「街外街傳」과 「황무지」에 나타난 이상과 엘리엇의 제휴

이 논문은 이상 작품의 서구문학사조와의 관계에 초점을 맞춰 이상이 1936년에 발표한 「街外街傳」(가외가전)을 T. S. 엘리엇(T. S. Eliot)의 「황무지」(The Waste Land)와 비교하여 그 의미를 살펴보았다. 한국이 일본의 식민지로 있을 때 서구에서는 제임스 조이스가 ?율리시즈?를 창작하여 T.S. 엘리엇이 조이스의 작품이 신화기법으로 창작되었음을 밝혀 내 모더니즘의 중심과제로 등장해 있었다. 이러한 서구문학은 일본을 경유하여 유학파인 김기림, 정지용 등이 한국에 들여와 이상과 같은 한국 문인들에게 자극을 주었다. 엘리엇의 ‘신화기법’은 현대적인 것과 고대적인 것을 작품 속에 공존시킴으로서 흩어진 사건을 통합하는 방법이었지만, 이상은 한국의 신화와 동양사상에 대한 그의 지속적인 관심을 표현해 냈다. 이상은 식민지 치하에서 살지 않으면 안 되는 상황에서 편안한 대륙으로 암시된 고대 중국을 회상하면서 식민지 치하의 답답한 상황을 벗어나고자 하며, “손자(係子)도 탑재한 객차가 방을 피하나보다.”로 표현하여 중국을 원망하면서 한국의 삼족오 신화가 일본의 신화에 편입된 것을 일깨워 한국의 고유의 전통의식을 자극하고 있다. 엘리엇이 「황무지」에서 신화기법으로 현대문명의 위기를 그려낸 것처럼 이상은 「가외가전」에서 사라진 한국의 신화와 동양사상을 은유적으로 사용하여 한국의 식민지 상황을 그려냈다. 한국의 모더니즘을 주도했던 김기림이 이상을 한국의 ‘최후의 모더니스트’라고 지칭한 바와 같이 그의 ?가외가전?은 식민지 통치가 극에 달하고 있을 때 ‘서울의 모습’을 공개적으로는 말할 수 없어 ‘거리 밖의 이야기’로 그려낸 ‘폭로’적인 작품임을 알 수 있다. This paper is to examine an affiliation of Yi Sang and T. S. Eliot in Gawoigajeon(?街外街傳?) and The Waste Land written by them. For a Korean modernist Yi Sang, during the colonial period, potentially thought that the Korean myth had disappeared from Korean history into a Japanese myth caused by Japan’s colonial policy. He knew T. S. Eliot’s mythic narrative through Guinhoi and other sources. He became the last member of Guinhoi(九人會) and acted in various roles late in life. Through Guinhoi, he came to know a large amount of Western literary thoughts from abroad and created a variety of works, especially according to T. S. Eliot's mythic narrative explaining writing techniques of Joyce’s Ulysses. As Kim, Ki-rim called Yi Sang “Jupiter,” Kim, Yun-sik asked for researchers “Why did Kim, Ki-rim call him “Jupiter”? This question is very important to know Yi Sang, since both Kim, Ki-rim and Yi sang were Korean modernists in the1930s. I think it that both writers created their poems by Eliot’s mythic narrative technique. However, after Yi Sang’s death Kim Ki-rim called him Jupiter, the gratest god of the Greek-Roman myths. As we think of Yi Sang, we must consider Kim, Ki-rim’s The Weather Chart(氣象圖) written in 1935 with Yi Sang’s Gawoigajeon in 1936. ThoughKim was a pioneer for importing Western modernism in Korean Literature, Yi Sang was a representative practice writer written Gawoigajeon depicted the urbanSeoul by the Joycean mythic narrative in the colonial period.

Background and Objectives : Many students major in applied music singing have various difficulties in phonation when they sing or perform. But the studies about this cause are lack. The purpose of this study is whether singing voice therapy based on vocal music is effective or not to applied music singing students that have difficulties in phonation. Materials and Methods : Singing voice therapy program had been done to 8 students major in applied music singing during 7 weeks. We did laryngeal stroboscope, perceptual, acoustic and aerodynamic examination before and after singing voice therapy to this students. And we studied post examination results have differences or improvements compared to pre examination results. Results : Four male students don't have effective improvement after singing voice therapy but they shows slight improvement in aerodynamic examination values compared to pre examination values. Four female students shows improvement in aerodynamic examination values and pitch range increasing. Above all, one student's vocal nodules disappeared after singing voice therapy. Conclusion : Singing voice therapy based on music singing is very effective to the students major in applied music singing. Above all, their curriculum in applied music singing should include phonation training based on music singing before training perform and technic practices.

Now current business environment requires firms to gets ready for the new way of management culture. This new trend is management innovation. From the beginning of 1990's management innovation efforts, which have come to popular even among business-blind people, started to vitalize in domestic markets. However, we have seen many cases that domestic firms try to merely duplicate certain management methods which are used by their competitors, rather than to make every effort to employ adequate ones after identifying the utility values and side effects of the alternatives. Accordingly, it is important for domestic firms to build up future-oriented competitive viability and understand how these innovation technique can be applied in the real world. Under tense competitive environment, the most critical point would be of the firms to continuously explore new, innovative way of management in order to remain in the markets.

