      • 단계중합법에 의한 Core-Shell 구조의 Acrylic Composite Particle 제조에 관한 연구

        Core-shell composite latex has the both properties of core and shell components. This unique behavior of core-shell composite latex can be used in many industrial fields. However, in preparation of core-shell composite latex, several unexpected are observed, such as, particle coagulation, low degree of polymerization, and formation of new particles during shell polymerization. To solve the disadvantages, we study the effect of initiator concentrations, surfactant concentrations, and reaction temperature on the core-shell structure of Polymethyl methacrylate/polystyrene and polystyren/polymethyl methacrylate. Particle size and particle size distribution were measured by using Particle Size Analyzer, and the morphology of the core-shell composite latex was determined by using Transmission Electron Microscope. Glass temperature was also measured by using Differential Scanning Calorimeter. To identify the core-shell structure, pH of the two composite latex solutions were measured.

        Lime was mixed ti the five kinds of weathered Granite soils with different ratios and their characteristics of compaction, unconfined compressive strengrh and durability were investigated. The results obtained are as follows; 1. With the additon of lime, the optimum moisture content was increased and the maximum dry density showed the maximum value at optimum content of lime. 2. There were optimum lime contents which showed the maximum strength in the lime mixed weathered Granite soils and the more the amount of fine grain soil was, the less the optimum lime content. 3. The initial strength of the tested lime-soil was increased by the increment of the fine grain content and also showed high unconfined compressive strength in the coares grain soil by elapsing the curing period. 4. Because the lime reacts selectively, the unconfined compressive strength is not always high when the content of lime grain soil is abundant and there are some cases that the unconfined compressive strength of coarse grain soils with great compaction density is high. 5. The by-product gypsum is expected to change the soil texture with short period and also increase the unconfined compressive strength slightly. The lime magnesia plaster and the China clay are hard to expect to improve the unconfined compressive strength with short period but the improvement of soil texture could be expected when the curing period long. 6. The decrease of strength and the rate of weight loss caused by the repeatition of drying and wetting cycle were comparatively slow and specimens which the lime was mixed properly did not collapse after 20 cycle. 7. However the rate of decrement of strength by the repeatition of freezing and thawing cycle was high, slmost all specimens were collapsed within 4 cycle. 8. It is necessary to develope the way of studying in which examine the durabilty of lime mixed weathered Granite solis by measuring the amount of weight loss after the repeatition of drying and wetting or freezing and thawing cycles.

      • 스포츠심리학의 의미와 역할기대에 관한 현장의 관점

        본 연구는 한국의 스포츠인들이 정의하는 스포츠 심리학의 역할 기대에 대한 조사를 하기 위해 코치와 선수를 대상으로 개방형 질문지를 사용하여 조사하였다. 스포츠 심리학의 의미는 선수 6개 코치 5개의 범주로 나누어 졌으며, 역할은 선수 9개, 코치 5개 범주로 나누어 분석되었다. 코치나 선수의 스포츠 심리학에 정의는 공통적인 요인이 발견되었음을 알 수 있다. 이들은 스포츠 심리학을 경기력 향상, 긴장과 불안 등 심리적 문제상태를 파악하여 대처할 수 있는 방안을 제시해 주는 학문이라고 대체로 정의하고 있는 것이다. 한국에서의 스포츠인들이 스포츠심리학이 해주기를 바라는 역할에 대한 공통점은 긴장해소와 조절방법, 자신감 강화, 안정과 편안함 등으로 나타났다. 그 외에 선수들은 심리훈련을 할 수 있는 방법을 제시해 주는 것과 심리상태를 파악하는 것, 연구 조사 결과의 현장적용을 해줄 것을 바라고 있으며, 코치들은 경기력을 향상시키는 것이 바로 스포츠 심리학의 역할로 제시하였다. 스포츠 심리학의 필요성은 스포츠 심리학의 중요성, 스포츠 심리학자의 필요성, 심리기술 훈련의 필요성, 경기력의 결정요인으로 정신적/신체적 비중을 살펴본 결과 80% 이상의 지지율을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 선수와 코치는 스포츠 심리학의 현장적용과 스포츠 심리학자가 절실히 요구됨을 알 수 있다.

      • 코일과 클립을 선택적으로 적용해서 성공적으로 치료했던 다발성뇌동맥류 1례 : A case report

        The author report a case of multiple cerebral aneurysm successfully treated with an appropricate selection of surgical clipping and coil embolization. A 64 years old female patient was admitted with stuporous consciousness. Initial 3D CT angiography showed diffuse subrarachnoid hemorrhage on the basal cisterns, saccular aneurysms on the terminal basilar artery and right middle cerebral artery(MCA). Converntional angiography confirmed the ruptured aneurysm was basilar one. Coil embolization was perfromed on the basilar aneurysm with 6 Guglielmi detachable coils(GDC) on the 3 days after ictus. Sugical clipping was done on the unruptured right MCA aneurysm on 10 days after ictus without any morbidity. Each treatment modalities can be appropriate indicated for the coiling or clipping aneurysms.

        혈소판 풍부혈장과 Bio-Oss를 이용한 이종골 이식 : 방사선학적 분석 RADIOLOGICAL IN HUMANS

        When autologous bone graft is not available, a bovine anorganic bone mineral (Bio-Oss) was been proposed as bone substitute and successfully utilized as osteoconductive filler. Recently, platelet rich plasma as a source of autogenous growth factors was introduced in bone augmentation procedures, to improve the tissue healing, the bone maturation and the overall clinical outcome. The purpose of this study was to analyse the amount of Bio-Oss ossification on cases of allobone graft recording and comparing radiologic data 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 16 weeks after surgery. The radiologic evaluation has been performed by wedge step. The gradient slightly decreased by postopoerative 2 weeks but increased by postoperative 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Using digital imaging, the quantitative and qualitative analyses according to bone changes were possible with time. The use of PRP gave a superior result compared with the control group in where PRP was not used.

