As a nursing practice involves nurses' actions in a specific context of health care, this study has focused on exploring the espoused theories in nursing practice within the action science perspectives, Espoused theories are the belief, principles, and rationale expressed by the practitioner as guiding her/his actions in a situation of practice. The data were analysed qualitatively and 25 elements of espoused theories of nursing action were identified and clustered into 6 categories. The 25 elements of espoused theories are as follows: The clinical nurse worked in wholistic and individual nursing, focussed on the patient's needed, comfort and supportive nursing (5 theories of nursing goal) ; excellent skills, knowledge based, assessment and data collection, explaining, educating or a scientific basis(6 theories of nursing intervention): advocacy, value oriented, treatment, account- ability and commitment(4 theories of nursing ethics) ; human respect. partnership, trust(3 theories of patient-nurse relationship) : knowledgable, accumulated clinical experiences and personally lived experiences. positive perspectives(4 theories of nurse), role of intervention. rewarding peer relationship(3 theories of situations) The above mentioned espoused theories are similar to that of nursing textbooks which students learned through basic nursing education and almost the same as the Acts ofa Nurse in Korean. However, we are doubtful whether nurses actually do as they think. Therefore. it is recommended to review the theories-in-use in order to and any discrepancies between the espoused theories and the reality of nursing actions

강원지역의 자원관리를 위한 지리정보시스템 개발

강원도는 오랫동안 금속, 비금속, 석재 및 석탄과 같은 지하자원들을 공급하는 국내 주요생산지로 알려져 왔으나, 장기적인 채광과 비 계획적인 생산으로 인하여 매장량이 고갈되고 있으며, 대외적으로 생산 경쟁력 마저 잃어가고 있다. 이러한 문제점에 대한 해결방안의 일환으로 본 연구에서는 강원도내에 산재되어 있는 지하자원의 분포, 자원 생산시설 및 생산량, 경제성, 자원개발, 환경문제 등 자원관리에 필요한 제반사항을 수행할 수 있는 강원지역 자원 종합관리 GIS 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템의 개발은 방대한 양의 정보 조사 및 저장, 오랜 개발기간, 많은 소요인력 및 개발 비용이 요구되기 때문에 본 연구에서는 조기에 자원관리 GIS 시스템을 개발하여 이와 관련된 생산 및 연구 분야에 조기에 적용할 수 있도록, 일차년도에는 현재 석재복합 신소재제품 연구센터의 집중적 연구대상 지역인 태백지역에 대한 탄광지역을 중심으로 자원 종합관리 GIS 시스템을 개발하였다. The Kangwon province has been well-known to be one of major underground resource producing districts which are mainly supplying metals, non-metals, stones, and coals. However, due to the long-term mining and unplanned production, the natural resource reserves have been rapidly drained and oversea production competition has been losing. In this study, we has developed a GIS system for regional resource management in the Kangwon province, which can operate, maintain, and manage the distribution of underground resources, resource production facilities, production and economic development, and environmental issues. The development of this system requires the collection, analysis, evaluation, and storage for a huge amount of research data, and in addition, the long period of time, the big research man power, and big development cost. Accordingly, to shorten the development period of time and to early apply itself to production, this stage of study has been intensively developed a regional resource GIS system for managing the mines scattered in the Tabak province, which is one of hottest RRC's research areas.

경연 대회를 통한 초ㆍ중고생의 창의력 신장 효과에 관한 연구

미래 사회를 대비하기 위한 개인의 개성을 존중과 창의적인 능력을 지닌 인간을 양성을 목적으로 충청남도 지역의 초 ㆍ 중고등학생들을 대상으로 한 창의력 경연대회가 공주대학교 과학교육연구소에서 개최되었다. 충청남도 초 ㆍ중 ㆍ 고등학생들을 대상으로 실시한 창의력 경연대회는 창조적 아이디어를 내어 스스로 문제를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제공하는 좋은 기회였음이 확인되었으나, 일부의 팀에서만 참신하고 재미있는 아이디어들이 제안되었다. 여학생의 참가자 수가 상당히 증가하였으며, 대체적으로 입상권의 학생들의 상당 부분이 여학생이라는 것이 특이할만하다. 학년이 올라감에 따라서 창의적인 아이디어를 내는 양이나 질에 있어서 뒤떨어지는 것으로 분석되었으며, 토론 학습의 적응력이 미흡하고 발표력 및 청취력에 있어서도 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중 ㆍ고등학교의 학교교육에서도 학생들에게 프로젝트형 탐구학습 프로그램의 적용은 물론 토론식 수습을 통한 학생들의 사고의 전환의 기회를 제공해야 할 것으로 사료된다. The creativity competition was held to foster the creativity of elementary and secondary school students in the Institute of Science Education, Kongju national University. It was found that the creativity competition effected on the improvement of inventing creative ideas and problem solving activities. But, only some competitors participated in semifinal and final contests, presented original and interesting ideas. More female students participated in competition than last year. More female participants were awarded a prize than males. Totally, participants were defective in discussion and communication, and presentation and listening ideas. Increasing grades correlated inversely with creativity and originality. There is need of inquiry project teaming programs and presenting opportunities of conversion of thinking by discussing instructions in school

