        분지각이 작고 일시 개화성이 우수한 숙근 안개초 ‘드림송’ 육성

        ‘Bristol Fairy’ 유래의 결실되는 아조변이체인 ‘Gyp99’의 실생계통으로 밝은 백색 겹꽃에 소화가 큰 ‘Gyp06-11’로부터 2008년 특성이 우수한 ‘Gyp08-2’ 계통을 선발하여 2009-2010년 2년 동안 특성평가 및 특성검정을 통해 ‘Dream Song’을 육성하였다. ‘Dream Song’의 초형은 직립형이고, 잎 모양은 피침형, 소화는 꽃잎수가 많고 암술이 2개인 백색겹꽃으로 꽃잎은 도란형, 꽃잎 끝 모양은 약간 둥근형, 꽃받침 모양은 컵형인 ‘Dream Song’ 고유의 특성을 가진다. 또한 소화의 일시개화성이 우수하고 절화수명이 매우 길며, 분지각이 작고 흰가루병에 강하고 총체벌레와 잎굴파리 등 충해에도 강해 재배적 가치가 높은 특성을 가진다. 준고냉지 여름절화 작형에서 ‘Dream Song’ 개화는 ‘Bristol Fairy’보다 17일 늦고 절간장과 화경장이 길었으며, 측지 분화가 많고 줄기가 굵었다. 또한 소화가 크고 야간 기온 22℃, 7일 이상의 고온조건에서도 기형화 발생이 없었다. ‘Dream Song’ is a cultivar of Gypsophila paniculata developed by the Jeollabuk-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services in 2010 for cut-flower production. This hybrid was bred from 121 seedlings collected from an open-pollinated population of ‘Gyp06-11’. It has novel morphological characteristics of upright plant type, lanceolate leaves, double florets with a few bright white-colored petals of obovate shape, truncate petal tips, and cup-shaped calyces. Furthermore ‘Dream Song’ has desirable cultivation characteristics including narrow branching angle, and moderate resistance to powdery mildew, thrips and leaf miners. Moreover it produces more primary branches, and longer internodes and flower stalks than reference cultivar ‘Bristol Fairy’ during summer cultivation in a subalpine area (500 m over the sea level). Flowering in ‘Dream Song’ is delayed by about 17 days as compared to ‘Bristol Fairy’. ‘Dream Song’ produces normal flowers with 2 pistils and an average of 10.4 stamens, with fewer malformed flowers than ‘Bristol Fairy’.

      • 백서의 복강내에 투여한 Mitomycin-C-Polyglycolic acid 제형이 장기에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        To evaluate the in-vivo effects of mitomycin-C-polyglycolic acid composite(MMC-PGA) the disk: shaped composite were implanted into the peritoneal cavity of the Sprague-Dawley rats. The pathologic changes were examined at various time points up to 12 weeks. Initially the soft tissue around the inserted disks showed capillary congestion at 3 days. Inflammatory infiltrates with foreign body giant cells appeared from the 2nd week and reached peak response at 6-8 weeks. These reaction diminished prominently at 12 weeks. No specific pathologic change was found in the liver, the kidneys, and the heart. The above results suggest that the MMC-PGA composite can serve as a new device for intraperitoneal chemotherapy of various types of cancers.

        단일 매체에서의 평면 초음파 탐촉자의 방사 음장 모델링 기법

        초음파 탐촉자로부터 방사된 음장을 모델링하는 것은 초음파 측정 모델을 구성하는 첫 번째 단계이며, 그 정확도를 결정짓는 핵심 요소이기 때문에 지금까지 다양한 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지 제안된 다양한 기법 중에서 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 Rayleigh-Sommerfeld 적분 모델, 경계회절파모델(boundary diffraction wave model), 가장자리요소모델(edge element model)에 대해 간략하게 논의하고, 이 세가지 모델을 적용하여 평면 원형 및 사각형 초음파 탐촉자의 방사 음장을 계산하고, 각 기법의 정확성과 계산 효율을 비교하였다. Modeling of radiation beam from ultrasonic transducers has been investigated extensively, since it is one of the most important, fundamental issues that have great influence on the accuracy of an ultrasonic measurement model. Here, three popular radiation models, namely the Rayleigh-Sommerfeld integral model, the boundary diffraction wave model and the edge element model, are discussed briefly, and the radiation beam fields from ultrasonic transducers with planar, circular and rectangular cross-sections are calculated using these three models. Then, the accuracy and the time-efficiency of these methods are compared based on the calculation results.

