        경기 북부지역에서 발생한 한국형 출혈열의 임상적 특성

        N/A Korean hemorrhagic fever which was recognized for the first time in Korea near the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea in 1951 during Korea War have spread to the southern part of the Korean peninsula and several hundreds of cases are clinically and serologically diagnosed each year. However the Northern Part of Kyoung Ki Do is still remained as epidemic area. In recent years, we experienced 55 cases of Korean Hemorrhagic Fever in the northern part of Kyoung Ki Do during the period, 1984-1986, and we found different clinical patterns of Korean hemorrhagic fever from those reported earlier. Here we report the epidemiological and clinical observations with laboratory findings. 1) The disease was prevalent in adult male farmers and the epidemic seasons were fall and early winter. The epidemic areas of the disease are mainly Yang Ju, Yeoncheon and Pocheon. 2) Clinical pictures of Korean Hemorrhagic Fever were characterized by headache (76%), abdominal pain (69%), nausea & vomiting (67%), fever (56%) and myalgia & general aching (49%). 3) On physical examination, fever (56%), abdominal tenderness (36%), tachycardia (35%), hypotension (27%), petechia (24%), conjunctival injection (22%) and facial flushing and edema (16%) were found. 4) On laboratory examination, leukocytosis, thrombocytopenia, left shift of leukocyte, toxic granule, proteinuria, microscopic hematuria and increased specific gravity were found. Blood chemistry findings were characterized by increased BUN & creatinine, increased SGOT & SGPT, hyponatremia, increased LDH & FDP and hyperkalemia. 5) Clinical forms of typical hemorrhagic fever were as follows: Typical oliguric type 49%, typical nonoliguric type 21% and atypical type 29%. 6) Double infection to Leptospirosia was found in 8 cases.

        Diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and cancer requires specific proteins as antigens and it has been developed by using a rapid detection kit and latex agglutination which identify circulating antibodies in the blood sera. In this study conducted by Namseoul University Health Medicine Care Service in October 2010, with the residents in Wondeok-eup, Samcheok city, Kangwon-do, the rapid diagnosis of the rheumatoid arthritis and cancer was performed by analyzing patients' blood sera. Rheumatoid arthritis and cancer were diagnosed in 3 and 1 patients, respectively in a total of twenty-six persons. In the rapid diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis using by latex agglutination, there were one positive case of C-reactive protein (CRP), one positive case of Rheumatoid factor (RF) and one positive case of both CRP and RF detected. In the rapid diagnosis of cancer, one positive case of prostate specific antigen (PSA) was observed. Key Words : Diagnosis, Kit, Rheumatoid arthritis, Cancer

        Research of the Plants Distribution in the Na-Ree Dong of Dagelet Island and Baik-Rok Dam of Cheiu Islard. I found out 143 genera, 187 species of plants in the Na-Ree Dong of Dagelet island by four tinges of exploration during the years of 1961 to 1971. From 1957 to 1974 I found out 113 genera, 174 species of plants in Baik-Rok Dam of Cheju Island by five times of exploration and also I had a comparative study of Crater-Plants in Baik-Rok Dam and Na-Ree Dong.

      • FMEA를 이용한 기계류 시스템의 신뢰도 분석

        This paper dealt with FMEA, which is a method of the analysis to secure safety and confidence coming up to customers' expectation in consideration of the environment of the corporation, the industrial environment, and the functional improvement. And by using FMEA, We showed the example analyzed the confidence of the Air Supply System. It was proved by the result of the analysis that the rate of the breakdown which is usually regarded as the first important point to reform can't satisfy the selecting basis to improve. Also the result said that it is not right to depend on only the rate of the failure in making the list of the reform. Through the analysis of the breakdown, FMEA can present the important factors of the reform to improve the confidence of the system. In this study would show the important factors of the improvement in order to product the goods guaranteed confidence through the method of FMEA.

      • 기계시각을 이용한 강구 자동 검사장치

        Metal balls are commonly used in mechanical elements and systems including bearings. If there is a defect in a metal ball, it can cause a serious machine failure. By this reason every balls produced are required to be inspected, and the inspection is usually done by human eyes. However, the inspection by human eyes is always with the risk of mistakes, and a need to automate the inspection process is arisen. This paper describes a design of an automatic inspection system for detecting defects on ball surface. A machine vision system is used, and design process and techniques are described in detail. 강구는 베어링을 비롯한 기계 요소 및 장치에서 널리 사용되는 부품이다. 만약 강구에 결함이 있을 시, 이를 사용하는 기계에서 치명적인 결함이 초래될 수 있다. 따라서 제조된 강구에 대해서는 전량검사가 요구되고 있고, 검사과정은 사람의 육안에 의한 검사가 주를 이루고 있다. 그런데 사람에 의한 검사에는 항상 실수의 가능성이 있으므로, 이를 자동화하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 강구의 표면 결함을 자동적으로 검사할 수 있는 장치를 설계한다. 기계시각 장치가 사용되었고, 설계에 따른 구체적 절차와 기술들이 서술된다.

        The giant condyloma or carcinoma-like condylima is relatively rare. Although the disease is considered clinically mailgant. the possiblity of maligant changes from them are controversial even among the investigators but cannot be entirely overlooked. Most authorists consider that they get the possibility of malignant change. A case of malignancy of the penis which have apparently been transformed from giant condyloma acuminatum of the penis is herein presented with review of literature.

