      • LBP Polygon Mirror 나노가공 부품의 가공조건에 따른 표면정밀도 향상에 관한 연구

        Recent advances in high-tech industry and ultra precision machining technology have led to the development of a wide variety of new materials. The demand for LBP Polygon Mirror finishing parts has increased, which are mainly used for the motor of the printer. so ultra precision machining technology is required. It is important for Polygon Mirror to have the enough strength for the high-speed rotation and high quality Polygon line surface. Polygon Mirror, high-tech nano finishing part, is used for optical instrument such as laser printers, digital copiers, laser fax machines and bar-code readers, etc. Therefore, we have evaluated the machining precision of material surface and tried to determine the optimum machining conditions in order to improve machining precision of S3M. Also we have applied to the production line to reduce the defective proportion. As a result, we have obtained high quality precision of side surface machining in case that the number of revolutions, speed and movement were constant and cutting rate was 0.05㎜. Also we have obtained the same results from the 30 test specimens with constant rough-cutting during the Polygon line machining. The defective proportion decreased from 12 percent to 4~6 percent when the machining conditions selected during the test were applied to the real production line. It is expected that the defective proportion of products can be reduced if we conduct further research on the cleaning and heat treatment process.

First, the sports direct indirectness and the whole participation are prediction Byun or the prediction Byun person of duty satisfaction will be impudent, only the sports indirect participation will be able to predict the duty stress. second, duty stress it will be able to predict a duty satisfaction and a business efficiency improvement. It will be able to predict a third, duty satisfactory this business efficiency improvement Also the duty stress which is visible the relationship of sports participation and consider directness predicts a duty satisfaction, the duty satisfaction predicts a business efficiency improvement. Only the duty stress is predicted and only by a sports indirect participation that the water service which directness will predict a business efficiency improvement it is feed it becomes. Like this conclusion degree of sports participation with improvement passes by the relationship which is an increase of business efficiency improvement and an improvement of duty satisfaction and the business efficiency improves interpretation does to be possible. Also sports indirect participation degree with improvement daytime it dances the duty stress and it improves the mediation which is a duty satisfactory increase it leads and that indirectly it will be able to improve a business efficiency feed it becomes a direct business efficiency.

        The strengthening method of materials is very important because high strength material can reduce the weight of automobile parts and should be studied. High strength, high power, and hight demand necessarily hight fatigue strength. To increase fatigue strength, there should be nonmetallic inclusions and no defects on the surface. Especially, the notched part which increase the local stress on the material surface is fatal. Shot-peening can be used to increase the fatigue strength of materials having defects on there surface Thus, it can increase the fatigue strength of automobiles parts Shot-peening is applied to notched specimen of spring steel (SEA 9254) for automobiles in this study. Mechanical properties, fatigue behavior, fatigue fracture surface, notch factor, endurance ratio, and nonmetal are examined in the study.

        The objectives of this study is to examine and understand the competitive anxiety before matches in handball players by measuring their anxiety through CSAI-2 test sheet. We sampled finally total 205 players for this questionary and examined the status of competitive anxiety by One way-ANOVA with the following conclusions: 1. In competitive anxiety by sex, there are found some differences between the recognitive state anxiety and state confidence but no difference in physical anxieties. 2. In competitive anxiety by age, there are found no difference in recognitive, physical and confidence state of anxiety. 3, In competitive anxiety by location, there are found no difference in recognitive, physical and confidence state of anxiety. 4. In competitive anxiety by experiences, there are found some differences in state confidence, but no difference in recognitive and physical state.

      • 구륜 이동 로보트의 동력학적 모델링과 기구학적 보정

        Dynamic modeling and kinematic correction of wheeled mobile robots with 2 d.o.f. are presented in this paper. Relative/absolute wheel-weight is revealed by using the kinematic model of wheeled-mobile robots. Motion of wheel-mobile robots with unequal wheel-radius are used to induce the dynamic model. The dead-reckoning algorithm and model-reference adaptive control are introduced to compensate for error owing to modeling uncertainty. And simulation results prove that method proposed by this paper is efficient.