여가스포츠지도자의 전문가주의와 직무착근도, 직무소진 및 이직의도에 관한 인과모형

이 연구는 체육교과에 있어서 지도자의 전문성 중요도와 연구결과의 현장활용을 위한 논문이며, 연구의 목적은 여가스포츠 지도자의 전문가주의와 직무착근도, 직무소진 및 이직의도에 관한 연구 모형 검증과 설정된 가설을 검증 하는데 있다. 연구 대상은 서울특별시, 경기도, 인천광역시 소재 스포츠센터 지도자를 모집단으로 하였고, 422부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였으며, 자료처리는 상관분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 연구모형의 검증 결과는 상관관계분석 및 확인적 요인분석 결과에서 모든 요인의 결과치가 전반적으로 만족스러운 적합도를 보여주고 있으며, 구조방정식 모형분석 결과 가설적 구조모형은 5가지 경로가 모두 채택되었다. 둘째, 여가스포츠 지도자의 전문가주의, 직무착근도, 직무소진, 이직의도에 대한 변인 간의 상대적 영향력이 도출되었다. 또한 설정된 구조모형의 검증결과는 가설적 모형 자체를 모두 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며, 가설검증결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 전문가주의와 직무착근도는 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 전문가주의가 높을수록 직무착근도의 수준이 높음을 의미한다. 2. 전문가주의와 직무소진은 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 전문가주의가 높을수록 직무소진의 수준이 낮음을 의미한다. 3. 직무착근도와 직무소진은 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 직무착근도가 높을수록 직무소진의 수준이 낮음을 의미한다. 4. 직무착근도와 이직의도는 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 직무착근도가 높을수록 이직의도의 수준이 낮음을 의미한다. 5. 직무소진과 이직의도는 유의한 인과관계가 있으며, 이는 직무소진이 높을수록 이직의도의 수준이 높음을 의미한다. The purpose of this study was to identify a causal model for professionalism and turnover intention among leisure sports instructors using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The leisure sports instructors were recruited from sports centers in the Seoul metropolitan area, including Gyeonggido and Incheon, by using a convenience sampling method. A total 482 questionnaires were collected, and of those, 422 were used; 60 untruthful questionnaires were excluded. The data were recorded and analyzed using SPSS Win ver. 18. The AMOS 7.0 statistical computer package was used to do an exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). According to the demographic variables of the leisure sport instructors, only the autonomy among four different variables of professionalism in the female instructors was significantly higher than that of the male instructors (P<.05). In addition, there were significant differences in the self-regulation and the flow of the professionalism, depending on the age and work experience level. There was a significant difference in turnover intention for gender (P<.05); the turnover intention in the male instructors were higher than that in the female instructors. The findings of the current study indicates that the research model with structural equation modeling (SEM) fits the five path variables including professionalism, job embeddedness, job burnout, and turnover intention. Moreover, the five research hypotheses were accepted and its results are the following. First, there was a significant causal relationship between professionalism and job embeddedness. This result indicates that job embeddedness increases as professionalism increases. Second, professionalism significantly influences job burnout. Instructors experience less job burnout with higher professionalism. Third, job embeddedness has a significant influence on job burnout. This means job burnout decreases as job embeddedness increases. Forth, job embeddedness significantly influences turnover intention. Instructors have less turnover intention as job embeddedness increases. Fifth, job burnout has a significant influence on turnover intention. This indicates turnover intention increases as job burnout increases.

Le systeme bancaire est a la fois le support et le consequence de l'evolution economique generale. Dans le contexte actuel ou se trouve l'economie coreenne qui a connu une mutation structurelle pendant ces dernieres annees, une reflexion generale sur son systeme bancaire s'impose. C'est dans ce cadre que nous etudions le systeme bancaire francais comme un point de repere de la reflexion. Nous avons essaye de mettre en relief, la particularite de l'organisation, des activites des banques de depots francaises, nous avons effectues des etudes un peu detailles sur ses institutions, ses ressources, ses emplois, ses activities. Ensuite, nous avons etudie la Banque Centrale, en mettant l'accent sur sa place, son role par rapport aux banques commerciales. Les autres organismes, qui ne sont pas moins imortant du point de vue de l'economie generale, sont traites et nous avons surtout etudie le cas de la Caisse des depots et consignations. En ce faisant, nous soulignons qu'a l'etat actuel ou est arrive notre economie, une serieuse remise en ordre du systeme bancaire coreen est necessaire, et pour ce,le systeme francais montre certes inimitable mais un exemple, une reference.

In this work ? single crystals were grown by the chemical transporting reaction(CTR) method using high purity(6N) elements. The structure of grown ZnAl2S4 single crystals were cubic structure. The optical energy band gap was indirect band gap and the temperature dependence of optical energy gap was fitted well to Varshni equation. Also, the entropy, enthalpy and heat capacity were deduced from the temperature dependence of optical energy gap.

This study is to find out topdressing and soil media effects of olivine sand treatment on the growth of Kentucky bluegrass. Visual quality and visual color of the olivine sand topdressing treatment on Kentucky bluegrass were high on olivine sand + river sand mixtures and 100% olivine sand, respectively when compared to 100% river sand. The effect of 75% olivine sand + 25% sand treatment were great on visual quality and visual color of Kentucky bluegrass, whereas the effect was relatively low on 100% olivine sand probably caused by high temperature. Covering rate and visual quality of Kentucky bluegrass on the olivine soil media treatments were best on 75% olivine sand + 25% sand mixture medium when compared to low covering rate and visual quality of 100% river sand medium. Based on good result of covering rate and visual quality of Kentucky bluegrass on 100% olivine sand medium or olivine sand + sand mixture media, we can conclude that the distinguished chemical properties of olivine sand positively affect the growth of Kentucky bluegrass. Sod establishment was also greatest on 75% olivine sand + 25% sand medium , while low sod establishment on 100% sand medium. According to the results of this study, we can find out that topdressing and soil media of olivine sand give a good result on the growth of Kentucky bluegras.
