폐실질내의 주변형 결절로 나타난 소세포성 폐암의 CT 소견

We evaluated CT findings of the small cell carninoma, which presented as a solitary pulmonary nodule at the periphery of the lung parenchyma. Of pathologically-proven 45 patients with small cell carcinoma, 10 patients was included in this study, who had a solitary, peripheral lung nodule at distal portion of the subsegmental bronchus. We retrospectively reviewed clinical data and CT findings including size, location, margin, enhancement pattern, lymph node enlargement, metastasis. Peripheral small cell carcinomas were 22.2%(10/45). All masses had well-defined margin and lobulated margin was seen in 7 patients. Mean diameter was 3.8cm (2.5-7.0cm). Enhancement pattern were homogeneous in 3 cases and inhomogeneous in seven. Calcification or air-bronchogram was not present, and focal cavitation was seen in one case. In five, only lung mass was present, and lung mass with lymph node enlargement was seen in one. distant metastasis without lymph node enlargement was noted on two patients and another two patients showed lymph node enlargement and distant metastasis. Peripheral small cell carcinoma is not rare(22.2%). Most frequent CT finding is a well-defined, lobulated mass with inhomogeneous enhancement, these findings would be helpful in differentiating small cell carcinoma from other neuroendocrine tumors when differentiataion is difficult cytologically.
농업발전을 위한 농과대학의 역할에 관한 연구 : 새로운 농업산학협동체제 모색을 위하여

This study was attempted to propose necessity of the close school-industry cooperation for Korean agricultural and rural development, on assumption that the direct contact between farmers and agricultural college can contribute to better-off living of the small farmers. For this purpose, 197 farm house-holds in Kyeong Sang Buk Do were selected and interviewed. 52.8% of farmers was responsed in necessity of improvement of the present rural extension system. The problems indicated by farmers were mainly the socio-economic and technological factors such as dissemination of inappropriate agricultural technology, and lack of institutional coordination, public service, and extension of farm management. It was identified that the role and function of agricultural college was not directly related to rural development, and thus it was asked that extension system should be added in the present function of agricultural college. As implimenting method of rural extension by agricultural college, it was recommended that farmer's education (winter farmer training program), operation of model farm and dissemination of pamphlets containing informations on agricultural technology were mainly needed. Chi-Wen Chang's social laboratory concept is assumed the most efficient model of rural extension system for agricultural college in Korea.

In the literatual study on Holotrichia, the results were obtained as follows ; 1. Holotrichia is larva of Holotrichia diomphalia Bates etc. powder or liquor of Holotrichia is used medically. 2. Appearance of Holotrichia is shape of kidney, yellowish color. 3. The oriental characters of Holotrichia is warm, toxicant, salty. 4. The significant efficancy of Holotrichia is breaking the stagnant blood. 5. Holotrichia can be applied to the diseases related to thrombosis, and recover the demage of liver. 6. Holotrichia avails Liver diseases such as Hepatitis, Liver cirrhosis, Hepatosplenomegaly, Hepatoma etc.

Busan port has been developed as the main hub port in the eastern asia. As the ship transportations increase, the risk of maritime accidents also increase. Maritime accidents result in marine pollutions such as oil or toxic material spill problems. As pollutant materials spread mainly in the direction of water movement, it is desirable to construct the real time prediction system of ocean circulation in the harbor as the effective strategy to minimize the pollution. In this study, the system to predict the depth-integrated currents forced by tide and wind at Busan port is developed using G.U.I. system.

In the early decades of this century, Charisma which originally means endowment with the gift of grace, has been introduced to social sciences by German sociologist, Max Weber. It quickly became interested in the field of sociology and politics. But, into the 1970s, charismatic leadership still had not became a subject for empirical or experimental research related to organizational theory. Recently, much attention has been paid to charismatic leadership as the prototype of leadership that people have in mind when they describe their ideal leader and is more likely to provide a role model with which subordinates want to identify. As a result, in will perform further study related to Charisma leadership which developing various kind of measurement and instrument. Finally, it should identify lost of possibility and phenomenon through the study of charisma leadership.
미세가공기술을 이용한 Interdigitated Array 전극의 제작 및 응용

Interdigitated array (IDA) electrodes were fabricated using silicon technology for highly sensitive biosensing. Thin-film platinum and gold IDA electrodes were fabricated with 10 μm band width and 7 μm gap between the bands using photolithographic techniques. The IDA electrode has 100 fingers consisting of 50 finger anodes and 50 finger cathodes. By applying both the oxidation and the reduction potentials of a reversible redox couple, ferrocyanide, to the pairs of the IDA electrode, an increased current generation can be observed. In our experiment, the collection efficiency of IDA electrode was 46% and amplification factor was 12.6. This preliminary experiment implies that the IDA electrode could be applied to biosensor fabrications as the sensitive electrochemical transducer when a lower detection limit is needed such as phenol sensor for drinking water analysis.

In this study, a remote field eddy current testing system is built to inspect 1˝ diameter ferromagnetic tubes and resulting experimental signals are investigated. To decide the operating frequency, the emf of sensor coil is monitored while the sensor coil is moved away from the exciter. At proper frequency, sudden change would occur in the signal pattern. This also indicates the location of remote field region, so that the distance between coils can be decided. The defect signal contains two defect indications, each appears as the sensor and exciter coil passes a defect. Experimental results show that defect depth can be estimated by comparing the two indications. Also, linear relationship between defect depth and phase signal strength is observed.
