      • 대관령의 일조시간을 이용한 월별 일사량의 추정

        The monthly mean daily global solar radiation and sunshine duration, have been employed in this study to develop correlation model for Daegwallyeong during 2011. The corresponding monthly value of extraterrestrial solar radiation and possible duration of sunshine are calculated for Daegwallyeong meteorological data. Forecasting performance parameters such as coefficient of determination (R2), mean bias error (MBE) and root mean square error (RMSE) are presented as analyzed for the model. The model with multi-linear regression has the highest R2 value of 0.95 and average MBE and RMSE values of −0.11 MJ/m2day and 1.63 MJ/m2day, respectively. The model exhibited negative MBE which shows that the model resulted in underestimation of the global solar radiation relative to the meteorological measured value. The equation could be employed in the estimation of solar radiation at Daegwallyeong, other locations with similar meteorological characteristics.

        액티브시니어 남성의 캐주얼 재킷 착의실태 및 선호도 조사

        본 연구는 50∼60대 액티브시니어 남성을 위한 캐주얼 재킷을 개발하기 위하여 국내 남성복 브랜드의 캐주얼 재킷 생산실태와 착용소비자를 대상으로 한 구매및 착의실태, 구성디자인 선호도, 기능성 소재에 대한 선호도를 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법은 먼저, 캐주얼재킷 생산실태를 파악하기 위해 부산에 위치한 유명백화점 내 남성복 브랜드 매장과 브랜드 직영점 방문및 각 브랜드 공식 판매 사이트를 통해 수집한 159점의 사진을 분석하였다. 다음으로, 착용소비자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 캐주얼 재킷의 구매 및 착의실태, 선호도를 조사하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Statistics 21을 사용하여, 연구문제에 따라 평균, 빈도분석, 교차분석을 실시하였으며, 교차분석에 대해 검정을 하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 캐주얼 재킷의 생산실태를 분석한 결과, 현재 국내 남성복 시장의 경우 기존의 정장브랜드에서 새로운 캐주얼 브랜드를 출시한 경우(A그룹)와 기존 브랜드에서 정장과 캐주얼 라인을 같이 생산하는 경우(B그룹)의 두 개의 브랜드 그룹으로 구분할 수 있었다. 캐주얼 재킷 구성디자인으로는 ‘2-버튼 싱글여밈’, ‘노치드라펠’, 가슴부위에 ‘웰트포켓’, 허리부위에 ‘플랩포켓’, ‘더블벤트’의 빈도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 그 외‘울 혼방’소재와 ‘블루’컬러의 빈도가 높았다. 2. 캐주얼 재킷의 구매 및 착의실태 조사 결과, 활동성이나 착용감이 편해서 캐주얼 재킷을 선호하였으며, 주로 평일 출·퇴근에 가장 많이 착용하며 ‘1주일에 1∼2회’ 착용하는 빈도가 가장 많았으며, 구매 시‘인디안’ 브랜드를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 선호도를 분석한 결과, 선호하는 구성디자인으로는 ‘2-버튼 싱글여밈’, ‘노치드라펠’, ‘플랩포켓’, ‘싱글벤트’의 빈도수가 가장 높게 나타났으며, ‘울’소재, ‘블루’컬러에 대한 선호도가 높게 나타났다. 소재의 기능성에 대해서는 ‘구김 방지 소재’, ‘경량 소재’, ‘발열 소재’, ‘신축성 소재’를 중요하게 생각하고 있었으며, ‘경량 소재’, ‘구김 방지 소재’, ‘신축성 소재’, ‘정전기 방지 소재’로 개발한 캐주얼 재킷에 대한 구매 호감도가 높게 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to define the actual condition of casual jacket production of domestic men’s clothing brand, actual wearing & purchase condition, preference of construction design, and functional material for wearing consumer, in order to develop the casual jacket of active senior male in their 50s & 60s. First of all, 159 pictures had been analyzed as a research method through visiting men’s clothing brand shops in famous department stores and direct management stores as well as official sales sites of each brand. Then, the preference and the actual condition of purchase & wearing of casual jacket had been examined through the questionnaire for wearing consumer. SPSS Statistics 21 had been used for the data analysis, and the average, frequency analysis, and cross analysis had been conducted in accordance with the research issue, and  verification had been conducted for the cross analysis. The summarized results of research are as follows. 1. Based on the analysis result of actual production condition of casual jacket, there are, in case of current domestic men’s clothing market, two brand groups which can be categorized into launching a new casual brand from existing suit brand(Group A) and combined production line of suit & casual from existing brand(Group B). In case of construction design of casual jacket, ‘2-button single breasted’, ‘notched lapel’, ‘welt pocket’ placed on the chest, ‘flap pocket’ placed on the waist, and ‘double vent’ have shown the highest frequency. Besides, ‘blended fabric’ and ‘blue’ color have shown the highest frequency 2. Based on the survey result of actual purchase & wearing condition of casual jacket, the casual jacket has been preferred because of its nature of activity or wearing comforts, and mostly worn during the commute in week days. The number of wearing casual jacket has been once or twice a week, and the most favorable brand upon the purchase has been shown as an ‘Indian’ brand. 3. Based on the analysis result of preference, ‘2-button single breasted’, ‘notched lapel’, ‘flap pocket’, and ‘double vent’ have shown the highest frequency as a construction design. As a importance of functional material, it has shown an ‘anti-wrinkle material’, ‘lightweight material’, ‘heating material’, and ‘elastic material’ in the order of importance, and it has been shown in a casual jacket made of ‘lightweight material’, ‘anti-wrinkle material’, ‘elastic material’, and ‘anti-static material’ in the order of purchase preference.

