        A Research on the Paradigm of Interaction Based on Attributes

        본 연구의 목표는 인터렉션이 하나의 영역으로서 묘사 가능성을 증명하는 것이다. 또한 패러다임화된 시각으로 인터렉션을 이해하려고 시도하는 것이다. 일반적으로 통용되는 규칙에 기초하여 이론모델을 구축하고, 디자이너들에게 인터렉션의 본질을 효과적으로 이해하도록 돕고, 현재 인터렉션 설계가 주로 기초적인 수단으로 의존하게 됨으로써 파생되는 인력과 시간비용의 낭비를 방지하는 것이다. 2000년도에 처음으로 인터렉션 패러다임화의 개념을 제시한 이래 지금까지 관련된 연구에는 일부 결함이 존재한다. 예를들어 제시된 이론 모델들이 서로 다른 척도에서 만들어졌 거나, 혹은 접근하는 시각에 객관성이 결여된 것, 그리고 주로 연구자의 개인적 경험 등에서 오는것 등이다. 본 연구의 가치와 뛰어난 성과는 그 전체적 기초가 파일검색이라는 토대위에 구축되었다. 최근 2000년 이래 현재까지의 인터렉 션 패러다임화에 관한 연구 총 21편의 수집을 통하여 인터렉션 속성 모델 19개,인터렉션 속성 포함 총 174개를 추출 하였다. 또한 이 174개 속성에 대하여 보다 통일된 표준 척도에 근거를 두고 집합류의 연구수단을 이용하여 재분류 귀납함으로써 두 개의 이론 모델을 한 조로 만들었다. 이 두 모형은 각각 인터렉션 운용과 인터렉션 체험의 시각으로 접근하며, 그중 각 모델은 각각 6개의 독립된 속성을 포함한다. 이 인터렉션 모델의 제시 및 집합류 데이터의 분석은 각 인터렉션 속성이 인터렉션 설계에서 얼마만큼의 주목을 받고 중요한지 밝히는데 도움이 될것이다. 이런 데이터는 디자이너가 디자인 과정에서 힘 분배를 합리적으로 할 수 있게 도와주며, 또한 미래에 인터렉션 설계에 관해 발전공간 을 설계하기 위한 이론적 근거를 제공한다. The aim of this study is to demonstrate interaction as a describable field and tries to understand interaction from the perspective of attributes, thus building a theoretical to help interactive designer understand this field by common rule, rather than waste huge time and labor cost on iteration. Since the concept of interaction language has been brought out in 2000, there are varies of related academical studies, but all with defect such as proposed theoretical models are built on a non-uniform scale, or the analyzing perspective are mainly based on researcher’s personal experience and being too unobjective. The value of this study is the clustered resource of research which mainly based on academical review. It collected 21 papers researched on interaction paradigm or interaction attributes published since 2000, extracting 19 interaction attribute models which contains 174 interaction attributes. Furthermore, these 174 attributes were re-clustered based on a more unified standard scale, and the two theoretical models summarized from it are respectively focuses on interaction control and interaction experience, both of which covered 6 independent attributes. The propose of this theoretical models and the analyzation of the cluster static will contribute on further revealing of the importance of interaction attribute, or the attention interaction attribute has been paid on. Also, in this regard, the interactive designer could reasonably allocate their energy during design process, and the future potential on various direction of interaction design could be discussed.

        Deformational characteristics of a high-vacuum insulation panel

        The objective of this study is to analyze the deformational characteristics of a high-vacuum insulation panel that is evacuated to eliminate significant gas-phase conductance through its thickness. The panel is composed of a metal envelope and low thermal conductance spacers. The problem is very challenging because several nonlinearities are involved concurrently. Not only are various finite element models such as triangular, rectangular, beam and circular plate models used to simulate the panel, but also several finite element programs are used to solve the problem based on the characteristics of the finite element model. The numerical results indicate that the effect of the diameter of the spacer on the vertical deformation of the plate panel is negligibly small. The parameter that mainly influences the maximum sag is the spacing between the spacers. The maximum vertical deformation of the panel can be predicted for a practical range of the spacing between the spacers and the thickness of the plate. Compared with the numerical results obtained by the finite element models and the experimental tests, they have a good agreement. The results are represented in both tabular and graphical forms. In order to make the results useful, a curve fitting technique has been applied to predict the maximum deformation of the panel with various parameters. Moreover, the panel was suggested to be a "smart" structure based on thermal effect.

