        이지은,장혜경,오지영,유윤경,김현지,임숙인,연숙희,강진숙,최귀령 한국병원약사회 2003 병원약사회지 Vol.20 No.1

In an aging society, there is an increasing possibility of the duplication of the drugs given to patients because they take many kinds of drugs. Among the prescriptions given to the patients who was treated at multiple ambulatory clinics in St. Mary's hospital for one month of September, 2002, in which drugs that has identical or similar effects are prescribed, we analysed and evaluated them by patients' characteristics, kinds of medication, severity of side effects on a case by case basis. More, we assessed the potential additional costs. As a result of this study, the duplication rate turned out to be 6.69% and it was shown that the proportion of the elderly patients over 60 was high. The gastro-intestinal medications took up a large part and most of the cases showed that the danger caused by double taking of medicine was slight, but there were some examples in which the serious side effects were predicted. Expected additional costs were the average 11.349 won and it ranges from the minimum of 56 won to the maximum of 135,720 won. In conclusion, the management of drug histories of the patients who need the plural treatments is very important and the necessity of the individual and professional guidance of taking medicines for the elderly patients is emerged, too.

오닐의 자서전적 측면에서 고찰한 『상복이 어울리는 엘렉트라』 : Christine and Orin 크리스틴과 오린을 중심으로

김경숙 신한영미어문학회 1999 새한영어영문학 Vol.41 No.-

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate that Mourning Becomes Electra is one of Eugene O'Neill's autobiographical plays by showing that Christine and Orin of Mourning Becomes Electra are modeled on Ella O'Neill, O'Neill's mother, and O'Neill himself. It is true that Mourning Becomes Electra, regarded as O'Neill's Oresteia, has been excluded from O'Neill's autobiographical plays. Generally it has been considered only as a modern psychological drama in which O'Neill in interprets Aeschylus' Oresteia using a New England locale and placing the action during 1865-1866, just after the American Civil War. However, the physical and psychological resemblances between Christine and Ella and between Orin and O'Neill suggest that this play can be interpreted autobiographically. Christine and Ella have much in common in their physical appearances and in their relationships with their husbands and sons. They are both tall, striking-looking, graceful women. Both women have dark brown eyes with dark eyebrows, thick curly brown hair, and full, sensual lips. Further resemblances between Christine and Ella can be seen in their relationships with their husbands and sons. Both women fell in love with their husbands-to-be because of their dashing romantic presences. But the two women were disillusioned soon after marriage and coveted by their rebellious sons. Both women act to escape unhappy homes. Christine responds by taking a lover, and Ella responds by embracing her addiction. Both women commit suicide, though Ella fails. Christine's son, Orin resembles O'Neill physically and psychologically. Both of them are tall and thin, and have aquiline noses, dark complexions, black hair and sensitive mouths. Orin, like O'Neill, is moody and introverted. And, like the young O'Neill, Orin is the baby of the family, coddled by a doting mother. Both men are fascinated with the image of the sea. And they both write explicit stories about their families. Both of them have an Oedipus Complex in that they show a strong attraction to their mothers and an antipathy toward their fathers. Both men harbor subtle love-hate feelings toward their mothers, and these emotions develop into forgiveness and reconciliation with the passing of time. As in Long Day's Journey into Night, O'Neill makes an exit to free himself from his emotional obsession with his mother by experiencing the catharsis of forgiveness and reconciliation through projecting himself and his mother on the immense setting suggestive of Aeschylus' Oresteia.