        초음파 가공에 의한 Ni-Cu 박판의 용착 특성 평가

        본 논문은 초음파 가공에 의한 용착성을 가공조건의 영향에 관하여 나타내었다. 한파장 혼의 최적화를 이용 한 Ni-Cu 이종금속 박판의 용착성 평가는 초음파 가공 방법을 이용하여 확인된다. 초음파 가공변수 설정에 따른 인 장시험을 통한 최적의 용착조건을 제시하였으며 SEM 사진과 EDX-ray 분석에 의한 용착성을 평가하였다. 실험적 연 구는 초음파 가공 후 인장강도의 측정, SEM사진 분석으로 수행된다. 또한 가공시간, 가압력, 진폭의 가공변수들은 본 연구에 적용되었다. This paper is studied on the influence of machining conditions on weldability obtained by ultrasonic machining. The weldability estimation of dissimilar Ni-Cu sheets with the optimization of one-wavelength horn is confirmed by the use of ultrasonic machining. The optimal welding condition with tensile test by setting the ultrasonic machining parameters is suggested and the weldability is estimated by SEM observation and EDX-ray analysis. Experimental studies are worked with the measure of tensile strength and the analysis of SEM photograph after the ultrasonic machining of workpiece. Machining parameters of machining time, pressure, and amplitude are also applied to this paper.

        금속 용착을 위한 초음파 가공용 한파장 스텝 혼의 설계

        초음파 금속 용착은 신소재, 도금 구조물 등과 같은 다양한 재료의 용착에 대한 가능성 때문에 광범위한 분 야에서 사용되고 있으며 용착 조건도 다양하다. 본 연구에서는, 이종 금속 박판의 초음파 금속 용착을 위해 설계된 단부가형 한파장 혼은 유한요소해석 하였다. 유한유소해석은 초음파 혼의 최적 설계와 초음파 공구혼의 고유 주파수 를 예상하기 위해 사용되었다. 그리고 설계된 한파장 스텝 혼은 고유 주파수 분석 시스템을 사용하여 실험적으로 검증하였다. The ultrasonic metal welding is highly used in extensive field due to the possibility for welding of various materials such as new materials, plated structures and etc, and its welding conditions has been diversify. In this paper, one-wavelength tool horn of step type designed for ultrasonic metal welding of dissimilar metal sheets has performed by FEM analysis. FEM analysis is applied to predict the natural frequency of ultrasonic tool horn and use of in the optimal design of ultrasonic horn shape. And the optimal design of one-wavelength step horn is confirmed experimentally using natural frequency analysis system.

