      • Magnetron sputtering법으로 제조된 Al-1%Cu/Tungsten Nitride 다층 박막

        표면 탄성파 디바이스의 전극재료로 사용되는 Al-1%Cu(4000Å)/tungsten nitride 박막을 magnetron sputtering법으로 제조하고 전기저항을 평가한 결과 비정질상의 tungsten nitride 박막을 제조할 수 있었고, 비정질 형성을 위해서 질소비 (R = N2/(Ar+N2))가 10∼40% 정도 필요하였다. Tungsten nitride 박막의 잔류응력은 비정질이 형성되면서 급격히 감소되었다. 이러한 비정질 박막위에 Al-1%Cu합금막이 형성되었다. 다층막은 453K에서 4시간 동안 열처리함으로써 3.6μΩ-cm의 저항를 나타냈는데, 이는 박막내 결정립 성장과 결정 결함의 감소에 기인하였다. As a power durable-electrode in SAW filter. Al-1%Cu/tungsten nitride multi-layer thin film was fabricated by magnetron sputtering process. Tungsten nitride films had the amorphours phase at the nitrogen ratio, R, ranging from 10~40%. The amorphization could be controlled by nitrogen ratio. R = N2/(N2+Ar) as a sputtering process parameter. Residual stress in tungsten nitride abruptly decreased with the formation of amorphous phase. Al-1%Cu thin film was deposited on the amorphous tungsten nitride. After the multi-layed thin film was annealed for 4 hours at 453K, the resistivity decreased as 3.6 μΩ-cm, which was due to grain growth and reduced crystal defects.

      • 수중 축소표적의 음향산란에 관한 연구 -실험과 분석

        The target detection, classification and motion analyses by active sonar system requires the detailed characteristics of scattered echoes in the near field. Because of the inherently complex scattering mechanism, experimental methods are widely used to understand the process of scattered echo formation. In this paper, the experimental approach and the date processing techniques are applied to the analyses of scattering mechanism. For this purpose, the scale target experiment in acoustic water tank is designed and the date obtained in the experiment are analyzed to characterize the echoes in time and frequency domain. Expecially, the analysis is focused on the identification of location and directivity of each HL points for parameterization of HL. In the geometric region, acoustic scattering is dominated by the specular reflection due to the shapes of target, and re-radiation is also important in certain aspect angle of the target.

        기존 Shade guide의 변화 처리에 따른 색 재현성에 관한 실험적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the color differences that can exist between the #67 Trubyte Bioform shade guide of the full thickness, the half thickness, the full thickness with silver color die spacer and the half thickness with silver color die spacer and the sample fabricated by the laboratory made with the identical shade designation in the dental laboratory using colorimeter (TC-6FX, Tokyo Denshoku Co., Ltd., Japan). The four kinds of the full thickness, the half thickness, the full thickness with silver die spacer, the half thickness with silver color die spacer of #67 Trubyte Bioform shade guide were made. The sample fabricated by the laboratory were made according to the firing schedules for Ceramco opaque and body porcelain out of #67 Ceramco porcelain powders with the backing of the nonprecious Vera Bond metal plate of the round form with the thickness of 0.5mm. The color of the four kinds of #67 Trubyte Bioform shade guide and the sample fabricated by the laboratory was expressed in terms of CIE L*a*b* color coordinates by means of a colorimeter. Color differences(△E*ab) for each paired comparison within each shade group were calculated from the color data. The results were as follows: 1. The means of L*, a*, b* of the sample fabricated by the laboratory and full thickness, the half thickness, the full thickness with silver color die spacer, and the half thickness with silver color die spacer of #67 Trubyte Bioform shade guide were measured(Table 2). 2. There were not statistically significant difference at a* and b* except L* at L*a*b* color coordinates between the full thickness of #67 Trubyte Bioform shade guide and the sample fabricated by the laboratory and there were statistically significant difference between the half thickness of #67 Trubyte Bioform shade guide and the sample fabricated by the laboratory. 3. There were not statistically significant difference except b* of the half thickness with silver color die spacer of #67 Trubyte Boform shade guide at L*a*b*color coordinates between the full thickness and half thickness with silver color die spacer of #67 Trubyte Bioform shade guide and the sample fabricated by the laboratory. 4. As the color difference (△E*ab) between the sample fabricated by the laboratory and the #67 Trubyte Bioform shade guide by the modification increased in the order of the half thickness with silver color die spacer (0.991), the full thickness with silver color die spacer (1.157), the full thickness (2.399) and the half thickness (7.732), the color of the sample fabricated by the laboratory were to copy more easily the full thickness and half thickness with silver color die spacer of #67 Trubyte Bioform shade guide (Table 4).

