      • 인터넷상에서 페트리 넷을 이용한 하이퍼-프리젠테이션의 명시 표현 및 불일치성을 검증하기 위한 방법 연구

        하이퍼-프리젠테이션 개념은 하이퍼-미디어 개념을 확장한 것으로, 동적으로 연출되고 있는 상황에서 링크개념을 설정하여 특정시점이나 지점에서 원하는 다음 정보를 보기 위해서 비순차적으로 연출할 수 있도록 하는 연출이다. 이러한 비순차적인 연출방법인 하이퍼-프리젠테이션 개념을 도입함으로써, 자유로운 멀티미디어 연출이 가능하게 되었지만, 이러한 동기화 방법에 의해서 혼합된 여러 프레젠테이션들간에는 일관성 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 하이퍼-프리젠테이션 명시 프로그램의 일관성 검증을 위해서 Petri Net을 이용한 하이퍼-프리젠테이션 명시 방법을 제시하고, 그것을 이용한 명시 프로그램의 일관성을 검증하는 방법을 제안한다. The concept of a hyperpresentation, as an extension of a hypermedia, is the presentation in which time-varying multimedia presentations are dynamically linked together and a hyperlink's context can be changed over time at any time during a continuous presentation. While this concept provides users with a flexible and powerful tool for their descriptions of the multimedia presentation, inconsistency problems in the synchronized presentations connected by hyper links can be introduced. This paper introduces a method of describing the hyperpresentation using Petri Net and proposes a methods of detecting inconsistent hyper link loop in the hyperpresentation description.

        This study concentrated upon characteristics of apartment buildings, and avoid from uniform shape of domestic apartment and make more various and rich exterior-design in plastic point of view. This study will proceed to examine the following phase. 1) As a preliminary study it try to define the character of collective-housing related to exterior-design and compositioning exterior-design element of residential-buildings, and study on the general characteristics of architectural form of collective-housing. 2) It try to analyze the formal characteristics of domestic apartment through fieldwork and data research, and grasp characteristics and problems of exterior-design various. 3) It suggested some methods to design the exterior-view various in our collective-housing.

        조혈모세포이식 환자에서 침습성 진균 감염에 대한 Micafungin의 예방 효과 및 안전성

        Background: Micafungin, a potent inhibitor of 1,3-β-D-glucan synthase, is a novel antifungal agent of the echinocandin class. In vitro study showed that micafungin was effective against Aspergillus species as well as Candida species, but clinical data on the prophylactic efficacy against invasive fungal infections (IFIs) other than candidiasis are still lacking. Materials and Methods: We identified 60 consecutive adult hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients who received at least 3 doses of micafungin during neutropenic period. Micafungin was started as an alternative in patients who were intolerant or had adverse events (AEs) to primary prophylactic antifungal agents. We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and analyzed the efficacy and safety of micafungin for prophylaxis against IFIs. Results: The patients either had autologous (n=9) or allogeneic (n=51: 1 syngeneic, 24 sibling, 26 unrelated donor) HSCT. Itraconazole oral solution (n=58) was the most frequently used first line antifungal agent for prophylaxis and was administered for median 11 days. The most frequent cause of switch to micafungin was vomiting (n=42). The duration of neutropenia and micafungin administration was median 13 and 12 days, respectively. A successful outcome was achieved in 45 (75%) patients. Empirical antifungal therapy was initiated in 13 (22%) patients. There were 2 cases (3.3%) of breakthrough fungal infections which comprised a probable invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and a possible invasive fungal sinusitis. There was no case of invasive candidiasis. A total of 53 (88%) patients experienced at least one AE regardless of causality during micafungin administration. The most frequent AEs were hypokalemia, vomiting, diarrhea, and elevated serum aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase. Among the aforementioned AEs, only 1 case of diarrhea could be classified as a probable relation with micafungin when causality was assessed. There was no AEs that caused discontinuation of micafungin. Conclusions: Micafungin seems to be a safe and effective agent for prophylaxis of IFIs including aspergillosis as well as candidiasis in HSCT recipients. However, further large, prospective, and randomized comparative studies are warranted for aspergillosis.

