        Attribute reduction in L-fuzzy formal contexts

        Attribute reduction plays an important role in formal concept analysis. The existing work on attribute reduction of fuzzy formal context focuses mainly on one-sided fuzzy formal concepts. This paper is devoted to the study of attribute reduction for general L-fuzzy formal context. Some judgement theorems for a set of attributes to be consistent are presented. By using the discernibility function composed of discernibility attributes between related L-fuzzy formal concepts, an approach to compute attribute reductions is proposed. An illustrative example is presented which justify the method presented in this study.

        공공도서관 SNS 마케팅 효과 연구: 중국 공공도서관에서 위챗 공식계정을 이용하여

        This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing using Chinese public library WeChat official accounts on the perception of the library and loyalty. For this purpose, research possibilities were explored, and a questionnaire was developed through in-depth interviews with users who subscribed to the Chinese public library WeChat official accounts and those who did not. A survey was conducted with the questionnaire for public library users in six regions of China. As a result, it was confirmed that the characteristics of the official account operation had a positive effect on the perception of the libraries and users’ loyalty. This study is meaningful in that it verified how Chinese public library marketing using SNS affected users’ purpose on the use of libraries, perception of libraries, and users’ loyalty, and suggested how to deal with WeChat official accounts among SNS types. 본 연구는 중국 공공도서관의 위챗 공식계정을 이용한 마케팅이 도서관에 대한 인식 및 이용자 충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 중국 공공도서관 위챗 공식계정을 구독한 이용자와 구독하지 않은 이용자의 심층 인터뷰를 통해 연구 가능성을 탐색하고 설문지를 개발하였다. 이를 기반으로 중국 6개 지역의 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 그 결과 공식계정 운영특성은 중국 공공도서관에 대한 인식과 이용자 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 SNS를 활용한 중국 공공도서관 마케팅이 이용자의 도서관 이용목적, 공공도서관 인식 및 이용자 충성도에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 검증하였고 SNS 유형 중에 위챗 공식계정을 다루었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

        Synthesis and characterization of curcumin-loaded pH/reduction dual-responsive folic acid modified carboxymethyl cellulose-based microcapsules for targeted drug delivery

        In the present study, an eco-friendly, biodegradable, biocompatible, non-immunogenic, non-toxicpolysaccharide, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), derivatived from renewable biomass cellulose, was usedfor designing and fabrication a folic acid modified pH and reduction dual-responsive carboxymethylcellulose-based microcapsules (FA-PRCMCs). The curcumin (CUR)-loaded microcapsules (FAPRCMCs@CUR) were prepared via a quick, efficient and environment-friendly sonochemical method,and were employed for the targeted delivery and pH/reduction dual-stimuli-responsive release of CUR. The excess CUR and ethyl acetate phases could be recycled and reused after preparation of FAPRCMCs@CUR to avoid wasting resources and polluting the environment. The obtained FA-PRCMCsshowed good biocompatibility and targeting in anti-tumor evaluation and endocytosis evaluationin vitro. FA-PRCMCs could effectively reduce the unnecessary damage to normal cells by chemotherapydrugs, and improve the utilization of chemotherapy drugs to reduce therapy costs. FA-PRCMCs could beused as smart targeted delivery vectors and have great clinical application potential.

        The Influence of Dispersion State of Graphene Sheets on the Microstructure and Thermal Conductivity of Free-Standing Reduced Graphene Oxide Films

        Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) aqueous dispersions were synthesized from GO suspensions with hydrazine as reducing agent via a microwave-hydrothermal process in ammonia solution. The rGO films were fabricated by vacuum filtration of above dispersions. When the weight ratio of hydrazine to GO (R N2H4/GO) increases from 0.125 to 9, the dispersion stability of rGO nanosheets in hydrazine/ammonia solution degrades gradually, the surfaces of resultant films become rough from smooth and large interspaces turn up in the transverse section. With the increasing of R N2H4/GO, the C/O atomic ratio and orientation degree of (002) plane of rGO films increase, and the in-plane thermal conductivity also increases, achieving a maximum value of 1056 W/m K when R N2H4/GO is 3.375, then decreases because large interspaces in the rGO film with higher reduction degree greatly limit the thermal transport due to the severe phonon scatterings at the sheets boundaries.

        This study is to aim to find empirical impacts of social media on political participation. Today, communications through social media such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and so on, become more and more important, and particularly evident in political areas. In this vein, recent increasing research curiosity and works are understandable. The case, the Kwanghamun candlelight vigil in 2016-2017, is very timely to answer the questions: what are important variables to influence political reading and writings on social media?; what impacts of social media use on various political participations, especially for former president Park's impeachment? 본 연구는 소셜미디어 이용과 실제 정치참여간 관련성을 실증적으로 살펴보기 위해, 박근혜 전 대통령의 탄핵을 요구하는 광화문 촛불집회 참 여자들을 대상으로 현장 설문을 통해 이루어졌다. 당시 박근혜-최순실 게 이트에서 드러난 권력의 사유화 및 최고 권력자들의 부패에 대해서 많은 시민들은 인터넷과 소셜미디어를 중심으로 비판 담론을 형성하였다. 나아 가 집회 현장에 대한 포스팅이나 집회 참여를 독려하는 게시글 등이 소셜 미디어를 통해 널리 공유되었는데, 이는 세계사적으로도 유례가 없는 시민 들의 자발적인 대규모 평화집회로 기록되었다. 이 연구에서는 소셜미디어 이용자들의 대화를 크게 ‘읽기’와 ‘쓰기’로 나누고, 읽기와 쓰기에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 살펴보았다. 또한 읽기와 쓰기가 실제 정치참여를 매개하 고 있는지 여부와 이용자의 인구통계학적 속성, 정치 인식, 주사용 소셜미 디어 서비스가 광화문 집회 참여에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다.