      • Technique for Verifying the Accuracy of Time-varying CVaR Models

        By using the idea of regression analysis for referenc, employing the method of likelihood ratio and technique of normalization, a F-Statistic based on time-varying CVaR data is constructed. Then a technique for verifying the accuracy of time-varying CVaR models is built. At last, an example is given to verify the accuarcy of time-varying CVaR estimated by GED-EGARCH model.

        Microcantilever biosensor: sensing platform, surface characterization and multiscale modeling

        The microcantilever (MCL) sensor is one of the most promising platforms for next-generation label-free biosensing applications. It outperforms conventional label-free detection methods in terms of portability and parallelization. In this paper, an overview of recent advances in our understanding of the coupling between biomolecular interactions and MCL responses is given. A dual compact optical MCL sensing platform was built to enable biosensing experiments both in gas-phase environments and in solutions. The thermal bimorph effect was found to be an effective nanomanipulator for the MCL platform calibration. The study of the alkanethiol self-assembly monolayer (SAM) chain length effect revealed that 1-octanethiol (C8H17SH) induced a larger deflection than that from 1-dodecanethiol (C12H25SH) in solutions. Using the clinically relevant biomarker Creactive protein (CRP), we revealed that the analytical sensitivity of the MCL reached a diagnostic level of 1~500 μg/ml within a 7% coefficient of variation. Using grazing incident x-ray diffractometer (GIXRD) analysis, we found that the gold surface was dominated by the (111) crystalline plane. Moreover, using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, we confirmed that the Au-S covalent bonds occurred in SAM adsorption whereas CRP molecular bindings occurred in protein analysis. First principles density functional theory (DFT) simulations were also used to examine biomolecular adsorption mechanisms. Multiscale modeling was then developed to connect the interactions at the molecular level with the MCL mechanical response. The alkanethiol SAM chain length effect in air was successfully predicted using the multiscale scheme.

        구성원들의 조직시민행동을 어떻게 높이는가? : 그릿의 매개효과

        본 연구에서는 구성원들의 조직시민행동을 지속적으로 높이기 위하여, 일의 의미, 육성적 피드백, 그릿의 구조적 인과관계를 파악하고 SmartPLS의 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 검증하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 2021년 7월 15일부터 2021년 7월 20일까지 예비조사를 실시하여, 설문지의 오류와 미흡한 부분을 수정하였다. 설문지의 2차 배포 및 회수는 Amazon Mechanical Turk의 온라인 설문을 사용하여 2021년 7월 23일부터 2021년 7월 26일까지 설문조사를 실시하였고, 309부를 최종분석에 사용되었다. 연구결과, 일의 의미와 육성적 피드백이 그릿을 매개로 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이론적 시사점은 본 연구를 통해 선행연구에서 제시된 일의 의미와 육성적 피드백의 효과를 재확인하고, 일의 의미와 육성적 피드백이 사회정체성이론과 사회교환이론을 통해 그릿을 매개로 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 실증 · 분석하였다는 데 이론적 함의를 가진다. 실무적 시사점은 본 연구결과를 통해 기업에서 구성원들이 업무를 완수하는 과정에서 조직시민행동이 중요하지만, 일의 의미와 육성적 피드백, 그릿에 의해 지속적 조직시민행동이 가능함을 밝히는 데 의의가 있다. This study assessed and validated the causative structural relationships among the meaning of work, developmental feedback, and grit to influence members’ organizational citizenship behavior, using the structural equation model of SmartPLS. To achieve this purpose, this study corrected errors in questionnaires and inadequate parts by conducting a preliminary survey from July 15 through 20, 2021. For the secondary distribution and collection of questionnaires, a survey was conducted, using an online survey of Amazon Mechanical Turk from July 23 through 26, 2021, and 309 copies were used in the final analysis. The findings of this study demonstrated that the meaning of work and developmental feedback had significant impacts on organizational citizenship behavior using grit as a medium. This study has theoretical implications in that it re-validated the meaning of work and the effect of developmental feedback presented in the preceding studies and that it demonstrated and analyzed the impact on organizational citizenship behavior using grit as a medium through, the meaning of work and developmental feedback. As for a practical implication, the findings of this study demonstrated that organizational citizenship behavior is important in the process in which the members of enterprises complete tasks, but more importantly, this study is significant in that it reveals that continuous organizational citizenship behavior is possible by the meaning of work, developmental feedback, and grit.

