        교육과정 개정국면에서 본 문학교육 : 문학 교육과정의 교재화 과정 검토와 제언

        A Study and Suggestions on the Process of Developing Teaching Materials of the Literature Curriculum Choi, Mee-Sook This study purposed to examine various problems raised in the process of implementing the contents of the literature curriculum into textbooks from the aspects of "how to implement standards", "literary works as materials" and "learning activities" and to suggest solutions for the problems. First, there were many cases that standards themselves contained partially the acceptance or production of works and that only parts contained in standards were presented "as they were" as learning activities of textbooks. That is, standards were limited to partial understanding of literary works instead of the whole understanding or appreciation of the works. In the aspect of materials, discussion was made on the need of more diverse strategies on the curricular dimension for more balanced coverage of canonical works and recent works. A problem in the aspect of learning activities was that many different activities were listed without considering the learning process. With regard to this problem, we discussed the necessity to present learning activities in consideration of the processes of knowledge learning and principle learning. As solutions for these problems, we suggested "the settlement of a textbook screening system for the implementation of diverse creative textbooks", "the development of literature standards oriented to wholeness", "the presentation of the scope of works as the provision of general information", "the review of various reference materials used in school and efforts to solve problems," etc.

      • 배추김치의 부재료와 관능적 품질

        배추김치의 부재료로서 고추, 마늘, 생강, 파, 부추, 멸치젓, 설탕 등이 젖산균 starter로써 숙성시킨 김치의 신맛, 단맛, 짠맛, 쓴맛, 매운맛, 감칠맛, 덜익은맛, 사각사각한맛, 불쾌한맛, 종합적인맛, 새콤한내, 풋내, 비린내, 마늘내, 군덕내, 색상 등 관능적 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 그 결과 부재료 개별적으로는 균형된 조화미가 나타나지 않았으나 상호 혼합처리함으로서 맛의상호보완과 조화를 이루었다. 고추, 마늘, 생강 등의 단독처리로는 오히려 불쾌한 맛과 냄새를 가져다 주었으나 다른 부재료와 함께 존재할 경우 불쾌한맛과 군덕내, 풋내등 바람직하지 못한 맛과 냄새를 감소시켰다. 파와 부추는 강한 마늘내를 조화시켰으며 멸치젓은 감칠맛을 부여하였으며, 설탕은 종합적인 맛을 향상시켰다. 또 설탕을 제외한 대부분의 부재료는 산미를 감소시키는 효과를 나타내었다. Effects of various ingredients(hot pepper, garlic, ginger, leek, green onion, fermented anchovy juice and sugar) on the sensory quality of fermented Korean cabbage kimchi were investigated. Sixteen sensory attributes were selected and the intensity of the attributes were evaluated by 20 panels. The sensory quality of Korean cabbage kimchi fermented with only one ingredient had unharmonized taste and unplesant flavor. The inhibitory effect of undesirable flavor and the effect of mutal assistance of taste were shown in the kimchi fermented with mixed ingredients. Hot pepper, ginger and garlic contributed to reduction of undesirable flavor like unpleasant and moldy taste. Strong garlic flavor was slightly reduced and harmonized by adding green onion and leek. Fermented anchovy juice produced palatable taste in the kimchi containing all of the ingredients, and overall eating quality was improved by adding sugar. All of the ingredients expect sugar showed reducing effect of sour taste.

      • 정맥주사와 채혈시 간호사의 심리적간호가 환아의 행동불안반응과 동통인지에 미치는 영향

        This Quasi-experimental study attempted to identify the effect of psychological preparation on the behavior anxiety, pain perception of children related to IV injection and blood sampling. The subject for this study were obtained by taking a convenient sample of the 3 - 12 years children hospitalized in C University Hospital from August 4, 1994 to September 3, 1994. Subject were devided an control group , experimental group each of thirty subjects. Two instruments were used to collect the data. : Face Pain Rating Scales (FPRS) was used to measure the degree of children's pain perception about painful procedure. Procedure Behavior Check List (PBCL) was used to measure the degree of response of children's behavior anxiety. The findings were as follows. 1. The relationship between behavior anxiety, pain perception and the general characteristics of subjects is showed no statistical significant difference but in the experimental group age is showed statistical significant difference (p<.01). 2. The relationship between behavior anxiety, pain perception and the characteristics of painful events is showed no statistical significant difference. 3. In order to identify the effect of psychological preparation on the behavior anxiety of children, compared of total Mean score two groups, experimental group M : 16.767, control group M : 18.967. The difference between in the two group is showed no statistical significant difference 4. In order to identify the effect of psychological preparation on the pain perception of children, compared of total Mean score two groups, experimental group M : 2.900, control group M : 2.067. The difference between in the two group is showed no statistical significant difference. 5. The correlation between behavior anxiety and pain perception is showed statistical significant difference. Experimental group r : 0.7920 (p<.001), Control group r : 0.4288 (p<.05)

