대학 창업보육센터 매니저의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 대학에 근무하고 있는 창업보육센터 매니저의 직무스트레스 요인들이 무엇이며 이러한 창업보육센터 매니저들이 느끼는 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴봄으로써 대학 창업보육센터 매니저에 대한 직무스트레스 관리방안에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 분석결과, 첫째, 매니저들은 과도한 업무량 및 직무, 고용에 대한 불안정, 조직 내에서의 갈등, 기대 보상 부적절에 대한 직무스트레스를 나타내었다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는영향을 살펴본 결과, 직무스트레스 요인 중 조직체계, 직장문화가 직무만족을 저하시키는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과, 관계갈등과 보상부적절 그리고 직장문화에 대한 스트레스가 대학창업보육매니저들의 정서적 조직몰입을 저하시키는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 향후 대학창업보육매니저의 안정적인 직무를 위한 정책적 제언으로는 창업보육매니저의 직무에 대한 적정한 보상, 인사제도에 대한 개선, 창업보육매니저의 직무개선, 조직의 수직적 문화에 대한 개선, 창업보육매니저의 직무특성에 따른 직무 자율성 보장이 갖추어져야 할 것이다. Managers of business incubation centers are specialists equipped with experience, know-how, and expertise in diverse areas for business start-up as professional manpower who professionally develops and operates marketing, resources, and business suitable for companies needs. The objective of this study is to suggest the institutional implications for personnel management through measures to manage job stress for managers of college business incubation centers, by understanding their job stress factors and the effects of their job stress on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In the results of analysis, first, managers had job stress abut excessive workload & job, employment instability, conflicts within organization, and improper expected reward. Second, in the results of examining the effects of job stress on job satisfaction, among job stress factors, organizational system and workplace culture had effects on lowering job satisfaction. Third, in the results of verifying the effects of job stress on organizational commitment, their stresses about interpersonal conflict, improper reward, and workplace culture had effects on lowering their emotional organizational commitment. Thus, as institutional implications for the stable job of managers of college business incubation centers, proper reward for their job, improvement of personnel management system, improvement of their job, improvement of organizational hierarchical culture, and guarantee of job autonomy in accordance with their job characteristics were suggested.

AbstractThe Purposes of this study were to explore the sresent nursing methods and the change in quality of nurture. So, this paper discusses comparative survey and the meaning of the activities of the teachers in the general private child care center, the national child care center and the community care center.The subjects of this study were the general private child care center, the national child care center, the community child center, and a teacher in each child care center and the related people. The method of this study was ethnomethodological approach. It took forty-six days to investigate the study.The results of this study were,1) G-child care center which is the general private with 30∼40 children aim at the profit-making. N-child care center, national child care center with 200 children, runs with the effective program and secure facilities. C-child care, the community child care center with 30 children, teaches at the base of the self control and integrated education. 2) The activities of teacher in G-child care center aim at the effective management. Interactivities between the teachers and children are based on the uniformity of nursering method. The activities of teachers and children are based on the order and manners. Interactivities between teachers and children are based on the teacher's authority. The activities of teacher in C-child care center are based on the self control of children.The analysis of this study suggests further problems. Those are, in daily works of child care center, to remove the division of time and space, and to remove the division of relationship. And in the field of child care center and teacher education, a group discussion is needed in order to suggest and discuss the concrete, daily conflicts about the educational method.

지방정부의 효율화 방안 : 공공서비스의 민영화를 중심으로

지방정부를 둘러싼 대내외적 환경이 변화하고 있다. 세계화의 추세속에 세계경제 구조가 재편되고 있으며, 이러한 흐름속에서 지방정부도 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 효율성 증대를 위한 구조조정이 필요하다. 공공서비스의 공급은 일반적으로 공공부문, 민간부문, 제3부문에서 이루어지고 있는데, 효율성증대를 위하여는 지방정부내 비대해진 공공부문을 감량하고 가능한한 많은 분야에서 공공서비스의 민영화를 추진하여야 한다. 민영화의 전략은 크게 1) 정부공급의 축소: 공기업의 민영화, 민간부문과의 계약, 허가에 따른 공급, 시장기구를 통한 공급 등 2) 정부재정부담의 축소: 사용자부담원칙, 보조금 삭감 등 3) 규제완화로 구분할 수 있다. 민영화를 추진하는 데는 법적·제도적 제약과 사회문화적 제약과 민영화의 역기능에 따른 제약들이 있는데 이를 극복할 수 있는 방안들을 제시하고 있다.

To develop aroma tea with fragrance using natural flower, we mixed green tea 100%, Gardenia jasminoides flower, and chrysanthemum 50, 70, 90, 110%. We tested the aroma tea for its gragrance intensity, fragrance maintenance, flavor profile test, sensory test, and absorption utility. The aroma tea has great flavor and longer natural flower fragrance at 70℃s hot water. In hot water dilution the green tea has shortestfragrance maintenance. After making aroma team it keeps its scent longer like gardenia jasminoides flower when the fresh flower ratio increases. When the fresh flower ratio increases, the absorption gets stronger and the absorption utility of gardenia jasminoides flower is better that the chrysanthemum. In organic flavor profile test, when the fresh flower absorption ratio increases, the scent of aroma tea gets richer and softer due to the increase of the scent and the sweet taste and the decrease of the astringent. Specially, the after taste has richer scent and sweet taste for a long time, it gives the possibility of developing the aroma tea.

