        도로경관의 자연환경성 모형 : 교외지역 국도를 중심으로 Focused on the National Road in Suburb Areas

        This study was attempted to review the information data for minimizing the destruction of environmental naturalness and the visual damage of landscape from road construction by establishing a model of environmental naturalness for national roads in the suburb areas to suggest an answer to a research question. "What does decide the environmental naturalness of roadscape?". We found that 1) The road-side slope showed no statistical significance in the description of environmental naturalness of roadscape. but the fact that the road-side slope from road construction is the destruction of natural topography cannot be overlooked. 2) In terms of the direction of value variations for independent variables, signboard and telegraph post, soundproofing and protection wall. structure, and building acted toward negative (-) direction, while mountains, sky, road trees, fields, and surrounding green including the road-side slope acted toward positive(+) direction. 3) The variable with highest relative contribution to dependent variables among independent variables is building. which has importance as many as 148 times of road-side slope, while the variable road-side slope has the least importance. Building has the importance of 7.22 times. mountains 5.51 times, road trees 2.59 times, surrounding green 2.54 times, structure 2.41 times, signboard and telegraph post 2.37 times, soundproofing and protection wall 2.20 times, and sky 1.32 times of the fields as a standard criterion values 1.

      • 성장기 흰쥐의 족삼리(ST-36) 침자가 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        Acupuncture, an important branch of oriental medicine, has been practiced for many centuries and has been proved to be an effective treatment for all sorts of disease. However, the exact mechanism on effects of acupuncture was uncertain. Recently investigation for the mechanism of acupuncture has concentrated to human and animals. So, This study was to determine effects of ST-36 acupuncture stimulation on blood component in growing rats. For this study, 24 male Sprague-Dawley rats weighting 159?13g were randomly assigned into three groups; A4 group, A10 group, and control group. In A4 group, four times acupuncture were performed at both ST-36 every other days and in A10 group, ten times acupuncture. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Total protein level was significantly increased, particularly in A10 group; albumin level was also significantly increased. 2. Serum glucose level was significantly increased. 3. Triglyceride level was significantly increased in A4 group; phospholipid level had no changes; free fatty acid level was significantly decreased particularly in A10 group. 4. Total cholesterol level was rarely affected by acupuncture: HDL-C and LDL-C levels were affected by the number of times of acupuncture, that is, HDL-C levels were increased, and LDL-C level decreased in A4 group, while HDL-C level decreased and LDL-C level increased in A10 group. 5. Serum amylase activity was not significantly changed.

      • 제 7차 교육과정에 따른 국어과 읽기·쓰기 수행평가 연구(Ⅱ)

        이 연구는 제7차 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 국어과 읽기와 쓰기 수행평가에 대한 것이다. 쓰기는 교과서의 '되돌아보기' 학습 내용의 타당성을 대부분 인정하고, 대신 '되돌아보기' 학습을 하고 난 후의 정확한 평가 기준표를 제시하고 이를 검증해 보는 것에 역점을 두었다. 특히 거시적 관점에서 10단계의 평가 기준표를 제시하여 학생들의 쓰기 수준이 어느 정도까지 이르렀는가를 측정해 볼 수 있게 하였다. 이 연구는 현장 적용이 가능한 국어와 읽기와 쓰기의 수행평가의 방법을 제시해 주었다는 데 큰 의미가 있다. This study is about the performance assessment for reading and writing of Korean Subject in elementary school being on the 7th Korean National Curriculum. The part of writing puts great emphasis on showing an accurate assesment rubric and verifying it after "review pages", instead of accepting mostly the adequacy of learning contents on "review pages", in textbook. Above other things it suggests an assessment rubric of 10 level and can help to measure what level the writing level of students is in. The great meaning of this study is to suggest the method of the performance assessment for the reading and writing of Korean Subject possible to be applied to the schools. It needs to suggest the method of the intergrative performance assessment for speaking, listening, reading, writing, Korean knowledge, and literature as well. But we will study the above-mentioned remark in future.

      • 흰쥐 삼차신경 척수감각핵 미측소핵 세포의 흥분성 시냅스 전도에 대한 nociceptin의 효과

        The caudal subnucleus of the spinal trigeminal nucleus (medullary dorsal horn; MDH) is implicated in the processing of nociceptive information in the orofacial region. In the present study, whole cell patch clamp recordings were carried out on MDH neurons in brainstem slice of neonatal rats to investigate the characteristics of spontaneous excitatory postsynaptic currents (sEPSCs) and the roles of nociceptin/orphanin FQ on excitatory synaptic transmission. In the presence of strychnine (1 μM) and bicuculline (20 μM), spontaneous inward currents at -70 mV were observed. The baseline frequency, amplitude and decay time constant of sEPSCs were 2.0 ± 0.5 Hz, 23.0 ± 1.8 pA, 3.8 ± 0.2 ms, respectively. sEPSCs were mediated by non-NMDA and NMDA receptors. The specific AMPA receptor antagonist GYKI-52466 (50 μM) completely blocked the non- NMDA mediated sEPSCs, indicating that they are mediated by an AMPA-preferring receptor. Perfusion of the opioid orphan receptor (ORL_1) adonist nociceptin (3 μM) reduced the frequency of sEPSCs and miniature EPSCs (mEPSCs). The effects of nociceptin were blocked by the selective ORL_1 receptor antagonist [Nphe'] nociceptin(1-13)NH_2 (3 μM) and were not affected by the non-specific opioid receptor antagonist naloxone (10 μM). To investigate the specificity of this synaptic inhibition, we selectively activated the nociceptive C fibers with capsaicin, which induced a strong increase in the frequency of sEPSCs. In the presence of nociceptin, the response to capsaicin was diminished. In conclusion, these results suggest that nociceptin inhibits excitatory synaptic transmission in the MDH by acting on presynaptic ORL_1 receptors.

