        독도 관광수요 결정요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 독도 관광수요에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 회귀분석을 통하여 각 설명변수가 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석에 사용한 설명변수는 강수량, 풍속, 교통, 공공사업, 감염병의 총 5가지 범주로 구분하였으며, 일부 범주의 설명변수를 선택하는 방식으로 모델을 구성하였다. 분석대상 기간은 2005년부터 2020년까지 16년간의 월별 자료를 활용하였다. 일부 자료에는 단위근이 있었으나 변수들간 공적분 관계가 존재하여 장기적으로는 안정적 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 최소제곱법을 활용한 장기균형식 추정결과 비가 내리지 않는 날씨 상황, 바람이 잔잔한 기상 환경, 울릉도-독도 항로에 투입된 여객선 수의 증가, 국가 및 공공이 주도하는 독도탐방 사업의 추진은 관광수요의 증가 요인이었으며, 일반 국민들의 감염병에 대한 우려가 증가하는 것은 관광수요의 감소요인으로 작용하였다. 적은 양이라도 비가 내리는 날을 포함한 설명변수보다 전혀 비가 내리지 않는 날의 수를 설명변수로 활용한 모델에서 회귀분석의 설명력이 높게 나타났으며, 바람의 경우도 최저 단위(초속 3.3미터 이하)의 계급에 해당하는 날의 수를 설명변수로 활용하는 경우가 보다 높은 계급을 포함한(초속 7.9미터 이하) 일수를 설명변수로 활용하는 경우보다 설명력이 높게 나타났다. 본 논문은 독도 관광수요에 대한 외부변수의 영향을 분석한 최초의 연구라는 의미를 가지며 코로나-19 등 감염병 확산의 영향을 분석하기 위하여 더미변수를 도입하지 않고 검색 포털의 검색량 추이(구글트렌드)를 활용하여 분석에 투입할 자료를 생성해 내었다는 점에서도 기존의 연구와 차별점을 갖는다. 본 연구를 통하여 기상상황, 교통 접근성, 공공 주도의 독도탐방 사업, 감염병에 대한 국민의 우려가 독도 관광수요에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다는 점을 실증적으로 확인하였으며, 특히 강수량과 풍속의 계급을 달리하여 보다 설명력이 높은 모델을 확인하였다는 점도 주요 성과라 하겠다. 이후 추가적인 설명변수의 활용, 공공추진 독도탐방을 제외한 순수 민간차원 독도관광 수요를 대상으로 하는 분석 등 다양한 파생 연구가 진행되길 기대한다. This study attempted an empirical analysis of the effect of each explanatory variable through a regression analysis of the factors affecting the tourism demand on Dokdo. The explanatory variables used in the analysis were divided into a total of five categories: precipitation, wind speed, Available transportation, public projects, and infectious diseases; these have been coupled with construct models according to the selection of explanatory variables for some categories. The analysis target period is 16 years from 2005 to 2020, when the general public visited Dokdo for tourism purposes, and monthly data was used. Although some data had a unit root, it was found to have a stable relationship in the long run due to the existence of a cointegration relationship between the variables. As a result of estimating the long-term equilibrium equation using the least-squares method, non-rain weather conditions, wind-free weather conditions, an increase in the number of passenger ships used on the Ulleungdo-Dokdo route, and the promotion of the Dokdo exploration project led by the government and the public are factors that increase tourism demand. The general public's concerns about infectious diseases acted as a factor in reducing tourism demand. This paper has the meaning of being the first study to analyze the effect of external variables on Dokdo’s tourism demand, and various derivative studies such as the use of additional explanatory variables and analysis of pure private-level Dokdo tourism demand excluding publicly promoted Dokdo tours. is expected to proceed.

        High-Energy Ion Emission from Deuterium Clusters by Using an Intense Femtosecond Laser

        The interaction of a femtosecond laser pulse with deuterium clusters was experimentally studied. The prepulse and the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) effects on laser absorption and ion emission were measured with the ASE time width controlled. We also measured the spatial distribution of ions along the plasma channel produced from laser interaction with clusters. We performed an experiment to generate neutrons by using laser-induced nuclear fusion, d(d, n)³He. A 10-TW femtosecond laser beam (280 mJ, 30 fs) was focused onto deuterium gas clusters and produced ions accelerated by Coulomb explosion, which resulted in a neutron yield of 3× 10³/shot.         Surface Hardness Measurement of Anodic Oxide Films on AA2024 based an Ink-Impregnation Method

        This paper is concerned with type of imperfections present within the anodic oxide films on AA2024 and surface hardness of the anodic film measured after ink-impregnation. The anodic oxide films were formed for 25 min at 40 mA/cm² and 15±0.5oC and 300 rpm of magnet stirring rate in 20% sulfuric acid solution. The ink-impregnation allows clear observations of not only the imperfections within the anodic oxide films but also an indentation mark on the oxide film surface made by a pyramidal-diamond penetrator for the hardness measurement. There were observed four different regions in the anodic oxide films on AA2024 and the surface hardness of the anodic oxide films appeared to be crucially dependent on the type of defects, showing 60~100 Hv on the oxide surface region I with large size black defect, 100~140 Hv on the oxide surface region II with large size grey defect, 140~170 Hv on the oxide surface region III with mall size black and/or grey defects and 170~190 Hv on the oxide surface region IV without defects. The pyramidal indentation marks were observed to be distorted in the regions with a large size black and grey defects, while no distortion of the indentation mark was observed in the regions with small size defects and without visible defects.

        Most of the national critical key infrastructure, such as power, piped gas and water supply facilities, or the high-speed railroad, is run on the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system. Recently, concerns have been raised about the possibility of these facilities being attacked by cyber terrorists, hacking, or viruses. Thus, it is time to adopt the relevant security management techniques.         A Blade-Abrading Method for Surface Pretreatment of Mg Alloys

        A blade-abrading method was newly developed for the preparation of clean Mg alloy surface and reported for the first time in detail in this paper. The blade-abrading method includes abrading of the Mg alloy surface with a sharp blade or knife to remove the surface oxide and contaminants on the skin of Mg alloys mechanically, thereby providing very clean surface of Mg alloys. The clean surface prepared by the blade-abrading method in the air was found to be covered with thin and dense air-formed oxide films. Based on the experimental results obtained in this work, it is concluded that the newly developed blade-abrading technique is a very simple and useful pretreatment method which can provide clean and well-defined surface for the following surface treatments.