Magnetic exchange coupling at the interface of NiFe/TbCo thin films fabricated by RF diode sputtering method, was studied. Magnetic hysteresis loop measurement show 25 Oe exchange field at the interface when the Tb area % was about 30% and no substrate bias was applied. The thickness of the NiFe, TbCo and SiO₂protective layer was 400Å, 2000Å and 500Å, respectively. Upon application of - 55 V of substrate bias, the exchange field was reduced to 12 Oe.

지방자치와 주민참여 : 근린조직의 활성화를 중심으로 Actualizing Neighborhood Organizations

제2기 민선자치를 맞는 오늘의 시점에서 지방자치로 야기될 문제점을 극복하고, 건전하고 성숙된 지방자치제도를 정착시키기 위하여는 지방자치의 본연의 의미인 주민 자치를 실현하기 위한 주민참여의 문제가 중요한 과제이다. 주민참여가 대부분의 경우 요식행위의 하나로서 일정한 절차만 충족시키는데 집착하고 참여의 질에 관해서는 등한히하는 경향이 있다. 현행 지방자치제도하에서는 지방정부의 규모가 크기 때문에 주민이 직접적으로 참여하는데는 한계가 있으며, 주민의 참여를 확보하기 위하여 지방정부의 규모를 축소시키는데는 행정의 효율성 측면에서 곤란하다. 따라서 행정의 효율성을 유지하고, 민주성확보를 위한 주민의 참여를 증진시키기 위하여 일정 규모의 근린 조직의 제도화가 바람직하다. 현재 자치관할구역의 문제는 정치적 이해관계로 사회경제적 변화를 반영하지 못하고 있다. 산업화와 도시화로 인구도시집중화 현상이 가속화 되었고 교통과 통신의 발달로 거리의 공간개념이 달라졌음에도 행정구역은 오랫동안 그대로 유지되면서 생활권과 행정권의 괴리현상을 보이고 있다. 재원확보와 효율성을 확보하기 위하여는 보다 큰 규모의 관할구역을 필요로 하고 주민의 효과적 참여를 위한 민주성의 확보를 위하여는 가능하면 작아야하는데, 동시에 지방정부가 효율성과 민주성을 충족시킬 수 있는 규모를 갖는다는 것은 매우 힘들다. 근린조직이 활성화되면 공동체를 기반으로 하기 때문에 역사적·지리적조건을 충족시키며 주민협의회의 구성으로 주민의 참여가 고양될 수 있다. 말단 행정기관인 읍면동을 폐지하고 대신 정치협의체 성격을 지닌 공동체 중심의 근린조직을 활성화 함으로써 지방자치의 두가지 과제인 효율성과 민주성을 동시에 확보할 수 있으며, 현재 논란이 되고 있는 자치관할구역 설정에 관한 문제해결을 용이하게 만들어 준다. 즉 규모의 경제를 통한 지방정부 구성으로 효율성을 충족시키고, 소규모 단위로 지역을 분할하여 기존의 반상회에서 보여준 미비점을 보완하는 의미에서 주민의 직접참여를 유도함으로써 민주성을 확보할 수 있다. 끝으로 근린조직의 구성을 위하여는, 첫째, 근린조직은 행정기관이나 의결기관이 아닌 주민협의회로서의 성격을 지니며, 둘째, 근린조직은 공동체를 중심으로 최소한의 서비스 기능을 수행하고 함께 생활하는 생활권 구역으로 설정하고, 세째, 근린조직은 대부분의 주민이 참여할 수 있는 크기의 규모로 이루어져야 한다.

실시간 이동 트랜잭션의 스케줄링 기법

In this paper, we propose a new scheduling method of real-time mobile transaction that has timing constraint by mobility of host. Our scheduling scheme use the queue based on priorities of transactions as a real-time mobile transaction scheduling method for enhancement of predictability and calculate the deadlines of transactions in consideration of constraints of real-time data. This method examines whether transaction can meet deadline or not, and then produces the best execution window for scheduling. Therefore, the proposed method prevents transaction restarts due to violation of constraint of real-time data, and maximizes the sum of the priorities of transactions that satisfy its deadline. The performance evaluation, is a comparison of traditional methods, shows that our scheduling method is improved from 20% to 30%

콩 생산의 효율성 요인분석과 벤치마킹

This study aims to estimate the efficiency of soybean production using Data Envelopment Analysis, analyze the characteristics of efficient soybean agriculture using Tobit model, and calculate the efficient input-output levels of inefficient farmers using a frontier isoquant curve on the technical efficiency measures. The main results of this study are as follows: first, the technical and scale efficiency measures of the soybean farming were 0.832, 0.919, respectively; second, the average excessive levels of input cost are 9.1 hundred thousand won in 25 inefficient farmers.
