        The purpose of this study is to make clear geomorphic development of incised meander cut-off. The summaries and main conclusions are as followes ; 1. The total number of incised meander cut-off is 113. Incised meander cut-off are intensively distributed on the western slops of the T'aebaek and Sobaek mountain ranges, but sparsely distributed on the opposite slopes. The occurrence rate of incised meander cut-off by the rivers is high by the order of the Hangang, Nakdonggang, Kumgang. Especially, a distribution rate in the Hangang amounts to 43% in the whole. 2. Meander cut-off pattern is classified into two modes ; meander neck cut-off and stream capture. The former mode is made by the fact that geology, geomorphology and main stream restricted the lower shifting of meander belt, and the latter by the way that tributary channel has captured the main channel or vice versa. 3. The abanded channel by meander out-off is distributed much in the relative height of 11∼2Om, 31∼40m, 71∼8Om from the present river bed. These relative heights corrate to those of river terrace H_2, M, and L_l surfaces. Therefore, it is shown that meander cut-off forms well when the river terrace is formed. 4. That incised meander cut-offs in the Yongyang, Yongwol, Whanggan were formed in 41,530∼44,580yr,B.P. is clarified by radiocarbonic age dating. Therefore, it is estimated that incised meander cut-off occurred frequently to the Glacial epoch. 5. In incised meander cut-off, the geomorphic developments of abanded channel are as follows : 1) The initial stage : A water fall is formed in cut-off meander neck and the channel is not terraced yet. So it is flooded in flood season. The abanded channel can not be used as cultivated field. 2) The middle stage : Knick-point located on meander neck at the initial stage moves to the upstream and the abanded channel is heightened from present river bed and turns into river terrace. But the relative height of the abanded channel is not so high and the channel is flooded by extremly high water level of present stream and is deposited by suspended load. The longitudinal profile of the abanded channel becomes an asymmetry. The land of the abanded channel is chiefly used as rice field. 3) The last stage : Downward erosion of present stream continues and the relative height of abanded channel is heightened more and finally the channel is not flooded at extremly high water level of present stream. The profile of abanded channel becomes increasingly symmetry and the depositional mode changes from suspentional deposit to colluvium and fan deposit. At this time, the abanded channel is chiefly used as dry field.

        The objectives of this paper was to study was to study the effects of highly concentrated methanol fuel mixture(HCMFM) and the anti-corrosion additives on the vehicle component materials. The anti-corrosion experiments were carried out at 25℃ submerging several different materials used for vehicle component into the HCMFM and the anti-corrosion additive containing fuel mixture for 100 and 70 days, respectively. The experimental results showed that among several different materials tested, anti-corrosion effect against HCMFM was highly significant for all the materials except cloth-rubber composite tube. However, it was found that if methanol was not 100% pure, all tested materials except polymeric material were significantly corroded. It may be ascribed to organic acid present as an impurity. In case of using anti-corrosion additives, several different additives except triamine showed significant anti-corrosion effects. In addition, sebasic acid seems to be detrimental to copper because it changed the color of copper to blue. In general, teflon was the most corrosion-resistant material and a commercial anti-corrosion agent, DGOI-100 was comparatively superior as an anti-corrosion additive.

        The purposes were 1. For understanding clinical practice of dermatologist for skin reaction from clothing. 2. For proposal the direction of more comport able fabric life. The results were 1. Many dermatologist were interested in skin reaction from clothing. 2. There was no correlation between the incidence and age. Sex ratio revealed high incidence in female. Prevalent season was summer and the prevalent sites were neck, waiste, axilla and thigh in order. 3. There was no case report about the patch test for contact dermatitis from clothing in Korean dermatologic literature. 4. Clothing materials, produced skin reaction were nylon, rubber and wool in order. 5. Many people complained of discomport from clothing. They usually had treatment in severe case at hospital, but with home care in light case. Children uually had the care at hospital than adults. 6. The younger parents sellected more simple design. The people in hihghly educated classes gave consideration at design in child and at clothing material in adults. People in high economic classes had much consideration in design, clothing material and weaving state. Three items for more comport able fabric life are 1. It is very important for people to appreciate correctly the effect of clothing to skin by education. 2. It is also important for the people to have earnest concerning to design, weaving state and clothing material. The patients, experienced the skin reaction from nylon, rubber etc. can reduce the reaction by using the cotton fabrics. 3. Joint study and conference for skin reaction from clothing, analysis of etiological factor, diagnosis and treatment between dermatologist and specialist in textiles are more desirable.

        Chitosan is known to be an excellent biocompatible natural polymer. Usually, chitosan is used with cross-link agent in fabric finishing and it is problem that is damaged Handle of fabrics by cross-link agent. Therefore, in this study, without using cross-link agent, cotton knitted fabric grafted acrylic acid(the following : AAG)and grafted acrylic acid added with chitosan(the following : CAG). The purpose of this study is to investigate Handle of cotton knitted fabric grafted acrylic acid added with chitosan. The results are follows; The LT(Linearity of load-extension)of tensile properties decreased than control by AAG and CAG, and RT(tensile resilience)increased than control by AAG and CAG. The shear properties increased than control by AAG and CAG. The RC(compressional resilience) of compression properties increased than control by AAG and CAG. The MIU(coefficient of friction) of surface properties decreased than control by AAG and CAG. The bending properties, thickness and weight increased than control by AAG and CAG. KOSHI and SHARI increased than control by AAG and CAG. T. H. V. was not fallen than control by AAG and CAG.

