      • 미세조류의 유용성 및 해산 남조류의 생리활성물질

        The microalgae are a large and diverse group of photosynthetic microoranisms spanning seven division and comprising several thousand species. Of this large number of species, only a few have been studies in some detail with respect to physiology, biochemistry, and potential for mass culture are known for only a few of these. The mass cultivation of a few microalgae has been investigated mainly from the standpoints of food and feed production, recycling of industrial and agricultural waste, treatment of waste-water and the supply of raw material for certain natural compounds. For these purposes, the desirable properties of algae used for mass production-high growth rate, resistance to environmental fluctuations, non-toxic, high nutritive value, high protein content, easy to harvest and to process, good digestibility, resistance to contaminations and ability to grow on sewage. In this review, the utilities of a few microalgae(Chlorella, Spirulina, Porphyridium and Dunaliella) and biological activity materials of seawater microalgae were described.

        신경성 폭식증 여성의 내적 성찰 과정 연구 : 거부당한 몸과 마음에 대한 자기위로, 그리고 자기수용

        본 연구는 두 명의 여성이 경험한 신경성 폭식증의 의미와 신경성 폭식증에 대한 이들의 내적 성찰 과정을 탐구하여, 섭식장애를 겪는 이들에 대한 이해의 폭을 확장하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 이론이나 가설을 전제하지 않고 오직 연구자와 연구참여자 사이의 변증법적 대화를 통해 인터뷰를 진행하는 Kleining의 함부르크 접근법(Hamburg Approach)을 활용하였다. 연구 과정에서 나타난 연구참여자의 내적 성찰 내용을 분석한 결과, 총 4개의 헤드라인이 도출되었다. 4개의 헤드라인은 ‘수용되지 못한 자신 : 몸에 대한 거부와 정서적 거부’, ‘수용되기 위한 노력 : 섭식절제와 관계 갈망’, ‘노력의 실패: 폭식과 구토의 사이클’, ‘새로운 통찰’이다. 각 헤드라인은 ‘거부당한 자신에 대한 자기위로, 그리고 자기수용’ 이라는 최종 헤드라인으로 수렴되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 신경성 폭식증의 위험에 대비할 수 있는 다각적인 사회복지 서비스의 필요를 제언하였다. The purpose of this study was to expand the understanding of bulimia nervosa, by exploring the experiences of two women with eating disorders and their introspection process. To this end, by using the Hamburg Approach of Qualitative Heuristic Research, the interview was conducted without presupposing existing theories or hypotheses, but only through a dialectical conversation between the researcher and the participants, and the participants’ introspection were analyzed. The contents were organized into a total of four headlines as follow: 'The Unaccepted Self: Rejection of the Body and Emotions', 'The Effort to Be Accepted: Temperance of Eating and Relationship Cravings', 'Failed Efforts: Cycle of Binge-eating and Vomiting', and 'New Insights'. Following the heuristic research method of identifying one coherent structure from the entire data, the participants responses were condensed into the final headline, 'Self-consolation and Self-acceptance for the Rejected Body and Mind'. This study highlights the need for a multifaceted social welfare service that can better cope with the danger of eating disorders, which are underestimated compared to its lethality, as well as the need for innovative intervention methods for counseling treatment.

      • 트랜스글루타미네이스(Transglutaminase, TGase)의 기능성과 수산식품에의 응용

        Mammalian transglutaminase (TGase) and microbial transglutaminase(MTGase)were characterized in aspects of the application in food science. In addition, the effects of TGase or MTGase on the texturization of fish surimi gels, the desalted processing of Kamaboko, and the processing for uniting many of small size fish fillets to a large size one were described. Because of the produced amount the MTGase was more comfortable than TGase extrated from the mammalian liver tissue in aspects of application in seafood science. The Kamaboko gel prepared in the presence of TGase additive was evidently different from that product without the additive. The gelling property of the frozen surimis was clearly strengthened by the additive containing TGase. However, the quality of Kamaboko gel produced from a low grade surimi (such as 2nd grade, C) by applying the additive containing TGase was not comparable to that from a high grade frozen surimi, such as SA without applying the same additive as above. TGase adding was very effective in uniting the small size fish fillets to a large size one and producing comparably the low content salt added fish product.