      • 황색종 원료잎담배 숙성과정중 지습에 따른 품질변화

        This study was carried out to investigate the influence of the dampness of concrete floor in storeroom on the quality of packed flue-cured leaf tobacco with corrugated causes for aging. The results were summarized as follows. The moisture and relative humidity conditions at the 15cm height from the concrete floor were 2.2℃ lower and 16% RH higher than those at the 300 cm height in the storeroom. Due to loading position, no significant changes in moisture content of leaf tobacco in the third layer was found. However, in the first layer, 2.4% of increase in moisture content was found. In the case of the layer, the circumference of corrugated casses was increased more largely than in the middle. During aging, the nicotine and total sugar content and pH value in leaf tobacco were decreased. Due to loading position, the pH, nicotine and total sugar content of leaf tobacco in the first layer were decreased significantly than those in the third layer. After aging, the degree of the lightness(L) and the yellowness(b) of leaf tobacco in the first layer were dropped by 3.2 and 2.5, respectively. However, the degree of the redness(a) was Increased by 0.63. Mold was occured in the leaf tobacco at the low part of the first layer.

      • 전단벽의 응력해석에 관한 실험적 연구

        Shear wall plays an important role in securing lateral stability for a structure that is influenced by lateral forces. It is considered that the theoretical equations which have been used in the stress analysis of shear wall involve so many assumptions and much complexity an exact solution is very hard to be obtained. Stresses of shear walls are obtained by making a series of photo-elastic experiment on 9 kinds of shear wall models and also fininte element method using computer is applied to the same models. Two theoretical analysis methods which are different each other, one by Magnus and the other by A. Coull, are computed and compared with the photo-elastic experimental stresses. Besides, experimental equations are aquired for both lintel beams and wall elements for the purpose of being applicable to the analysis more easily and accurately. As a result, it is found that the experimental values are almost the same as the two theoretical ones on lintel beams, but it is more justifiable to use A. Coull's method comprising shearing deformation than Magnus' one neglecting that. While experimental values are almost the same as ones by A. Coull's method, which proposed the possibility to be applied, there exists such a large discrepancy between experimental values and ones by Magnus' method that it has a problem to be applied to the analysis of stresses on wall elements.

      • 21세기 새로운 시대를 준비하는 원광대학교 의과대학의 교육목표 개정과정

        교육목적은 대학의 교육이 지향하는 대전제이다. 그러므로 대학교육 목적과 목표가 어떤가에 따라 교육과정과 교육방법이 달라진다. 원광대학교 의과대학의 교육목표는, '지덕겸수'로 요약되는 '과학과 도학을 겸비한 전인교육'의 건학정신과 '학술탐구'와 '덕성함양'의 원광대학교 교육목표와 일치하게 현재까지 유지되었다. 그러나 현행 교육목표의 여러 문제점이 발견되었고, 시대상의 변화에 따라 원광대학교 의과대학에서도 사회적 변화 빛 의료인에 대한 시대적 요구에 걸맞은 의학교육의 목적 및 목표의 재설정 과정을 시작하게 되었다. 그 결과 개정 작업을 통해 새로운 교육목표를 설정하게 되었으며 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 1. 기본진료능력을 지닌 의사를 양성한다. 2. 원불교 교리 이념을 반영한 윤리적, 도덕적인 의사를 양성한다. 3. 평생 학습하는 연구하는 의사 혹은 의과학자를 양성한다. 4. 사회적 책무를 수행하는 리더십을 갖춘 의사를 양성한다. 5. 지역 사회에 공헌하는 봉사정신을 갖춘 의사를 양성한다. Purpose : With the changes to the medical environments and to the medical educational systems, we aimed to evaluate the current mission statement of the School of Medicine, Wonkwang University, and to revise it. Methods : To establish the new goal and mission statement, a Special Committee for the Revision of Medical School Mission and advisory group were organized in 2008. This special committee conducted through five steps of action, which are composed of investigation, education, development, surveillance of various opinions, and announcement. Results : For the development of new goal and mission, the revised, final goal and mission statements decided through the five steps of action. The new mission of Wonkwang University School of Medicine was as follows; 1. Doctor who can diagnose and treat easily 2. Ethical and moral doctor who practice Won Buddhism 3. Doctor or Medical Scholar who studies lifelong study 4. Doctor who has leadership to social responsibility 5. Doctor who goes into service to a local community. Conclusion : The authors expect that the new goal and mission of Wonkwang University School of Medicine would be helpful in giving the guideline on the educational process of medical school and will give the information to reform the medical school system according to the rapidly changing educational environment.