      • 思政视野下的茶学专业教育与劳动教育协同育人路径探索

        In order to better integrate ideological and political education and labor education into the teaching process of tea science courses, based on the classroom teaching and course internship content of “Tea Tree Breeding” at Jiangxi Agricultural University, a practical teaching system of “ideological and political + professional + labor” is constructed, which integrates theoretical knowledge, ideological and political elements, course characteristics, and labor education, forming a fusion education and teaching method of “morality and talent, labor glory” consciousness. On the basis of traditional curriculum evaluation methods, a comprehensive evaluation model reflecting “moral qualities + professional skills + labor literacy” is established. The teaching practice content and teaching methods formed through research are first piloted in the tea science major of our school (Jiangxi Agricultural University) to achieve the goal of collaborative education, and then gradually promoted and applied to other agricultural and forestry university. 为了将思政教育和劳动教育更好地融入茶学专业课程教学过程中,基于江西农业大学茶树育种学课堂教学和课程实习内容,构建融于理论知识、思政元素、课程特色和劳动教育的“思政+专业+劳动”的实践教学体系,形成“德才兼备、劳动光荣”意识的融合式教育教学方式。在传统课程考评方法的基础上,建立体现“道德品质+专业技能+劳动素养”综合性考评模式,研究形成的教学实践内容以及教学方法先在本校茶学专业进行试点,达到协同育人目标后然后逐步到其他开设相同专业的农林高等院校推广应用。

        Comparison between laparoscopic and abdominal radical hysterectomy for stage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm cervical cancer with visible or invisible tumors: a multicentre retrospective study

        Objective: To compare 5-year disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) rates oflaparoscopic radical hysterectomy (LRH) and abdominal radical hysterectomy (ARH) forstage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm with visible or invisible tumors. Methods: We retrospectively compared the oncological outcomes of 1,484 cervical cancerpatients with IB1 and tumor size <2 cm on final pathology, who received ARH (n=899) or LRH(n=585) between January 2004 and December 2016. Patients were divided into visible tumorsubgroup (ARH: n=668, LRH: n=444) and invisible tumor subgroup (ARH: n=231, LRH:n=141) according to tumor type. Results: LRH and ARH showed similar 5-year DFS and OS rates (93.3% vs. 93.1%, p=0.997;96.2% vs. 97.5%, p=0.351) in total study population. LRH was not associated with worse5-year DFS rate (hazard ratio [HR]=0.96; 95% confidence interval [CI]=0.58–1.58; p=0.871)or OS rate (HR=1.37; 95% CI=0.65–2.89; p=0.409) by multivariable analysis. In the visibletumor subgroups, LRH and ARH showed similar 5-year DFS and OS rates (91.9% vs. 91.9%,p=0.933; 95.0% vs. 96.9%, p=0.276), and LRH was not associated with worse 5-year DFS orOS rate (p=0.804, p=0.324). In the invisible tumor subgroups, LRH and ARH also showedsimilar 5-year DFS and OS rates (97.3% vs. 97.1%, p=0.815; 100% vs. 99.5%, p=0.449), andLRH was not associated with worse 5-year DFS rate (p=0.723). Conclusions: Among patients with stage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm, whether the tumor isvisible or not, the oncological outcomes of LRH and ARH among cervical cancer patients arecomparable. This suggests that LRH may be suitable for stage IB1 and tumor size <2 cm withvisible or invisible tumors.Trial Registration: International Clinical Trials Registry Platform Identifier: CHiCTR180017778

        Influence of chlorinated disinfection by-products on transmission of antibiotic resistance genes in biofilms and water of a simulated drinking water distribution system

        The spread of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) caused by biofilm growth in drinking water distribution systems (DWDSs) poses a serious threat to human health. The influence of disinfection by-products (DBPs) on the distribution of ARGs and mobile genetic elements (MGEs) in different phases (biofilms and water) of DWDSs is unclear. In this study, the characteristics of microbial indices, trihalomethanes (THMs), haloacetic acids (HAAs), ARGs and MGEs in biofilms and effluents of simulated DWDS reactors were detected during 150 d of operation. During the mature biofilm periods of 90 d or 120 d, for both biofilms and effluents, seven categories of ARGs (except tetracycline) and MGEs were at their highest and lowest relative abundance in the entire operation cycle, respectively. The influence of DBPs on ARGs and MGEs in the DWDS was different in different phases. In effluents, DBPs showed a stronger relationship with ARGs compared with MGEs. THMs and HAAs had positive correlations with various ARGs, which indicated that DBPs affected the distribution of resistance genes. In biofilms, the influence of MGEs on ARGs was stronger than that of DBPs on ARGs. Thus, DBPs might be an important contributor to the enrichment and spread of ARGs in water.