        현대 독일문학의 경향과 특징

        In dem hier vorliegenden Aufsatz versuchen wir, von zwei verschiednen Tendenzen in der deutschen Gegenwartsliteratur zu handeln. Die eine beschäftigt sich mit der Studie über die kulturwissenschaftliche Tendenz in der gegenwärtigen deutschen Literaturwissenschaft, die andere mit der Forschung zur apokalyptischen Tendenz in der deutschen Gegenwartslteratur. Im ersten Teil geht es um die deutschen Kulturwissenschaften, die durch den Einfluß der amerikanischen Cultural Studies entstanden sind. Die Kulturwissenschaften liegen eigentlich in der Modernisierung der tradierten Geisteswissenschaften. Die Überführung der Geisteswissenschaften in die Kulturwissenschaften wurde in Deutschland erst seit 90er Jahre von einigen Literaturwissenschaftlern betrieben. Sie haben auf den Einfluß der amerikanischen Cultural Studies mit eigenen Konzepten reagiert. Diese Studie wird zeigen, wie sich die in den USA entwickelten Cultural Studies von den deutschen Kulturwissenschaften unterscheiden. Es geht den deutschen Kulturwissenschaften um Prozeß der Umstrukturierung und Reformierung des Wissens und des Wissenswerten. Im ersten Kapitel wird versucht, den Begriff von ‘Kultur’ in Cultural Studies im Vergleich zum teadierten normativen Begriff der Kultur neu zu definieren. Im zweiten Kapitel wird die theoretische Basis der Cultural Studies dargestellt, wobei der französische Poststrukturalismus als die Motivation der Cultural Studies erörtert wird. Im dritten Kapitel wird untersucht, in welchen Punkten sich die deutsche Literaturwissenschaft von den Cultual Studies unterscheidet. Daraus wird gefolgert, dass die Cultural Studies von generellen methodischen Interesse sind. Im zweiten Teil laßen sich sowohl die Definition und der Entstehungsprozeß des apokalyptischen Begriffs behandeln, als auch unter deren Aspekt drei moderne literarische Werke analysieren. Die apokalyptische Literataur war von der Antike ab ein beliebtes Genre, das uns sowohl den Untergang der bösen Welt als auch den Auftritt der neuen Erlösungwelt als Hoffnung verleiht. Im Verlauf der Zeiten geht aber das ethische Regulativ einer neuen Schöpfung, das dem schon immer zentralen Weltuntergang den Status einer Durchgangs verlieh, verloren. Statt einer ‘Theologie der Hoffnung’ herrscht jetzt die säkularisierte Metaphysik der Katasrophe. Indem sich die negative Apokalypse auf die Vision des Untergangs beschränkt und die Gegenwart als Zeit der folgenlosen Endkatastrophe erscheinen läßt, beringt sie eine für das Denken der Menschen einschneidende Foge mit sich: den Verlust der Ewigkeit, das Abschneiden und Ausbrenen einer fundamentalen Zeiterfahrung der Menschheit. Mit dieser Änderung ist gleichzeitig ein Funktionswandel verbunden: Die Apokalyptise wandelt sich vom Therapeutikum zum reinen Diagnostikum, das auf desolate gesellschaftliche Situationen aufmerksam macht, ohne Alternativen dazu zu entwerfen. Unter dem Aspekt dieser modernen ‘negativen’ oder ‘kupieten Apokalypse’ verstehen und interpretieren wir folgende drei moderne literarische Werke: H. M. Enzensbergers ‘Der Untergang der Titanic’, G. Grasś ‘Die Rättin’ und Chr. Ransmayrs ‘Die letzte Welt’.

