오늘날 현저한 CO2 레이저의 응용 추세에 발맞추어 보다 다양한 형태의 출력 제어 기술이 대두되고 있다. 본연구에서는multi-Pulse Superposing-Discharge 기술을 이용하여 다양한형태의 CO2 레이저의 펄스를 성형 하였다. 펄스 성형을 위한 방법으로 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 이용하여 삼중 PFN 모률의 SCR을 각각 고유의 지연시간을 가지도록 제어하였다. 실험에 사용된 삼중 PFN 모률의 전원 회로는 각각 캐패시터 인덕터,SCR,고압 펄스 트랜스 그리고 고압 트랜스 2차측에 브릿지 정류기로 구성 하였다. 고압 펼스 트랜스의 1차측을 제어하므로서 PFN 모률의 동작을 저 전압에서 수행 할 수 있다. 트랜스의 2차측에 연결된 전파 정류기는 펄스 에너지를 부하에 지속적으로 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 삼중 PFN 모률의 각각의 SCR을 다른 시간 가격을 두고 트리거 하므로서 다양한 Long pulse shaping을 실현하였다. 또한 약 250-1000μs 의 주기를 가지는 다양한 펄스형 레이저 빔을 얻었다.

잣나무 交雜育種 내지 選擇育種에서 利用되는 人共交雜에 關한 基礎硏究의 一環으로 잣나무 花粉의 最適發芽條件을 究明하기 爲하여 人共培地를 利用, Agar, Sucrose 및 Raffinose 濃度를 달리하여 發芽試驗을 했든 바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻을 수 있었다. 1. Agar培地에서의 花粉發芽率은 0.5% 濃度에서 75.72%로 가장 높았으나, 培地造成時疑固가 안되는 關係로 花粉發芽力 調査를 위해서는 1.0%濃度(發芽率 67.4%)가 適當하며, 花粉管伸長에 있어서는 1.0%(花粉管伸長 170.5μm)와 1.5%(花粉管伸長 172.8μm) 濃度의 培地가 가장 適當하다. 2. 花粉發芽率에 最適한 Raffinose의 農道는 1.0%(花粉發芽率 81.7%)었으며, 花粉管伸長에 最適한 Raffinose의 濃度는 10%(花粉管伸長 183.7μm)였다. 3. 花粉發芽率 및 花粉管伸長에 最適한 Sucrose의 濃度는 15%(花粉發芽率 89.2%, 花粉管伸長 182.1μm)였다. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of different concentrations of agar, raffinose and sucrose on pollen germination rate and pollen tube elongation in Korean white pine (Pinus koruiensis Sieb. et Zucc.). The highest rate of pollen germination was obtained in the medium supplemented with 0.5% agar. However, because of the poor colloidal state of 0.5% agar, 1.0% agar was recommended for pollen germination and 1.5% for pollen tube elongation tests. The highest pollen germination rate of 81.7% was obtained in the medium with 1% raffinose and the best tube elongation of 183.7 pm was obtained in the medium supplemented with 10.0% raffinose. Sucrose concentration of 15% was found to be optimum for pollen germination as well as pollen tube growth.
트라이애슬러의 비타민Q 섭취가 호흡순환기능 및 항산화 효소활성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this present study was to investigate the effect of VitaminQ supplementation on antioxidant enzyme activities and cardiorespiratory function following prolonged exercise in trained triathlers. Male 14 healthy college students of trained triathlers participated in exercise sessions. The subjects were divided into 2 groups, as Non-supplement(NS) or VitaminQ supplement(VQ) groups. VitaminQ subjects were participated in two exercise sessions: an initial prolonged exercise(swim 750m, running 10㎞) and 70%V O2max treadmill running exercise. The Non-supplement group fed normal diet. VitaminQ group adminstated 90㎎/day for 4weeks. Venous blood samples were drown from the forearm antecubital vein pre-supplement, pre-exercise and immediately post-exercise. The results of this study can be summarized as follow: First, the SOD activity of RBC was not changed, while the GPx, GR or GR/GPx activies of Hb were significantly increased following prolonged exercise with CoQ10 supplementation. Second, 70%VO2max treadmill running exercise increased significantly the V O2max and VE, but the heart rate significantly decreased. In conclusion, the present results clearly show that the VitaminQ supplementation gave rise to increase the GPx or GR activies and to improve the cardiorespiratory function.

The concordant variation between chemical elements and biological activity in seawater is reviewed in this paper. The flux of the biogenic components in seawater is highly linked up with the flux of the lithogenic materials or vise versa. indicating that suspended clays. fine fractions and chemical elements are efficiently scavenged through the water column by sinking organic aggregates. Most of chemical elements in seawater are formed as complexation. suggesting that the biological activity in seawater plays an important role in becoming a complex form of chemical elements. Therefore, it is necessary to study the form of chemical elements and their behavior with respect to biological activity. Understanding the linkage between the biological activity and the behavior of chemical elements in seawater is the first step to explore oceanic environmental change including material cycles in sea water.
SBR 자동제어 시스템을 통한 하수의 질소 제거에 관한 연구

The object of this study was develop an automation control for nitrogen removal of wastewater. From the study which it sees it shared with manual operation and automatic operation it executed case3 branch mode of manual operation, the automatic operation executed a test in 2 branch mode. the influent it used the case synthesis wastewater of manual operation, manual operation result escape it did dynamic factor with automatic operation with base. The influent of automation operation used the life sewage, the SBR for a reaction mourning DO control it used the Inverter and a AD/DA covertion module, by a DO control the DO consistency was maintained 2~3㎎/L with. It shows the nitrogen remove efficiency above SBR automatic operation result 95% by automatic logic control. The automatic control logic and PLC programming it leads with automatic control and it control the sewage efficiency there to be a possibility escape of doing the operation factor for and a plan factor and a dynamic factor , SBR automatic operation it led and TCODcr 20㎎/L, T-N 5㎎/L, T-P 3㎎/L the Possibility of getting the stable control efficiency below it was. The study which it sees it led and the Kd which becomes escape and Y value appeared with 0.334day^(-1), 0.511 kg MLVSS/kg SCODcr each, this Kd of general activated sludge public law and Y value 0.06 day^(-l), 0.6kg MLVSS/kg SCODcr compared to appeared with the low-end thing.
최근 중국의 세관행정과 통관제도의 변화에 따른 중국내 한국기업의 대응방안

In this study, I presented measures for Korean companies in China to respond to changes in customs administration and import and export customs clearance system recently introduced by Chinese customs. I believe this study will help Korean companies in China understand the recent changes in China's customs administration and customs clearance system. Korean companies in China have pointed out the problems of China's clearance system and import and export processes as lack of uniformity, transparency, and predictability, inconvenience, and inefficiency of import and export customs clearance. Under these circumstances, Chinese customs recently introduced an Advance Ruling System, The Corporate Credit Rating Management System of Chinese Customs, The Voluntary Disclosure System, and a Nationwide Customs Clearance System. The introduction of these systems will provide Korean companies in China with greater law enforcement uniformity, greater transparency in customs management, greater predictability of customs administration, simplification and efficiency of procedures and prevention of fraud. However, as the Chinese customs' post-examination and corporate investigation will be strengthened, Korean companies in China should try to avoid massive post-collection, reduce punishment and prevent a credit rating decline.