      • 환자, 간호사, 의사가 지각하는 교육요구도와 교육제공정도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for the planning of education of patients by exploring and comparing patients', nurses' and doctors' perception of the educational needs and degree of providing education. 66 hospitalized patients undergoing chemotherapy and 44 nurses, 42 doctors assigned for the direct care were sampled in 1 university hospital in Taejon from August 30, 1993 to September 30, 1993. For the comparing patients', nurses' and doctors' perecption of the educational needs and degree of providing education, the researcher used Kims' Educational need scale which is composed of 20 item Likert type 5 point scale. Data were analyzed by means of percentile score, SPSS, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation. The result were as follows 1. Comparision of total Mean score patients', nurses' and doctors' perception of the educational need ordering nurses(M=4.0465), patients (M=3.9803), doctors (M=3.8309). The difference between the three group's total Mean score is showed no statistical significant difference. 2. Comparision of total Mean score patients' educational need, patients' percetion of nurses' and doctors' degree of providing education, patients' educational need is scored 3.9803, patients' perception of nurse is scored 2.3431, patients' perception of doctor is scored 2.5022. The difference between the patients' educational need and medical teams' degree of providing education is showed statistical significant difference(P<.001). 3. Comparision of total mean score nurses' educational need is scored 4.0465, nurses' perception of nurses' degree of providing education is scored 2.9920, patients' perception of nurses' degree of providing education is scored 2.3431. The difference of between the nurses' educational need and nurses' perception of nurses' degree of providing education is showed statistical significant difference(P<.001) 4. Comparision of total mean score doctors' educational need is scored 3.8309, doctors' perception of doctors' degree of providing eduation is scored 3.1726, patients' perception of doctors' degree of providing education is scored 2.5022. The difference of between the doctors' educational need and doctors' perception of doctors' degree of providing education is showed statistical difference(P<.001).

      • 정지형 자전거 운동 훈련이 건강한 여성의 체구성,심폐기능 및 유연성에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to determine the changes in body composition, cardiopulmonary function, and flexibility following 8 weeks' bicycle ergometer exercise training. The subjects of this research consisted of healthy adult women between 30 and 40 years of age. Initial intensity of bicycle ergometer exercise was based on the target heart rate equivalent to 55% of maximal oxygen uptake, and intensity of the exercise increased by 5% every 2 weeks. Body composition, cardiopulmonary function at rest and during maximal exercise, as well as flexibility were determined before and after 8 weeks of bicycle ergometer exercise training. Masimal exercise was performed on the treadmill according to Bruce Protocol. The results obtained were as follows; 1. There were o changes in body weight, percent body fat, fat body weight, and lean body weight as well. The ventilation volume for 1 minute, respiratory quotient and expired CO₂ volume have not changed significantly after the training, either. 2. As a result of training, resting systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly(p<.05) 3. Maximal heart rate, maximal oxygen consumption and maximal running time increased significantly after the training(p<.05) 4. Pelvic flexibility increased slightly after the training, however, it did not reach the statistical significance. Trunk flexion forward increased significantly after the training(p<.05). From these results, it may be concluded that 8 weeks bicycle ergometr training improve the cardiopulmonary function and flexibility in healthy adult women between 30-40 years of age.

        재가노인들을 위한 무료급식소의 식단 평가

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diet quality of the menus delivered by 17 free meal service centers for the low-income home-bound elderly in Chung- cheong buk-Do. Statistical data analysis was compleleted using the SPSS package program for descriptive analysis, T-test, and ANOVA. The meals offered by free meal service centers were not met the 1/3 recommended dietary allowances in calcium and vitamin B_2. There were significant differences between dependent variables(nutrient content, nutrient density, nutrient deficiency, NAR, MAR, food group intake patterns) and independent variables (operation type, operation status, operation period, nutritionist, food cost).

        This paper showed the summarization of the preservative method of wild vegetables in the house and the precessing method of Japanese pickles. The preservative methods of wild vegetables were explained devided into long, short term, fresh state, heat treatment and drying. Salt, soybean fermented sauce, soybean fermented paste, lees of refined rice wine and residue in the preparation of bean curd were used as the materials of Japanese pickles.

First, researcher presents the importance of social worker's empowerment about social worker's individual professional dimension, rehabilitation center's organizational dimension, and social environment dimension. Second, researcher will try to investigate the empowerment concept and the characteristics which are demanded from rehabilitation centers.Third, researcher will try to investigate the factors and expectative effects which affect the empowerment of social workers working at the rehabilitation center. These are relate to present the practical methods for the empowerment of social workers working at the rehabilitation center.Fourth, researcher will present the major approach, process, and methods for empowerment of social workers working at the rehabilitation center.       • 장애아동 재활치료사업의 성과

        The purpose of this study analyzes the outcome and effectiveness on the rehabilitation therapy program for the handicapped children which was magnified since 2007. And based on the result, I proposed the developmental direction and a politic direction of the program. The research methods are Literature review, survey, and interview. The result are as follows: First, the input outcome is as follow; the program total cost is 33,465,000,000 won in 2011 year, and service provider ratio is similar between the local communities and service agency ratio is about to 41.0%. Second, process outcome is as follow; mainly reality is good and quality of the therapists are very good, etc. Third, output outcome is that the numbers of service usage, 17,975 in first stage, 31,686 in second stage and 35,329 in third stage. In conclusion, I suggest to improvement the procedure of the service, increase the service cost and stability of the service providers etc.

        The purpose of this paper provides the fundamental data of the support service development for the handicapped womens' motherhood rights protection. This paper is composed of parts as follows. First, Tries to observe the motherhood rights and parent role of the handicapped women. Second, Analyzes the pregnancy, child birth, and child care experience of the handicapped women. The research method was used literature review, FGI for the handicapped women and the related experts. The research results are as follows : the handicapped women are afraid of the disability of their child during the pregnant, child birth. And they experienced deficiency of informations and education and helping. And they experienced the difficulties about emergency, outdoor life, and their child development. It is necessary to develop the support plan about information provision, education and many related service supports. Key words : the handicapped women, support plan, the pregnancy, child birth, and child care experience
