        The change of the culture in dietry life and the population centralization to the cities increase the amount of food wastes of the cities. Then the economical and efficient treatment of food wastes become a great social problem. In this study, we intended to seek the recycling way of food waste as fertilizer and feed of beast through chemical and physical analysis on its component. The conclusions of this study is as follow. 1. The ratio of C/N is about 10 and the weight percentages of K, N, P, are 0.97, 1.0, 4.5 respectively. Then we must add rice bran and sawdust as subsidizing material to the food waste. 2. The legal permitted limit of salt is 2.5%, and the average salt content in food waste is 3.3% then we must reduce the salt concentration of food waste. 3. The value of SAR of food waste is 4.4%.

      • 유산균 발효에 미치는 글루타민산의 효과에 관한 연구

        Kimchi is typical of a fermentation food. Therefore, the microbe which works in kimchi is just a lactic acid germ. The reaction of the lactic acid germ makes the fresh taste of kimchi by turning a carbohydrate into lactic acid. The reaction controls the growing of microbe and improves storageability, sanitary conditions. The lactic acid germ related to the fermentation of kimchi has Leuconostoc sff., Pediococcus sff. and Lactobacillus sff.. Leuconostoc sff. gives the fresh taste of kimchi, and Lactobacillus sff. gives the sour taste of kimchi. The following experiment shows us that the addition of L-Glutamic Acid and Citric Acid into the fermentation process of kimhi helps Leuconostoc sff. and Pediococcus sff. keep their condition for a long time. We measure the number of lactic acid germ, pH, acidity and basic level by comparing normal kimchi and another kind of kimchi added L-Glutamic Acid and Citric Acid. The result of the experiment we reached the object kimchi has a lot of lactic acid, high pH and low acidity. In other words, lactic acid germ of Leuconostoc sff. and Pediococcus sff. have distributed actively in the object more than normal kimchi Lactobacillus sff. can also effect on taste of kimchi. However if It breeds too actively, kimchi will get a sour taste and go bad quickly. In conclusion, in the object kimchi with the addition of L-Glutamic Acid and Citric Acid, Leuconostoc and Pediococcus sff. keep longer than normal kimchi. Besides it helps preserving the taste of kimchi for a long time because Lactobacillus sff. appears relatively lately.

      • 1-Butene의 산화탈수소 반응에서 Bismuth Molybdate 촉매활성에 관한연구

        The C_4-raffinate is an important by-product of the naphtha cracking process which plays a key role in the petro-chemical industry. For the purpose of the practical use of C_4-raffinate an experimental study was carried out for the oxidative dehydrogenation of 1-butene one of the major component of the C_4-raffinate to produce butadiene which is the principal raw material for synthetic resin and rubber. In the oxidative dehydrogenation of-1-butene many kinds of metal-oxide catalysts are used and one of the most active catalyst is bismuth-molybate a complex of bismuth oxide and molybdeum oxide. In the present study the catalysts were prepared by calcination from mixtures of Bi(NO_3)_35H_2O and (NH_4)_5Mo_7O_424H_2O with various atomic ratios of bismuth and molybdenum In particular three typoes of catalysts of α-phase(Bi_2O_38MoO_3) β-phase(Bi_2O_32MoO_3) and γ-phase(Bi_2O_3MoO_3) were prepared by the mrthod of coprecipitation using nitric acid while catalysis of α-phase of γ-phase were also prepared by coprecipitation using tetra ethyl ammonium hydrxide solution Other catalysts such as Bi_12Mo_12PO_x and (Bi_9Mo_15FeO_60) were prepared to investigate the effect of promoters. Among various catalysts prepared the best activity was observed in the γ-phase catalysis which was prepared by the mrthod of coprecipitation using tetra ethyl ammonium hydroxide solution. The catalysts containing phosphor showed excellent activity over a broad range of temperature whereas the catalysts containing iron exhibited excellent activity only at high temperature level.

        Heat transfer characteristics of heat storing processes in paraffin-filled horizontal circular cylinder is studied. The numelted solid paraffin is allowed to fall on the bottom wall under gravity. In the upper liquid phase, natural convection is considered to take place while in the lower liquid film between the solid paraffin and the wall conduction is thought to take place instead. Experimental analyses are also carried out. The amount of the latend heat stored is obtained by recording the timewisely changing side area of the solid paraffin photographically. The mass of paraffin melted in the upper section is obtained by substracting the amount of melted mass in the lower section from the total mass melted and therefrom variation of heat transfer rate in each section is studied.