      • 외식산업체에서의 식음료 비용 절감을 위한 통제 방안

        허경숙,이복희,이소영 중앙대학교 생활과학연구소 2000 생활과학논집 Vol.13 No.-

Recently, foodservice industry has been expanded rapidly and became the one of tile most profitable organizations in modern society due to the income level and people's perceptions on the quality of life have been changed. Control is the one of the basic management functions along with planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating. These basic functions interact to achieve the beverage costs. The food and beverage cost consists of 2/3 of the operating costs in the restaurants. In many cases, cost control is lacking in the food service industry since most food service operations are relatively small and management skill is relatively unsophiscated. Difficulties in cost control has risen that nature of food hurts control: easily spoiled, limited shelf life, leftovers, hampered food quality without proper storing and preparation, easy to thieve etc. The food cost has risen improper handling of employees by management. To control food and beverage cost, it is better to use the pre-operation and post-operation controls. It complements each other. Food cost control covers from the menu planning until the food is served and money is received from the patrons. A manager can control food costs by closely supervising food production, portion control sizes and serving procedures. Beverage control is believed to be easier than the food-cost control, but it has special problems: tempt to thieve since it is expensive and valuable, and easily transportable. Beverage control is potentially pofitable and thus should be controlled through careful practices in conjunction with various beverage accounting systems including the computerized and automatic-dispensing systems. These systems may lower costs because they reduce spillage and virtually eliminate overpouring. Sven though the practical applications to control the food and beverage cost can achieve the cost reduction. Still it is not the only panacea. It is important to remember that strict controls can be self-defeating because their rigidness can alienate the workers. Therefore, managers should concerned with individuals doing the work rather than supervision and quantified measurement. Also they should stress that if workers feel positively toward an organization they will do their best and need little control.

      • 1920년대 기독교비판과 반기독교운동

최경숙 釜山外國語大學校 2005 外大論叢 Vol.30 No.-

In 1920, many intellectuals in Korea demanded both changes of methodology in the independence movement and acceptance of socialist ideology. In addition, they suggested that church should confront with the national disruption strategy under the rule of Japanese imperialism and the right national problems. Churches, however, did not face with the social demand positively in those days and also conform to that demand for the changes by persisting its defend guard. In that situation of colonize and invasion of Japanese imperialism, the activities of Japanophilism and separation of church and state by missionaries who was leading the whole churches in Korea broke faith with Korean people. Now I recognize these missionaries' attitudes are one of causes which provoked Korean people to criticize about christianity more sharply. In the Lee Kwangsu's viewpoint, the famous writer, though he admitted the role of christianity which played a positive role in receiving western civilization, he pointed out the contradiction of christian church keenly at the same time. He gave following examples as contradictions of Korean christian church, for instances, class condition, the church-for-church principle, priest's indiscretion, superstitious inclination. He also accentuated the point that Korean christian church has to get its way by escaping from the western point of view. Furthermore the constructive criticism was begun with receiving socialists. Socialist's proclamation of anti-religion was promoted in the same line with propagation of class emancipation ideology and anti-capitalism front line. There are some reasons that socialists develop the anti-christianity movement. Firstly, socialists regard religion itself as an interrupting element in the socialistic construction of society. Secondly, there was an influence of anti-religious movement which was being developed in China and Soviet Union at that time. Thirdly, there was put the obstacle action by western missionaries' tendency of Japanophilism, non-political tendency of christianity, private salvation, and immersible inclination of religious mysticism upon the national movement. Accordingly there was an tremendous anti-christianity on a large scale. If we look for socialists' critical logic on the christianity, we can see the following results. The socialists, in those days, could see the collusion between imperialism and christianity directly, indirectly, or consequently which was not pointed out profoundly by christian intellectuals. Besides, they comprehend the medical and educational evangelism which was being considered the great contribution of Korean christianity since the christian missionary work in the same line with expansion of imperialism, Because of this stand point, they criticize christianity keenly. They also insisted that religion is a kind of drug which demolishes national consciousness as well as class consciousness, therefore, it must be destroyed. In addition, christianity liquidates the potential energy changing reality by segregating the public from the poor reality. From this reason, a decisive opportunity to promote their indifference about social realities was planned, socialists criticized. They also found fault with not only the various worst things which consists in unseen conflicts being in the inside of the church, but some conflicts springing from the power expanding processes of the church. They even found some problems in both missionaries' attitudes toward Korean people and Japanophilism tendency. As a result, they hypercriticize that church is the group in which authoritarianism or hypocrites are activating and christian socialism has some limitations in itself.