        The effect of the temperature and the concentration of the reactor inlet gas on the safe operation of a fixed-bed reactor for exothermic-endothermic Catalytic process is investigated. The important industrial process of vapour phase oxidation-dehydrogenation of methanol into formaldehyde is used as an example. The safe operation of steam addition, air/methanol ratio and feed temperature is performed to be outside the flammable region. And it is also essential to prevent the possible explosion.

      • 非品質半導體 As-Ge-Se系의 光構造變化

        The photostructure of amophous semiconductor AsGeSe_x for which X concentrations are 52.2, 55.6, 63.6, 79 at.% is investigated. The thin film samples are prepared by the thermal evaporation method. The thin films which are illuminated and annealed are mesured with X-ray diffration and SEM(scanning electron microscopy). When the thin films are illuminated and annealed, the absorption coefficients are increased and the band gap energies are decreased. From the experimental results photodarkening and thermaldarkening were confirmed. It is photodarkening and thermaldarkening that the absorption coefficient is increased and the band gap energy is decreased when the amorphous semiconductor is illuminated and materials increase, then the absorption edge shifts toward the long wavelength. From the SEM the amorphous thin films which are illuminated and annealed are separated into two different phases. The thin films which are illuminated look like the wave shape. This is the spinodal phase separation. The thin films which are annealed look like the globlar shape. This is the binodal phase separation.

        A method for determining the safe operating region for liquid phase oxidation of hydrocarbons in perfectly mixed flow tank reactors is proposed. This region containing the steady state can be constructed by the state variables of a reactor in state space. All trajectories of the representative points pass into the region at the boundary surface. Since the representative points in the region never drift out, it is safe to keep the reactor in the region for steady state operation and to choose the trajectories which cannot drift into an explosive region before approaching the safe operating region during the start-up of reactor.

        다범주 순서형 품질특성을 갖는 제품의 최적 공정조건 결정에 관한 연구

        This paper deals with an optimal process control problem in production of hull structural steel plate with high defective rate. The main quality characteristic(dependent variable) is the internal quality(defect) of plates and is dependent on process parameters(independent variables). The dependent variable(quality characteristics) has three categorical ordinal data and there are 35 independent variables(29 continuous variables and 6 categorical variables). In this paper, we determine the main factors and to develop the mathematical model between internal quality predicted probabilities and the main factors. Secondly, we find out the optimal process condition of main factors through analysis of variance(ANOVA) using simulation. We consider three models to obtain the main factors and the optimal process condition: linear, quadratic, error models.

        소액 지불 전자상거래 환경을 위한 프로토콜의 설계 및 구현

        An electronic micropayment system, one of electronic payment systems, is suitable especially when a small amount of money is to be paid frequently in order to purchase on-line goods (i.e., database search, software distribution, electronic news service, etc). In addition, since the amount of payment is small, possible damages caused by system failures are lower than other payment systems. In this paper, a micropayment protocol in electronic commerce environments on the internet is proposed, based on the PayWord system. And a micropayment electronic commerce system which executes the protocol proposed is implemented. Unlike the PayWord system, however, the micropayment protocol proposed in this paper is designed in such a way that a merchant does not need to request a payment at the end of every business day since a customer cannot purchase goods beyond length of hash chains, which is specified on a certificate. In addition, the system is able to check the validity as well as the duplicate spending of hash chains. The electronic micropayment system with the proposed protocol is consists of Customers, Merchants, and Brokers. Customers are implemented on Windows NT 4.0 using VC ++. Merchants are implemented on Solaris 2.5.1 and gcc 2.8.0 using Netscape Web Server and CGI methods. HP UX 10.20 is used for Brokers.

        The method for determining the stability and multiplicity of steady states, and steady reaction region in phase plane for chain branching reaction model in perfectly mixed flow tank reactors is proposed. The results proposed are as follows : 1) stability and multiplicity of steady states exist 2 points (T_S1 : node, T_S2 : saddle) in T<T_1 range, and 2 points (T_S3 : focus, T_S4 : saddle) in T>T_2range on F(T)=0 curve. 2) steady reaction region containing the steady states can be constructed by the state varialbes of a reactor in phase plane. All trajectories of the representative points pass into the region at the boundary surface since the representative points in the region never drift out, it is safe to keep the reactor operation in the region.
