Bot. V (3) : 25-29, 1962. Succeeding the previous papers, nineteen species of marine green algae and three species of fresh water green algae are analyzed to the free amino acid patterns by paper chromatogram, and it has been described as containing significant qualities of the pattern in relation to phylogenetic studies. Those seem to have a tendency of recognizable pattern on inter-Orders and inter-Phyla of marine algae. And the patterns of fresh water and marine green algae are also carried out referring to these studies.
초등학교 고학년의 학업스트레스 감소를 위한 부모연계 집단상담 프로그램 개발

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 학업스트레스 감소를 위한 부모연계 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이에 따라 본 프로그램은 조사, 분석, 설계, 구안 및 적용의 5단계로 이루어졌다. 조사단계는 초등학교 5학년 195명을 대상으로 요구조사를 실시하였다. 분석단계에서는 조사단계의 결과를 바탕으로 프로그램 목적, 회기별 목표, 회기 수를 결정하였다. 설계 및 구안단계에서는 목적, 목표, 회기별 목표에 따라 선별된 활동안을 이론전문가 및 현장전문가의 자문과정과 예비과정을 거쳐 수정 보완하여 최종 프로그램을 구안하였다. 적용단계에서는 본 연구의 가설검증을 위해 W초등학교 5학년을 대상으로 학업스트레스 검사를 실시하여, 점수가 M+1SD이상인 학생들을 연구대상자로 선정하여 부모와 함께 상담에 참여 가능한 10명은 실험집단에 나머지 연구에 동의한 10명은 통제집단에 배치하였다. 프로그램 전과 후에는 김미현(2009)의 학업스트레스 검사를 사용하였고, 수집된 자료는 혼합변량분석(Mixed ANOVA)을 사용하여 통계적 결과를 분석하였다. 그리고 양적 결과를 보다 타당하게 해석하기 위하여 집단원의 경험보고서와 상담자의 관찰내용을 분석하여 제시하였다. 그 결과 본 프로그램은 초등학교 고학년의 학업스트레스를 감소시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to develop a parents‐involved group counseling program for alleviating academic stress of elementary school students in higher grades and to test the developed counseling program in order to verify its effects on academic stress. This Group Counseling Program is researched, analyzed, designed, developed and applied. First, it surveyed 190 elementary school students in higher grades for actual requirement. Second, it analyzed the number of program session, session’s goal, session sequence. Third, it designed program contents and activities by pooling and warehousing. Forth, it developed final program by pilot test and experts of advice. Fifth, to verify the effectiveness of the developed counseling program.a sample of grade 5 students at W elementary school in Cheongju City was selected to test an academic stress level. Students with a score higher than M+1SD became the subject of the counseling program, which included ten students for an experimental group and another ten students for a control group: the ten students in the experimental group participated in the counseling program with their parents, and the other ten students in the control group consented to take the counseling program on their own. Mihyun Kim’s (2009) academic stress test was used as a tool for this sampling test, and the collected statistical data was analyzed by Mixed ANOVA from SPSS/Window 12. Furthermore, from the experimental group, both experience reports and counselor observation contents were analyzed in order to improve the reliability of the quantitative results. The results from this research are as follows. The counseling program showed a positive reduction of academic stress of elementary school students in senior year grades.
UR에 대응한 지역농업의 발전방안 : 시설원예농업을 중심으로 With an Emphasis on the Greenhouse Horticulture Farming

