Collaborative innovation is an important strategy choice of China nowadays, and also of the national universities. Using SOA architecture and cloud computing, we build an integration and optimizing allocation cloud platform of high quality teaching resources for universities-led collaborative innovation to meet the resource requirements of universities based on the analysis of basic concept, types, core process, and evolution characteristics of university-led collaborative innovation following the inherent laws of university-led collaborative innovation, and then analyze the construction concept, logical architecture and main functions of the platform,. Finally, we provide a series of suggestions to the relevant universities and government departments to effectively promote the smooth implementation of the university-led collaborative innovation activities and the integration and optimizing allocation cloud platform of high quality teaching resources for university-led collaborative innovation.

In this paper, we report a facile strategy to design and prepare reduced graphene oxide (rGO) supported MoS2 nanoplatelet (MoS2/rGO) via a solvothermal co-assembly process. It is found that in the as-obtained MoS2/rGO nanocomposite, MoS2 possesses unique platelet structure and rGO is exfoliated due to the in situ growth of MoS2 nanoplatelet, leading to a large specific surface area, facilitating rapid diffusion of lithium ions. The nanocomposite is used as a promising anode material for lithium-ion batteries and displays a high initial charge capacity (1382 mA h g -1), excellent rate capability and cycling stability. The remarkable lithium storage performance of MoS2/rGO nanocomposite is mainly ascribed to the inherent nanostructure of the MoS2, and the synergistic effect between rGO nanosheets and MoS2 nanoplatelets.

Total aralosides of Aralia elata (Miq) Seem (TASAES) from Chinese traditional herb Longya Aralia chinensis L was found to improve cardiac function. The present study was to determine the protective effects of TASAES on diabetic cardiomyopathy, and the possible mechanisms. Therefore, a single dose of streptozotocin was used to induce diabetes in Wister rats. Diabetic rats were immediately treated with low, medium and high doses of TASAES at 4.9, 9.8 mg/kg and 19.6 mg/kg body weight by gavage, respectively, for eight weeks. Cardiac function was evaluated by in situ hemodynamic measurements, and patch clamp for the L-type Ca2+ channel current (ICa2+-L) and transient outward K+ channel current (Ito). Histopathological changes were observed under light and electron microscope. The expression of pro-fibrotic factor, connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) was monitored using immunohistochemistry staining. Compared with diabetic group, medium and high doses, but not low dose, of TASAES showed a significant protection against diabetes-induced cardiac dysfunction, shown by increased absolute value of left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) and maximum rates of pressure development (±dp/dtmax), and enhanced amplitude of ICa2+-L (P < 0.05). Histological staining indicated a significant inhibition of diabetes-caused pathological changes and up-regulation of CTGF expression (P < 0.05). The results suggest that TASAES prevents diabetes- induced cardiac dysfunction and pathological damage through up-regulating ICa2+-L in cardiac cells and decreasing CTGF expression. Environmental impact assessment for city logistics distribution systems
Jidong Guo,Shugang Ma 대한환경공학회 2017 Environmental Engineering Research Vol.22 No.4
The external diseconomy is hampering sustainable development of the city logistics sector. Burdens on urban environment imposed by the city logistics industry have been put in the spotlight. Based on the principle of Life Cycle Analysis, the comprehensive environment impact for city logistics systems is measured. Firstly, with the city logistics service chain as a whole, its business processes and their interactions with environment are analyzed. In total four types of major environment impact categories are determined. Secondly, case study is made on three city logistics operators located in Jing-Jin-Ji region of China with different business modes, respectively self-operation mode, joint distribution mode and the 3rd Party Logistics or 3PL mode. Through analysis of energy consumption and emissions for various business processes, their comprehensive environmental impact values are finally obtained. Thirdly, horizontally comparative analysis is carried out to these three modes of the urban logistics distribution systems. Results show the advantages of the 3PL and the joint distribution modes in developing greener urban logistics distribution. Future research avenues and policy suggestions are proposed finally.

This paper addresses the adaptive tracking problem for a class of uncertain nontriangular nonlinear systems with time-varying delays. By employing some special techniques and mean value theorem, the nonlinear time-delay system in a nonaffine and nontriangular form is transformed into a new nonstrict-feedback nonlinear time-delay system for which backstepping control design becomes feasible. In particular, a novel event-triggered mechanism including saturation is presented to pursue the low communication burden and keep the competitive control performance. By combining Lyapunov-Razumikhin method, backstepping technique, and neural network (NN) approximation-based approach, the event-based adaptive neural control strategy is developed for this class of systems. The event-triggered control scheme guarantees that the tracking error remains in a small neighborhood of the origin while all the signals in closed-loop systems are semi-global uniformly ultimately bounded (SGUUB). Finally, an illustrative example is given to clarify the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed design methodology.