      • 일관성 광대역 정합장처리에 의한 수중 이동음원의 위치추적

        최근 수중음향에 대한 관심은 천해와 같은 복잡한 음파의 상호작용과 경계조건이 부정확한 해양환경으로 이동하고 있다. 천해 음향전파에 의해서 발생하는 어려움을 극복하기 위한 방법으로 음원의 광대역 스펙트럼에서 얻어지는 정보를 사용하여 견고성과 신뢰성을 증가시키는 광대역 정합장처리 기법이 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 협대역에서의 음장의 공간 일관성을 확장하여 다중 주파수를 사용한 주파수-공간 일관성 광대역 프로세서를 제안하였고, 이 프로세서를 실제 광대역 이동음원에 적용하여 음원위치추적을 수행하였다. 제안된 일관성 프로세서는 음원의 정위치 추정확률이 높았으며, 특히 정합장출력의 부엽준위에서 비일관성 프로세서와 비교해 일관성 프로세서가 상당히 낮은 준위를 나타내었다. The shallow-water environment presents additional challenges arising from the complex interaction patterns of the sound with the sea bed. In order to overcome the difficulties generated by shallow-water propagation, broad-band matched field processing has been employed in an effort to increase robustness by utilizing multiple frequency information. In this paper, a coherent broad-band matched field processor is introduced that incorporates the spatial coherence of the acoustic field not only over one frequency but across frequencies. The incoherent and coherent processors are applied to the experimental data where it is shown that both processors give a high probability of correct localization. Also it is found that a coherent processor has better performance in the sidelobe pattern of ambiguity surfaces.

        (Abstract)This paper, by means of examining the study of Western scholars on Lao Tzu's thought, aims at speaking for the greatness of it.When The Tao Te Ching was first introduced into the Western world, most of Western scholars understood this work as mysticism or Poetry for onE reason or another. However, they had a Proper understanding of this book at the mid-2Oth century. At this time, they began to catch to the limitation of their thought on the ground of the Western method. They for this reason, set about exposing their growing interest in the Lao Tzu's thought.We, above all, can see that the Lao Tzu's system of thought is an unique and extremly interesting incorporation of philosophy, science, Psychology, and so forth.I, firstly, examine how the Western Philosophers understand the Lao Tzu's thought in philosophical meaning. For Lao Tzu, Tao is the highest attainment of Promodial intuition. Tao is Preontological experience, which is gamed through the interfusion and identification of the subjectivity and the objectivity. Accord- ingly, Tao is the the creativity which is the source of all things because it is the vivid truth. With the understanding of such philosophical thought, the Wes- tern pholosophers show much concern for the Purpose of getting better suggestions in order to solve the Problems faced with them in these days.I secondly trace how the Western scientists understand the thought of Tao In fact, the Lao tzu's scientific knowledge has been lagely overlooked by the Western scientists. But we can see that Lao Tzu concentrates his attention on the observation of nature in order to discern the characteristics of the Tao. Thus he develops an attitude which is essentially scientific. The careful observa- tion of understanding the characteristics of the Tao, combined with a direct intuition, leads him to profound insights which are confirmed by modern scientific theories. Anyway, we can understand that The Lao Tzu's view of science is almost identical with modern scientific theories in the way of Western thought.Thirdly, 1 try to find the Psychological aspects of Lao Tzu's thought. Jung always makes mention of Tao whenever he explains the concept of psychic opposites. symbol of psychic totality, psychic energe, and so forth.Let me take an example in Jung's explanation of Tao. Jung understands Tao as the union of opposites. The Tao consists of the complete harmony between yin(female) and yang(male). Such idea of the union of the two opposites Principles of male and female is an alchetypal image which is represented as the greatest treasure. Here we can also see the Psychological aspects of the Lao Tzu's system of thought.In conclusion, we do see that Lao TBu's thought contains the greatness through the reftaction of the way of Western thought even though the Western scholars interpret Lao Tzu's thought on the around of their own way.