The production of greenhouse horticultural products in the east region of Kyungnam province is now increasing, though the productions of other argicultural sectors have been rapidly decreasing. However, as the agricultural market lies under the big pressure of the WTO system having a goal of free trade of all commodities, greenhouse horticultural farming in the region also meets with many new problems. To identify problems and prepare development strategies of the greenhouse horticultural farming for the easten Kyungnam region, 10 villages in Kimhae, Yangsan and Miryang areas were selected as sample areas and 204 greenhouse vegetable or floriculture farms were surveyed using prepared questionaires during March-April 1995. From the analysis of the regional survey results, the following proposals are suggested for the development of regional horticultural farming : 1) There were still old-fashioned greenhouse facilities such as tunnel-type vynil house, no heating system and man-power watering. Greenhouse facilities should be modernized and automated in order to overcome the severe labour shortage problem constraining the increase of the greenhouse farming size and the enhance the degree of the commodity value by uniform quality control and year-round production. The money for the modernization and automation of greehouse facilities ned to be supported by the central government, because farmers lack the ability to fund the investment. 2) Not many farmers visited agricultural extension officers to obtain cultivation techniques of greehouse horticulture farming, because extension officers lack the manpower to help solving the greehouse farming problems. Agricultural system should be adjusted to the changing agricultural production structure. Extension manpower specialized in greehouse horticultural farming need be increased and located in the regional extension offices. 3) The major reason of farmer's pessimistic prospect for the future of greegouse horticulture was the possibility of overproduction of some horticultural products. To avoid the overproduction, new entrants to the greenhouse horticultural farming of products already culticated extensively should be limited and the government support must be given to the existing greenhouse farms and major production areas. 4) Local goverment, associated agencies, and farmers should work hard cooperatively to increase the export of horticultural products especially to Japan, the largest importer of agricultural products in the world. Local governments and associated agencies can provide informations related to the export market and provide the fund for the facilities of standardization of export products. Farmers must observe the export contracts, even though the domestic price exceeds the export price. 5) Collective marketing activities of greenhouse products were found to be mainly limited to transportation and handling of sales revenue. Central and local government should support the formation and collective activities of cooperatives of specilaized producers to enhance the bargaining power of farmers. 6) The role of local government should be increased. They should actively participate in the orientation of regional greenhouse farming and play an important role in the marketing of regional greenhouse products.

The purposes of this study which was done by questionnaire survey and case study of First Aid Certification Program in Seoul Health College were to analyze results and effects of the college financial support program from Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development. The significant 164 data were collected from 300 professors in 8 colleges having the Department of Emergency Care from Oct. 1, 2002 to Dec. 31, 2002 and analyzed using SPSS in terms of t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and so on. The conclusions and suggestions from this study were summarized as follows; (1) Degree of acknowledgement about aims, contents, results of the college financial support program was above the middle(participants 4.21, non-participants 3.63) and higher relation than the others in case of participants(r:0.32 p<0.001), planning team(r:0.22 p<0.05). (2) Degree of acknowledgement about improvement of curriculum & educational facilities through the program was above the middle and higher relation than the others in case of participants. (3) Degree of acknowledgement about positive influence on acquirement rate of certification(licence) & job through the program was above the middle and performance & adaptation at work place was higher relation than the others in case of participants. (4) Degree of acknowledgement about positive influence on improvement of learning of student's major through the program was above the middle and higher relation than the others in case of participants. (5) The respondents thought that the program had a negative influence on professor's educational activities & research such as study 40.4%, lecture 23.1%, student guidance 12.5%. (6) When the program was administered by planning team, there were difficulties such as execution of budget, 42.1%, cooperation with companies 17.1%, cooperation among program teams 11.8%, when it was administered by non-planning team there were difficulties such as execution of budget 45.5%, cooperation among departments 22.7%, cooperation with companies 13.6%. (7) Because it was too short to execute the budget, the ministry have to select proposed programs before the next school year. (8) This program should be changed temporary, insufficient support into consecutive, sufficient support for more characterization & specialization of the college which has a long-term developmental plan & vision.
Dinghy Yacht Sailing 선수들의 절대강도 운동시 직장 온도와 혈중 catecholamine 농도 변화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects or prolonged Dinghy Yacht Sailing Training on Thermoregulatory Responses during absolute exercise intensity. The subjects of this study were divided by two groups; Dinghy Yacht Sailing(Yacht Group ; YT) was 10 Yacht players and Untrained Group(UT) was 10 university students. All subjects participated in VO₂ max test and absolute exercise workload(treadmill belt speed : 8.3 km/h for 40 min). In the rectal temperature, there were increased during exercise at both YT and UT groups, and YT group were higher than that of UT group. Also there were significant difference at the end of exercise and 24 h post(p<.05). In the blood norepinephrine concentration there were increased both YT and UT group during exercise. And YT group were higher than that of UT group at the end of exercise, rest level, and 24 h post and there were significant difference between groups(p<.05). In the blood epinephrine concentration there were increased both YT and LIT group during exercise. And YT group were higher than that of UT group resting level and at the 24 h post. So there were significant difference between groups(p<.05). In this study, prolong training at the cold environments make a increase the hormonal adaptation response, especially norepinephrine secretion and might be modified the body thermoregulatory mechanism that monitors changes the external environments. Also, increased capacity of the thermoregulatory may improve the body's overall production of hormonal adaptation related to heat production metabolism which may or protection against cold injury.