코스튬플레이어들의 라이프스타일과 행동특성에 관한 연구

Costume plays have been of interest to young people in the recent years. The much increased interest in costume plays has prompted many researchers to verify the behavior characteristics of costume players Despite the importance of the costume play, there has been no systematic study of it. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the influence of life style on behavior characteristics of the costume player. The subjects of this study were members of the web sits(wwwcosmakercom). A total of 155 subjects responded to the questionnaires and the 143 responses were used for further data analysis. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, and one-way ANOVA. These were the results of the stud: First, costume player groups are classified into three sub-dimensions: other people-oriented, show-off oriented, and exclusive ego oriented. Second, the behavior characteristics of costume player are significantly shown among those groups.

정신분열병에 대한 리스페리돈의 효과 및 안정성

연구목적 : 본 시험의 목적은 임상시험 시작전에 연구자들을 대상으로 PANSS Workshop을 통하여 PANSS, ESRS에 대한 국내에서의 표준화 작업을 구축하고 새로운 정신병 치료제인 리스페리돈의 효과와 안정성을 재확인하여 리스페리돈 사용에 대한 적정화를 이루는데 있다. 연구방법 : 1996년 4월부터 1996년 9월까지 국내 39개 대학병원 정신과에 입원중인 혹은 증상이 악화되어 입원하는 정신분열병 환자 377명을 대상으로 다시설 개방 연구를 시행하였다. 1주일간의 약물 배설기간을 가진후, 리스페리돈을 8주간 투여하였고, 기준점, 1주, 2주, 4주, 그리고 8주후에 평가되었다. 용량은 제1일에는 리스페리돈 1mg씩 1일 2회, 제2일에는 2mg씩 1일 2회, 제3∼7일에는 3mg씩 1일 2회 투여하였다. 이후 환자의 임상상태에 따라 임의로 증량할 수 있으며, 최대 일일 16mg을 초과하지 않도록 하였다. 추체외로 증상을 조절하기 위한 투약을 허용하였다. 임상증상 및 부작용의 평가는 PANSS(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale), CGI(Clinical Global Impression) 그리고 ESRS(Extrapyramidal Symptom Rating Scale)을 사용하였다. 연구결과 : 377명중 343명(91%)이 8주간의 연구를 완결하였다. 치료 종결시점인 8주후 PANSS 총점수가 20% 이상 호전된 경우를 약물 반응군으로 정의할때, 약물반응군은 81.3%였다. 리스페리돈에 반응하는 예측인자로는 발병연령, 이전의 입원 횟수, 유병기간이 관련 있었다. 리스페리돈은 1주후부터 PANSS양성, 음성, 및 일반정신병리 점수상에 유의한 호전을 보여 효과가 빨랐다. CGI의 경우도 기준점에 비해 1주후부터 유의한 감소를 나타내었다. ESRS의 경우, 파킨슨 평가점수는 기준점과 비교해 투여 1주, 2주, 4주후 유의하게 증가되었다가 8주후 기준점과 차이가 없었다. Dystonia 평가점수는 1주후만 유의한 증가를 보였으며, dyskinesia 평가점수는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 혈압, 맥박수의 생명징후 및 일반 혈액학 검사, 생화학적 검사, 심전도 검사에서 유의한 변화는 없었다. 결 론 : 이상의 다시설 개방 임상 연구를 통해 리스페리돈은 정신분열병 환자에서 양성증상뿐만 아니라 음성증상 및 전반적인 증상에도 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. 보다 명확한 평가를 위해서는 다른 항정신병약물과의 이중맹검 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각되며, 또한 장기적 치료에 대한 평가도 함께 이루어져야 하겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of Korean schizophrenic patients. Method : This multicenter open study included 377 schizophrenic patients drawn from 39 university hospitals. After a wash-out period of 1 week, the schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone for 8 weeks and evaluated at 5 points ; at baseline, and 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks of treatment. The dose was increased from 2mg/day(1mg twice daily) to 6mg/day(3mg twice daily) during the first week and adjusted to a maximum of 16mg/day over the next 7 weeks according to the patient's clinical response. Medication to control extrapyramidal symptoms was permitted. The psychiatric and neurological status of the patients was assessed by PANSS, CGI, and ESRS scales. Results : 343(91%) of 377 patients completed the 8-week trial period. Clinical improvement, as defined by a 20% or more reduction in total PANSS score at end point, was shown by 81.3% of patients. The predictors of response to risperidone were associated older age, shorter duration of illness, fewer previous hospitalization. Risperidone had rapid onset of action ; a significant decrease of the total PANSS and three PANSS factor(positive, negative, general), and CGI was already noticed at the end of first week. For the ESRS, parkinsonism rating scores were significantly increased until week 4 comparing with baseline. Dystonia rating scores were significantly increased until week 1, and dyskinesia rating scores were not significantly changed during the study. Laboratory parameters including vital sign, EKG, hematological, and biochemical values showed no significant changes during the trial. Conclusions : This study suggests that risperidone is generally safe and effective against both the positive and negative symptoms in our group of patients.

