노인 치매예방프로그램에서 유아교육 콘텐츠의 활용가능성 탐구

우리나라 노인들 평균수명이 늘어나면서 고령화로 인한 노인의 건강에 대한 문제가 많이 발생하고, 치매 발병률이 증가되고 있음으로 인해 사회적으로 심각한 수준에 이르고 있다. 치매는 발병 후 치료보다는 예방이 중요한 만큼 노인의 치매 예방에 관심이 모아지고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 양수경, 고보숙, 박정환(2019)의 연구에서 2000년~2018년까지 노인을 대상으로 한 치매예방프로그램의 국내 연구동향에서 분석한 통합프로그램 11편을 기반으로 유아교육에서 이루어지고 있는 놀이를 중심으로 한 노인 치매예방프로그램 문헌연구를 살펴보았다. 활동유형별로 음악, 언어, 신체활동이 각각 4개(40.0%)로 나타났고, 게임, 미술, 작업이 각각 3개(30.0%)로 나타났다. 그리고 무용, 문학, 전통놀이, 레크레이션이 2개(20.0%)로 나타났고, 요가와 생활은 각각 1개(10.0%)의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 노인 치매예방프로그램에서 유아교육 콘텐츠의 활용 가능성에 대해 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 노인에게 있어 놀이는 유아 뿐만 아니라 노인들에게 신체 운동능력과 긍정적인 정서, 정서적 특성 등 매우 긍정적인 측면이 나타나고 있다. 노인들을 위한 유아교육 콘텐츠를 활용하여 치매예방프로그램을 개발한다면 지속적인 서비스 제공과 함께 집단활동의 경험과 정신건강을 유지하면서 여가시간을 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다. As the prevention of dementia is more important than the treatment after the onset, attention has focused on the prevention of dementia in the elderly. For this study based on 11 integrated programs, we analyzed the domestic research trends of dementia prevention programs for the elderly from 2000 to 2018 in the study of Yang Su-gyeong, Ko Bo-sook, and Park Jeong-hwan (2019) We reviewed the literature research on the elderly"s dementia prevention program centered on play. By activity type, music, language, and physical activity were 4 (40.0%), respectively, and games, art, and work were 3 (30.0%), respectively. Dance, literature, traditional play, and recreation were 2 (20.0%), and yoga and life were 1 (10.0%), respectively. In this study, for the purpose of exploring the possibility of using the contents of early childhood education in the elderly dementia prevention program, play shows very positive aspects such as physical exercise ability, positive emotions, and emotional characteristics for the elderly. It is considered that if dementia prevention programs are developed using the contents of early childhood education for the elderly, they will be able to utilize leisure time positively while providing continuous services and maintaining group experiences and mental health.

And then, we present the relation of VAL IT and COBIT and the VAL IT based information audit. Finally, we suggest a VAL IT based information audit with an example of VAL IT governance.

Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is known to have a poor prognosis and major cause of morbidity and motality in patients with hematologic disease. Without adequate therapy, invasive pulmonary aspergillosis will almost always progress to fatal pneumonia. Early administration of antifungal agents in patient with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is most important. And surgical resection of aspergillous-infected tissue may be useful in patients with lesions that are contiguous with great vessel and lesions causing hemoptysis. We reported a rare case of surgical resection as curative treatment for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis patient in 58-year-old man who had the history of acute myeloid leukemia.

시그너처 기반의 비디오 컷 감지 기법

This paper presents a novel method of signature-based video cut detection in a transform domain. First, we partition a video frame into m x n cells and extract DC information from DCT coefficients. We construct frame signatures using extracted DC information and then compare neighbor frame signatures to detect a cut. The conventional methods have the problems of complex calculation, exhaustive processing time, and strong space. The proposed method is an effective and simple method which may solve the problems of these conventional methods. In the experiment using real AVI video data, our method shows about 88% cut detection rate.

LASIK후 측정방법에 따른 각막곡률값의 비교

The purpose of this study is to compare the corneal power(K) measured by different types of method in the patients who underwent LASIK. The corneal power was measured in 70 eyes(36 patients) by three different methods; autorefractokeratometer, manual keratometer, topography before LASIK, and postoperative corneal power was measured by five different methods; calculation meathod, hard contact lens method, autorefractokeratometer, manual keratometer, topography. Preoperative corneal power was 43.75±1.03D on the average, and no difference was found among three different types of method. Postoperative corneal power showed different results from each method. The results as follows; C-K(cornea1 power of calculation method); 38.64±2.25D, H-K(cornea1 power of hard contact lens method); 39.29±1.66D, A-K(corneal power of autorefractokeratometer); 39.53±1.61D, M-K(cornea1 power of manual kertatometer); 39.85±1.54D, T-K(cornea1 power of topography); 40.36±1.26D. C-K was lower than A-K(p=0.02), M-K(p=0.00) and T-K(p=0.00) statistically after LASIK. H-K and A-K were lower than T-K statistically (p=0.00, p=0.02) after LASIK. In conclusion, postoperative corneal power measured by five types of method were different statistically.

Tumors arising from nerve tissue are uncommon in the oral maxillofacial regions. Neurofibroma, a benign neurogenic tumor, can occur as circumscribed solitary or multiple lesions. A solitary neurofibroma is seldom undergo sarcomatous transformation, but fibromatosis is common. Therfore, it is important that we observe the oral and radiographic changes to help minimize the tremendous potential of the disease for facial disfigurement and altered function. The turmors were exised and there are no evidence of recurrence. The patients are satisfied with function and esthetic aspects.

Thermoacoustic signal which is gererated by the thermal waves have been measured from room temperature to 230°C. As a result, the intensity of thermoacoustic singal according to the variation of temperature is decreased remarkably at 177°C. Consequentely, the temperature of phase transition of the lead germanate single crystals is 177°C and it is equal to Curie point, and it must be the displacement ferroelectricity of the second order phase transition.