      • "Ordinatio Imperii"와 Caroling 帝國의 分裂

        This study is focused on making it clear whether Louis the Pious desired a unified empire or not, what caused the dismemberment of his empire and what the "Ordinatio imperii" was. According to the Ancient Frankish custom, each son of the king has the equal right of inheritance and the kingdom is divided up into as many parts as the sons except daughters. In 806, charlemagne divided the succession to his rule by the so-called "divisio regnorum", dividing authority and territories among his three sons without making provision for the emperorship. In 817, his son Louis the pious also attempted to lay down a new set of arrangements in imperial law "Ordinatio imperii", with declared intention of ensuring the unity of the empire by changing the Ancient frankish custom to throne. The "Ordinatio imperii" spoke for his conviction on maintaining the unified empire. But after having his fourth son Charles the Bald, his attitude toward the empire was changed by his intention of giving a kingdom to Charles. To attain this object, he used every possible means, even at the risk of alienating his other made about the empire and the emperorship in arrangements at Worms in 839, neither of them existed hereafter. After all, Louis the Pious died in 840. In 843, by the Treaty of Verdun, his three sons agreed to divide the Carolingian Empire into three separate parts.

      • Rare Earth Oxalate Hydrate의 構造變化에 關한 硏究(Ⅱ)

        희토류 옥살산 수화물 및 각 전이점 이후까지 가열하여 얻은 옥살산 시료들의 구조를 원소분석치, 시차열분석법, 열중량분석법, X선회절법 및 전자현미경법으로 연구하였다. 각 희토류는 옥살산 수화물 시료들은 공기중에서 293∼427℃ 사이에서 완전탈수 되어 단사정계 결정에서 무정형의 무수염으로 변한다. 이들 무수물은 346∼698℃ 사이에서 R_2O_2CO_3로 상변화가 생기며 720∼885℃에서 희토류 산화물로 분해된다. 각 희토류 옥살산 수화물의 전이온도와 희토류원소의 원자번호와는 아무런 관계가 없었다. The rare earth oxalate hydrates were synthesized by precipitation method at room temperature. These have the general formula, R_2(C_2O_4)_3. XH_2O. The structures of the hydrates and compounds ignited at each transition temperature have been investigated by analytical data of carbon and hydrogen, differential thermal analysis(DTA), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and X-ray diffraction method. The TGA results were similar to all the lanthanides and the DTA results were almost entirely different according to the heating conditions. The lanthanide hydrates lost water in air at the range of 200∼347℃ and monoclinic crystal became the stable anhydrous salt. These anhydrous salts were decomposed into R_2O_2CO_3 at the range of 380∼600℃. The rare earth oxycarbonates have begun to decompose into the rare earth oxide at 600∼885℃. We found that atomic numbers of rare earth elements were not related with each transitional temperatures.

      • 무선 LAN RF 송수신 분석 및 시뮬레이션에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.l1b와 IEEE 802.11a의 규격집으로부터 RF송수신 시스템의 설계를 위한 최소성능 요구 조건의 파라메터들을 제시하였으며,이 파라메터들로부터 RF송수신 시스템의 설계 과정에서 요구되어지는 최소성능 요구조건을 산출하였다. 그 산출된 값으로부터 RF송수신 시스템을 구성하기 위한 최적의 조건을 갖는 부품을 선정하여 agilent ADS로 시뮬레이션을 했다. 이러한 분석결과와 시뮬레이션 결과는 실제 무선 LAN 설계시 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. This paper presents design requirements of RF transceiver to achieve minimum required performance from specifications of IEEE 802.11b and IEEE 802.1la. The requirement and parameters will be used in the design process of IEEE 802.11 RF transceiver. After selecting components having optimal condition to develope RF trsnsceiver have been designed using an Agilent ADS(Advanced Design System). The results of analysis simulation can be used for a real wireless LAN design.

