급성기 뇌경색 환자에서 화열 관련 증상과 증후의 변화에 관한 연구

Objective : Fire and heat related symptoms and signs are considered common in acute stage of diseases. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the occurrences and changes of fire and heat related symptoms and signs in acute cerebral infarction patients. Method & subjects : 40 acute cerebral infarction patients hospitalized in Oriental medicine hospital, Kyung-Hee University, who had examined and diagnosed 2 or 3 times based on oriental medical diagnosis were selected. We chose 23 as fire and heat related symptoms and signs from 94 diagnostic articles, and we added all those scores together of each patient. We analysed the scores of fire and heat related symptoms and signs as the time passed, and depending on oriental medical diagnosis. Result : In acute cerebral infarction patients of this study, 4 of fire and heat related symptoms and signs were took 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th places in most changeable 10 articles of total 94 articles. The mean score of fire and heat related symptoms and signs of all patients were decreased significantly over the 3 times of measurements. The 8 patients diagnosed as fire and heat diagnosis at visit1 were samely diagnosed as fire and heat diagnosis at visit2, and at visit3 5 patients of them except for 3 patients excluded between visit2 and visit3, were still diagnosed as fire and heat diagnosis. At all of 3 measuring times, the scores of fire and heat related symptoms and signs of fire and heat diagnosis group were higher than non-fire and heat diagnosis group. Conclusion : This study indicated that fire and heat related symptoms and signs were very changeable phenomenon in acute cerebral infarction patients. And they decreased as time goes on.

In this study, techniques for integrating database system and WWW are studied. And brain-bank system is constructed using 'extended' JavaScript method among the techniques. The 'extended' JavaScript method resolves the difficulty of CGI method and overcomes complexity of Java. Finally the brain-bank system is implemented by Borland's Intrabuilder.

Medical informations are distributed and composed of various forms. In order to retrieve the medical informations including crucial data, a logical transparent view is required. The logical transparent view can be builded on common data model. So a complete and coincident information model can be provided based on the common data model. In this study, an effective method to integrate distributed, autonomous and heterogeneous database is investigated in medical environment.

이 연구는 교육대학교 교직 적 ·인성 검사의 개념을 정립함과 아울러, 전국 교육대학교에서의 현행 적 ·인성 검사를 비교 분석함으로써 적 ·인성 검사에 대한 개선 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이 연구에서 주로 적용된 방법은 문헌연구법과 적 ·인성 검사도구의 비교 분석법이었다. 이 연구를 통해 도출된 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교직 적 ·인성은 '교사가 지녀야 할 기본 인격과, 선천적 ·후천적 잠재가능성과 적합성'이라고 정의될 수 있는 바, 이에 맞는 평가 영역 구분과 평가 방법이 적용되어야 한다. 둘째, 적 ·인성 검사의 평가 영역은 교직관의 건전성, 바람직한 인성, 문장표현력 등의 세 영역으로 구분됨이 바람직하다. 셋째, 각 평가 영역 내에서의 세부 평가 준거들이 비교적 골고루 적용되어야 한다. 넷째, 서울교대의 경우 1996년도의 평가 준거 체계가 가장 타당하게 짜여졌다고 평가되었다. The purpose of this study was twofold. First, this study intended to establish the definition of 'the aptitude/personality test for the teaching profession' by a literature review. Second, after comparatively analysizing the aptitude/personality tests of the Korean universities of education, the study aimed to grope for ideas to improve the test. The major research conclusions of this study are : First, an aptitude/personality test should be able to evaluate the type of basic personality, innate/acquired potential capabilites and aptitude as a prospective teacher. Second, the major areas of an aptitude/personality test are supposed to be the soundness of viewpoints regarding the teaching profession, nice personality, and the level of writing ability. Third, the specific test criteria in each major test area should be applied in the whole test at an equal ratio. Fourth, in the case of the Seoul National University of Education, the criteria system of the aptitude/personality test which was applied in the year of 1996 was evaluated as the most desirable system.
