      • 영산강 유지유량 확보에 따른 수질개선 효과

        현재 전국에서 가장 수질이 좋지 못한 영산강을 대상으로 수질개선을 위한 다양한 방법을 검토하고 하천유지용수 확보에 따른 수질개선 효과를 검증하였다. 영산강 하천유지용수 확보를 위해 저수지 증고, 하상여과, 천변저류지 조성, 소규모 댐 건설 등의 방법을 선정하였다. 선정된 방법을 통해 확보된 유지유량에 따른 수질개선 효과를 예측하기 위해 수질모델(QUALKO)을 이용하여 수질의 변화상태를 모의하였다. 그 결과, 하천유지유량 증대가 BOD 3.6mg/L에서 2.5mg/L로 수질개선 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 주요어: 유지유량, 수질모델, QUALKO A approach based on the water quality model, was presented in this paper, in order to estimate effect of water quality management in Yeongsan River. Effect of water quality study by the increasing instream flow. Method of increasing instream flow was selected construction of washland and small dam, riverbed filtration, reservoir expansion. The results indicated that the instream flow would be effective in water quality improvement.       • 쌍자엽식물의 자엽에 있어서 α-Amylase활성에 관한 식물생장물질의 연구 : Ⅰ. 녹두 자엽에서 α-Amylase 활성에 대한 식물 생장 조절체의 효과 Ⅰ. Effects of Plant Growth Regulator on α-Amylase Acticity in the Cotyledons of Mung Bean(Phaseolus radiatus L.)

        The effects of plant growth regulators on α-amylase activities in the embryonic axis-attached and detached cotyledons of mung bean (Phaseolus radiatus L.) have been investigated. α-Amylase activities in the attached cotyledons of developing mung bean have been markedly increased for 3 days after the imbibition and then gradually decreased. The changes of α-amylase activity have accorded with changes on the band density of α-amylase isozymes in the attached and detached cotyledons. Two bands of isozyme have appeared on day 3 in the attached cotyledons, but on day 4 in the detached cotyledons. When the 10^-6 M solutions of GA_3 and kinetin have been exogenously supplied in the detached cotyledons for 3 days, α-amylase activities have occurred with about 1.5-fold in GA_3 and 1.25-fold in kinetin rather than the control. α-Amylase activities have been increased with 1.8-fold in the detached cotyledons treated with the 10^-3 M and 10^-4 M solutions of IAA. In contrast with the treatment of IAA, α-amylase activities have been increased with 3.5-fold in the detached cotyledons treated with the 10^-5 M and 10^-6 M solutions of 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid belonged to synthetic auxin. Consequently, it has been indicated that the embryonic axis in the cotyledons of mung bean has been directly influence on α-amylase activity, and the α-amylase activity of the detached cotyledons treated with a 10^-6 M solution of 2, 4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid has developed much increased effect. For this reason, it has been suggested that auxin from the embryonic axis has been probably induced α-amylase in the attached cotyledons during germination of mung bean.

        키랄 1-chloro-2, 3-alkanediol 화합물과 CO(Im)₂과 반응에서 얻어진 Cyclic Carbonate 화합물을 Zn와 환원성 제거반응을 시켜 천연물의 합성에 유용한 광학활성 알릴알콜을 합성하였다. The cyclic carbonates obtained from reaction of 1-Chloro-2, 3-alkanediol with CO(Im)₂ was reductively eliminated with Zn to afford optically active allylic alcohols.

        GIS기반의 실시간 통합화물운송시스템 계획에 관한 연구

        According to the fast-paced environment of information technology and improving customer services, the design activities of logistics systems improve customer centric services and delivery performance implementing e-logistics system. The fundamental design issues that arise in the delivery system planning are optimizing the system with minimum cost and maximum throughput and service level. This study is concerned with the integrated model development of delivery system with customer responsive service level for DCM, Demand Chain Management. We used a two-step approach for this study. First, we formulated the supply, center facility planning using stochastic set-covering problem and assigned the customers to the supply center using clustering algorithm. Second, we developed vehicle delivery planning for a supply center based on GIS, GIS-VRP. Also we developed a GUI-type computer program for proposed method for supply center problem using GIS and Geo-DataBase of Busan area. The computational results showed that the proposed method was very effective on a set of test problems.

