        The aim of this study is to apply command, practice and reciprocal teaching patterns. among Mosston's applicable teaching patterns to the teaching hurdling. The effects of teaching and learning in the psychomotor, cognitive and affective domains have been compared and analyzed in this study. The results are as follows. 1. when comparing the increasing rate in the competence of 70M running to see the changes in the learning achievement on the psychomotor domain, the increasing rate showed in command learning the most, and the least in reciprocal learning. In the T-test on the difference of the average of before/after the test, significant difference by 5% could be found. When comparing the increasing rate in the competence of 70M hurdling, there has been significant difference by 5% in the three groups : the increasing rate showed in command learning the most, and the least in practice learning. 2. when comparing the increasing rate on the students' knowledge and comprehension to find the changes on learning achievement in the affective domain, there has been significant difference by 5% in the three groups. Learning achievement on the teaching patterns was more effective in reciprocal learning than in command and practice learning. 3. when comparing the learning effects on the attitude to see the effects of learning achievement on the affective domain, there was no significant difference in command learning group : but there was significant difference by 5% in practice and reciprocal learning groups. When comparing the changes in learning achievement on interest, significant difference could be seen among the three groups, and the effects of command learning was the most, and the least in the practice learning.

      • 지연유발근육통에 대한 치료적 스포츠마사지와 초음파치료의 효과 비교

        Delayed onset muscle soreness(DOMS), the sensation of pain and stiffness in the muscles that occurs from 1 to 5 days following unaccustomed exercise, can adversely affect muscular performance, both from voluntary reduction of effort and from inherent loss of capacity of the muscles to produce force. This reduction in performance is temporary; permanent impairment does not occur. The etiology and cellular mechanisms of DOMS are not known, but a number of hypotheses exist to explain the phenomenon. DOMS is a commom problem that can interfere with rehabilitation as well as activities of daily living. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of both Therapeutic Sports Massage(TSM) and Ultra Sound Therapy(UST) on DOMS. Twenty-one untrained and male volunteer subjects were randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups: 1) a group that received TSM, 2) UST or 3) a control group that received no treatment. Subjects performed repeated eccentric exercise of the non-dominant forearm flexor muscle with submaximal intensity by the simply designed eccentric exercise devices. Treatments were applied after 24 hours and 48 hours. Subjects attended two consecutive days of treatment and measurement of elbow flexion, extension, resting angle (universal goniometer), and pain(visual analogue scale: VAS) on a daily basis. Measurements were taken after treatment. Results of analysis were as follows; 1) There were no significant differences between TSM and UST by one-way repeated ANOVA, 2) The t-test for pain, flexion, extension and resting angle revealed significant differences within TSM group, 3) The t-test for pain, flexion, extension and resting angle revealed significant differences within UST group. Summed up, it can be generally concluded that TSM and UST are an effective treatments to rid the patients with DOMS of pains safely and promptly. Suggestions for further research and implications for the clinical of TSM and UST for DOMS-Treatment are discussed.

      • Penta-2,3-dibromopropoxychlorocyclotriphosphazene의 합성과 셀루로오스와의 반응

        방염성 원소로 알려진 인, 질소, 브롬원소를 포함하며 셀루로오스에 영구적인 화학결합을 할 수 있음으로서 면섬유에 방염효과를 부가할 수 있으리라고 기대되는 모델화합물인 penta-2,3-dibromoproxychlorocyclotriphosphazene을 합성 시도하였다. 이제까지 보고된 일련의 실험방법을 토대로 hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene과 대응되는 알콜을 벤젠을 용매로 하여 피리딘 촉매하에서 60시간 반응시켜 합성한 화합물을 정제하여 적외선 분광법, Mass, LC, 원소분석과 할로겐 함량 측정등으로 확인 하였다. 또한 이를 셀루로오스에 처리하여 셀루로오스의 -OH기와 화합물의 P-Cl 결합간에 SN2 반응이 일어난 것을 적외선 분광법과 할로겐 함량 측정으로 확인한 후 TGA와 DSC 분석을 통해 열적 거동을 조사하였다. Penta-2,3-dibromopropoxychlorocyclotriphosphazene, N3P3Cl(OCH2CHBrCH2Br)5 contains phosphorus, nitrogen and bromine whichare reported to bef lame retardant elements and this compound is expected to react with cellulose. This compound was synthesized by the following methods and identified. Hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and 2,3-dibromopropanol was refluxed in benzene solvent catalysed by pyridine for 60 hrs and purified by vacuum distillation and by Liquid chromoatography. This compound was identified by IR, Mass and Elemental Analysis of C, H, N and halogens. This compound reacts with cellulose through a condensation reaction to make a coralent bonding by interaction of P-Cl bond and OH group of cellulose. This was identified by study of IR and Modified combustion Method and by comparing its thermal behavior by TGA and DSC Analysis with that of untreated cellulose.

        This study is an attempt to investigate the effects and contents of training of EMR's intellectual performance. Though the mentally retarded are inferior to the normal not only in intelligence but in social ability, their ability increases with age. There had been a lot of research to promote their intellectual performance by education and training. In this study, we designed a training program related to the fields of verbal comprehension, figure, memory, coordination, and coding and maze performance. After giving the EMR's intensive training for a period of ten days, their improvement was measured using the Korean Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (K-WIS). The results of the investigation showed significant differences between the pretest and posttest in total IQ, also in verbal and performance IQ, except in the arithmetic area. The notable characteristic of intellectual ability of the mentally retarded revealed the weakness of a factor identified as short-term memory or "stimulus trace", Today, the teacher's belief in the possibility of education for the mentally retarded and the development of teaching methods and materials for them is demanded more and more.

        Historically, the right to work, independent association, collective bargaining and collective action were not admitted in the stage. But left to themselves after that, nowadays, admitted generally. Object for admitting those rights lies in making them live humanly by enhancing working conditions. This paper discourses on the structure and the limitation of the labor standard right. The labor standard right, as a rule, ought to be guaranteed in proper range, the restriction must not transcend necessary extent. Because industrial peace and state development can be made by cooperation of capital and labor.

        In this paper, the complexity of subassembly or assembly product was evaluated quantitatively considering the product structure and assembly process. To evaluate the complexity of the product, electric home appliances or subassembly of automobiles was analyzed and then characteristics of part and subassembly was determined according to product structure, assembly process and definition of complexity. Evaluation criteria of complexity were determined considering each characteristics of part and subassembly. Experiential evaluation was accomplished by classified evaluation criteria and time-motion evaluation was accomplished by the relational motion factor with characteristics of part and subassembly in MTM and Work Factor. The total complexity of product was determined by experiential evaluation and time-motion evaluation.

        In the tunnels constructed by NATM such problems due to the crack in lining concrete as reduced durability and safety determined outlook.etc..are being raised. Compared with conventional engineering methods.the NATM causes considerably more frequencies of cracks in both longitudinal and cross directions. turning the structure into a shape of net. Under such circumstances, the study was aimed at determining the causes of the spot casestudy thereby suggesting their reform measures. This study can be constructed by NATM reacts sensatively to its surrounding ground, construction and environmental conditions. It is conceived that such sentative reactions may be attributable directly to its relative thin thickness compared with the overall structure. In particular, the edges of the arch part seem to be most susceptible to cracking, showing many wider longitudinal cracks.