      • 글루타민酸 소오다의 投與가 人體의 血液 및 尿성분에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to investigate the change of chemical composition of the serum and urine in humans after the MSG administration. Healthy Korean adult men were used for experimental objects. The experimental groups were divided into three groups receiving, one, three and five gram dosages, respectively. These groups were investigated as to the change of chemical composition in the serum and urine 2 and 24 hours after the administration. These findings were compared with the pre-administration condition. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) Among all experimental groups, the pH value, the non-protein nitrogen and the protein nitrogen content in the serum showed no marked changes after the administration, as compared to before the administration. 2) Among all experimental groups, the ammonia-nitrogen content in the serum, as compared to before the administration, decreased 2 hours after the administration but the urea-nitrogen content increased. 3) among all experimental groups, the blood sugar content in the serum increased slightly 2 hours after the administration, but the cotnent returned to the same level as before the administration. 4) Among all experimental groups, the albumin, α_1-, α_2- and γ-globulin content in the serum protein after the administration, as compared to before the administration, showed no market changes each time but the β-globulin content increased slightly after the administration. 5) Among all experimental groups, the urea-nitrogen and ammonia-nitrogen content in the urine after the administration, as compared to before the administration, increased slightly but the creatine and creatinine content showed no marked changes each time.

        CaCO_3/Poly ethyl methacrylate를 이용한 무독성 혼합라텍스의 개발

        Core-shell polymers of inorganic/organic pair, which are consisted of both core and shell component, were synthesized by sequential emulsion polymerization using ethyl methacrylate (EMA) as a shell monomer and ammonium persulfate as initiator. We found that CaCO_3 core should be prepared by adding 2.0wt% SDBS(sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate), CaCO_3 core/PEMA shell polymeriation was carried out on the surface of CaCO_3 particle during EMA shell polymerization in the core-shell polymer preparation. The structure of core-shell polymer were investigated by measuring the degree on decomposition of CaCO_3 by HCI solution, thermal decomposition of polymer composite on thermogravimetric analyzer, glass transition temperature on differential scanning calorimeter, and morphology using scanning electron microscope.

      • 풀뿌리 스포츠 현장의 참여관찰(1) : 새벽운동의 서술 Description of Daybreak Exercise

        This study was about how spontaneous physical activity had made and curiosity about what's the meaning to those exercisers. To understand the nature of exercise, participant observation was used as a qualitative method. Observing place was Backryonsan(Mountain) Hong Eun Dong Seodaemun Gu. Observing time was 5:30- 7:30 AM and researcher also participated. Observed situation was recorded in 1 or 2 hours so it could be very vivid actual. Daybreak exercise was analysed as one thing. and the place, activity and exerciser was systematized. Daybreak exercises were classified as gymnastics around Eun Pyong Jung, weight training in physical fitness place, pine trees in hillareas, small open area and people who walk or running mountain roads. From early 30 years old married women to over 70 years old men used Eun Pyong Jung as a exercising place and it took 15-20 minutes. Physical fitness place was for weight training and it was open to anybody and anytime. And also, there were people who used small open area and walk or running the mountain roads. Exercise group was spontaneously formed and very intimacy, so they wanted to have other activities. Gymnastic groups need a leader, naturally it could be a older man's role. These indigenous mass sport should consider the preservation of spontaneous exercise culture, protection of green zone, physical training equipment's maintenance and repair of neighboring park, the course of development of health promotion and fitness used by nature. Future study was searching what psychological meaning and benefits of exercise and pursuit the positive and negative aspects on exercise.

      • 안정처리 되지 않은 지반 상에 건설되는 농로의 안정성 평가

        Recently, many road construction is being performed in country side to wide the existing small agricultural road. In this case, the road is designed without the exact site investigation because of financial reason of regional government. So in some case, the road is designed on soft soils and has many problems in the process of construction. Especially agricultural road which needs to wide the existing small road overlying on the untreated soft soil is planned without the site investigation. In this case, the enlarged road will have the problems such as excess settlement or shear failure of road. In the process of designing and constructing structures on soft soils, we need to consider whether the soil properties can be economically improved. In this study, a case study was performed for the stability analysis of agricultural road overlying on the untreated soft soil. Soil tests were performed to investigate soft soil properties and plate bearing test was performed to find the bearing capacity of subbase and subgrade. Numerical analysis was also performed to evaluate the stability of new planning road overlying on the untreated soft soil using commercial soft ware which is used to analyze the consolidation settlement. We found that the new planning road overlying on the untreated soft soil has consolidation settlement in excess of the allowable settlement criteria. After evaluating the several methods available for the improvement of the engineering properties of soft clays of this site, the replacement method as safe and economical method was selected and analysed. We conclude that in case of designing new road to wide the existing small agricultural road, site investigation should be necessary and then road have to be designed rationally in according to the site soil conditions.

      • 국부 컬러 정보를 이용한 내용기반 영상 검색

        In general, color histogram method are widely used for the content based image retrieval. However, because of the absence of spatial information, it is difficult to discriminate images of the similar histogram. Thus this paper, we propose content based image retrieval method using local color information. Proposed method stores edge neighbor color histograms for edge pixel as index information, which combines spatial information with color information in images efficiently. The experimental results show that the proposed method can give better recall and precision performance than other methods using color histograms or color coherence vector(CCV).
