This study aims to develop a concept based on empirical research on improving optimal business performance. This goal is achieved by examining the relationship between variables of entrepreneurial orientation, talent management, market orientation, and business performance. The construction of the relationship between research variables, namely entrepreneurial orientation, talent management, on business performance is mediated by market orientation on handicraft businesses in Indonesia. The sampling method was used to collect data from 145 businessmen in Indonesia, using surveys and questionnaires. Data was collected using a survey technique carried out from June 2020 to December 2020. The data obtained was analyzed using the PLS Pro 19. This study developed 9 hypotheses that were tested directly, indirectly, and through mediation. This study has five findings. First, Entrepreneurship Orientation does not directly affect Business Performance. Second, Entrepreneurship Orientation also has a significant direct effect on Talent Management and market orientation. Third, Talent Management and market orientation have a direct and significant impact on business performance. Fourth, market orientation mediates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance. Fifth, talent management mediates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation mediated by talent management and market orientation can improve creative industry business performance for the better.
The Effects of Image, Brand and Quality on Customer Loyalty of Sharia Banking
RIYADI, Slamet Korea Distribution Science Association 2021 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.8 No.3
This study aimed to design a strategy in encouraging the loyalty level of priority customers of Sharia banks in Indonesia. The strategy was outlined in a series of alternative applicative programs priority. The use of ANP intended to simplify the existing problems so that the offered solution was easier to apply. Each item was scored on a 5-point Likert scale. The expected outcome was to give priority scales to the offered solutions. The findings of this study are service quality, brand image, bank image which could build customer loyalty in Sharia banks. Priority customer gathering could strengthen the bonds between customers and also between customers and their banks. The excellence of Sharia banks in terms of service quality, brand image, and bank image, when combined with priority customer gathering activities, would become a powerful formula in increasing priority customer loyalty to banks that lead to increased revenue from banks. Originality of this research was the formulation process of a new approach in search of ways to increase the customer loyalty, as well as giving concrete proposals for the banking world in designing customer loyalty improvement programs. This paper shows the updated strategy in Customer Loyalty, Bank image, Brand image, Banking service quality.

Purpose This bibliometric study investigated the current state of documents on coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and Islamic finance published by digital object identifierequipped journals listed in the Dimensions database. The analysis focused on describing the characterictics and trends of the keywords, authors, and journals. Methods The data analyzed were from 149 research publications in Dimensions. The search tems were “COVID” and “Islamic finance.” The searches used to establish the study dataset were last updated on August 27, 2020. Descriptive statistical methods were used, and a bibliometric analysis was conducted using Biblioshiny, an R-based app, to generate a bibliometric map. Results The number of articles discussing the theme of COVID-19 and Islamic finance was quite large in recent months, with more than 100 articles published. The most popular keywords used were “COVID,” “food,” and “pandemic,” although there were also many keywords that related more specifically to the field of Islamic finance, namely “banks,” “markets,” “health,” “debt,” “equity,” “management,” and “stock.” Conclusion This study provides an overview of trends in the most popular keywords, journals, and authors of articles on the topic of COVID-19 and Islamic finance, which has been quite a popular theme in recent months, thereby providing information for researchers specializing in the field of Islamic finance. This theme has the potential to continue to be developed.
Patchouli Oil Geographical Origin Identification using Fluorescence-transmittance Imaging System
( Dimas Firmanda Al Riza ),( Slamet Widodo ),( Y. Aris Purwanto ),( Naoshi Kondo ) 한국농업기계학회 2018 한국농업기계학회 학술발표논문집 Vol.23 No.1
The authentication technology becoming necessary recently to overcome counterfeiting of agricultural products. Fingerprinting method based on spectroscopy is one of the widespread technology for authentication. In this research, a dual imaging system was developed as a simplified spectroscopy method for patchouli oil geographical origin authentication. The system consist of a front light ultraviolet induced fluorescence and white LED based backlighting imaging system which represent fluorescence and transmittance characteristic of the oil in the visible region. Images features were extracted and analyzed using Principle Component Analysis (PCA). It was found that the sample were clustered into each geographical origin in the PCA space. Classification model reveal that it is possible to discriminate each sample class based on fluorescence and transmittance image features. This results shows that the dual imaging system has a potential as a rapid authentication tool for geographical origin indication of patchouli oils.
Performance Analysis of a Combined Blade Savonius Wind Turbines
Arifin Sanusi,Sudjito Soeparman,Slamet Wahyudi,Lilis Yuliati 한국유체기계학회 2017 International journal of fluid machinery and syste Vol.10 No.1
The Savonius wind turbine has a lower performance than other types of wind turbines which may attract more study focus on this turbine. This study aimed to improve wind turbine performance by combining a conventional blade with an elliptical blade into a combined blade rotor. The analysis was performed on three blade models in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) using ANSYS_Fluent Release 14.5. Then the results were verified experimentally using an open wind tunnel system. The results of the numerical simulation were similar to the experimental and showed that the combined blade rotor has better dragging flow and overlap flow than the conventional and elliptical blade. Experimental verification showed that the combined blade was to increase the maximum coefficient of power (Cpmax.) by 11% of the conventional blade and to 5.5% of the elliptical blade.
Socialization, Service and Knowledge Matter with Taxpayer Compliance
Achmad MAQSUDI,Tri RATNAWATI,Slamet RIYADI 한국유통과학회 2021 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.8 No.6
Tax collections from land and building (axes (LBT) have particularly suffered in East Java and as a result, the provincial government is still looking at a big shortfall in tax revenue. East Java is facing a silent fiscal crisis owing to a shortfall in tax revenues, and the government’s budget suggests it may have grossly underestimated the problem. This research was conducted to prove the effect of taxpayer awareness as a mediator (mediating/intervening variable) on the impact of tax socialization, service quality, and taxpayers’ knowledge on taxpayer compliance. The sampling technique used is the consecutive method by taking a sample of 400 taxpayers in East Java province, Indonesia. Using the help of AMOS software version 26, the statistical analysis method used is the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model, with the Generalized Least Square Estimation Parameters. Based on the research results, tax socialization, service quality, and taxpayer knowledge have a positive impact on taxpayer compliance directly. Furthermore, there is an indirect positive impact relationship between tax socialization, service quality, and tax information on taxpayer compliance through taxpayer awareness as a mediator, but only on a small scale. Tax authorities are expected to increase the taxpayers’ awareness, through increasing tax socialization, service quality, and taxpayer knowledge, so that taxpayers are more compliant in paying LBT.