        Since the introduction of phytagglutinin(PHA) by Stillmark in 1888, there have been a lot of research works on PHA by many investigators. Recently the utilization of PHA in the medical or medicolegal field is increaing, especially as a lectin for the blood grouping, as a mitogen for the artificial culture of human cells and as a determinant of the receptor specificity of various tumor cells. In this study were carried out agglutination tests of mouse red blood cells by three PHAs -A. plantago L., T. kirilowii Max. and C. Chamlagu Lam. -and by 1353 human sera And human sera were also examined whether or not they inhibit the agglutination activities of the three PHAs with the mouse red blood cells. The results could be summarized as follows. 1. Any of the PHAs could agglutinate mouse red blood cells, so the PHAs are called pan-mouse PHAs. 2. The human sera were classified into two types by their agglutination activities to mouse red blood cells. 3 The human sera were also classified into two types by their agglutination inhibition properties to pan·mouse PHAs. 4. Statistically it was demonstrated that there is a close relationship between the serum types classified by agglutination activities to mouse red blood cells and the serum types classified by agglutination inhibition properties to pan-mouse PHAs. 5. It was also demonstrated that the agglutination substance to mouse red blood cells and agglutination inhibition substance to pan-mouse PHAs in human sera are quite different each other and exist independently. 6. This experimental study suggested that agglutination inhibition substance to pan-mouse PHAs exists in all human sera and the classification of serum types by agglutionation inhibition properties to pan-mouse PHAs is influenced by existence of agglutionation substance to mouse red blood cells in human sera.

      • Pd^(1) Location and Adsorbate Interactions in PdH-SAPO-34 studied by EPR and Electron Spin-Echo Modulation Spectroscopies

        EPR and electron spin-echo modulation (ESEM) spectroscopies have been used to monitor the location of Pd_(II) and its interaction with water, methanol, ethanol, ethene, benzene, carbon monoxide and ammonia in silicoaluminophosiphate type 34 (SAPO-34) molecular sieve containing Pd(II) by ion exchange. After activation at 600℃, three different Pd' species are observed: A_(1)(g_(⊥) = 2.177), A_(2)(g_(⊥) = 2.136) and A_(3)(g_(⊥) = 2.070) with a common g_(Ⅱ)= 2.92. These correspond to three different site locations in the framework. A_(1) is assigned to the least accessible site Ⅲ in the centre of a hexagonal prism, A_(3) to site I displaced from a six-ring into the ellipsoidal cage and A_(2) to the most accessible site Ⅳ near an eight-ring window based on adsorption of oxygen and hydrogen and ^(31)P modulations from the SAPO framework observed by ESEM. Oxygen and water oxidize Pd_(I) lons in an activated sample to Pd^(Ⅱ) ions complexed to O_(2)^(-), indicating water decomposition. Adsorption of methanol and ethanol causes a change in the EPR spectrum which indicates some relocation of Pd^(Ⅰ) to allow better coordination with one molecule of the alcohol. Exposure to ethene also changes the EPR spectrum, indicating interaction of Pd^(Ⅰ) with it. ESEM shows that the Pd^(Ⅰ) species coordinates to one ethene molecule. The adsorption of carbon monoxide results in a Pd^(Ⅰ) complex with three molecules of carbon monoxide based on resolved ^(13)C superhyperfine splittings. Upon adsorption of ammonia, one molecule of ammonia coordinates to Pd^(Ⅰ) based on resolved nitrogen hyperfine coupling.

      • 취학전 어린이의 운동활동량에 대한 심리만족도 분석

        The purpose of this study was to clarify an psychological satisfaction of exercise for young childrens. The subjects 5-6years(n=210) engaged in touchball for 20 minutes. During that period, both amount of their exercise and joy dervier from the physical activities were measured. The amount of exercise was measured by pedometers As the results, it was deteced that during the 20minutes, the amount of exercise raged approximately from 1,200 to 1,800 in terms of pedometer count, and the degree of active group' s(A group)joy at that time was more than passvise group(B group). The results of this study suggest that the pedometer might be a valid indicator of the daily physical activity. The findings are discussed in terms of the practical applications of the pedometer in the research of daily physical activity.
