After the 1980' s governmental housing business policy was vigorously attained, demand of apartment housing is still on the increase, but systematic maintenance is not following this current incerase trend. A promotion about the realization on the importance of maintenance due to life-time degradation of apartment housing and a plan of life-long practice of maintenance established together with longterm stratergy for maintance upkeep must be imperative. Purpose of this study presents application plan about FCI from rifle cycle viewpoint of building. Expect that is used laying plan that is middle part of a song miracle in actuality and expense arbor in the mountains of longtimer line plan of apartment house. As administration subject establishes well-timed repair time and more strategic budget, may behave better maintenance.

This study in intended to evaluate and analyze with the qualification training course of sport & exercise leader for elder. The course is provided to 45 persons engaged in jobs relating to the improvement in elders' health. And 100-hour theoretical and practical qualification training course had progressed for 10 weeks. After that time, a survey was conducted for the evaluation and value analysis of qualification training course. It was possible to know the positive evaluation and high satisfaction of this qualification training course of sport & exercise for elder through whether the course was completed, whether the certificate was obtained, whether other people would be invited to participate and whether they would participate in the intensive course. Besides, it was possible to check information about a program preferred by participants.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare accuracy and kinematic characteristics of forehand strokes upon using the left-hand and non the using left hand in tennis. Six unskilled collegiate players who complied primary tennis course participated in this study. Subjects were requested to hit 10 balls with 4 types each: first, it was two directions(down the line, cross), second, it was two velocities(slow ball, fast ball) and then it was type of using left hand. Variables such as accuracy, time, distance, angle and velocity variables were measured by USPTA method and video cameras. The results of this study are as follows: 1) accuracy of hitting balls was not different according to the type of using left hand. While there was an interaction between ball velocity and hitting direction. 2) impact positions of hitting ball were not different according to the type of using left hand. While impact positions were done near by target direction in cross direction then down the line direction. 3) shoulder rotation angle was not different according to the type of using left hand. While shoulder rotation angle was grater in down the line direction than cross direction. 4) the maximum velocity of racket head was faster in using left hand than non using left hand.

Abstract-The pharmacological activities and pharmacokinetic aspects of a topical microemulsion (KDPM) containing 0.5% piroxicam were evaluated after its topical application compared with a commercially available 0.5% piroxicam gel (R gel). When the pharmacological activities were evaluated with the carrageenan-induced paw edema model, KDPM showed 55.6% edema inhibition, while R gel resulted in 37.1%. With the adjuvant-induced arthritis model, KDPM also resulted in the better pharmacological activities than R gel. The relative bioavailability of KDPM based on R gel was 176% in rabbits.
갈로실리케이트([Ga]-MFI)의 상압합성에 미치는 반응물의 영향

[GA]-MFI was synthesized at atmospheric pressure and the effect of the molar ratio of reactants on crystallization was investigated. All the reactants affected crystallization. Especially, the inorganic cation(Na^+) and water played an important role in crystallinity and the organic cation(TPA^+)? as a template agent gave a great influence on the yield. And, at a ratio of SiO_2/Ga_2O_3 = 400, the optimum molar ratios of reactants were H_2O/SiO_2 = 30∼35, NA_2O/SiO_2 = 0.5 ∼0.6, and TPA_2O/NA_2O = 1∼1.25. In these molar rations, the crystallinity and the yield were above 95% and 90%, respectively. XRD pattern and IR spectrum showed that the product was to be a typical MFI-type zeolite of orthorhombic structure. ^71Ga MAS NMR spectrum showed a peak located at about 160 ppm, corresponding to the gallium tetrahedrally coordinated that characterize the gallium in zeolite framework.