      • 미역 양갱의 제조 조건

        미역의 이용성 증대를 위한 일련의 연구로 미역양갱의 제조를 시도하여 제조조건을 구명하였다. 옥수수 전분을 겔화 매체로 이용하여 미역 양갱을 제조할 경우 미역과 전분의 배합비는 1:3의 비율이 적절했고, 설탕 첨가농도는 전체중량의 35 %, 물엿의 첨가농도는 5 % 가 적절하였다. 겔화에 영향할 수 있는 물의 pH는 중성부근일 경우 겔화에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또 메밀을 겔화 매체로 이용할 경우도 미역과 메밀의 배합비는 1:3 이 적합하였고, 설탕 및 물엿의 첨가량은 전체중량의 30%, 5%였다. 두 제품 모두 첨가되는 설탕 및 물엿이 양갱의 물성에 크게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 가수량은 가열시간과 상관성을 가지는데 가수량이 많을수록 가열시간이 길어졌고, 가수량이 적으면 최종제품의 성상이 양호하지 못하였는데, 이러한 점을 고려하여 가수량과 가열시간을 결정한 결과 가수량 및 가열시간은 각각 300-350㎖ 및 35-40분 이었다. Conditions of yankeng processing with sea mustard, corn starch or buckwheat were examined for the effective utilization of sea mustard as a food source. Mixing ratio of sea mustard and corn starch-gelling ingredient-was 1:3, and additive concentration of sugar and starch syrup were 35% and 5% to total weight. In case of buckwheat using as gelling ingredient, mixing ratio of sea mustard and buckwheat was also 1:3, and optimal concentration of sugar and starch syrup were 30% and 5% to total weight. Additive volume of water and heating time were 300-350㎖ and 35-40min in two case.

        Agricultural affairs and fisheries are important to keep a constant income for residents living in a local region. In advance, they play a role in keeping a clean environment of the local region. Recently, it is concluded that selling many special regional products is the most important business in a tourism local. That is to say, to improve the earning income in a tourism local such as a local town, selling the commercial products processed from the principal bioresources in a local region at a high price is important. Therefore, farmers and fishers living currently in a local region should learn new processing technologies and economic circulation technics.

      • 중․고 골프선수의 지도자 리더십유형이 선수성숙도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to identify the effects of the leadership types of the middle and high school golf coaches on the player's maturity by establishing a hypothetical casuality model based on the precedent research. Based on the aforementioned research methods and the data analysis results, the following conclusions were drawn. First, results from analysis of leadership style according to demographic variables of middle school golf players revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in all the variables. Second, results from analysis of differences in leadership style according to demographic variables of high school golf players showed that there were statistically significant differences in training instructions, dictatorial training, and positive feedback accordant with sex. There were also statistical differences in training instructions accordant with the hours of training time per day, and there were statically significant differences in positive feedback accordant with the number of training per week. Third, results from analysis of differences in the player's maturity according to demographic variables of middle school golf players indicated that there were statistically significant differences in the maturity of exercise performance accordant only with the player's golf career. Fourth, results from analysis of the players' maturity according to demographic variables of high school golf players revealed that there were statistically significant differences in psychological maturity accordant with sex, and in the maturity of exercise performance, accordant with school years, and in the maturity of exercise performance, accordant with golf career, and in both the maturity of exercise performance and psychological maturity, accordant with the hours of training time per day, and in psychological maturity, accordant with the number of training per week. Fifth, analysis results revealed that democratic coaching style and dictatorial training had statistically significant influences on the maturity of exercise performance among sub variables of leadership types of middle school golf instructors, and that positive feedback had statistically significant impacts on the psychological maturity. Sixth, the results from analysis of variables indicated that training instructions had statically significant effects on the maturity of exercise performance among the sub variables of leadership types of high school golf coaches, and that positive feedback affected psychological maturity in a statistically significant fashion.