The purpose of this study which was conducted by framing of standardized advanced emergency care instructor qualification course outline and training competent instructor Course development based on following educational principle and it would be expected more improved aspect. ① Advanced Emergency care Instructor Qualification Course Development based on advanced emergency care instructor job analysis and paramedic job description. ② Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is continuous. It is important to begin at the learner's level of knowledge and to relate new learning to information the learner needs. ③ Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is purposeful and must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must be constantly appraised through feedback. The purpose of learning BLS information and skills must be kept in sharp focus. ④ Learning involves as many senses as possible. The more stimulating a learner activity is to the senses, the longer the information will be retained. Conservative figures indicate that 75% of what is heard is for-gotten after 2 days. It has been said that learners remember. ⑤ Learning activities must be appropriate for the emergency situation through the PBL educational method. In BLS lecture skill learning, the greatest proportion of class time should be spent in manikin practice, using performance sheets as a learning tool or guide. ⑥ Learning must be stimulating. Instructors can motivate learners by helping them achieve higher levels of proficiency and encouraging other levels of course completion, such as instructor and instructor trainer. ⑦ Learning is affected by the physical and social environment. The physical environment should be conducive to both the kind of learning taking place and the activities used for learning. Significant soft-tissue defects in the lower extremity including the tibia and the foot are best managed with free skin-muscle of skin-grafted free muscle transfers. While free flap donor sites useful for lower exremity reconstruction include the latissimus dorsi, the rectus abdominis, the gracilis, and the scapular flaps, the latissimus dorsi seems ideal. This muscle has a reliably long vascular pedicle of wide diameter, making microsurgical anastomosis of the thoracodorsal vessels straightforward. Because it is so large, it can cover virtually and size defect. Furthermore, its flat configuration makes it especially easy to fold on itself to that it can be used to closure wounds with complex three-dimensional geometry and dead space. Although the gracilis and rectus abdominis muscles have their roles, in most cases the latissimus dorsi should serve well. We described technical considerations in each case and the advantages of free latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap on the reconstruction of the soft tissue defect in the lower extremity.

The steroid molecules as carriers of alkylating agents were attached to biologically active moiety to synthesize a series of cholesterol derivatives of N-(2-chloroethyl) carbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene, N-(2-chloroethyl) carbamoyl-3β-amino-4-cholestene, N-methylcarbmoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene and N-methyl carbamoyl-3β-amino-4-cholestene, N-(2-chloroethyl) nitrosocarbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholesteme. N-(2-chloroethyl) nitrosocarbamoyl-3β-amino-4-cholestene, N-methylnitrosocarbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene, N-methylnitrosocarbamoyl-3β-amino-4-cholestene. The cholest-4-ene-3-one oxime was synthesized by the treatment of Cholest-4-ene-3-one with hydroxylamine hydrochloride and potassiuncarbonate in methanol solution. The 3α-amino-4-cholestene and 3β-amino-4-cholestene were synthesized by the treatment of cholest-4-ene-3-one oxime with LiAlH₄in anhydrous diethylether solution. The N-(2-chloroethyl) carbamoyl-3α-amino-4-chloestene, N-(2-chloroethyl) carbamoyl-3β-amino-4-cholestene, N-methylcarbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene and N-methylcarbamoyl-3β-amino-4-cholestene for potential antimicrobial agents were synthesized by a reaction of 3β-amino-4-cholestene and 3β-amino-4-cholest-ene withe respective methylisocyanate and 2-chlorothlisocyanate in annydrous benzene solvent under the phridine. The N-(2-chloroethyl) nitrosocarbamoyl-3α-amino-cholestene, N-(2-chloroethyl) nitrosocarbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene, N-methylnitrosocarbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene and N-methylnitrosocarbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene were prepared by the treatment of sodiumnitrate in anhydrous formic acid with respective N-(2-chloroethyl) carbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene, N-(2-chloroethyl) carbamoyl-3β-amino-4-chloestene, N-methylcarbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene and N-methylc-arbamoyl-3α-amino-4-cholestene. Thin layer chromatography, determination of meltion point, Infrared spectroscopy and Nu-clear Magnatic Resonance spectroscopy were usedin identifing the structure of those compounds.
