A theoretical model for the interaction of the moving heat source and a solid substrate when they are in contact is described. for purposes of the model the substrate is assumed to act as a continuum and the Fourier equation for transient. three-dimensional conduction is solved using Laplace and Fourier transformations. Unlike most previous models, this model shows the explicit relations between the properties of heat source and that of the substrate. Since the size, shape and speed of heat source impact the ignition of substrate, considerable attention is devoted to evaluating these parameters. Results are presented which show the effects of the size, shape and speed of heat source on the substrate.
GIS와 RS를 이용한 생태지도 작성기법에 관한 기초연구

본 연구는 낙동강 하구 일대의 생태계 변화와 생태 관련자료를 GIS DB로 구축하고 생태지도를 작성하였다. 생태지도 작성을 위해 1984년 11월 21일, 1997년 5월 17일에 촬영된 공간해상도 30m의 Landsat TM 위성영상과 국립지리원에서 발행된 1:25,000 수치지형도, 부산시에서 조사한 생물현황 자료를 바탕으로 DB를 구축하였다. 생태지도를 작성하기 위해, 첫째, 낙동강 하구 생태계 조사 보고서와 현재까지 진행된 생태지도에 대한 문헌 연구, 둘째, 시계열적 토지피복분류도 제작, 셋째, 동·식물상, 수질 등 생태계 항목별 BB 구축과 3단계 방식에 의한 생태계 평가, 최종적으로는 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 생태계 관리를 위한 생태지도를 작성하였다. This study developed an ecological mapping technique with GIS database using the analyses of existing ecological survey reports and the change detection on the Nakdong river estuary. The data which are used to establish GIS DB include 2 Landsat TM images on Nov. 31, 1984 and May 17, 1997, 1:25, 000 topographical maps established by National Geography Institution and various ecological survey reports published by Busan metropolitan city government. The details for producing ecological map are as follows. At first, the current methods of ecomapping efforts and previous ecological surveys of Nakdong river estuary were carefully examined. Secondly, the land cover maps were created from the classified Landsat images of 1984 and 1997 for the spatiotemporal ecosystem analysis. Thirdly, the ecosystem was evaluated by using GIS ecological database based on the criteria of botany, zoology and water quality etc. Each criteria was reclassified into 3 stages which describe the overall quality of ecological condition. At last, the comprehensive ecological map was suggested as a prototype of ecosystem assesment and management tool with the discussion of further study. The findings of this study would be a milestone for preserving and managing the ecosystem.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to review research paper on low level laser therapy (LLLT) and to improve the knowledge of LLLT field. Methods: For introduction, laser characteristics, including, wavelength, medium, beam size, power, and unit power were explained. In order to understand LLLT, tissue optics and light-biomatter interaction were briefly mentioned. We reciewed 21 Korean papers on laser acupuncture and LLLT on the viewpoint of laser apparatus. Results and Conclusion: We found that the description of laser apparatus employed for LLLT experiments were not fully written. Laser wavelength and power which are the most crucial parameters, were omitted in several papers. No paper had information on beam size. In order to have high efficacy, laser should be used with proper laser parameters. Conditions of irradiation area or acupoints should be considered too. Some future technology on laser acupuncture were mentioned.
Copper Penetration of a Lance in a Smelting Furnace of the Mitsubishi Process

This study was aimed to determine the main cause of lance fracture in a smelting furnace of the Mitsubishi continuous processfor Cu production. Investigation of lances used in field operations, thermodynamic analysis and laboratory experiments wereconducted. By analyzing the lances, damaged surface of the lances and penetration of matte components into the lance wereobserved. The depth of damage was strongly dependent on the lance height which was related to temperature. To determinethe temperature of the lance fracture, thermodynamics calculations and laboratory experiments were conducted. Both resultsshowed that the formation of Cu liquids above 1100 °C could be the main cause of lance fracture during operation of Cusmelting furnaces of the Mitsubishi process.
건설현장 불법체류 외국인근로자 고용에 대한 내국인근로자 의식에 관한 연구

Foreign labors are increasing in Korean construction site due to lacks of domestic labors. The consciousness of domestic labors influences on the organization management in construction projects. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the consciousness of the domestic labors are conscious that employment of illegal alien foreign labors are faithful and useful for the easy works in construction site. However, it is also revealed that the difficulty of employment, the short stay period, and little Korean ability are problems of illegal alien foreign labors to overcome for the improvement of organization management.
평생교육기관의 교육서비스 제고를 위한 중요한 순간(MOT) 탐색