      • 2,4-Dinitrophenol을 처리한 호밀(Secale cereale L.) 유식물의 질산염 환원에 관한 연구 : Ⅰ. 호밀 유식물 묘조의 질산염 환원요소 활량에 대한 2, 4-Dinitrophenol의 영향 Ⅰ. Effect of 2, 4-Dinitrophenol on in vivo Nitrate Reductase Activity in the Shoots of Rye Seedlings

        This work was accomplished to determine the effect of 2,4-dinitrophenol (DNP) on in vivo nitrate reductase activities(NRA) in the shoots of 6 day old rye(Secale cereale L.) seedlings. The NRA in the shoots of rye seedlings pretreated with 0.5mM DNP was higher than that of the control group in all the experimental conditions as below. The optimal concentration of KNO_3 for maximum NRA was 10mM in both the control and treated group. The NRA accumulated with the treatment of 10mM KNO_3 was gradually increased for 4 hours in both groups, and then maintained constantly. On the other hand, the NRA occurred per hour was highest at 1 hour in both groups, while it was declined subsequently. The optimal pH for NRA was 7.5 in both groups. The daily pattern of NRA was markedly decreased for 4 days in both groups, and decreased slowly to 7 days. The NRA was greatly inhibited in the solutions of 200mM KCI and NaCl. According to the treatment time with the solutions of 200mM KCI and NaCl, the NRA was extremely inhibited at 2 hours, thereafter recovered slowly from its inhibition effects.

        Aromatic polyamides with imide pendent groups were prepared from 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone or 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane and imide diacid chlorides by low temperature solution polycondensation. Generally, it was found that the solubility of PAIs was enhanced compared to that of the aromatic polyamides and there was no deterioration in thermal stability of Tg, while the effect of solubilization was weaken in case of chlorine containing imide. X-ray diffraction data indicated that PAIs are low degree of the crystallinity.

        삼상 순환 유동층 생물반응기에서 열전달 계수

        직경이 0.102m이고 높이가 1.0m인 기체-액체 순환 및 삼상 순환유동층 생물반응기의 상승관에서 열전달 특성을 고찰하였다. 기체 및 액체의 유속 그리고 생물막 담체의 체류량이 상승관 내부의 수직 열원과 반응기 사이의 열전달 계수에 미치는 영향을 결정하였다. 기체-액체 순환 반응기에서 열전달 계수는 기체의 유속이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으나 액체 유속의 증가에 따라서는 약간 증가하였다. 삼상 순환유동층 생물반응기에서 열전달 계수는 기체의 유속과 유동 생물막 매체의 체류량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으나 액체의 유속이 증가함에 따라서는 약간 증가하였다. 본 연구의 실험 범위에서 이들 열전달 계수는 실험 조작 변수의 상관식으로 잘 나타낼 수 있었다. Heat transfer characteristics have been investigated in the riser of gas-liquid circulation and three-phase circulating fluidized-bed bioreactors whose diameter and height are 0.102m and 1.0m, respectively. Effects of gas and liquid velocities and holdup of fluidized biofilm media on the heat transfer coefficient between the immersed vertical heater and the bed have been determined. The heat transfer coefficient in the gas-liquid circulation reactor increases with increasing gas velocity, but increases only slightly with increasing liquid velocity. The h(heat transfer coefficient) value in the three-phase circulating fluidized-bed bioreactor also increases with increasing gas velocity or holdup of fluidized biofilm media, but it increases only slightly with liquid velocity. The value of heat transfer coefficient has been well correlated in terms of operating variables.

        Crude saponin(100g) were obtained by extracting the radix(5kg) of Scrophalariae koraiensis Nakai. Crude saponin were positive in the Liebermann-Burchard test. We observed 5 sports by TLC using BuOH saturated with H_2O : ethyl acetate : water(4:1:5, upper phase) as solvent and 1% Ce(SO_4)_2 in 10% H_2SO_4 as a color former. We divided into 3 fractions by common column chromatography using BuOH saturated with H_2O : ethylacetate : water(4:1:5, upper phase) as solvent.

      • ZnO 압전박막을 이용한 FET형 압력센서의 특성

        A new FET type pressure sensor has been investigated to overcome the problems of the conventional silicon piezoresistive and capacitive pressure sensor. The PSFET( pressure sensitive field effect transistor) is a new FET type pressure sensor which the operation theory is combined with the field effect of MOSFET and the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric thin films. This sensor can overcome the fabrication problems of conventional silicon pressure sensors and realize productivity, standardization, miniaturization, integration because the whole fab. process is compatible to the planar technology. A ZnO thin film as a piezoelectric material, 5000Å thick, was deposited on a FET gate by RF magnetron sputtering and the optimum deposition condition was 300℃ substrate temperature, 5mtorr working pressure, Ar ambient and 140watt RF power, respectively. And the device was annealed at 400℃, O_(2) ambient for 1 hour to obtain a better C-axis poling structure. The fabricated PSFET device showed piezoelectric voltage(40mV/kgf/cd) and sensitivity (21μA/kgf/cm^(2)) according to an applied pressure(1kgf/cm^(2)~4kgf/cm^(2)).
