Biological support products로서 알려진 효소복합제(酵素複合劑)인 Cytozyme이 한국(韓國)의 재배환경조건(栽培環境條件)에서 수도수량(水稻收量)에 미치는 효과를 검토(檢討)하였다. 진흥품종(振興品種)을 사용(使用)하여 강서사양토(江西砂壤土)(Fluvaquentic Eutrochrepts)의 서울대학교(大學校) 농과대학(農科大學) 답작포장(畓作圃場)에서 Seed Plus Cytozyme 종자침지(種子浸漬), Crop Plus Cytozyme 묘근침지(苗根浸漬), 생육기별(生育期別), 농도별(濃度別), Crop Plus 엽면살포(葉面撒布) 등의 효과를 분석(分析)하였다. 1980년(年)의 불리(不利)한 기상조건(氣象條件) 및 병발생(病發生)으로 반복간(反覆間) 변이(變異)가 심(甚)하여 처리간(處理間)에서 통계적(統計的)인 유의성(有意性)은 없었으나 엽면살포(葉面撒布)는 유수형성기(幼穗形成期), 출수기(出穗期)보다는 분벽기(分蘗期)에, 처리수준(處理水準)에서는 450ml/ha보다는 900ml/ha 처리(處理)하는 것이 증수(增收)되는 영향이었다. 종자침적(種子浸漬) 및 엽면살포(葉面撒布)의 이중처리(二重處理)한 효과가 가장 높았으며 무처리구(無處理區)에 비(比)하여 16%의 증수(增收)를 나타내었다. The effects of two Cytozyme complexes, Crop Plus and Seed Plus, applied to rice (variety: Jinheung) were evaluated during the 1980 rice growing season. Primary objectives were directed to determine the effects of rates, timing and method of application of the products on the yield of rice. For the Seed Plus test, seed was soaked in the diluted Seed Plus solution(1 : 100) for 24 hours just prior to sowing. The Crop Plus was diluted to 1 : 12 for seedling treatment. Seedling roots were immersed in the diluted solution for 3 hours before transplanting. Crop Plus spray applied at the rates of 450ml/ha or 900ml/ha when rice plants were in the panicle initiation, heading or tillering stage respectively to compare the effects of rates and timing of application. The weather was not favorable for rice growth during the growing season except the tillering stage. The foliar spray at the tillering stage was more effective than the spray at the panicle initiation, and the rates of 900ml/ha showed better results than 450ml/ha. Combination of seed treatment and foliar spray increased grain yield by 16% over untreated control plots.
신개간지(新開墾地) 인산비옥도(燐酸肥沃度) 증진에 관한 연구(硏究) -I. 흡착량기준(吸着量基準) 시용법별(施用法別) 인산시용적량결정(燐酸施用適量決定)

Langmuir adsorption maximum was used as a basis for the estimation of phosphate requirement as related to the application method to a newly reclaimed hilly land. The application rates of phosphate fertilizer were 4 levels corresponding to 5, 10, 20, and 30 percent of the Langmuir adsorption maximum which was determined by the laboratory experiment. The phosphate fertilizer was applied in two different methods of broadcast and band application. Yield of soybean on a newly reclaimed hilly land was greatly affected by the amount of phosphate fertilizer and application method. With the same amount of phosphate fertilizer, the soybean yield in the broadcast was always lower than that in the band application even though the yield in the broadcast increased with the application rate up to the highest level of this experiment. However, the yield in the band application showed steep increase up to 20 percent level and then the yield decreased at the highest level. The yield at the rate of 5 percent with the band application was equal to the yield at the rate of 20 percent with broadcast, and the yield at the rate of 10 percent with band application was higher by 17 percent than that in the highest broadcast rate. When manure was applied at the rate of 1000 kg/10a to the plot of the 10 percent band application, the yield was 14.6 percent higher than the yield of the plot of the 10 percent band application without the manure and was equivalent to the yield of the plot of the 20 percent band application. 시험전 토양으로서 인산흡착실험을 행하고 Langmuir최대흡착량을 구하여 이의 5, 10, 20, 30%에 상당하는 인산을 야산신개간지에 전면 시비 혹은 구시비하고 대두를 재배하여 인산의 시용량 및 시용 방법과 대두 수량과의 관계를 분석하였다. 전면시비의 경우 대두의 수량은 최대시용량인 30%구까지 인산의 시용량과 더불어 증가하였다. 그러나 구시비구의 수량은 동량의 전면시비구보다 항상 높았으나 20%구에서 최대수량을 나타내었으며, 30%구에서는 다시 감소하였다. 구시비 5% 구의 수량은 전면시비 20%구의 수량과 비슷하고 구시비 10%의 수량은 전면시비 30%의 수량보다 17%나 높았다. 퇴구비를 1,000kg/10a 시용한 구시비 10%구의 수량은 퇴구비없이 인산만 시용한 구시비 10%구의 수량보다 14.6%가 높았으며 구시비 20%구의 수량과 대등하였다.
