      • 호텔 외식브랜드사업 경영전략에 관한 연구

        This paper discusses the variables lying in operating foodservice outside hotel and presents a new recommendations for the future F & B management. Nowadays, many korean hotel corporations engaged in outsides foodservice management as they tried to take use of the competive advantages of F & B department. They entered in many management formats such as ownership, franching, management contract, joint venture. The aim of this study is to find significant factors making. To accomplish this aim, at first through related literature review os conducted to design empirical survey model. By review of the theoretical and approach method, the outside foodservice management strategy derterminants are competitive advantage factors, value-added factors, entry barrier factors. These are dependent variables. And hotel's characterristic factors are hotel size, management style, and management format. These factors are independent variables. The hypothesis of this study are as follow: 1. H1 : There will be a difference in competitive advantage factors of Korean hotel corporations which they had before entered foodservice industry by its the characteristics of hotel. 2. H2 : There will be a difference in value-added factors of Korean hotel corporations which they will have after enter foodsrevice industry by its the characteristics of hotel. 3. H3 : There will be a difference in entry barrier factors of Korean hotel corporations which they have when enter foodsrevice industry by its the characteristics of hotel. 4. H4 : There will be a difference in the rightness of management format by management format which they used. Finding of empirical analysis are : First, There are difference between the specialization of houman resources and the characteristics of hotel. Second, There are difference between the imagenation of hotel, the grasp of potential customers and the characteristics of hotel. Third, There are difference between the increase of cost, competition and the characteristics of hotel. Therefore these factors should be sufficiently considered to manage outside hotel foodservice.

        企業間 電子商去來 標準시스템으로서의 XML/EDI에 관한 硏究

        1990년대 비즈니스 리엔지니어링이 기업 내부의 핵심역량을 기반으로 고객과 연결되는 가치체인(value chain)을 설계하는 것이었다면, 21세기 E-비즈니스 시스템은 고객의 요구를 우선 분석하고, 이를 만족시키기 위해 인프라 및 프로세스 혁신에 기반한 내부 핵심역량을 최종 정의하는 가치체인을 설계하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 향후 기업간 전자상거래를 진일보 발전시키는 최적 대안으로 받아들여지고 있는 XML/EDI의 구조와 특징을 이해하고, XML 기반 B-to-B 전자상거래 관련 표준과 구축모델을 살펴본 후, 컴포넌트식 시스템 구성에 입각하여 B-to-B 전자상거래 지원을 위한 XML/EDI 시스템 모형을 설계한다.

      • 메치실린 내성 포도상구균에 대한 SK-302의 시험관내 및 생체내 효과

        SK-302 is the active compound purified from culture filtrate of a streptomyces species (streptomyces sp. 302). The in vitro and in vivo antibacterial activities of SK-302 were evaluated against 6 clinically isolated MRSA strains and compared with the activities of vancomycin. SK-302 had node in virto antistaphylocoal activity stronger than that of vancomycin exhibiting MIC's, while vancomycin showed very weak 4 to 8fold lower than that of vancomycin. In SK-302 showed killing activity at the MIC, so SK-302 was superior to vancomycin. Furthermore, in acute systemic infections in mice, the ED_50s of SK-302 against infections by high-resistance MRSA were 30 to 40-feold less than that of vancomycin, therefore SK-302 showed potent in vive therapeutic efficacy against MRSA infection, These results suggest that SK-302 has excellent in virto in and in vivo activities against high-resistance MRSA.

      • 回轉圓板의 應力擴大係數에 관한 硏究 : Stress Freezing Method of Photoelastic Experiment

        It is well known fact that the stress distributions in the vicinity of crack tip and fracture problems are governed by stress intensity factor which is presented as a function of the crack shape, boundary condition and loading mode etc. In. the determination of the stress intensity factor, there are many theoritical and experimental methods. Among them the stress freezing method of photoelastic experiment has been considered to be one of the most accurate experimental methods which have been used for stress analysis. In this paper, this method was applied to the rotating disk with inner arbitrary crack. The results of photoelastic experiment for disk with various straight cracks, radial and others which are oblique to the radical direction were as follows. In case of radial crack, in comparison with the results of photoelastic experiment obtained by stress freezing method and the theoritical solutions of Blauel, stress freezing method is fully available for analysis of uniform dynamic status.

      • 有限要素法을 이용한 LNG선박용 배관의 응력해성에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the stress on the piping for LNG ships by using the Finite Element Method. By this method, we can estimate the working displacement, force and stress at each nodal point of equipped LNG piping. The results of the numerical analysis of piping for LNG ships are calculated. Through the analysis results and the comparison, the following conclusions are obtained ; (1)The weights of LNG and piping should be considered for calculating the stress on the piping of LNG Ships. (2)Sun effect should be considered for calculating the stress on the piping of LNG Ships. (3)The equipped LNG piping satisfy the relevant requirements of the IGC Code since the maximum stress, 17.3kg/mm2 at the elements of No.3 and No.12 for LNG piping sampled, is less than the allowable stress, 27.5kg/mm2 (4)To get more detailed stress value for the future, an additional study is necessary for dynamic load(for example, acceleration etc.,).

        The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

        Chopper Application for Magnetic Stimulation

        Since the hypothalamus immediately reacts to a nerve by processing all the information from the human body and the external stimulus being conducted, it performs a significant role in internal secretion; thus, a diverse and rapid stimulus pulse is required. By detecting Zero Detector accurately via the application of AVR on-Chip (ATMEL) using commercial electricity, chopping generates a stimulus pulse to the brain using an IGBT gate to designate a new magnetic stimulation following treatment and diagnosis. To simplify and generate a diverse range of stimuli for the brain, chopping can be used as a free magnetic stimulator. Then, commercial frequency (60㎐) is chopped precisely at the first level of the leakage transformer to deliver an appropriate stimulus pulse towards the hypothalamus when necessary. Discharge becomes stable, and the chopping frequency and duty-ratio provide variety after authorizing a high-pressure chopping voltage at the second level of the magnetic stimulator. These methods have several aims. The first is to apply a variable stimulus pulse via accurate switching frequency control by a voltaic pulse or a pulse repetition rate, according to the diagnostic purpose for a given hypothalamus. Consequently, the efficiency tends to increase. This experiment was conducted at a maximum of 210 W, a magnetic induced amplitude of 0.1~2.5 Tesla, a pulse duration of 200~350 ㎲, magnetic inducement of 5 ㎐, stimulus frequency of 0.1~60 ㎐, and a duration of stimulus train of 1~10 sec.