The result is that necessity of spectacle concept thesis is required and real and must present correct spectacle plan bill in real condition. Is differentiated and connection need full equipment of available spectacle law. Need spectacle connection organization's participation. The 6,7-dichloroquinoline-5,8-dione(Ⅰ) was reacted with ethyl acetoacetate in the presence of sodium ethoxide to yield 6-(α-acetyl-α-ethoxycarbonyl-methyl)-7-chloro-quinoline-5,8-dione(Ⅱ). When this compound Ⅱ was reacted with some alkylamine (methylamine, ethylamine, propylamine, isopropylamine, cyclopropylamine, methoxyethylamine, ethanolamine, benzylamine, furfurylamine). 1N-alkyl-2-methyl-3-ethoxycarbonyl-pyridino(2,3f)-indole-4,9-dione(Ⅲa-i) were obtained via intramolecular cyclization.

Worthy of special emphasis is the following outcomes of the sixth congress which are quitc different form orthodox Communism: An heirship was created for Kim Jung-il; The Juche idea, allegedly devised by Kim il-sung, took precedence over Marxism-Leninism as the ideological foundation of the party. These represent a marked departure from the fundamental principles of Communism, and a new orientation for the North Korean future in the 1980s. The doctrine of determinism by the Leaders as espoused by North Korea contains the following elements. First, the great revolutionary task of the working class is essentially a task of realizing the revolutionary ideology of the Leader. Since it is Pioneered by the Leader and completed under his leadership, the great revolutionary task of the working class is his great task and the history of the revolutionary task of the working class is his great task and history of the revolution of the Working class is the revolutionary history of the Leader. Second, the Leader's role includes: ideological guidance of revolution and creation of leadershid theories; presentation of principles, tactics, strategies and direction of struggle in revolution and construction. Third, the establishment of a proletarian dictatorship is to follow the takeover by the Communist party. Only a great Leader can unite the Party, State, Class and the masses into once. Fourth, a communist platform will be provided to enable a revolution to be carried out generation after generation. Fifth, the Leader is responsible is prepared to be the guard to continue revolution. Sixth, the Leader is responsible for grooming the right succession to the great revolutionary task he begun and assuring the ultimate victory of communism. In this way Kim Jung-il's position within the party and as succession to Kim il sung has been established. As long as the revolutionary generation headed by Kim il-sung stays in power, it is unlikely that a hostile force to the leadership of Kim Jung-il emerges. Starting in the midde of the 1980s, Kim il-sung is likely to be reduced to a symbolic Leader, and Kim Jung-il will fill the part of the Leader in practice in the Soviet Union, some East European contries and more recently in Communist Chins will have a serious impact on the political development in North Korea. It is probable that after the death of Kim il-sung, his absolute power may shift to a collective leadership leaded by Kim Jung-il. for the time being, however attention is focused on strengthing the leadership of Kim Jung-il.

감마네트워크의 신뢰도계산알고리즘

상호연결네트워크(IN)는 다중처리시스템에서 프로세서-프로세서와 프로세서-메모리 사이의 통신을 위해 연결경로들을 만든다. 감마네트워크와 ESGN의 연결패턴을 라우팅 알고리즘을 바탕으로 구한다. 감마네트워크와 ESGN사이의 연결경로에 대한 관계를 정리한다. k-out-of-n 시스템의 정리를 상응그래프에 적용한다. 상응그래프를 2진목 그래프로 해석하는 알고리즘을 제한한다. Interconnection Network(IN) makes paths for connecting processor with prosser, and processor with momory. Based on the Routing Algorithm, connected pattern of Gamma network and ESGN are gotten. I write the relation between Gamma network and ESGN, and propose an Algorithm which calculates the reliability of the corresponding graph by means of complement graph.

사영필터이론을 이용한 트러스 구조물의 손상 검출

In this paper, a study of damage detection for 2-D truss structures using the Projection filter theory is presented. Many researchers are interested in inverse problems and one of solution procedures for inverse problems that are very effective is the approach using the filtering algorithm in conjunction with numerical solution methods. In filtering algorithms, the Kalman filtering algorithm is well known and have been applied to many kind of inverse problems. In this paper, the Projection filtering in conjunction with structural analysis is applied to the identification of damages in 2-D truss structures. The natural frequencies and modes of damaged truss model are adopted as the measurement data. The effectiveness of proposed method is verified through the numerical example.