        Effects of Ditching on Seedling Stand in Wet Direct Seeding Rice Culture

        In order to develop more stable seedling stand method in wet direct rice seeding culture, the effect of making the drainage ditches was studied in both methods of broadcast seeding on floody paddy surface and puddled-soil drill seeding. In a broadcast seeding on floody paddy surface, the ditching after seeding using a tractor or small ditch maker improved the seedling stand, and reduced the floating seedling and herbicide injury by accelerating the drainage. Suitable ditching time was at 2 days after seeding (DAS) for the tractor and at 3 DAS for the ditch maker. In the puddled-soil drill rice seeding culture, the ditching before seeding with a ditch maker at 3 days after draining effectively improved the seedling stand due to quick draining through well formed the seeding furrows. In the puddled-soil drill seeding, seedling stand number showed higher in both ditching plots synchronized with seeding compared with both only draining treatment at 1 DAS without ditching and the flooding plot condition for 6 DAS. And the suitable ditching depth was 6 cm, as considered the ditching status and drained status. These results suggest that the ditching in wet direct rice seeding is an resonable practice for improving the seedling stand through the accelerating drainage of field.

        Seedling Stand Influenced by Water Management after Seeding and Seed Soaking with Plant Growth Regulators in Direct Wet Seeding Rice

        Unstable seedling stand establishment of wet direct seeding culture of rice is one of the major elements preventing the extension of its culture area. In order to develop methods of seedling stand improvement in direct seeded rice on flooded surfaces, three field experiments were conducted on silty loam soil using a cultivar 'Donjinbyeo' for three years, mainly focusing on water management after seeding and seed soaking with plant growth regulators (PGRs). Under the condition of shallow flooding after seeding, seedling stand rate increased and floating seedling rate decreased in both early and normal season seeding compared to deep flooding. With earlier draining time after seeding, there was a tendency towards preferential growth of the seminal root, increase of seedling stand and decrease of the floating seedling rate. Therefore the highest seedling numbers per unit area and the lowest floating seedling numbers were found upon drainage at 1 day after seeding (DAS), while a contrary tendency was shown upon conventional drainage at 7 DAS. Seed soaking with PGRs such as Metalaxyl or mixing of Metalaxyl with gibberellic acid (GA$_3$) significantly increased the seedling stand. In addition the effects of PGR treatment on seedling stand and the early growth of plants were greater under flooded conditions than under drained conditions after seeding, although draining of water after seeding improved the seedling establishment rate more when compared with the PGR treatment. These results suggest that draining management after seeding or maintaining of shallow flooding for a week is the most effective method to improve the seedling stand rate in wet direct seeding.

        PCR 및 Western Blot 으로 HTLV-1 감염이 증명된 성인 T-세포 백혈병 1 예

        Adult T-cell leukemia (ATL) is an often aggressive and fatal malignancy of mature CD4+ T lymphocytes, characterized by leukemia, lymphadenopathy, tumor infiltration of the skin, hepatomegaly, hypercalcemia and lytic bone lesions. ATL is an endemic disease in southwestern Japan and the Caribbean, but occurs sporadically in most of the world. HTLV-I is recognized as the etiologic agent of adult T-cell leukemia. We report the 2nd case of ATL in Korea, which was confirmed by typical clinical findings and western blot analysis of the serum. A-44-year-old man was admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine, Kyung Hee University Hospital because of abdominal fullness, dyspnea and itching sensation. He denied any history of blood transfusion, drug abuse or travel abroad. On admission, he had multiple lymphadenopathy, hepatomegaly, erythematous nodules on anterior chest wall and both upper extremity, and rales on left lower lung fields. His peripheral blood leukocyte count was 287,000/㎜³ with 87%, atypical lymphocytes containing pleomorphic and lobulated nucleus. In the bone marow, 90% of nucleated cells were leukemic cells. The surface phenotype of these abnormal cells were CD2+, CD3+, CD4+, CD5+, CD8-. Anti-HTLV antibody was positive, PCR (polymerase chain reaction) analysis of the DNA from leukemic cells showed HTLV-I provirus integration. Western blotting analysis of patient serum confirmed HTLV-I infection. Despite of intensive supportive care, he died of respiratory failure on 21st hospital day.