        精神分裂症患者의 家族 및 自我槪念에 關한 心理學的 硏究

        Ten semantic differential scales, four of evaluative, each three of potency and activity, were administered to 90 schizophrenics. The results were compared with those of 50 psychoneurotics and normal controls. The concepts rated on the scales were father, mother, brother, self, love and guilt. Following was the findings: 1) Schizophrenic group showed some differences with the normal and psychoneurotic groups in their ratings on the concepts of family members. 2) Schizophrenic group reflected the defect of self-concept in a high degree than the other two groups. 3) Schizophrenic group seem to be highly reflected the tendency of the defective concept-formation, love and guilt, than the other two groups. 4) The possibilities of the semantic differential technique as a useful tool of the schizophrenic group in the rating of concepts was discussed.

      • 유전체 대전 현상을 이용한 공기정화필터 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 유전체 대전현상을 이용한 Compact한 공기정화 필터를 개발, 제작하여 그 특성실험을 행하였다. 이 경우 one-pass 집진효율이 41%였으나 밀폐실 내의 집진효율은 순환효과로 인해 30분 경과 후 집진효율이 95% 이상 되었다. In this paper, Phenomenon of dielectric charge has been studied in order to develop compact type air cleaner. In one-pass precipitation efficiency, dielectric type filter was 41%. But in shut room, efficiency was 95% over because of circulation effect after 30 minute. Because resistivity of dielectric is ??Ω-cm. discharge time between collected particle and dielectric electrode is longer than that of between collected particle and electrode. So dielectric collector type is more advantage in rescatter.

      • 디젤엔진 배기가스정화를 위한 산화촉매의 개발

        The air pollution by automobile exhaust gas becomes severa day by day. Oxidation catalysts, the promising catalysts, were prepared and their activities for purification of exhaust has were examined. Among various catalysts prepared, the catalyst of Pt-Pd-V-M/Ti system has the best activities on oxidation inhibition effect of sulfur dioxide. When the catalysts used, the initiation combustion temperature for particle phase material in diesel engine is 300℃. The temperature is 150℃ lower than that of when the catalyst is not used. As result of catalysis in real engines, the gas phase material and particle phase material were decreased up to 70∼80% and 25∼30% respectively.

      • 부분산화반응에 적용되는 Redox Mechanism에 대한 고찰

        Redox mechnisim is widely applied to partial oxidation reactions since Mars and Krevelen firs developed this mechanism in 1954. Reactor modeling of propylene oxidation has been performed in this study using reaction rate equation which has been developed by applying the redox mechanisim. IT has been verified that rate determining step has a critical effect on the oxidation reaction when redox mechanism is applied. The propylene concentration is very important because no reaction takes place when it is depleted in rither case reation rate constants.

      • 초산섬유소 중공사막의 제조공정에 관한 연구

        The morphology of hollow fibers which were spun by the dry-jet-wet sppining process is discussed. The polymer solution consisted of cellulose acetate, acetone, formide. Scanning electron micrographs of fiber cross section displayed porous open-cell and closed-cell structured walls which in some cases exhibited a rather dense interface skin. The control of inner coagulant flow rate allowed the change of the thickness of fiber wall. The less the concentration of polymer solution was, the more macrovoids were formed.

      • 다구찌기법을 이용한 저온 플라즈마 탈취장치의 특성에 관한 연구

        최근, 저온 플라즈마를 이용한 냄새 제거 기술의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 고효율의 공기정화용 소형 저온 플라즈마 탈취장치의 개발을 위한 기초실험을 위해 엔지니어링 기법의 하나인 다구찌기법을 적용하여 제어인자들의 기여율 및 최적조건 선정과 적용 기법의 신뢰성을 검증하였다. 트리메칠아민 냄새의 제거 실험에서 제어인자 중 인가전압, 방전극의 직경 및 반응기 개수의 순으로 탈취효율에 영향이 크고, 실험의 재현성을 검증하기 위해 확인실험 결과 이득 오차가 허용오차 범위내에 있어 신뢰성을 확인할 수 있었다. Recently, a study on the technology of odor removal by using nonthermal plasma is proceeding briskly. We yielded the distribution ratio and optimal condition of control factors tools in order to develop by using Taguchi method among engineering small sized nonthermal plasma deodorizing devices and verified the confidence of Taguchi method. In case of removal experimentation of trimetylamine. deodorization efficiency is greatly affected by high voltage, electrode diameter, and the number of deodorizing reactor and we could confirm the confidence of method in order to verify the confidence of experimentation from the scope of gain tolerance of experimental result.