The objectives of this article is to search learner’s impressive MOT(moments of truth) in participating lifelong education programs and contact-staff’s activities at lifelong education institutes for costumer’s satisfaction. Research method for solving the purpose of this study applies Delphi method. Delphi group was formed Professional training services and Educational operations professionals who work at Lifelong Education Institute, Human Resources Development Center, HRD departments of companies, etc. Findings of this study are 26 MOTs received the impression to learners, and contact-staff’s 54 activities that affect customer satisfaction. Several of Important MOTs are listening to lectures, contacting with instructors, introducing to the overall curriculum, connecting occupation or volunteer activities, answering from the staff on customer questions etc. Several of contact-staff’s important activities are expertise on education program, friendly and accurate responses, quick action on discomfort and relaxed consultation, good impression and a smile, kindness and caring attitude, providing learners to meet the learning content, fair and meaningful evaluation, focusing on assessment whether to achieve the objectives of the program, the overall description on program operating, active support for the goal to have confidence, providing information about employment and volunteer activities etc. 평생교육기관의 교육서비스는 프로그램에 참여하는 학습자들의 만족에 직결되어 있음에도 교육서비스의 질적 개선을 위한 실천연구가 부족하였다. 본 연구는 평생교육기관의 교육프 로그램에 참여한 학습자들이 감동받은 순간은 언제인지 결정적인 순간 즉, MOT(Moments of truth)를 탐색하는 것과 만족 혹은 불만족에 영향을 미치는 접점직원의 활동은 무엇인지 를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구방법은 전문가 집단을 구성하여 델파이 조사를 하였다. 연구결과 26개의 MOT와 54개의 중요한 활동이 도출되었다. 학습자들이 감동받은 중요한 순간들은 수업을 듣는 순간, 프로그램 관련 전반적인 교육과정을 소개받는 순간, 교.강사를 접하는 순간, 취업이나 자원봉사활동과 연계되는 순간, 학습자의 문의사항에 직원의 답변을 듣는 순간이 우선순위가 높았다. 학습자들에게 만족 혹은 불만족에 영향을 주는 중요한 직원들 의 활동은 프로그램에 대한 정확한 정보와 응답에 대한 전문지식 구비, 프로그램 관련 학 습자의 질문에 대한 정확한 대답, 프로그램 운영에 관한 전반적인 설명 제공, 프로그램의 최종목표를 정확하게 제공, 고객의 요구에 맞는 학습내용 준비, 학습자와 눈을 마주치며 성 실한 강의, 질문 시 질문에 대해 알기 쉬운 답변, 요구사항에 대한 피드백 제공, 좋은 인상 과 미소, 친절함과 배려, 언제 어디서나 원하는 상담시스템 구비, 공정하고 의미가 있는 평 가, 프로그램의 목적이나 의도의 달성여부에 초점, 목표달성에 대한 자신감을 갖도록 지원, 취업 및 자원봉사활동 관련 정보 제공 등으로 나타났다.

A literature review of existing models for moving-bed coal gasifiers and combustors was conducted, and three available 2-D codes were installed and tested. Predictions and sensitivity analyses of the 2-D code developed by Washington University (Bhattacharya et al., 1986) were performed. Based on the review, the proposed features of an advanced model incorporating detailed coal chemistry submodels were identified. One major difference between the proposed model and the existing models is that the proposed model will have separate gas and solids temperatures. As a foundation for developing the advanced model, equations were formulated for an improved model incorporating separate gas and solids temperatures, but not incorporating the detailed coal reaction chemistry submodels or detailed compositions for bed hydrodynamics. A preliminary review for effective transport properties for fixed beds was also completed for the advanced model.

배경 : MMPI는 임상장면에서 가장 유용한 진단도구 중의 하나로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 정신과에 입원하고 있는 정신분열증 환자들의 MMPI 프로파일이 어떤 유형들로 분류되는 지를 알아보고, 이에 따라 분류된 MMPI 프로파일 유형을 토대로 분할점을 제시하고자 하였으며, 각 프로파일 유형에 따른 내용척도, 인구통계학적 특징 및 증상들을 살펴보았다. 방법 : 본 연구의 대상은 1998년 1월부터 2000년 8월까지 원광대학교병원 신경정신과에 입원하여 임상심리검사에 의뢰된 환자들 중 임상심리전문가와 정신과 주치의에 의해 정신분열증으로 진단된 환자 61명으로 남자 37명, 여자 24명으로, 이들의 MMPI와 정신분열증 프로토콜 자료를 수집하여 분석 하였다. 결과 : 정신분열증으로 입원한 환자들을 대상으로 하여 MMPI 상에서 분할점을 T점수 65점으로 잡았을 때 이들은 F-6은 유형을 보였고, 군집분석결과, 잠재성 정신분열증 유형, 편집형 정신분열증 유형 및 정상 유형이 확인되었다. 의뢰사유에 있어서는 불안/신경예민, 짜증, 과대망상에서만 각 군집간에 차이를 보였다. 결론 : 입원한 정신과 환자 중 MMPI의 F-6-8 척도치가 T점수 65점 이상을 보이는 경우에는 정신분열증으로 진단을 내릴 수 있음이 확인되었다. 그렇지만 정신분열증 환자 집단은 동질적인 특성을 지닌 집단이 아니라 이질적인 특성을 지닌 집단이므로 이들에 대한 치료와 재활을 제대로 수행하기 위해서는 환자의 개별적인 정신병리와 성격특성을 우선 파악하는 것이 중요하다. Background : The MMPI has known one of the most powerful diagnostic tools in clinical setting. This study was to identify the distinct MMPI profile, the cut-off score and chief complaints in inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods : 61 patients with schizophrenia (male 37, female 24) administered the MMPI and Symptom Check Lists were collected by the authors. Results : The MMPI profile of patients with schizophrenia showed F-6-8 profile and 65 T was identified as the cut-off score. K-mean cluster analysis showed three sub-clusters, which were latent schizophrenia profile, paranoid schizophrenia profile and normal profile. And only a few chief complaints were found the differences among sub-clusters. Conclusion : This study concluded that elevations above 65 T in F-6-8 profile could be diagnosed as schizophrenia. However, patients with schizophrenia are not homogeneous but heterogeneous. Thus, it is suggested that their individual psychopathology and psychological characteristics should be examined prior to therapy or rehabilitation.

This paper dealt with relations (or difference) on the rights to indemnity of sureties liable jointly and severally and those on the rights to indemnity of insincere joint and several debtors. The joint and several obligation system serves to strengthen the effect of bonds and secure bonds, thereby bringing about disadvantages to the debtor. The human mortgage of bonds plays a role in modern economic society and financial distribution by means of joint and several liabilities on guarantee, surety obligations and cosurety obligations. Apart from this, for the human mortgage of bonds this paper also discussed whether or not the joint and several obligation system should be maintained.