        급성기 두부손상에서 Creatine Kinase-BB (CK-BB)의 임상적 의의

        Serial enzymatic determinations by electrophoresis were confined in serum of CK-BB (creatine kinase brain fraction), which were performed on 150 patients with acute head injury. The purpose of this study was to re-evaluate the usefulness of this serum enzyme value as a prognostic correlates. The results obtained are as follows : 1) 125 cases (83.3%) among 150 cases with head injury were revealed as CK-BB positive finding, whereas 25 cases (16.7%) with negative results have generally good outcome. 2) 3 cases (11.5%) of false positive finding were shown among 26 control group with back pain. 3) The maximum value of CK-BB(CK-BBmax) was seen within 1st day(38.4%), and 3rd days (80.8%) following injury. 4) The appearance of mean CK-BBmax had two varieties of peak incidence on 1st-and 4th day following injury. 5) The Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS) Score on admission had close relationship to the value of inital CK-BB(CK-BBin) and CK-BBmax respectively (P<0.001) 6) The ratio of mean value between CK-BBin and CK-BBmax had statistical significance in cases of skull fracture and contusional and/or intracerebral hemorrhage, respectively (P<0.05. p<0.001). 7) The significant correlation of mean CK-BBin(≥1 IU/L) to outcome (P<0.003) was shown, whereas mean CK-BBmax(≥1 IU/L) to outcome did not (P= 0.126). 8) The Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) was strongly correlated to mean GCS Score (P<0.000) and mean CK-BBin (P<0.000). but not to mean CK-BBmax (P<0.139). 9) The correlationship between mean value of CK-BBin and CK-BBmax was statistically significant only in good recovery and moderate disability group, respectively (P<0.000 & P<0.003).

      • 교육과정 변천에 따른 초등학교 수학 교과서 비(比) 관련 내용 분석

        본 연구에서는 비(比) 관련 내용이 교수요목기부터 제7차 교육과정까지 초등학교 교과서에 어떻게 반영되었는지에 대해 분석하고 이를 통해 앞으로의 비 관련 내용 지도에 대한 교육적 시사점을 찾아보았다. The present study purposed to analyze how contents related to ratio have been reflected in elementary textbooks from the period of the Syllabus(Gyosuyomok) to the 7th Curriculum, and to find their educational implications for contents related to ratio in the future. The results of analyzing contents related to ratio by curriculum are as follows. In the aspect of changes in teaching contents and order, the period of the Syllabus covered five contents but with the development of curriculum, all of the 10 contents were taught. In the aspect of changes in teaching methods, in the period of the Syllabus and the 1^(st) and 2^(nd) Curriculums, concepts and procedures were explained using situations in everyday life, but in the 3^(rd) and 4^(th) Curriculums, the use of life situations decreased. In the 5^(th), 6^(th) and 7^(th) Curriculums, mathematical situations were neglected and only mathematical elements were applied and life situations were used. The methods of presenting learning contents developed from 'dialogue' in the period of the Syllabus and the 1^(st) Curriculum to 'simple explanation' in the 2^(nd) Curriculum, 'task suggestion' in the 3^(rd)~6^(th) Curriculums and 'activity instruction' in the 7^(th) Curriculum. Based on the result of textbook analysis, we find a number of educational implications as follows. First, it is necessary to introduce earlier contents related to ratio, which are currently presented in the 6^(th)-year class. Because the sense of ratio is formed in the early stage of children's development, programs for intuitive understanding of ratio should be developed and applied from low grades. Second, research should be made on desirable order of teaching in consideration of students' understanding level. Third, specific life situations and learning materials should be presented to students so that they can make proportional reasoning actively. In order to get out of teaching through presenting simple life situations, practicing outward expressions of ratio and emphasizing algorithms, realistic life situations containing various elements should be presented.
