Important gene-candidate asthma is a gene of enzymes biotransformation xenobiotics - GSTp1, expressing almost exclusively in lung tissue. This gene is located in locus 11q13, for which repeatedly show adhesion to atopic symptoms. The purpose of the study was to establish the distribution of allele and genotype frequencies of polymorphic variant gene GSTp1 patients allergic asthma and to establish a “negative” combination leading to the development of the disease in the Uzbek population. The distribution of allele and genotype frequencies of polymorphic variant gene GSTp1 in patients with asthma. The diagnosis was verifi ed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria GINA-2006. Material for investigation, DNA samples of patients with asthma and healthy Uzbek people. Analysis of the polymorphic variant gene GSTp1 carried out by PCR of DNA synthesis on a thermocycler and RfiP analysis using primers Forward - 5`-GTA GTT TGC CCA AGG TCA AG-3 ‘Reverse - 5’-AGC CAC CTG AGG GGT AAG -3 ‘and subsequent detection of the restriction fragments by electrophoresis in a 6% polyacrylamide gel. In the analysis of allele frequencies Ile-105/Val-105 polymorphism gene GSTp1 found that Ile105 allele in patients allergic asthma is more common than in the group of healthy individuals (80% opposite 65%). The study of polymorphism genotypes shows that in patients with allergic asthma frequency of the homozygous variant Ile105Ile gene signifi cantly higher than the control group of healthy individuals (62% opposite 30%). Thus, the results of molecular genetic studies have demonstrated the importance of a polymorphic variant of the gene GSTp1, the formation of the genetic structure of the predisposition to allergic asthma in the Uzbek population. The fi ndings suggest that markers of increased risk of allergic asthma in people of Uzbek ethnicity are genotype GSTp1-Ile105Ile and allele GSTp1-Ile105.

Changes in the immune status of patients with asthma in adolescence, manifested deficiency of interferon`s, create preconditions for frequent acute respiratory viral infections and the development of their background exacerbations of the disease. The purpose of the study was to examine the preventive effi cacy of N-methylglucamine salt of acridone acetic acid (cycloferon) in complex treatment of patients with asthma according to the results of observation during 12 months. In the department of Allergology Samarkand City were examined 57 adolescents and youths with asthma aged 12 to 21 years treated drug cycloferon in a complex of basic therapy. Verifi cation of the diagnosis of asthma was conducted according to the international classifi cation and in accordance with the diagnostic criteria - GINA. Prophylactic effi cacy was assessed by clinical characteristics not earlier than one year after the course immunomodulatory therapy. All studies were performed with the informed consent of subjects and in accordance with the ethical standards. In the study of clinical data of patients treated cycloferon, with their raw data revealed a signifi cant decrease in the frequency of exacerbations during the year. Reduction of exacerbations of asthma during the year in patients receiving treatment course with the drug cycloferon, averaged 3 exacerbations per year, whereas prior to the current treatment of exacerbations of asthma recorded an average of 7 times. The average duration of an exacerbation in patients treated cycloferon, averaging 3,6 days has signifi cant differences from the index, calculated prior to the application of immunomodulators in treatment of asthma in adolescents. Thus, the courses of nonspecifi c immunotherapy drug cycloferon in asthmatic adolescents 2 times reduces the incidence of asthma exacerbations. By the absence adverse effects and improve clinical indicators cycloferon can be recommended in the complex treatment of patients with asthma in adolescents.
Review : Biotechnological Approaches in Sericultural Science and Technology of Uzbekistan

