In the past, topographic information, DEMs have been generated from analysis of aerial photographs or satellite imagery. In the last few years the technology of airborne laser scanning (ALS) has emerged, which allows to produce high-quality DEMs with accuracies less than ±25 cm, depending on the land cover, slope, flight parameters and environmental conditions. Airborne laser scanners also provide data for describing the landscape roughness of the surface. Therefore, precise topographic information can be used to understand and calculate the effects of landscape roughness on evaporation, soil moisture, runoff, and soil erosion at field and landscape scale. Before the data can be used for applications in hydrology, a classification into ground points and off-terrain points has to be performed. This study was performed accuracy evaluation of DEMs generated by the 1:5000 digital topographic map with Lidar data. Also it was practiced to evaluate a utility of airborne laser scanning data on hydrological field using topographical analysis, the extraction of watershed and stream network.
The Prelude 에 나타난 Wordsworth의 自然觀

In the context the of Wordsworthian view of nature refleced in The Prelude, nature reveals itself as an animated being without an impression of rigidity of the fixed obfects of the universe. Therefore it is my opinion that his bearing towards nature should beidentified in order to grasp the implication of the Prelude. To begin with, an intensive analysing of three typical Wordworthian scenes out of its various spots of time such as scenes of 'skating,' 'rowing' and 'bird's nesting,' was attempted. Because his nature is a part of "active Universe," the experimental obser vation of these scenes has brought a remarkable fact to the light that nature and the poet both on the same level, acting and reacting to each other, were on the process of achieving the so-called Wordsworthian ideal. In this process, however, lies one of the most complicated Wordsworthian themes which may cover a considerable scope of Wordworthian studies. On the other hand, it is the the immediate channel to coleridg'es theory of Imagination and Wordsworthian acholars' achievements in the aspect of the Lochean Tradition. Thus habe Geoffrey Hartman, Langbaum, Willey, Baker, Barth and Collingwood arrived at the controversial premise of visionary power and plastic power and plastic power examined ever since the days of Biographia Literaria. The ambiguity involved in the 'mysterious' blending of the sensual perception of nature and the reflective mind has merited another weighty field of depth sturcture, studies by Arthur Koestler, the author of the Act of Creation, Wordsworth's imagination projected in The Prelude was traced to his subconcsiousness. At the end of a general survey of the suggestions by the critics referred to, it was concluded that David Hume's theory of introspection might be most applicable to solve the problem, lessened the ambiguity implied by Wordsworthian imagination. Hume's distinction of 'Impressions' and 'Ideas' may well be located at the ideal interchange of Lochean Empericsm and Kantian Idealism as well as at the closest spot to Wordsworthian insight, the final key to his relation with nature.

This study compared high precision orthophoto and point cloud Digital Surface Model (DSM) and Digital Elevation Model (DEM) created by using drone digital image on small area with existing 1:1000 scale digital map and aerial photogrammetry. In doing so, the study attempted to examine quick revision and renewal method of the changed area as well as topographical change of the small target area. And, the quantitative change volume of the target area analyzes change with topographical data and qualitative change volume analyzed characteristic change of ground surface.
Sprague-Dawley 백서의 소뇌 과립신경세포에서 Sevoflurane 에 의한 Baseline Potassium Channel 의 활성화

Background : Volatile general anesthetics have been widely used to produce reversible unconsciousness and analgesia in clinical practice over the last one hundred years, but the basic mechanism of anesthetic action is not yet completely understood. In addition to the well known mechanism of GABA_A and glycine channels, accumulating evidence indicates that neuronal baseline K^+ channels are also activated by volatile anesthetics. The goal of this study was to test the hypothesis that sevoflurane, one of the newly developed volatile anesthetics, activates baseline potassium channels in the cerebellar granule neurons of rats. Methods : whole cell measurement techniques were performed from cultured cerebellar granule neurons of seven day old male Sprague-Dawley rats using patch clamp techniques to see the effects of two MACs of sevoflurane on baseline K^+ channels. Holding potentials were set to -20 ㎷ and collect pulses from -90 to 90 in 10 ㎷ increments of 300 ㎳ duration. The electrode filling solution contained (in mM) 150 KOH, 105 aspartic acid, 3 Nacl, 10 HEPES, 86 glucose, 1 EGTA, 5 MgCl_2 (pH 7.4) and standard saline were used as bath solution. The bath contained 150 NaCl, 3 KCl, 10 HEPES, 12 glucose, 1 EGTA, 5 MgCl_2 (pH 7.4). Results : Analysis of multiple patch clamp experiments showed the presence of outward-rectifying K^+ selective ion channels with a conductance of 1.064 ± 0.32 nS (n = 10) at depolarized potentials. Cerebellar granule neurons exhibit rapid rising, noninactivating, outward-rectifying currents. These channels are insensitive to conventional K^+ channel blockers. Clinically relevant concentrations of sevoflurane (518 ㎛) increased the baseline K^+ channel outward currents from the control value by 225% in a standard saline perfusate (n = 10, P < 0.05, paired t-test). Channel activity enhanced during the duration of the exposure period to sevoflurane returned to the baseline activity level quickly upon wash. Conclusions : These outward-rectifying whole cell Ⅰ-Ⅴ curves are consistent with the properties of tandem pore K^+ channels. Activation of baseline K^+ channels in central neurons by two MACs of sevoflurane causes membrane hyperpolarization and increases neuronal input conductances providing an additional inhibitory mechanism that could contribute to the overall central depressant effects of this compound. The term mitochondrial encephalomyopathy is reserved for disorders that usually cause multisystem diseases by mitochondrial dysfunction. The major organs affected are brain and skeletal muscle, but other tissues that require intact oxidative metabolism are affected frequently. MELAS appears to be the single most common mitochondrial disorder. Most cases result from a point mutation in the tRNA^(leu(UUR)) gene at position 3243 when adenine is replaced by guanine. We report a case of MELAS syndrome confirmed by typical clinical presentation and molecular gentetic diagnosis.

큰느타리버섯은 식용 및 약용으로 쓰이는 부가가치가 높은 버섯으로서 한국 고유의 육성품종 개발이 절실하다. 이에 새로운 큰느타리버섯 품종을 육성하고자 시중에 고가로 판매되고 있는 ASI 2547균주의 단포자를 분리하고 22개의 수집균주와 Di-Mon 교배를 실시하여 꺽쇠연결체를 가진 253균주중에서 자실체를 형성하는 19균주를 선발하여 그 중에서 형태적으로 다양한 7균주를 선택하여 RAPD로 분석한 결과 Hybrid H6 균주가 형태학적으로는 양친과 유사하나 유전자 증폭산물은 재조합된 교배체임이 확인되었다. 따라서 Di-Mon 교배법이 분자생물학적 동정과 결합됨으로서 손쉽고 빠른 교배법으로 새로운 균주육성에 사용할 수 있으리라 사료된다. Pleurotus eryngii is not edible and medicinal mushrooms indigenous to Korea. To improvement of strain suitable to the geographic setting of Korea, we are mated with 22 dikaryons and 47 monokaryons isolated from Pleurotus eryngii ASI 2547 by Di-Mon mating. 19 strains forming fruit body obtained from clamped 253 bred strains. 7 excellent strains are selected from 19 bred strains by various morphological features of fruit body. Among the selected 7 strains, H6 strain were identified into ASI 2547-like recombinant hybrids with URP uniprimer by RAPD analysis. This suggested that Di-Mon crossing is one of rapid and easy breeding method for strain improvement with molecular techniques.
