiscal and monetary policies, anti-trust issues, and the international trade policies. Recently, the industry specific policies, once disregarded by the main stream economics but favored by the practioners for a long time, become a main issue in the academic community, especially, in the U. S. A. While Japan, Korea, Taiwan and other NIEs in Asia, which armed with the industry specific policies, have been enjoying the rapid economic growth for many years, the advanced countries, especially, the United States went through the slow productivity growth, the huge trade deficits, and the loss of competitiveness in the last two decades. The made the U. S. policy makers and academic community reevaluate the effectiveness of the active industrial policies. This paper studied the issue of the effectiveness of a finance cum tax subsidize industry specific policies. We provide a theoretical ground that the above-mentioned policy can lead an excessive capital consumption and the deterioration of the total factor productivity. This theory was empirically tested to the heavy and chemical industry support programs for 1973-79 in Korea. We found that the industry specific policy speeded up the targeted industries' capital growth and lowered the total factor productivity growth relative to those of the unsupported industries. We also found that the anomaly disappeared when the subsidization completely stopped in 1984. Policy implications are evident that finance cum tax subsidized industry specific policies should be accompanies with other measures which can improve the total factor productivity such programs that enhance capital quality and or labor quality enhancing program.