        The wear specimens of M.E.F. steel were conducted by Amsler type abrasive test machine under sliding ratio 9 09%. The relationship between weight loss ratio of wear, rolling life and scanning electron microscope investigation of micro wear surface was investigated during the test. The results of the experiment are summarized as follows. The amount and the weight loss ratio of the rolling wear are decreased when tensile strength is high and the amount of rolling wear of M E F. steel is lower than that of raw materials. As the ferrite grain size of M E F. steel is small, the amount and the weight loss ratio of the rolling wear are decreased. The amount of rolling wear is increased with increasing rolling revolution and wear of dual phase steel under dry rolling condition is characterized by three modes, initial, stationary wear and abnormal wear. Abnormal wear is caused by pitting occurrence on the exfoliation of sub-surface layer because of compression, shear, sliding of this wear surface. The wear surface condition is getting better as the ferrite grain size is getting smaller, which is caused by the promotion of the second phase sketetal strength.

It its analysis, the characteristics of the constituent elements on the one hand and the relationships between the perception of territory on the other are examined. And it tries to grasp the general and methods of the neighborhood exterior planning through various neighborhood planning samples of designed multi-dwelling housing development including ones overseas.

      • Chitosan의 단백질 흡착에 관한 연구

        Chitosan is a collective term applied to deacetylated chitin in various stages of deacetylation arid depolymarization. Chitosan solution has been shown to be on effective agent for coagulation of suspended solids in various food processing wastes, including poultry egg, soy-milk processing waste. Chitosan is insoluble in water, alkalis and organic solvents but soluble in many dilute aqueous organic acids at concentration in the range of 0.25 to 10%. Viscosity was determined for same chitosan solution over the temperature range 20℃ to 45℃ and the time range 1 to 5. The purpose of this studies has been shown to be on effective agent for coagulation of suspended solids in various food-processing waste water, including egg and milk processing waste water. Treatment with chitosan and removal of the coaglated by gravity settling or dissolved air flotation typically resulted in suspended solids reductions of over 90%. We believe that because chitosan is derived from a natural product and composed of biodgradable structures, it may prove useful in the recovery of coagulated by-products from food-processing waster. Where these by-products will be recycles into animal feeds.

        Within the frame work of study on the oil biodegradation potential of the sea the ability of a microbial was investigated to metabolize a spilled oil. Using two bacteria isolated from the coastal waters. We have studied the degradation and model hydrocarbon mixture. Our aims were to establish the order in which individial components are degraded between 10 days - 100 days by these marine isolates before crude oil were the despersion and the sinking. Processing degradation of crude oil in the seawater, limiting factors of biodegradation are toxic material, density of microbial, temperature of Seawater and concentration of nutrient. In the course of our studies on the limiting factors of oil biodegradation in natural seawater. We were impressed by the magnitude of the positive response the addition of nutrient supplements. This paper be used of microcapsule that included NH₄CI and K₂HPO₄. Beause of their solubility in seawater these salts can be expected to separate the floating oil in the seawater causing pollutant of our oceans.

        The flame arrester consists of plates or blocks of metal or vinyl chloride. And this flame arrester has a lot of round holes. Even though the arrester filled with propane-air mixture gas was installed in the horizontal tubes had a various length respectively, the mixture gas ignited at both open side and colosed side of the tube. The propagation rate of flame is extingushed with arrester immediately was propotional to the thickness of arrester, inversely to the size of the hole. And the capability to fire extingushed of brass and vinyl chloride were similar to each other in this study.

      • 후복막강내 발생한 Castleman병 1례

        Castleman' s disease is a rare, reactive lymphoid proliferation of unknown cause and pathogenesis. Depending on histololgic findings, it has been divided into two distinct histologic subtypes that include hyaline-vascular type(90%) and plasmacell type(10%). This disease occurs most commonly in mediastinal lymph nodes and cervical lymph nodes, inguinal lymph nodes respectively. But occurs rarely in retroperitoneum. We report a case of hyaline-vascular type asymptomatic Castleman' s disease of the retroperitoneum in a 47-year-old man.