      • 溶媒添加에 따른 Ethylene Disulfide Dibenzoic Acid와 희토류 금속 ion과의 錯物에 對한 分光學的 硏究(Ⅰ).

        Thiosalicylic acid를 출발물질로 하여 EDDA(Ethylene disulfide dibenzoic zcid) ligand를 합성하였다. 이 ligand는 IR Spectrum과 원소 분석에 의하여 확인하였고 몇가지 희토류 금속이온과 ligand사이에 생성된 착이온의 pH 및 시간에 대한 안정성과 용매첨가에 따른 Complex ion들의 분광학적 현상을 UV분광법으로 확인하였다. 전위차분석법에 의하여 합성된 ligand의 pKa값을 정하고 complex ion들의 금속-리간드간에 존재하는 공유결합성을 ligand의 pKa값과 착이온들의 oscillator strenght 사이에서 얻어진 관계식으로부터 검토하였으며 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 합성된 EDDA ligand의 원소분석결과 이론치에 일치하였으며 IR Spectrum data로부터 aromatic-S-aliphatic 특성 peak와 aromatic-COOH dimer peak를 얻었다. 2. 합성된 EDDA ligand는 4자리 schiff base ligand로 행동한다. 3. 생성된 착이온의 입체적 구조변화는 hypsochromic effect를 갖는 n-π charge transfer complex이다. 4. Lanthanides(Ⅲ)와 EDDA ligand사이에 생성된 complex ion들은 1:1 complex였다. 5. 착이온들의 최대흡광파장은 결합하고 있는 중심금속의 종류에 따라 달라진다. 6. 착이온들에게 몇가지 유기용매를 첨가한 결과 complex ion들의 최대 흡광파장은 bathochromic effect를 갖는다. 7. 착이온들의 P^H 안정성은 pH 6.0∼9.0이며 lanthanides(Ⅲ)와 합성된 ligand를 몇가지 유기용매와 반응시킨때의 시간의 안정성은 30분후이다. 8. Complex ion의 안정도 상수들은 pKa값과 첨가된 용매의 종류의 변화에 따라 달랐다. 9. 착화합물들의 osillator strenght(P_ML) values와 transitonal absorption band들은 P_obs/f_m×10^5 vs。f_M/f_M의 linear dinear diagram과 거의 일치하고 이는 금속-ligand 결합이 -COOH의 산소원자와 황원자들에 의하여 형성되었음을 보여주는 것이다. Ethylene disulfide dibenzoic acid (EDDA) ligand is synthesized with starting matterial of thiosalicylic acid, this ligand is identified with IR spectrum and analytical data of carbon and hydrogen. The stability of time and pH on the complex ions formed between some rare earth metallic ions and ligand synthesized, and spectrophotometrc phenomena of complex ions formed according to the addition of solvent have been investigated by UV.-Vis. spectrophotometry. The pKa values of ligand synthesized have been obtained by the method of potentiotitrator, the covalent bonding property that is existed between metals and ligand of the complex ions has been discussed from the equations given between pKa values of ligand and oscillator strength of complex ions. The results are as follows: 1) The analytical data of hydrogen and carbon of EDDA ligand synthesized correspond with experimental values, the characteristic peaks of aromatic-aliphatic groups and peaks of aromatic-COOH dimer are shown in I R. spectrophotometric data. 2) EDDA behaves as ligand of four site-schiff base. 3) Stereostructure of complex ions formed are n-π charge transfer complexes with hypsochromic effect. 4) Complex ions formed between lanthanides(Ⅲ) and EDDA ligand are 1 : 1 complexes. 5) The λ max. of complex ions are varied depending on the centered metals bonded. 6) The λ max. of complex ions added with various kinds of solvents have bathochromic effect. 7) The pH range of stability is 6.0∼9.0, and stability of time reacted with lanthanides(Ⅲ) and ligand synthesized under various kinds of solvents is 30 minutes. 8) The stability consants of complex ions are varied with the changes of pKa and kinds of solvents added. 9) The oscillator strength(P_ML) of transitional absorption bands of complexes almost corresponds with linnear diagram of P_0bs/f_M×10^6 vs. f_ML/f_M. and these results show that metal-ligand bonding are formed by oxygen atom in rhe carboxyl groups and sulfur atoms.