      • 인간 재조합 인터루긴-32 면역조절작용에 대한 유세포 분석

        Xenotransplantation of porcine organs has the potential to overcome the severe shortage of human tissues and organ available for human transplantation. however, it remains various hurdles for clinical xenotransplantation. In pig and mouse xenotransplantation, porcine xenograft evoke a strong cellular rejection response in immunocompetent host and grafts are destroyed within a week. This cellular immune response could involved both T cells and NK cells. A number of groups have shown that human NK cells can recognize and damage porcine endothelial cells. In addition, human T cells can respond to porcine endothelial cells through both direct and indirect mechanisms. Cellular rejection of porcine tissues requires T cells, particularly CD4^(+) cells. A new cytokine recombinant human interleukin-32α,β(IL-32α,β) has a role innate and acquired immune system. In order to investigate the role of recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β in xenograft rejection, we transplanted the PK(15) cells to C57BL/6 mice with or without intraperitoneal injection of recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32 α,β. It was analyzed the population of NK cell, T cell and B cell in the C57BL/6 mice transplanted with PK(15) cells and recombinant mouse IL-18 or recombinant human IL-32α,β by flow cytometry analysis. As a result, lymph node and thymus of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group were increased to T cell activation population than normal injected groups. CD8^(+) T cells were decreased in lymph node of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected groups. CD4^(+) T cells were increased in lymph node cell of PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group and also, B cell population were increased in lymph node cell and spleen of PK15/IL18, PK15/IL32α and PK15/IL32β injected group. Therefore, we suggest that recombinant mouse IL-18 and recombinant human IL-32α,β suppress xenograft rejection in cellular xenotransplantation.

        The scope of decision making (SDM) is the main indicator of what managerial structure is necessary for an organization at a particular point in its life. The question of that elements by which we can measure the SDM thus becomes a basic and crucial one. The SDM is the totality of menagerial problems that require decisions to be made so that the organization will be able to continue its existence. The expansin of SDM takes place through one of the following three dimensions; (a) the level and variety of the technology employed by the organization, (b) the variety of its products or services, (c) the geographical of the organization The managerial structure of an organization must accord with its SDM at a particular point in time. That is, different SDM corresponds to different sized organizations and require different managerial structures to be able to operate efficiently and effectively, and thus survive. When an organization is created it usually has one product or service line and operates only in one area. Only through an entrepreneurial structure can an organization be created and operated. Until it is finally and firmly established it has to continue to be operated in this structure. This structure, however, ceases to be suitable when the level of technology is high and the equipment is effectively utilized. In such cases the organization must operate within a functional structure. As the organization grows and diversifies into two or more distinctly different products or services, the structure of the organization should be decentralized by product lines. Finally, When the organization is operating in a variety of countries that differ from one another in their natural culture, it must be operated in a mutlistructure. This last structure is a federation of the three basic structures.

      • GO에 의해 유도된 培養 脊髓感覺神經細胞 독성에 대한 鎭肝熄風湯의 방어효과

        To evaluate the effect of Jingansikpungtang water extract on cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron which was inhibited by glucose oxidase(GO)-induced cytotoxicity, NR assay and TBARS assay for lipid peroxidation were carried out after the cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron were pre-incubated with various concentrations of Jingansikpungtang water extract for 3 hours prior to exposure of GO. GO, a oxygen radical, decreased the survival rate of the cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron cells on NR assay. Jingansikpungtang water extract have efficacy of decreasing lipid peroxidation increasing by GO in cultured mouse spinal sensory neuron. From above the results, it is concluded that Jingansikpungtang has marked efficacy as a treatment for the damages caused in the GO-mediated oxidative process.

      • 貯臟期間의 經過에 따른 들깨 種實內의 成分變化에 관한 硏究

        本 試驗은 水原, 大邱, 金海 및 濟州의 4個 地域에서 蒐集한 들깨種子를 東亞大學校 農科大學 附屬農場에서 1989年度부터 1993年度까지 栽培한 후, 年次的으로 常溫에서 貯藏하였으며, 貯藏期間은 1年에서 5年까지 하였고, 發芽率 및 電氣傳導度 檢定, 蛋白質含量, 全脂質의 化學的 特性과 粗脂肪 含量 및 脂肪酸粗成의 變化를 貯藏期間에 따라 比較 分析한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1.들깨種實의 發芽率은 貯藏3年째부터 20% 以下로 급격히 減少하였다. 2.Acid value는 貯藏期間이 1∼3年 사이에는 거의 變化가 없었으나 3年 以後에는 急激히 增加하였고, iodine value는 貯藏期間이 經過함에 따라 減少하였다. 3.貯藏期間에 따른 粗脂肪 含量의 變化는 貯藏期間이 經過함에 따라 減少하였으며, 品種間에는 다른 品種에 비하여 大邱品種이 減少의 정도가 컸다. 4.脂肪酸 組成의 變化는 貯藏期間이 經過함에 따라 不飽和地方酸인 linoleic acid와 linolenic acid의 含量은 減少하였으나, oleci acid는 상대적으로 增加하였으며, 飽和脂肪酸인 palmitic acid와 stearic acid의 含量은 增加하였다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the changes in germination rate, conductivity, protein content, acid value, iodine value, total lipids, and fatty acid composition according to storage period. The experiment was carried out from 1989 to 1993, and the samples were collected in Suwon, Daegu, Kimhae, and Cheju. The samples were stored in room temperature. The results obtained were as follows ; 1.Germination rate was rapidally decreased below 20% during 3 years in perilla seed. 2.Acid value was not definite according to storage periods from 1 to 3 years, but was rapidly increased after 3 years. However, iodine value was decreased according to storage periods. 3.Oil content was decreased in accordance with storage periods, and was lower Daegu variety than other varieties. 4.In the case of fatty acid composition, linoleic acid and linolenic acid decreased during storage period, but oleic acid were relatively increased, and palmitic acid and stearic acid increased.
