Background: Intratumoral injection of OK-432 produced significant antitumor effects. There are reports that OK-432 was injected directly into tumor tissue on gastrointestinal tracts and HCC tissue, producing decrease in serum alpha-fetoprotein level. We adopted this technique for treating locally advanced lung cancer. The object of this study is to evaluate the local therapeutic efficacy, side effects of injection for treating symptomatic mass. Methods: Twenty lung cancer patients (13 males and 7 females) underwent sonography guided OK-432 injection. We analyzed relationships between response of OK-432 and response of skin test, histology and age. Pain that patients feel was evaluated by VAS (Visual Analog scale). Results: A significant decrease of tumor size was observed. The mean pre-injection diameter of the lesions was 54.7±11.3mm, PR rate were 15.0% (3/20) and minimal change (50%<tumor size decreased.) patients were 35.0% (7/20). The VAS score before injecting OK-432 into the lesion was 5±3, this was decreased to 2.5±1.5 (p=0.04). Object response was significantly correlated with skin response, adenocarcinoma, and age. Conclusion: A significant decrease of tumor size and pain was observed. So OK-432 is a valuable treatment option for patients with symptomatic lesion from advanced lung cancer who are not amenable to further therapy.

본 연구는 (주)애경과 S여대와 산학연계하여 진행한 브랜딩 스타일링 마케팅 기획 프로세스를 체계적으로 정리하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2017년 9월~12월까지 환경디자인학과 ‘브랜딩·스타일링·마케팅’ 교과목에서 진행한 내용을 대상으로 하며 국내 샴푸브랜드 ‘더마앤모어’를 분석하여 디자인 개념을 결합하고 부스 디자인을 제시하는 과정들을 밝힌다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 향후 생활용품 브랜드의 디자인 개발에 있어서 창의적인 부스디자인의 방향성을 제시한다. 본 연구의 방법은 공간 브랜딩에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해 브랜딩 스타일링 마케팅 프로세스의 스타일 분석, 디자인 개발, 공간 디스플레이 연출로 구성하여 그 과정을 밝힌다. 끝으로 본 연구는 대학과 산업체간의 연계를 통한 교과목 개발에 활용되는데 의의가 있다.

The analytical results of SO_2, CO and NO_2, O_3 by semi-auto analyzer, which have been setted for grasping the current-situation of air pollution caused by Chon-ju Industrial Complex could be summarized as follows. The average SO_2, CO, NO_2, and O_3 concentration in Chon-ju is 0.019 ppm, 1.67 ppm, 0.0175 ppm, 0.010 ppm, respectively. SO_2 usually surpasses "environmental standards" two or three thimes a month. In case of NOX is influenced almost by traffic conditions, NO_2 increase during daylight if NOX is influenced almost by traffic conditions, NO_2 increase during daylight if NOx would be high. Therefore, the sun-light causes NO_2 to degrade into increasing O_3. The Auto-Analyzer installed in Cheonju Area appears to cause some problems about its meauring site around chonju industrial Complex in the wind direction. SO_2, NOx and CO, O_3 turn out to be higher because the measuring site is being at the north-west down wind direction of Cheon-Gun Road and Samye Cross-Road.

Abstract - Mt. Mugap is located 37°23′00″~37°25′00″N in latitude at 127°19′00″~127° 21′30″E in longitude in Gyeonggi-do. The investigated vascular plants consist of total 173 taxa: 3 forms, 21 varieties, 149 species, 133 genera, 63 families, 28 orders, 4 classes. Twelve special plants designated by Environment Ministry were investigated: 4th grade for 4 taxa, 3rd grade for 4 taxa, 2nd grade for 2 taxa, and 1st grade for 2 taxa. As for the useful plants, there were 79 taxa of edible ones(45.7%), 42 taxa of medicinal ones(24.2%), 11 taxa of ornamental ones(6.4%), 41 taxa of industrial ones(23.7%), and 4 taxa of poisonous ones(2.3%) respectively.

Thin amorphous carbon films were deposited by a Q-switched Nd;YAG 532nm with beam power density of ?? on the high purity graphite (99.7%). The pressure of vacuum chamber was ?? Torr. In order to estimate the quality of the Pulsed Laser Deposition films one of the most important optical properties, bandgap energy, was characterized by transmission and reflection in the range of the visible, and an optical direct bandgap energy of 2.45eV and indirect bandgap energy 0.36eV were obtained. Surface morphology of amorphous film was investigated by AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy). Its surface roughness is 70nm. Comparing our results with the published values in the literature we have confidence that our films show the good quality for optical properties.

Purpose: We describe a 54-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who suddenly presented with chorea and had positive antiphospholipid antibodies. F-18 FDG PET showed abnormally increased glucose metabolism in bilateral putamen and primary motor cotex. Tc-99m ECD SPECt also showed abnormally increased regional cerebral blood flow in bilateral putamen. She was treated with corticosteroid and aspirin after which the symptoms improved. Four months later, follow up F-18 FDG PET showed improvement with resolution of hypermetabolism in bilateral putamen. This case suggests that striatal hypermetabolism is associated with chorea in SLE.
