FIXED POINT RESULTS IN SOFT RECTANGULAR b-METRIC SPACE
Sonam,C. S. Chauhan,Ramakant Bharadwaj,Satyendra Narayan 경남대학교 기초과학연구소 2023 Nonlinear Functional Analysis and Applications Vol.28 No.3
The fundamental aim of the proposed work is to introduce the concept of soft rectangular $b$-metric spaces, which involves generalizing the notions of rectangular metric spaces and $b$-metric spaces. Furthermore, an investigation into specific characteristics and topological aspects of the underlying generalization of metric spaces is conducted. Moreover, the research establishes fixed point theorems for mappings that satisfy essential criteria within soft rectangular $b$-metric spaces. These theorems offer a broader perspective on established results in fixed point theory. Additionally, several congruous examples are presented to enhance the understanding of the introduced spatial framework.

Sonam Tamrakar,Katsuya Fukami,Gopal Prasad Parajuli,Kuniyoshi Shimizu 한국식품영양과학회 2019 Journal of medicinal food Vol.22 No.2
In the present study, ethanol extracts of 90 wild mushroom samples from Nepal, and the pure compound hispidin, were screened for their ability to inhibit β-hexosaminidase release (BHR) from rat basophilic leukemia-2H3 cells. Simultaneously, the toxicity of the extracts toward the cells was also determined, using the 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. Samples belonging to the groups Hymenochaetales and Polyporales showed promising anti-allergic activity, with Phellinus adamantinus and Ganoderma lingzhi 3 allowing a mere 19.4% and 16.7% BHR, respectively, without any cell cytotoxicity. Moreover, the 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) values for Inonotus clemensiae and P. adamantinus were determined to be 51.24 and 50.65 μg/mL, respectively; whereas hispidin, the major bioactive compound in I. clemensiae showed an IC50 value of 82.47 μg/mL. These findings are crucial in underscoring the medicinal value of the wild mushrooms of Nepal, as a source of strong antiallergic agents.

This paper proposes a web-based analytical tool with functionality for real time data collection, accurate depiction, meaningful exploration and mapping GNH spatial data. A form-based graphical user interface with standard input validation for completeness and consistency is designed to collect data. One of the two core objectives is to facilitate interactive modeling and visualization. Three methods have been employed to achieve this goal, namely spatial data manipulation, multivariate exploratory data analysis and spatial regression analysis. Another objective is to enable socio-spatial mapping and for this a thematic mapping is employed. Finally, based on models and maps GNH indexes are constructed. However, these indexes are not final, and with change in time and space, these indexes can be remodeled and modified.
Low Leakage Asynchronous PP based Single Ended 8T SRAM bit-cell at 45nm CMOS Technology
Sonam Jain,Neeraj Kr. Shukla 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.9 No.6
Low power SRAM memory designs has become challenging for portable device applications. Semiconductor/ VLSI industry growth has exponentially demanding low leakage power SRAM designs for high performance chips and microprocessors. To get optimized standard cell memory design for battery operated devices at deep sub micron CMOS technology, a low leakage Asynchronous 8T SRAM is proposed. In this paper gated–ground P-P based low leakage 8T SRAM bit cell design is proposed for reducing the standby leakage power dissipation. The Proposed 8T SRAM bit - cell has used single bit line (single voltage source) for reading and writing operations to reduce active power consumption. The reduction of voltage swing and low standby leakage results appreciable reduction in total power consumption of the proposed design. The SPECTRE simulation and analysis at a 45nm CMOS feature size shows significant results in the proposed design at 0.7v supply voltage. Proposed Asynchronous single ended 8T SRAM bit - cell greatly reduced 99.92% stand by leakage power consumption and 11.76% of write ‘1’ active power consumption from the existing 8T SRAM bi – cell design. Whereas comparing with the standard 6T SRAM bit – cell design, proposed design also achieved 99.88% standby leakage power reduction and 95.8% of total active write ‘1’ power consumption from the conventional 6T SRAM bit – cell. This results overall total average power reduces in the proposed 8T SRAM bit-cell design i.e. reduction of 99.93% from the existing 8T SRAM bit – cell and 80.63% from the conventional 6T SRAM bit – cell design while keep maintaining the read static noise margin and write noise margin.

Owing to the bad practices of growers and sellers, saving the planet from the acute health hazards of artificial fruit ripening agents (AFRAs) is an urgent necessity. For this purpose, a solution-based colorimetric sensor for detecting AFRAs on the surface of the fruit skin has been developed. Consumers can easily operate the sensor. The presence of AFRAs was detected using an Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) enzymatic chemoreceptor in this study. As the concentration of AFRAs increased, the colorless enzymatic chemoreceptor solution turned yellow and dark yellow. With a limit of detection (LOD) of 150ppm, the proposed assay showed a responsive and selective response to AFRAs. Our work will help to strike a balance between advanced agricultural practices and human protection, preventing the ingestion of potentially dangerous substances. It can be used as the first screening portable kit. After all, this problem has a direct bearing on human health and safety.

Sonam Yun(윤소남),Young-Bog Ham(함영복),Byoung-Kyu Ahn(안병규),Kunio Kanda(칸다 쿠니오) 대한기계학회 2005 대한기계학회 춘추학술대회 Vol.2005 No.5
In this paper, steady state characteristics of the solenoid actuator for electro-hydraulic proportional valve determined by the shape of control cone are analyzed using finite element method and it is confirmed that the proportional solenoid actuator has a constant attraction force in the control region independently on the stroke position. And the shape of control cone is optimized using (1+1) evolution strategy to get a constant force. In the optimization algorithm, control cone length, thickness and taper length are used as design parameters.

Several drugs have sparked interest as potential COVID-19 treatment options. Doxycycline (DOX) has been widely used with other potential agents to reduce COVID-19-induced inflammation. DOX and OFLX, both well-known antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory drugs, were chosen as model pollutants. Fe, Cu-codoped TiO₂-SiO₂ was synthesised as a novel photocatalyst active under sunlight irradiation to treat model pollutants. The synthesised catalyst samples were meticulously characterised using various techniques to evaluate their morphological, optical, and structural properties. The results of BET analysis showed that the TSFC1 sample has a large specific surface area of 288 m²g-1. Maximum degradation of DOX and OFLX (about 98%) was achieved with the TSFC1 catalyst. The photocatalytic reusability was investigated for up to seven successive cycles, and the composite particles maintained their high photodegradation activity for DOX and OFLX. TFSC1 composite, in particular, demonstrated high catalytic activity as well as excellent recovery potential, and its combination with solar light, silica, and dopants can be introduced as a promising strategy for efficiently destroying both DOX and OFLX antibiotics. This study highlights the feasibility of hybridising doped dual semiconductor nanostructures in implementing solar light-powered pharmaceutical wastewater degradation.
Full Coverage Deployment in Wireless Sensor Network
Sonam Kamboj,Manvinder Sharma 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Future Generation Communi Vol.9 No.5
In wireless sensor network very less work has been done on deployment. As we know in random deployment we can’t achieve the maximum coverage in communication which result in short life time of the battery. So in this paper we discuss few benefit of the Uniform deployment in which we can achieve the full coverage with uniformity. In this paper we can achieve the maximum efficiency and increase lifetime time of the sensors which result in the long battery life which is the back bone of any Wireless Sensor Network for Remote Sensing like in Oceanographic, Glacier study and Metrological Department for weather study which are nearly inaccessible regions.