        Scientific developments including that of information technology have made a lot of influnce on the military affairs. The word, RMA stands for revolution in military affairs became cliche among military specialist at the beginning of this century. Since the start of war on terrorism, the U.S. came to need more rapid. drastic, radical changes on military affairs, and starts to delve into the picture of future war. After that the U.S. came to use the new word. transformation and applied that to all aspectect of government affairs. that is diplomacy, alliance. military. Trasformation has become a popular word in the policy area and is frequently used as a target or method of the policy implementation including military area. In this article, Japan's new defense policy, that is. National Defense Policy Outlook, publicized in December 2004 was analyzed from the perspective of military transformation. NDPO was dealt a lot to introduce the whole picture of new defense policy of Japan or to pinpoint the change of Japan's defense policy but few attention was paid to point related to the military transformation. Actually Japan have decided to introduce the Ballistic Missile Defense System and to drastically cut down the conventional weapon system to make up the expense of BMD system. At the same they improved the readiness, flexibility, mobility of self-defense forces to adapt to 21st century security situation. By doing this research a lot of lessons which could be used for orientering the defense reform of Republic of Korea may be implied. For example where to put our priority when we make a military force improvement plan and how to cope with new kind of threat or unceartain security situation will be enumerated.

      • 被服으로 인한 障害에 관한 硏究

        The author intends to help further evaluation of the effects and comfortable fabric life through the study of skin hazards from clothing and static electricity. The results of reference study are; 1. There is a trend to pursue more comfortable fabric life according to the improvement of one's economic level. 2. Incidences of skin hazards from clothing and static electricity are increased through increased incidence of dying and finishing of clothes. 3. Skin hazards are developed through mechanical irritation and allergic reaction. 4. Skin hazards from static electricity are relatively rare, but other reactions, for example local discomfort, elevated blood sugar level, dermatitis and increased PH. are noted. 5. Skin hazards from clothing materials are usually due to free formaldehyde. Following items are proposed for more comfortable fabric life; 1) We must decrease the incidence of dermatitis from clothing through development of non-allergic dye and finishing materials. 2) Common study and a relationship between dermatologists and special ists of fabrics are needed for further basic and extensive study. 3) We must protect the skin from free formaldehyde through carefull washing, control of sweat, development of a preservation method, using of protective sprays, etc. 4) We can prevent static electricity by controling relative humidity, using detergents, coating with hydrophilic resin film on clothing fiber or polymerization with hydrophilic polymer graft to fiber, etc.

        The purposes of this study are 1. For understanding high school girls' attitudes towards clothing label and for more useful application of exact knowledge and the significance of clothing label for better fabric life. 2. For recognition of importance and significance about the clothing label and actual state of current fabric life to clothing makers. Results of this study are: 1. Attitudes of high school girls' towards clothing label a. Frequency of confirmation for clothing label was relatively low (53.6%) b. 33% of them have low confidence in clothing label. c. More than half of them (59.6%) recognized the significance of clothing label. d. Less than half of them (47.1%) care the clothing according to the inscriptioon the label. 2. Actual state of clothing purchases by high school girls a. 71.9% of them in the high economic class are used to buying clothes in the department stores. On the other hand, those of lower classes, in the market (65.2%) b. 60.2% of them are interested in design without regard to their economiclebel. c. Usual consultants for clothing purchases are friends and mothers in that orde. d. 76.8% of them are used to bying clothes by themselves. Three items for more computable fabric life are: 1. It is important to appreciate the significance of exact clothing labels through education in order to more use fully apply knowledge about the label in clothing purchases. 2. Clothing makers must attach the exact clothing labels and produce high quality clothing. 3. Strict national control and a manager system for fabrics are needed for consumers' Interest.

        차량용 산소발생기의 성능 측정

        Auto exhausts and air pollution can become trapped in the cabin of vehicle, reducing the amount of oxygen available for breathing. Driver may feel sleepy, headaches, nausea, confusion, dizziness and lower levels of oxygen can damage the driver's general health. Consequently, oxygen generator purified oxygen into the car to help driver get the oxygen driver's body needs. In this study, in order to evaluate the oxygen generator performance, the samples that the various conditions(humidity(50%, 100%), flow and oxygen concentration) were examined. There were three types of oxygen generator; sample 1(2.5ℓ/min, 36%0₂), sample 2(4.5ℓ/min, 41%0₂) and sample 3(5ℓ/min, 39%0₂). As the humidity increased from 50% to 100%, the oxygen concentration of the sample 1(36%), 2(41%) and 3(39%) was reduced 31%0₂, 38%0₂ and 38%0₂, respectively. Also, the each sample measured that effect of human in car on oxygen concentration, if the oxygen concentration is one person in car, each sample of oxygen concentration was 20.8%0₂, 23.7%0₂ and 21.2%0₂. From the above results, it was shown that oxygen generator for car, if the oxygen concentration is increased, effect of humidity is reduced, and that in the sample of supplying a high-rate of oxygen, the oxygen concentration is increased. It was suggested that effect of humidity on oxygen generator for car can be reduced according to the supply of oxygen.

        Usually, chitosan is used with cross-link agent in fabric finishing and it is problem that is damaged handle of fabrics by cross-link agent. Therefore, in this study, without using cross-link agent, cotton fabric grafted acrylic acid added with chitosan. The propose of this study is to investigate handle of cotton fabric grafted acrylic acid added with chirosan. The results are follows; LT(Linearity of load-extension) of tensile properties decreased than untreated cotton by grafted acrylic acid and grafted acrylic acid added with chitosan, and RT(Tensile resilience) increased than untreated cotton. The shear properties increased than untreated cotton by grafted acrylic acid and decreased according as concentration of chitosan increased. The bending, compression, surface properties, thickness and weight increased than untreated cotton by grafted acrylic acid and grafted acrylic acid added with chitosan. KOSHI and HARI increased than untreated cotton by grafted acrylic acid and grafted acrylic acid added with chitosan.