        상사-부하 교환관계가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 심리적 임파워먼트와 무형식 학습의 이중매개효과

        4차 산업혁명이 도래하면서, 기업들도 기존의 획일적 정책 부분에서 탈피하여 지속가능한 경영 및 혁신을 위해 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 변화무쌍한 경영환경을 고려하여, LMX가 심리적 임파워먼트, 무형식 학습, 그리고 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향과 심리적 임파워먼트와 무형식 학습의 이중매개효과를 실증·분석하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 수도권에 소재한 대기업에 재직하고 있는 구성원 325명의 응답을 표본으로 SPSS 27.0, Amos 27.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, LMX는 조직시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 임파워먼트와 무형식학습은 LMX와 조직시민행동의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, LMX와 조직시민행동의 관계에서 심리적 임파워먼트와 무형식 학습은 이중 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점은 다음과 같다. 이론적 시사점은 본 연구를 통해 선행연구에서 제시된 LMX의 효과를 재확인하고, LMX가 사회교환관계를 통해 이론적 확장에 기여하였다. 실무적 시사점은 본 연구결과를 통해 실제 기업에서 조직의 목표를 효율적이고 효과적으로 달성하는 데 구성원들의 조직시민행동이 필요하고, 이를 강화시키는 방안을 시사하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of leader-member exchange on psychological empowerment, informal learning, and organizational citizenship behavior and to analyze the dual mediation effect of psychological empowerment and informal learning. The authors used 325 questionnaires collected by members in domestic companies. The results showed that leader-member exchange has no positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. We found also that psychological empowerment and informal learning mediates the effect of leader-member exchange on organizational citizenship behavior, respectively. Furthermore, in the relationship between leader-member exchange and organizational citizenship behavior, psychological empowerment and informal learning play a dual mediating role. Present paper contributes to theoretical expansion by explaining that these behavior patterns are identified by social exchange theory. The practical implication is that this study confirmed that members in the actual management field are willing to perform organizational citizenship behavior in order to achieve the organization’s goal efficiently and effectively.

        Bioactivity of essential oil of Litsea cubeba from China and its main compounds against two stored product insects

        During our screening program for agrochemicals from Chinese medicinal herbs and wild plants, the essential oilof Litsea cubeba fruits was found to possess strong contact toxicity against the cigarette beetle Lasiodermaserricorne adults and the booklouse Liposcelis bostrychophila, with LD50 values of 27.33 μg/adult and71.56 μg/cm2, respectively, and also showed strong fumigant toxicity against the two stored product insectswith LC50 values of 22.97 and 0.73 mg/L, respectively. The essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation wasinvestigated by GC MS. The main components of the essential oil were identified to be E-citral (geranial)(27.49%), Z-citral (neral) (23.57%) and D-limonene (18.82%) followed by β-thujene (3.34%), β-pinene (2.85%), α-pinene (2.57%), 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one (2.40%) and linalool (2.36%). Citral (Z/E-citral), D-limonene, β-pinene,α-pinene and linalool were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative thinlayer chromatography, and further identified by means of physicochemical and spectrometric analysis. Citral andlinalool showed strong contact toxicity against L. serricorne and L. bostrychophila (LD50 = 11.76, 12.74 μg/adultand 20.15, 99.97 μg/cm2, respectively) and fumigant toxicity against L. serricorne and L. bostrychophila (16.54,18.04 mg/L air and 0.14, 0.71 mg/L air, respectively). Otherwise, citral, D-limonene and linalool were strongly repellentagainst the cigarette beetle L. serricorne as the essential oil whereas β-pinene and α-pinene exhibited weakerrepellency against the cigarette beetle compared with the positive control, DEET. Moreover, except α-pinene andlinalool, the other three compounds as well as the essential oil exhibited comparable repellency against thebooklouse relative to DEET.