      • 학교 징계 행위의 적법 절차 연구

        한경수,이혜숙 단국대학교 1998 論文集 Vol.33 No.-

In modern law-governed countries like ours, the cream of the crop of law is to be found in the rectitude or fairness of its enforcement. The fairness in the course of law application directs itself to procedural fairness, which has been institutionalized in the form of provisions of lawful procedures. Granting that the procedural fairness of law application is guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, it is not be denied that law has been recognized as more of means of suppression and restriction than as an autonomous safeguard of human right. The basic principle of a democratic society hinges upon the respect for human dignity and the protection of human rights oriented towards the realization of social justice: all of which are expected to be secured through the procedural fairness of law. Thus this study has examined how lawful procedures can be secured at schools being backed up by the organizational framework of educational policy. The thesis has concentrated on the protective measures of students’rights in that students are bound to be on the defensive in terms of school discipline. The author has penned his way through the literature on the subject, the Inter-net data, and the analysis of judicial precedents most of which have been obtained from American judicial cases, for lack of relevant cases in the Republic of Korea. It behooves us to make the students recognize the importance of the protection of their own human rights and others’as well, when it comes to safeguarding judicial rights on the part of those students subject to school discipline and to institutionalizing opportunities for their self-justification. Provisions of lawful procedures has generally been more directed to adults than to students. Positive applications of lawful procedures in school disciplinary acts are expected to make further steps towards the democratization of school administration, the protection of human rights on the part of the students, and the nourishment of their democratic citizenship.

      • D.H. Lawrence의 The Rainbow 연구 - 작중 인물들의 자아확장의 과정을 중심으로 -

김경숙 京畿專門大學 2001 京畿專門大學 論文集 Vol.- No.29

Lawrence's main interest was always the relationship between man and woman, and he thought it was one of the greatest relationships. This study attempts to show the ideal extended being that Lawrence presents by analyzing the development process of the protagonists in the Rainbow. In the first generation, Tom and Lydia's marriage is the most successful relationship which Lawrence presents in this novel. Their success in the married life is at bottom firmly based on their mutual understanding of the independence and the otherness of each other's individuality. The second generation can't make a successful marriage because of the radical difference in their natures. When Will, as an incomplete soul, intends to extend his own self, Anna's feminine dominance makes him abandon the attempt. Eventually, Anna and Will achieve a partial fulfillment. Ursula, the heroine of the third generation, tried to harmonize the spirit with the matter, a spiritual love with a sensual love, and freedom with authority in education. Her future awakened in her consciousness constructs the basis of creative and ideal relationship between man and woman asserted by Lawrence though she failed to unite with Skrebensky. What Ursula sees in the rainbow is a hope for the future, a promise of fulfillment for herself and for the rest of mankind in a new world.

      • 개화기의 여성교육론

崔敬淑 釜山 外國語 大學校 1998 外大論叢 Vol.18 No.2

Coming in the enlightenment age the importance of women's role and education were under discussion. Before the thought of enlightenment was spread, the extention of women's rights ad the equality of the sexes was claimed and stressed by the 'Donghak' thought. And this thought influenced women's enlightenment tremendously. After the 1870's the importance of women's education as well as modern deucation was introduced by Early Thinkers. At this time these thinkers had more interest in the removal of bad customs such as the marital system and social reform in society which women lies in than women's education. In the late 1890's women's education was stressed and we can summrise the stressed contents as follows. First, men and women as human being ought to have sequal rights. Second, the equality of the sexes is realized by education. Namely by education women's status increase and is equal to men. Therefore equal opportunity must be given to women. Third, because women are responsible for the childern's education, and this education is an important subject to raise capable persons who work for the restoration of sovereignity. Therefore women's education must be urgently realizized. In conclusion, women's education in this enlightenment age was the education to raise women as the helpers to active men who tried to restore sovereignity, not for women who had the extended spirit and the true character. But with the stress of women's education and the progress, women's self-awakening deeloped.

      • 수종의 Magnet를 이용한 Overdenture의 유지력에 관한 비교연구

        허경숙,허성주,조인호 단국대학교 치의학연구소 1991 논문집 Vol.3 No.-

The magnets were widely used to increase the retention of overdentures. The purpose of this study was to compare the break load between overdentures and edentulous models. For this study, Model former(U-402) was used for model fabrication and four different magnets were used for evaluation of break load. The artificial saliva was used between overdenture and model. Breakaway loads were tested with an Instron 1122 at a speed of 2mm/min. The results were as follows. 1. The retentivee forces complete dentures with artificial saliva were than the retentive forces of complete detures without artificial saliva. 2. Magnetic overdenture with artificial saliva showed best retentive force, magnetic overdenture without artificial saliva showed the next retentive force, and the complete denture without artificial saliva showed the worst retention. 3. As the magnetic sizes increased, the retentive forces of magnetics were increased. 4. The retentive force of nipple shape magnet is greater than the retentive force of flate shape magnet in the same size.
