본 연구는 메타분석을 통해 예비부모교육 프로그램의 효과에 관한 연구들을 종합하여 체계적인 결과를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 PICOS 기준에 따라 1996년부터 2021년 6월까지 연구된 국내 석·박사학위 논문 및 학술지 23편을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비부모교육 프로그램의 전체 평균 효과 크기는 0.68로 중간 효과 크기를 나타냈다. 둘째, 운영특성에 따른 평균효과 크기를 살펴보면, 참여대상은 중·고등학생(0.87)이 가장 크고, 다음으로 대학생(0.68), 군인(0.28) 순으로 나타났다. 또한, 프로그램의 총 회기가 12회기 이상이며, 전체 기간이 13주 이상일 경우 평균효과 크기가 가장 컸다. 셋째, 예비부모교육 프로그램의 종속변인을 정보제공, 신념변화(자기 관련, 양육 관련), 기술습득으로 분류하여 분석한 결과, 정보제공(1.00)이 큰 효과 크기로 나타났으며, 기술습득(0.74), 양육(0.63) 및 자기와 관련된 신념변화(0.62)가 중간 효과 크기로 나타났으나, 각 종속변인별 평균효과 크기 차이가 유의미하지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 향후 연구 및 정책에 대한 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this article is to examine studies on the effects of pre-parent education programs and to draw comprehensive and consistent conclusions through meta-analysis. According to the PICOS, 23 studies conducted from 1996 to 2021 were finally selected and meta-analysised. The results of this study are as follows. First, the overall mean effect size of the pre-parent education program was 0.68, indicating a medium effect size. Second, a comparison of the mean effect size by group of participants revealed that the effect size of adolescents(0.87) group was the largest, followed by the group of college students(0.68) and the group of soldiers(0.28). It was also found to be most effective when the total period of sessions was 12 sessions, the total period of program was more than 13 weeks. Third, according to the dependent variable, information offering(1.00) was shown to be of a large effect size, and skill acquisition(0.74) and changes in parenting(0.63) and self-related beliefs(0.62) were shown to be of medium effect size. Suggestions and implications were discussed based on the findings.

Vertically aligned ZnO nanorods have been widely investigated for use in piezoelectric generators,photovoltaic devices, nanotemplates, photoelectrochemical applications, etc. In addition to verticalalignment, intentional arrangement of ZnO nanorods according to a careful design can enhance thedevice performance. In this work, we used metal nanotransfer printing to fabricate arrangement-controlled and vertically grown ZnO nanorods on both hard andflexible substrates. Highly verticalgrowth and periodical arrangement of the ZnO nanorods were confirmed by microscope images. Theircrystallinity and photoluminescence characteristics were also investigated. Transmission spectra of thesubstrates show the enhancement of optical transmission after the nanorod growth. We believe that thisfabrication technique lends itself to simple fabrication of arrangement-controlled and vertically grownone-dimensional nanostructures on both hard andflexible substrates for application in solar cells, watersplitting, metamaterials, etc.
Case series of nerve injuries during laparoscopic or robotic gynecologic surgery

Nerve injuries during gynecologic endoscopy are rare but distressing complication. Upper and lower limb peripheral nerves are the most common nerves injured during laparoscopic or robotic gynecologic surgery. The probable cause of nerve injury is the posture the patient maintained during surgery. Restraining arms during general anesthesia with an unintentional change in the angle of the arm in the Trendelenburg position, may lead to hyperextension of the arm, resulting in pressure on and stretching of the brachial plexus nerve and neurologic damage. High lithotomy with extreme flexion at the hip and steep Trendelenburg positions can contribute to perioperative lower limb peripheral nerve injuries. Exploring Media Literacy: Enhancing English Oral Proficiency and Autonomy Using Media Technology

Electronic media learning environments afford English language learners more opportunities to use media technology that may require them to attain new media literacy skills. This research examines whether Korean EFL learners’ oral proficiency and autonomy can improve when using media technology. The research involved 62 university students who attended general basic-level English programs. In order to investigate their improvement, this research assessed participants’ speaking development across four digital storytelling tasks and their autonomy and attitudes towards using ICT programs and movie clips via questionnaires during an 8-week period. The participants practiced individual storytelling and created stories using three different ICT programs―Vocaroo, VoiceThread, and TTS―along with their selected movie clips to speak about the given topics in and out of the classroom. The results revealed that participants were able to improve their oral proficiency in terms of discourse based on their critical thinking about the chosen media. They also felt using ICT programs positively affected autonomy development although there was no statistical significance of correlation with their computer proficiency. Overall, participants’ computer skill to utilize media technology was an important factor for oral proficiency development. Additionally, an instructor’s feedback was significant to speaking improvement.
Visualization of Convolutional Neural Networks for Time Series Input Data

산업, 의료, 금융 등 다양한 분야에서 인공지능을 활용한 예측 및 진단이 늘어나면서, 인공지능의 내부 작동원리를 설명하는 연구에도 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이미지 데이터에서 중요 입력 특징점을 시각화하는 기존 연구들과 다르게, 본 논문에서는 시계열 데이터의 은닉 노드를 시각화하여 심층신경망 내부의 작동원리를 설명한다. 본 논문은 은닉 노드의 시각화를 쉽게 하도록 가중치 행렬(weight matrix)을 기준으로 은닉 노드를 군집화하여 패턴을 파악하였다. 이를 통해 심층학습 모델의 작동원리를 설명할 뿐만 아니라, 사용자 수준에서 시계열 데이터에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있었다. Globally, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) applications has increased in a variety of industries from manufacturing, to health care to the financial sector. As a result, there is a growing interest in explainable artificial intelligence (XAI), which can provide explanations of what happens inside AI. Unlike previous work using image data, we visualize hidden nodes for a time series. To interpret which patterns of a node make more effective model decisions, we propose a method of arranging nodes in a hidden layer. The hidden nodes sorted by weight matrix values show which patterns significantly affected the classification. Visualizing hidden nodes explains a process inside the deep learning model, as well as enables the users to improve their understanding of time series data.

Origin of Red imported fire ant (RIFA : Solenopsis invicta) is Central America, a tropical climate region. It has settled in the invasive area, causing various problems. In recent, Solenopsis invicta were discovered in Busan in 2017 and then in 2018 at a construction site in Busan, Pyongtaek, Incheon and in Daegu. This study aims to confirm the origin of invasive colonies of Solenopsis invicta. We tried to test previously developed microsatellite markers so that we establish the tracing protocol for molecular epidemiology of RIFA. We justified 66 microsatellite markers already developed using DNA from the RIFA found in Incheon Harbor. As results, 30 markers were selected to facilitate amplification and fragment analysis.