Biotechnological researches in Central Asian Research Institute of Sericulture were developed since 1981 when laboratory of artificial diets for mulberry silk-worm was created. The researches were directed not only to creation of accessible artificial diets (AD) for off-season mass rearing of economical beneficial insect and for industrialization of sericulture but also to obtaining of easy reproducible source of animal proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, enzymes, enzymes inhibitors and other metabolites-bioresource for manufacture of oriental medicine preparations. Space experiments with silkworms became possible with use of AD. These experiments used mulberry silkworm as high effective board test organism with outstanding developmental, reproductive and transgenic properties having important significance in future of cosmonautics. Introduction to practice of bioprotective and ecologically pure method of drying and sterilizing of green cocoons and by-products of silk manufacture allows to increase efficiency of cocoons reeling technology as well as to preserve nativity of biological active substances in mulberry silkworm pupae that is unachievable by traditional methods of raw material processing. New spheres of application of two important silk proteins-fibroin and sericin in medicine, cosmetics, for bio- and nanotechnology are opening with use of biotechnological approaches. At present the achievements and experience of R&D in these fields are used in creation of modern pests biocontrol agents. Schemes of efficient processing of cocoon raw material, by-products and wastes of sericulture and cocoon processing are developed for obtaining of traditional and new consumer products.
Improved Method for the Preparation of Silk Fibroin Hydrolysates

An improvement of methods in fibroin hydrolysates preparation significantly enlarges their applications to practical use. Acidic hydrolysis by hydrochloric acid is one of the methods for silk fibroin depolymerization. A low yield of final product and long time of the process are the demerits of this method. Possibility of preparation of water-soluble silk hydrolysates with more yield and less expenses is investigated in this study. Such possibility is occurred with the increasing treatment temperature and simultaneously decreasing treatment time, concentration of hydrochloric acid and respectively, the concentration of sodium hydroxide used for neutralization of hydrolysates after hydrolysis. Colour is decreased in this case and a small amount of activated carbon is demanded for decoluorization of hydrolysates. Production cost of desalted products are reduced, too. Protection of hydrolysates against precipitation after neutralization, and separation and during concentrating process is the other merit of this method. Creamy-coloured insoluble silk powder is the remainder of hydrolyzed fibroin. This is the only defect of the proposed method. However, this insoluble powder can be used as a matrix for the irnmobilization of enzymes and other physiological active substances. Fine particles of this powder can be used as additives for artificial diets and cultural media, as well as raw materials for polymer membranes, etc.

Features of Regulation of Labor Migration in Republic of Uzbekistan

The article discusses a number of theoretical aspects of migration theories, the role of international labor migration and its socio-economic consequences in the development of the country. The analysis of reforms in the field of regulation of labor migration, including the establishment of organized forms of labor migration in Uzbekistan, was carried out. The main targets of the Government of Uzbekistan aimed at creating conditions and mechanisms conducive to the organized regulation of external labor migration flows are revealed. At the same time, special attention is paid to the issues of regulation and support of labor migration and social protection of the country’s citizens engaged in temporary labor activities abroad. Trends in the legal regulation of labor migration processes are analyzed and attention is drawn to the need to accelerate the adoption of a new draft Law on External Labor Migration, aimed at improving the efficiency of state structures in addressing migration issues. Along with this, a number of additional measures and recommendations are proposed that are aimed at improving organized forms of labor migration, expanding international cooperation, eliminating illegal labor migration, expanding the powers of various departments of the country, developing programs for the reintegration of labor migrants after returning home, improving the system of collecting statistics and intensifying conducting scientific research in the field of migration policy.
저진공 산소 플라즈마를 이용한 투명 인공지능 메모리 개발

본 논문에서는 고성능/고용량 투명 인공지능 메모리 칩 개발을 위해 TiO₂/TiO2-x 박막 구조를 기반으로 한 저항 변화형 메모리를 제작하였으며, TiO2-x 활성층 박막에 저진공 산소 플라즈마 처리를 하여 인가하는 RF power에 따른 저항 변화형 메모리 디바이스의 전기적, 표면적 성능 분석하였다. 인가하는 RF power의 세기가 클수록 hysteresis area가 크게 나타났으며, TiO2-x 박막 표면의 RMS 값이 감소하는 결과를 보였다.