        시청률 예측에 관한 연구 : 회귀모형과 데이터마이닝모형의 예측력 비교를 중심으로

        현재 국내 광고업계에서는 광고매체계획을 위한 시청취구독률 자료가 본격적으로 생산되고, 국내 대형광고주 및 국내 진출한 외국광고주의 매체 효율성에 대한 인식과 관심이 점차 증대되면서 광고매체 의사결정의 중요성이 현재 날로 증가하고 있다. 특히, 한국방송광고공사는 2000년 방송사의 프로그램 춘계개편 이후 GS판매방식을 새롭게 도입하면서 방송광고요금 및 판매방식에서 시청률의 반영이 늘어나면서 시청률의 분석 및 예측의 중요성이 점증하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경 하에서 새로운 예측기법으로 최근 각광을 받고 있는 데이터마이닝(data mining)을 이용해 시청률을 예측해 봄으로써 그 예측력을 평가하고, 전통적인 통계 예측모형인 회귀모형을 이용한 기존의 연구와 데이터마이닝을 이용한 본 연구의 결과비교를 통해 어느 기법의 예측력이 더 우수한가를 밝히고자 한다. 연구결과에 의하면 시청률의 예측에 있어서 기존의 전통적인 통계 예측모형인 회귀모형과 대비해 데이터마이닝모형의 예측오차가 약 30~40% 정도 줄어들었기 때문에, 데이터마이닝에 의한 시청률의 예측이 더 우수하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 마이닝모형 중에서도 의사결정나무의 일종인 C&R Tree 보다는 신경망모형(neural network model)의 시청률 예측력이 더 우수하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The importance of media decision is getting widely accepted to domestic advertising industry as rating and readership data for effective media planning are systematically produced and major domestic and global clients recognize the strategic importance of effectiveness of media planning. Especially the introduction of Global Standard Sales System by KOBACO in 2000 has made rating analysis and rating prediction much more important factor as price of program and selling guideline are largely dependent on rating itself. Under these circumstances, this study designed to 1)figure out the prediction capability of data mining model in predicting the rating of each program 2)compare the new data mining model and regression model in order to understand which is better. According to research results, it is known that rating prediction system using data mining model has shown its improved accuracy in prediction capability by reducing prediction error by 30~40% than regression model which using statistic prediction model. And neural network model is proven better than C&R Tree, a kind of decision tree model in data mining models.

      • Drosophila quinaria Species Group의 遺傳的 近緣關係

        The genetic relatedness among the Korean Drosophila quinaria species group, including D. nigromaculata, D. unispina, D. brachynephrose, and D. angularis, has been examined by using horizontal starch gel electrophoresis. The results showed that none of the ten isozyme patterns examined for these four species was identical. The average genetic similarity among the four species was found to be 0.440. The similarity among three species. D. unispina, D. brachynephrose, and D. angularis was 0.466. The relatedness was found to be closest between D. nigromaculata and D. unispina, showing 0.640. D. nigromaculata and D. angularis showed relatedness of 0.258. The results suggested that these four species appear to be genetically related at the level of sibling species. The percent polymorphism in D. brachynephrose was found to be 76.9%, showing significant genetic variations.

        <Abstract> This essay has an object of analysing by what Aristotle's thought on a philosophy of happiness is meant and of examining what the problems of his theory are. Aristotle, first of all, asserts that every art, every science, and so forth seem to aim at some good. The good, therefore, has rightly been defined as that at which all things aim. However, there are different good, corresponding to different actions. Thus a doctor's action aims at attending to a patient, a cook's action at serving an excellent dish and an economy's action at building up a wealth. These ends have fllrther ends or good in view. If there is an end or good, which we desire for its own sake, what is it? that is happiness as the ultimate good. Accordingly, we desire happiness for its own sake and never as a means to something else, and we conceive happiness to be the most desirable of all things. Aristotle, above 3ll, insists that happiness is an activity of soul in accordance with virtue. So then, it is necessary for us to see what activity of soul is the ways of happiness to man. There are three ways of achieving happiness in which are the activity of soul in accordance with virtue. The quality of happiness proceeds in an ascending scale from inferior modes The inferior mode of happiness is achieved through actualization of lower nature, as in the activity of own vegetative or Physical activities. The median mode is carried through fulfillment of own animalistic characteristics, and the sublimest mode is carried through the blossoming of our highest nature, ie., our reason. The superlative happiness, which is achieved through our reason, comes from the contemplative life. Such a happy life is not one of search for truth, but one of contemplation of truth already attained. We can see that there are some defects in Aristotle's view of happiness. However, although some defects limit the value of Aristotle's philosophical assertion, his system of happiness is one of the most impressive theory o(fessed, and indicates a new way for achieving happiness in modern society.