In order to develop oral cephalosporin having a new substituent at 3 position, the synthesis of cephalosporins modified at C-3 and the effect of the substituents on the oral absorption is studied. 7-[(Z)-2-(2-Aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[4-(2-pyridyl)piperazinyl]thiocarbonylthiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid (CEN1) and 7-[(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[4-(2-pyrimidyl)piperazinyl]thiocarbonylthiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid (CEN2) were synthesized from 4-(2-piridyl)piperazinyl dithiocarbamate potassium salt or 4-(2-pirimidyl)piperazinyl dithiocarbamate potassium salt and cefotaxime. Also pivaloyloxymethyl esters of CEN1 and CEN2, pivaloyloxymethyl 7-[(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-[4-(2-pyridyl)piperazinyl]thiocarbonylthiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylate (CEN1P) and pivaloymethyl 7-[(z)-2(2-amnothiazole-4-yl)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3[4-(2-pyrimidyl)pioerazinyl] thio carbonylthinoethyl-3-cephem-4-caroxylate (CEN2P) were synthesized. The in vitro activities of two new oral cephalosporins, CEN1 and CEN2, were compared with the in vitro activities of cefaclor and cefotaxime against a variety of bacterial species. CEN2 has a broad antibacterial spectrum covering Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, similar to that exhibited by CEN1 and cefotaxime. CEN1 and CEN2 were more active in vitro than cefaclor against Streptococcus pyogenes, Klebsiella aerogenes and Enterobacter cloacae.

Dental ceramics exhibits excellent esthetic, compressive strength and chemical durability, good tissue compatibility and transulcency comparable to natural teeth. Dental ceramics, however, have brittleness as ell as low tensile and shear strength and are extremely sensitive to brittle fracture initiated at surface defects. Glazing and polishing treatments can reduce the influence surface flaws, which lead to an increase in strength of the porcelain. And the other method of strengthening the porcelain is to generate a state of residual compression in the surface, which can be accomplished either by ion exchange treatment or thermal tempering. The object of this study was to compare the effect of various surface treatments on the flexural strength of feldspathic porcelain. Bars of feldspathic porcelain specimen (3×3×30㎜) were prepared from Vintage (Shofu) body procelain by condensing slurries into a platinum foil mould , then sintered in a furnace (Master Splint 120) according to the manufacturer's recommendations under vacuum. The bars were divided into the seven groups : self-glazing (control), over glazing subsequent to ion exchange, and ion exchange subsequent to over-galzing. The ion exchange treatment consisted of applying Ceramicoat past (GC) as evenly as possible to the porcelain using a paintbursh. The coating material was dried for 20 minutes at 150℃, followed by firing at 450℃ for 30 minutes. To evaluate the effect of ion exchange temperature, the same drying cycle was followed by 30-minute heat treatments at 350℃, 400℃, 500℃, and 550℃. Each specimen was loaded to failure on a universal testing machine with a crosshead speed of 0.02 ㎝/min. 7∼10 specimens in each groups were test and the mean value for flexural strength was calculated. The fracture surfaces were examined by a scanning electron microscope. For qualitative analysis of the relative changes in potassium and sodium concentrations after ion exchange treatment, energy dispersive x-ray analysis was performed on the surface and bulk section of the fractured surface. Quatitative chemical analyses were performed on the cross section of the specimen after ion exchange treatment by a scanning elecron microscope equipped with a wavelength dispersive x-ray analyzer. Analyses were made in 10∼20 ㎛ below the treated surface. From the experiment, the following results were obtained: 1. The flexural strength was increased by 37% using over-laze treatment, but polishing or heat treatments of feldspathic did not show significant difference (p>0.05) relative to the self-glaze control group. 2. Relative to the control group (self-glaze), the mean flexural strengths of specimen were increased by ion exchanged treatment : 20% at 350℃, 28% at 400℃, and 56% at 450℃ and 500℃. 3. The effect of ion exchange treatment was lost if the porcelain was subsequently treated by self-glaze. The group with ion exchange treatment subsequent to over-glaze treatment showed the highest flexural strength among the experimental groups. 4. The fracture surface of the specimen with ion exchange treatment showed the hackle region, which could imply the degree of fracture resistance in the ion exchanged layer. 5. The chemical analysis (EDX and WDX) results showed that the effect of ion exchange was extended to 50 ㎛ below the ion treated surface.
